Abstract
一种谷物五行食养产品及其制备方法属于功能性食品领域,根据五色养生法“青色入肝,红色入心,白色入肺,黄色入脾,黑色入肾”之原理,选用黑色补肾原料、黄色健脾原料、红色补心原料、绿色护肝原料、白色补肺原料及其强化功能性原料,通过烘烤、粉碎、进行分装而制成本发明产品,本发明具有易吸收,不添加任何添加剂,保持物料原有的特色,具有润肠通便,滋润五脏的特点,符合现代饮食理念,可作为日常健脾除湿气,滋补五脏用。

本发明属于功能性食品领域,具体涉及一种谷物五行食养产品及其制备方法。
技术背景
《黄帝内经》告诉我们人体的五脏与五行有着密切关系:肝属木、心属火、脾属土、肺属金、肾属水。而传统中医学中也素有一种五色养生法之说,“青色入肝,红色入心,白色入肺,黄色入脾,黑色入肾”。
脾为后天之本,养脾胃就是养元气,脾胃健康是决定人寿命长短的重要因素。而肝病实脾、补火生土、培土生金、水土相依,五脏机能才能相生相补。故而五脏同补,应以健脾为总纲,以个性化佐辅为强化,五方相济、运化精微,相辅相成、相得益彰。
本发明就采用五色五行补五脏的理论结合现代的功能性物料进行强化,所研发出来的一种适合消费者滋补调理的冲调类饮品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种谷物五行食养产品及其制备方法。
一种谷物五行食养产品主要有以下份量组分组成:
黑色补肾物料其特征为3种含量为2.85-5.2份,其中黑米1.6-3.2份、黑豆1.2-2.8份、黑果枸杞提取物0.05-0.6份。
黄色补脾物料其特征为6种含量为6.2-17份,其中黄小米2.0-6.0份、小麦胚芽0.4-0.8份、玉米胚芽0.3-0.6份、燕麦胚芽0.2-0.5份、大麦芽1.2-5份、薏苡仁2.1-4.1份。
红色补心物料其特征3种含量为2.6-4.9份,其中红小豆2.5-3.5份、红枣提取物0.05-0.6份、山楂提取物0.05-0.8份。
绿色护肝物料其特征3种含量为2.55-5.9份,其中绿豆1.3-2.9份、荷叶0.05-0.5份、绿扁豆1.2-2.5份。
白色养肺物料其特征3种含量为3.25-7.3份,其中江米1.1-3.1份、百合提取物0.05-0.6份、芸豆2.1-3.6份。
功能性强化物料4种3.55-6.8份,其中乳糖醇0.6-1.2份、低聚果糖0.6-1.2份、菠萝蛋白酶0.05-0.6份、低聚异麦芽糖2.3-3.8份。
黑色补肾原料:黑米具有“滋阴补肾、滑湿益精、补肺缓筋”等功效。黑豆有补肾养血、清热解毒、活血化瘀、乌发明目、延年益寿的功效。黑枸杞,颜色黑,味甘,入肾精,滋阴补肾,民间作滋补强壮,降压用药。
黄色健脾原料:黄小米具有健脾、和胃功效,能治脾胃不和、脾虚久泻、消化不良和积食腹痛等症。小麦胚芽、玉米胚芽、燕麦麦胚芽三种胚芽类物料,含有极丰富的营养成份,其中胚芽种所含B族维生素含量非常高,是天然B族维生素强化剂。大麦芽归脾、胃经。行气消食,健脾开胃,回乳消胀。用于食积不消,脘腹胀痛,脾虚食少。薏苡仁,为药食两用原料,归脾、胃经,有利水渗透湿,健脾止泻,除痹,排脓,解毒散结的作用。
红色补心原料:红小豆性甘、酸,平;归心、小肠经;利水消肿,解毒排脓。红枣性温、味甘,具益气补血、健脾和胃、袪风功效,以及预防输血反应等均有理想效果;枣中的黄酮类化合物,有镇静降血压的作用。山楂味甘,微温,归脾、胃、肝经,消食化积,活血散瘀,常用于消化不良、冠心病、心绞痛、高脂血症等。
绿色护肝原料:绿豆的药理作用为降血脂、降胆固醇、抗过敏、抗菌、抗肿瘤、增强食欲、保肝护肾。荷叶苦,平,入肝、脾经,具有清热解暑,升发清阳,凉血止血的作用。绿扁豆是一种多营养的特色食品,其中氨基酸的含量就非常高,而且有多个不同的种类,它们进入人体以后与蛋白质一起能起到消暑清热和健脾理气等多种功效。
白色补肺原料:江米是一种温和的滋补品,有补虚、补血、健脾暖胃、止汗等作用;现代科学研究表明,江米含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B及淀粉等,为温补强壮品。百合含有一些特殊的营养成分,如秋水仙碱等多种生物碱,这些成分综合作用于人体,具有良好的营养滋补之功,中医上讲鲜百合具有养心安神,润肺止咳的功效,对病后虚弱的人非常有益。芸豆是一种难得的高钾、高镁、低钠食品,这个特点在营养治疗上大有用武之地,适合心脏病、动脉硬化,高血脂、患者食用。
强化功能性原料:乳糖醇、低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖均能促进肠道内双歧杆菌增殖,抑制肠道有害菌及腐败物质形成,增加维生素含量,提高机体免疫力,其共同功能是促进肠道益生菌的生长繁殖,调节肠道菌群结构,养护肠道。菠萝蛋白酶能抑制血小板聚集引起的心脏病发作和中风,缓解心绞痛症状,缓和动脉收缩,加速纤维蛋白原的分解等诸多作用,在本发明种菠萝蛋白酶主要用来补充外源性消化酶。
一种谷物五行食养产品的制备方法,是通过以下工艺步骤实现的:
第一步:称取黑米、黑豆、黄小米、小麦胚芽、玉米胚芽、燕麦胚芽、大麦芽、薏苡仁、红小豆、绿豆、绿扁豆、江米、芸豆按重量比混合均匀;在烤箱内烘烤;
第二步:将上述混合的物料冷却至室温,进行粉碎备用;
第三步:将第二步中物料用超微粉碎机进一步粉碎;
第四步:将红枣提取物、山楂提取物、荷叶提取物、百合提取物、乳糖醇、低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖、菠萝蛋白酶物料与(3)中所得物料在混合机里充分预混均匀后,进行分装,即得。
在第一步中将物料烘培表面成焦褐色,内部黄褐色,并有焦香气味道逸出,烤制温度为105-110℃,烘培时间为30-45分钟。
第二步中的室温为20-45℃,过80目筛;
第三步中的超微粉碎得粒度为大于300目;
第四步中的红枣提取物、山楂提取物、荷叶提取物、百合提取物为10:1的水提比例提取物粉;在混合时,其混合时间为15-30分钟,搅拌速度每分钟30转。
本发明具有易吸收,不添加任何添加剂,保持物料原有的特色,具有润肠通便,滋润五脏的特点,符合现代饮食理念,可作为日常健脾除湿气,滋补五脏用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例一(每份按20g计)
一种谷物五行食养产品,其特征在黑色补肾原料、黄色健脾原料、红色补心原料、绿色护肝原料、白色补肺原料、功能性强化原料。
(1)分别称取黑色补肾原料总计285g,其中黑米160g、黑豆120g、黑果枸杞提取物5g分别单独盛放。
分别称取黄色健脾原料总计620g,其中黄小米200g、小麦胚芽40g、玉米胚芽30g、燕麦胚芽20g、大麦芽120g、薏苡仁210g分别单独盛放。
分别称取红色补心物料260g,其中红小豆250g、红枣提取物5g、山楂提取物5g分别单独盛放。
分别称取绿色护肝物料255g,其中绿豆130g、荷叶5g、绿扁豆120g分别单独盛放。
分别称取白色养肺物料325g,其中江米110g、百合提取物5g、芸豆210g分别单独盛放。
分别称取功能性强化物料355g,其中乳糖醇60g、低聚果糖60g、菠萝蛋白酶5g、低聚异麦芽糖230g分别单独盛放。
将称取的黑米、黑豆、黄小米、小麦胚芽、玉米胚芽、燕麦胚芽、大麦芽、薏苡仁、红小豆、绿豆、绿扁豆、江米、芸豆进行混合均匀;在烤箱内烘烤;烤制温度为105℃,烘培时间为30分钟。
将上述混合的物料冷却至室温,粉碎至80目;
将粉碎至80目的物料,进一步用超微粉碎机粉碎至300目。
将红枣提取物5g、山楂提取物5g、荷叶提取物5g、百合提取物5g、乳糖醇60g、低聚果糖60g、低聚异麦芽糖230g、菠萝蛋白酶物料与(4)中所得物料在三维混合机里混合时间为20分钟,搅拌速度每分钟30转充分预混均匀后,20g/包进行分装,即得。
实施例二(每份按20g计)
一种谷物五行食养产品,其特征在黑色补肾原料、黄色健脾原料、红色补心原料、绿色护肝原料、白色补肺原料、功能性强化原料。
(1)分别称取黑色补肾原料总计520g,其中黑米320g、黑豆280g、黑果枸杞提取物60g分别单独盛放。
分别称取黄色健脾原料总计1700g,其中黄小米600g、小麦胚芽80g、玉米胚芽60g、燕麦胚芽50g、大麦芽500g、薏苡仁410g分别单独盛放。
分别称取红色补心物料490g,其中红小豆350g、红枣提取物60g、山楂提取物80g分别单独盛放。
分别称取绿色护肝物料590g,其中绿豆290g、荷叶50g、绿扁豆250g分别单独盛放。
分别称取白色养肺物料730g,其中江米310g、百合提取物60g、芸豆360g分别单独盛放。
分别称取功能性强化物料680g,其中乳糖醇120g、低聚果糖120g、菠萝蛋白酶60g、低聚异麦芽糖380g分别单独盛放。
将称取的黑米、黑豆、黄小米、小麦胚芽、玉米胚芽、燕麦胚芽、大麦芽、薏苡仁、红小豆、绿豆、绿扁豆、江米、芸豆进行混合均匀;在烤箱内烘烤;烤制温度为110℃,烘培时间为40分钟。
将上述混合的物料冷却至室温,粉碎至80目;
将粉碎至80目的物料,进一步用超微粉碎机粉碎至400目。
将红枣提取物60g、山楂提取物80g、荷叶提取物50g、百合提取物60g、乳糖醇120g、低聚果糖120g、低聚异麦芽糖380g、菠萝蛋白酶60g(4)中所得物料在三维混合机里混合时间为20分钟,搅拌速度每分钟30转充分预混均匀后,20g/包进行分装,即得。

黑色补肾物料其特征为3种含量为2.85-5.2份,其中黑米1.6-3.2份、黑豆1.2-2.8份、黑果枸杞提取物0.05-0.6份。
黄色补脾物料其特征为6种含量为6.2-17份,其中黄小米2.0-6.0份、小麦胚芽0.4-0.8份、玉米胚芽0.3-0.6份、燕麦胚芽0.2-0.5份、大麦芽1.2-5份、薏苡仁2.1-4.1份。
红色补心物料其特征3种含量为2.6-4.9份,其中红小豆2.5-3.5份、红枣提取物0.05-0.6份、山楂提取物0.05-0.8份。
绿色护肝物料其特征3种含量为2.55-5.9份,其中绿豆1.3-2.9份、荷叶0.05-0.5份、绿扁豆1.2-2.5份。
白色养肺物料其特征3种含量为3.25-7.3份,其中江米1.1-3.1份、百合提取物0.05-0.6份、芸豆2.1-3.6份。
功能性强化物料4种3.55-6.8份,其中乳糖醇0.6-1.2份、低聚果糖0.6-1.2份、菠萝蛋白酶0.05-0.6份、低聚异麦芽糖2.3-3.8份。
2.一种谷物五行食养产品制备方法,其特征在于:
是通过以下工艺步骤实现的:
第一步:称取黑米、黑豆、黄小米、小麦胚芽、玉米胚芽、燕麦胚芽、大麦芽、薏苡仁、红小豆、绿豆、绿扁豆、江米、芸豆按重量比混合均匀;在烤箱内烘烤;
第二步:将上述混合的物料冷却至室温,进行粉碎备用;
第三步:将第二步中的物料用超微粉碎机进一步粉碎;
第四步:将红枣提取物、山楂提取物、荷叶提取物、百合提取物、乳糖醇、低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖、菠萝蛋白酶物料与第三步中所得物料在混合机里充分预混均匀后,进行分装,即得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种谷物五行食养产品制备方法,其特征在于:将第一步中物料烘培表面焦褐色,内部黄褐色,并有焦香气味道逸出,烤制温度为105-110℃,烘培时间为30-45分钟。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种谷物五行食养产品制备方法,其特征在于:第二步中的室温为20-45℃,过80目筛。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种谷物五行食养产品制备方法,其特征在于:将上述第三步的物料超微粉碎得粒度为大于300目。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种谷物五行食养产品制备方法,其特征在于:将第四步中的红枣提取物、山楂提取物、荷叶提取物、百合提取物为10:1的水提比例提取物粉;在混合时,其混合时间为15-30分钟,搅拌速度每分钟30转。
