Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及通过游戏者操作操作键,操作按钮,或操作杠杆等操作件,可以在使用计算机的游戏机的画面上,实时地欣赏充满临场感的游戏的游戏机用的输入装置。
背景技术
近年来,与在计算机装置的预先存储或每次游戏时输入的游戏软件相对应,利用游戏者操作操作键,操作按钮,操作杠杆等各种操作件,使在显示画面上,可以欣赏游戏的使用计算机的游戏机(以下简略地称为游戏机)迅速普及。作为在这种游戏机中使用的软件,有角色扮演形式,速度竞技形式,格斗,对话形式,创作,育成形式等各种软件。
例如,在通常的通用计算机中,将游戏机软件储存到或输入到游戏机时,一般使用键盘或鼠标等作为输入装置。然而,在许多情况下,使用游戏专用的游戏机;因此,要专门使用游戏者操作的输入装置,即从游戏机分离出来的,称为游戏专用的控制器和连接操作杆等的输入装置。
这种输入装置称为具有所谓的多面开关的控制器,它是在大略为长方体(或其变型)的壳体上面,设有十字键、键头、选择键、操作杠杆等;而在前面的右端和左端,分别设有一个或两个以上的按钮键。另外,在该壳体上部的内表面上,配置着带有与十字键、键头,选择键等数字式操作件连接的接点部分的挠性基板等的第一块基板;在该壳体下部的内表面上,即在第一块基板的下方,配置着带有与操作杠杆等模拟操作件连接的接点部分的印刷电路基板等的第二块基板;而在前端的内表面上,配置着带有分别与按钮键连接的接点部分的印刷电路基板。这些印刷电路基板,电气上互相连接,并且通过端子,利用电缆,与游戏机连接。另外,也可以不用电缆,而是用无线的方法,与游戏机连接。
上述的输入装置,通过使操作杠杆以其回转支点为中心,连续的回转,可以在前后左右任意方向上,连续的移动该操作杠杆,使人物的动作或搭载物品的动作状态,与图面上的游戏相应地连续变化。
游戏者,只要与游戏的进行相适应地,用手指适当地操作上述各种键和操作杠杆,就可以欣赏投影在显示画面上的游戏。
另外,上述输入装置的模拟输入部分,具有可以支点为中心转动的操作杠杆;和用于检测该操作杠杆的回转方向和回转角度的,在两个垂直的方向上具有回转轴的两组回转式电位器。各个操作杠杆的动作利用与其相对应设置的回转式电位器的输出信号检测,再将检测值输入游戏机。
但是,将检测模拟输入部分的操作杠杆的回转方向等的回转式电位器,设置在各个操作杠杆,和与操作杠杆连接的印刷电路基板之间的这种形式的输入装置,结构复杂;而且由于要使用多个昂贵的回转式电位器,因此成本升高,这是一个问题。
发明内容
本发明是考虑到上述问题而提出的,其目的是要提供一种可使具有操作杠杆等操作件的模拟输入部分结构简单,成本降低的游戏机用的输入装置。
本发明还有一个目的,是要提供一种可减少使用的基板块数,尺寸小,厚度薄和重量轻的游戏机用的输入装置。
另外,本发明考虑到上述问题,其目的是要提供一种可根据操作力,使模拟输出可变的输入开关。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了如下的游戏机用的输入装置。
本发明的游戏机用的输入装置,是将信号输入使用计算机的游戏机中的一种输入装置;它具有从本体外侧突出出来的一个以上的操作件,在上述操作件周围,与该操作件的操作点的移动连动的移动传递构件;在该移动传递构件内,放置着多个导电弹性体,在上述本体内,设置有形成多个与上述导电弹性体对应的电阻的基板,上述导电弹性体,可根据上述操作件的操作点的移动方位和倾角,改变与上述电阻的接触面积,从而改变电阻量,通过使上述操作件的操作点移动,可将与该移动对应的模拟信号,输入上述游戏机中。
本发明的游戏机用的输入装置的模拟输入部分,为上述操作件和与该操作件的操作点的移动一起运动的部分。该模拟输入部分具有上述操作件,上述移动传递构件、上述导电弹性体和上述电阻。
另外,上述移动传递构件作成圆锥台形,当上述操作件倾斜时,上述圆锥台的周边部分,与壳体的底部接触,成为倾斜支点。从支点至导电弹性体的回转距离长,则与操作件倾斜相对应的导电弹性体和电阻的接触力较稳定。
本发明的导电弹性体为棱锥台形或圆锥台形,根据作用在操作件上的操作力大小,该导电弹性体的前端慢慢压缩,因此,可以根据操作力大小,正确地改变导电弹性体的压缩面积,高精度地改变与电阻的接触面积。
在上述移动传递构件上,安装着可以弹性变形的支承构件,上述导电弹性体做在上述支承构件的底部。因此,可以做得较薄,另外,操作件的倾斜操作,可使支承构件弹性变形,导电弹性体可平稳地与电阻接触。

上述第一接点由棱锥台形或圆锥台形的导电弹性体制成;根据作用在上述操作件上的操作力大小,上述导电弹性体的前端,慢慢地与上述第二接点接触,使接触面积变化。因此,可根据操作力大小,正确地改变导电弹性体的压缩面积,高精度地改变与电阻的接触面积。
上述移动传递构件的中心有一个通孔,上述操作件插入上述通孔中,可自由升降地支承在该孔中。因此推压开关的工作结构简单。
本发明的输入装置,是将信号输入使用计算机的游戏机中的一种输入装置,该装置具有从本体的外侧突出出来的一个以上的模拟操作件和一个以上的数字式操作件,可与上述模拟操作件的操作点的移动连动的模拟输入部分,和与上述数字式操作件的动作相对应的,进行接通/断开操作的数字式输入部分;构成上述模拟输入部分的一侧的接点,和构成上述数字式输入部分的一侧的接点,都做在一块基板上。
上述模拟输入部分由设在上述模拟操作件上的导电弹性体,和与该导电弹性体相对的电阻构成;而上述数字式输入部分由设在上述数字式操作件上的第一接点,和与该第一接点相对的第二接点构成;上述电阻和上述第二接点,做在上述基板上。因此,整个装置的尺寸,厚度和重量可减小。
本发明的输入开关由具有可动接点、由操作力作用上下运动的开关部分,和与上述可动接点相对配置的固定接点的基板构成;上述开关部分向下运动,可使上述可动接点与固定接点接触,输出信号;上述可动接点由棱锥台形或圆锥台形的导电弹性体构成,同时,上述固定接点由做在上述基板上的电阻构成,根据操作力的大小,可以改变上述导电弹性体和上述电阻的接触面积,改变上述电阻的电阻值,从而可以改变输出值。由于本发明的可动接点由棱锥台形或圆锥台形的导电弹性体构成,因此,可以根据操作力大小,正确地改变导电弹性体的压缩面积,改变与电阻的接触面积,得到高精度的输出值。
上述基板为挠性基板,上述开关部分具有支承在上述挠性基板的表面上,可以弹性变形的脚部。因此,输入开关可以做得很薄。
如果采用以上所述的本发明的游戏机用的输入装置,则由于它是将信号输入使用计算机的游戏机中的一种输入装置;它具有从本体外侧突出出来的一个以上的操作件,在上述操作件周围,与该操作件的操作点的移动连动的移动传递构件;在该移动传递构件内,放置着多个导电弹性体,在上述本体内,设置有形成多个与上述导电弹性体对应的电阻的基板,上述导电弹性体,可根据上述操作件的操作点的移动方位和倾角,改变与上述电阻的接触面积,从而改变电阻量,因此与在操作件和与它连接的基板之间,放置有回转式电位器的现有的游戏机输入装置不同,模拟输入装置结构简单,不使用昂贵的回转式电位器,它可以将与操作件的操作点移动对应的信号,输入上述游戏机,因此成本降低。
另外,本发明的游戏机输入装置的模拟输入部分,由于没有现有的游戏机输入装置的模拟输入部分中的回转式电位器,因此厚度薄,整个装置尺寸和厚度都减小。
本发明的游戏机用输入装置的模拟输入部分,由于与现有的游戏机用输入装置中具有回转式电位器的模拟输入部分比较,厚度大大减小;因此与现有的游戏机用输入装置中,将模拟输入装置设在与带有和十字键、键头、选择键等数字式操作件连接的接点部分的第一基板分开的第二基板上的结构不同,可以放置在有与十字键、键头、选择键等数字式操作件连接的接点的基板上,上述电阻也放在该基板上;因此可使所用的基板块数减小,减小厚度和重量,使整个装置尺寸,厚度,重量都减小。
另外,根据本发明的游戏机输入装置,它是将信号输入使用计算机的游戏机中的一种输入装置;它具有从本体外侧突出出来的一个以上的操作件;在上述操作件周围,当该操作件的操作点偏离中轴移动时,一起连动的移动传递构件,与上述操作件分开设置;在该移动传递构件上,设有多个第一接点;在上述本体内,在与上述第一接点之间,设置着形成构成表面型模拟开关的多个第二接点,在上述本体内,与上述操作件对应的位置上,设有可根据该操作件的操作点的升降,进行接通/断开操作的推压开关。因此与在操作件和与它连接的基板之间,放置有回转式电位器的现有的游戏机输入装置不同,模拟输入装置结构简单,不使用昂贵的回转式电位器,它可以将与操作件的操作点移动对应的信号,输入上述游戏机,因此成本降低。
另外,本发明的游戏机用输入装置,特别是在上述操作件周围,当该操作件的操作点偏离中轴移动时,一起连动的移动传递构件,与上述操作件分开设置;在该移动传递构件上,设有多个第一接点;在上述本体内,在与上述第一接点之间,设置着形成构成表面型模拟开关的多个第二接点,在上述本体内,与上述操作件对应的位置上,设有可根据该操作件的操作点的升降,进行接通/断开操作的推压开关。因此,一个操作件上兼有模拟操作件和数字式操作件的功能。即:当上述操作件的操作点,不偏离中立轴而下降时,上述操作件使与它对应设置的上述推压开关处在接通状态,上述移动传递构件不移动,上述第一个接点和上述第二个接点不接触,因此,数字式信号输入游戏机。当上述操作件的操作点,偏离中立轴移动倾倒时,上述移动传递构件移动,上述第一接点和第二接点接触,并且接触面积与上述操作点的移动量对应。但由于上述操作件不与上述推压开关接触,模拟信号输入上述游戏机中。另外,当在轴向方向推压上述操作件的同时,使操作点偏离中立轴移动倾倒时,数字式信号和模拟信号都输入上述游戏机中。
另外,根据本发明游戏机输入装置,是将信号输入使用计算机的游戏机中的一种输入装置,该装置具有从本体的外侧突出出来的一个以上的模拟操作件和一个以上的数字式操作件,可与上述模拟操作件的操作点的移动连动的模拟输入部分,和与上述数字式操作件的动作相对应的,进行接通/断开操作的数字式输入部分;构成上述模拟输入部分的一侧的接点,和构成上述数字式输入部分的一侧的接点,都做在一块基板上。与现有的游戏机的输入装置中,将模拟输入部分设置在与带有与十字键,键头,选择键等数字式操作件连接的接点部分的第一基板分开的第二基板上的结构不同,由于可将构成模拟输入部分的接点部分的接点中的一侧的接点,设置在形成有与十字键,键头,选择键等数字式操作件连接的各个接点部分的接点件的一侧接点的基板上,因此可减小所使用的基板块数,厚度和重量可减小,整个装置的尺寸、厚度、重量都减小。

具体实施方式
图1为表示本发明的一个实施例的计算机游戏机用的控制器(输入装置)的透视图;图2为图1的分解透视图。图中,1为构成控制器本体上部的上壳体(第一个壳体构件);2为构成控制器本体下部的下壳体(第二个壳体构件);3为放在由上壳体1和下壳体2构成的内部空间中的,具有挠性的挠性基板;4为将挠性基板3压在上壳体1的内表面上,固定的平板(固定构件)。

另外,通过将各个支承构件51的凸出部分51a,嵌入作在移动传递构件45上配合凹部45a中,可将多个(本实施例中为四个)由导电橡胶等制成的导电弹性体50,安装在该移动传递构件45上。
在设在各个操作杠杆22的操作杆22a周围的移动传递构件45上,以操作杠杆22的中立轴N为中心,在+X方向和-X方向及+Y和-Y方向的四个方向上,分别设有导电弹性体50。
如图2和图3所示,在与设在挠性基板3上表面上的各个移动传递构件45上的各个导电弹性体50分别对应的位置上,安装着电阻60。这里的电阻60是安装在挠性基板3的表面上的。这样,各个导电弹性体50和与它相对应设置的电阻60之间,构成了表面型的模拟开关。
另外,在挠性基板3上的与各个操作杠杆22对应的位置上,设有使与该操作杠杆22的操作点P的升降相应,进行接通/断开操作的推压开关(接点部分),和在该开关周围的螺旋弹簧71,从平板4向操作杠杆22突出出来的孔72。
在本实施例中,模拟输入部分为与各个操作杠杆22和与各个操作杠杆的操作点P的移动连动的部分;它由操作杠杆22,移动传递构件45,导电弹性体50,弹性的支承构件51和电阻60构成。
导电弹性体50的形状为棱锥台形或圆锥台形,它可根据偏离操作杠杆22的操作点P的中立轴N移动时的方位和倾角,改变与电阻60的接触面积,从而改变电阻值。即:导电弹性体50每单位面积的电阻值,比电阻60小,当接触面积增大时,电阻的电阻值降低,流过的电流增大。
例如,如图3所示,当操作杠杆22不操作时,操作杠杆22的操作点P在中立轴N上,而且也不向中立轴N的上下方向移动。在这个状态时,如图3和图6所示,由于安装在移动传递构件45上的四个导电弹性体50不与对应的电阻60接触,因此,电阻60的电阻值不改变,流过的电流为通常的电流。
其次,如图4所示,当使操作杠杆22向-X方向倾斜时,操作杠杆22的操作点P向-X方向移动,移动至偏离不操作时的中立轴N上的位置的一个位置上。在这个状态时,如图4和图8所示,在移动传递构件45的-X方向的导电弹性体50,被移动传递构件45挤压,与对应的电阻60接触;而在+X方向和-Y方向及+Y方向上的导电弹性体50,如图4和图6所示,由于不与对应的电阻60接触,因此,在-X方向的导电弹性体50和与它对应的电阻60之间的地方,电阻值改变,而在+X方向和-Y方向及+Y方向的导电弹性体50和与它对应的电阻60之间的地方,电阻值不改变,仍流过通常的电流。
再当操作杠杆22向着-X方向和-Y方向的中间方向倾斜时,移动传递构件45的周边部分45b与上壳体1的底部接触倾斜,操作杠杆22的操作点P,向-X方向和-Y方向之间移动,移动至偏离不操作时的中立轴N上的位置的一个位置上。在这个状态时,在移动传递构件45的-X方向和-Y方向的导电弹性体50,由移动传递构件45按压,与对应的电阻60接触,如图4和图7所示。由于接触面积S比操作杠杆22向-X方向倾斜时的接触面积小,因此电阻比操作杠杆22向-X方向倾斜时的电阻大,流过的电流减小。另外,图4和图6所示,由于在+X方向和+Y方向的导电弹性体50,不与对应的电阻60接触,因此,在+X方向和+Y方向的导电弹性体50和与它对应的电阻60之间的地方,电阻不变化,仍流过通常的电流。
在这个控制器中,利用流过各电阻60的电流变化引起的电压变化,可以检测移动操作杠杆22的操作点P的方位和倾角,以检测的信号作为模拟信号,通过从挠性基板3引出的后述的配线33和电缆23,输入计算机游戏机中。
另外,在这个控制器中,当用手在轴向压操作杠杆22时,如图5所示,操作杆22a下降,其压紧部分22d压缩螺旋弹簧71;此时,杆22c下降,压紧推压开关(接点部分)70,变成接通状态。其次,当手离开操作杠杆22时,由于螺旋弹簧71恢复原来状态,螺旋弹簧71将操作杆22a向上顶起,操作杠杆回到图3所示的不操作时的状态。另外,由于杆22c也离开了推压开关70,因此,变为断开状态。由于移动传递构件45是与操作杠杆22分开的,如果使操作杠杆22移动,使操作点P不偏离中立轴N,则随着操作杠杆22的升降,移动传递构件45不移动,因此,导电弹性体50不与电阻60接触。
然后,推压开关70的接通/断开状态,作为一种数字式信号,可通过后述的从挠性基板3引出的带状配线33和电缆23,输入计算机游戏机中。
又,如图2和图9所示,在与挠性基板3的上表面上的上壳体1的十字键(数字式操作件)11,键头(数字式操作件)12和选择键(数字式操作件)13对应的位置上,分别形成根据这些键11~13的动作,进行接通/断开操作的接点图形(接点)32,32……。在与各个数字式操作件相对的接点图形(下端的接点)32和上述数字式操作件之间,在由橡胶制成的圆顶形的弹性体的内侧,设有由导电橡胶等制成的上侧接点(图中省略了)。这些上侧和下侧的接点,构成了数字式开关(接点部分)。本实施例中的数字式输入部分,  由上述各个数字式操作件和根据各个数字式操作件的动作,进行接通/断开的操作的数字式开关接点构成。
另外,在该基板3的前面大约中心处,具有向前方延伸的,与上述端子连接的带状配线33。与上壳体1的突出部分16,16对应的两端,成为向前方延伸的带状接点34,34。
在这个带状接点34的根部,做出H形的槽,该槽的背面成为向前方突出出来的防止弹回用的凸片35 。在带状接点34上安装着具有两个接点的橡胶接点36。该橡胶接点36与带状接点34一起,嵌入座(支承构件)37中固定起来。按钮键27嵌入该座37中,与橡胶接点36中的位于基板3内侧的接点连接,可以进行接通/断开操作。
又如图10所示,将该座37在基板3上垂直立起时,凸片35进入座37的下端,可以防止带状接点34弹回。这个垂直立起的座37,嵌入下壳体2的突出部分26内,按钮键27与橡胶接点36中的外侧接点连接,可以进行接通/断开操作。
另外,带状配线33通过插入做在平板4的前面端部上,防止静电的壁面41上的槽中,而垂直地支承起来。配线33的前端,由于插入做在下壳体2上的上述端子中,而电气上连接起来。这个壁面41位于上壳体1和下壳体2的连接部分上,可以防止从外部进入的静电,但对通入带状配线33的静电没有影响。在基板3和平板4上,做出用于插入做在上壳体1上的定位销(凸出部分)42,42……的孔43。
在这个控制器中,使十字键11,键头12,选择键13和按钮键27,27,操作杠杆22分别动作,可将与各个动作相应的数字式信号,通过从挠性基板3引出的带状配线33和电缆23,输入计算机游戏机中。还可以移动操作杠杆22的操作点P使它偏离中立轴N,将与该移动相应的模拟信号,输入上述计算机游戏机中。
在装配该控制器时,首先,将做在下壳体2上的电缆23向外拉出。
其次,将橡胶接点36安装在挠性基板3的带状接点34上,将座37嵌入该橡胶接点36和带状接点34中,将按钮键27嵌入该座37中,使它与橡胶接点36中的内则接点连接。
然后,使座37在基板3上垂直立起,使凸片35插入座37下端。这样,可使座37在基板3上保持垂直,不会弹回。
接着,再将带状配线33插入平板4的壁面41的槽中,使平板4与基板密切接触,使带状配线33,在与垂直的座37相同的方向上突出出来。
再将装存多个操作杠杆22和在各个操作杠杆22周围,带有移动传递部件45的基板3和平板4上的孔43,套在上壳体1的定位销42,42……上;利用平板4,将挠性基板3压紧在上壳体1的内表面上。这时,推压开关70及其周围的螺旋弹簧71,从挠性基板3的各个孔72中突出出来。
再将上述上壳体1嵌入下壳体2中,将挠性基板3和平板4装入,成为一个整体。
这时,带状配线33与设在下壳体2上的上述端子连接。操作杠杆22,从上壳体1的孔14中突出出来。
在本实施例的控制器中,设置有从上壳体1的外端突出出来的一个以上的操作杠杆22;使在各个操作杠杆22周围,在操作枉杆22的操作点P偏离中立轴N移动时连动的移动传递构件45与操作杠杆22分开;在移动传递构件45中设置多个导电弹性体50;将形成多个与上述导电弹性体50对应的电阻60的挠性基板3,放在上壳体1和下壳体2构成的内部空间中;再在上述内部空间中,在与操作杠杆22对应的位置上,设置可根据操作杠杆22的操作点P的升降,进行接通/断开操作的推压开关70;可以在弹性体50从偏离操作杠杆22的操作点P的中立轴N移动时的方位和倾角相应,改变导电弹性体50与电阻60的接触面积,从而改变电阻值。这与现有的在操作杠杆和与它连接的基板之间,放置回转式电位器的游戏机输入装置不同,模拟输入部分结构简单,而且由于不使用昂贵的回转式电位点,来将与操作杠杆22的操作点P的移动对应的模拟信号,输入游戏机,因此成本低。
另外,由于本实施例的控制器中所具有的模拟输入部分,没有现有的控制器(输入装置)的模拟装置所具有的回转式电位器,因此厚度较薄,可使整个装置尺寸减小,厚度变薄。
另外,本实施例的控制器中的模拟输入部分,由于与现有的控制器中的具有回转式电位器的模拟输入部分比较,厚度大大减小,因此与将现有的控制器中的模拟输入部分,设在与带有与十字键,键头,选择键等数字式操作件连接的接点部分的第一基板分开的第二基板上的结构不同;可将该模拟输入部分,设置在带有与十字键,键头,选择等数字式操作件连接的接点的挠性基板3上。此外,电阻60也可以放置在构成基板3的下端的板上,因此,可减少使用的基板数,使厚度变薄,重量减轻,整个装置的尺寸,重量,厚度都可减小。
在本实施例的控制器中,由于带有从上壳体1的外侧突出出来的一个以上的操作杠杆22;十字键11,键头12,选择键13等一个以上的数字式操作件;与操作杠杆22的操作点P的移动连动的模拟输入部分;可以与上述数字式操作件的动作相应,进行接通/断开操作的数字式输入部分;和在基板3上形成构成上述模拟输入部分的接点60及构成上述数字式输入部分的接点图形(一侧接点)32;因此与在现有的游戏机用的输入装置中,将模拟输入部分设置在与带有十字键,键头,选择键等数字式操作件连接的接点部分的第一基板分开的第二基板上的结构比较;可以减少使用的基板块数,厚度可减薄,重量减小,整个装置尺寸,厚度,重量都可减小。
另外,在本实施例的控制器中,特别是在各个操作杠杆22的周围,使移动传递构件45与操作杠杆22分开,在移动传递部件45中,设置多个导电弹性体50,还将形成多个与导电弹性体50相对应的电阻60的挠性基板3放在由上壳体1和下壳体2构成的内部空间中,还在上述内部空间中,在与各个操作杠杆22对应的位置上,设置有可根据操作杠杆22的操作点P的升降;进行接通/断开的推压开关70;因此,在一个操作杠杆22上,兼有模拟操作件和数字式操作件的功能。即:当操作杠杆22的操作点P,不偏离中立轴N,而是下降时,操作枉杆22可使与它对应的推压开关70处在接通状态;而移动传递构件45不移动,导电弹性体50和电阻60不接触,因此,数字式信号输入游戏机中。当使操作杠杆22的操作点P,偏离中立轴N移动倾倒时,移动传递构件45移动,导电弹性体50与电阻60接触,而且接触面积与上述操作杠杆22的移动量对应。另外,由于操作杠杆22不与推压开关70接触,模拟信号可输入上述游戏机中。当在轴向方向推压操作杠杆22,同时,使其操作点P偏离中立轴N移动倾倒时,数字式信号和模拟信号都可输入上述游戏机中。
以上,结合附图,说明了本发明的控制器的一个实施例,但本发明的具体结构不是仅限于本实施例。在不偏离本发明的精神范围内,可对设计做各种变化,例如:操作杠杆22的形状和数量,移动传递构件45的形状,装在移动传递构件45上的导电弹性体50的形状和数量等都可以适当地改变。
如果采用以上所述的本发明的游戏机用的输入装置,则由于是将信号输入使用计算机的游戏机中的一种输入装置;它具有从本体外侧突出出来的一个以上的操作件,在上述操作件周围,与该操作件的操作点的移动连动的移动传递构件;在该移动传递构件内,放置着多个导电弹性体,在上述本体内,设置有形成多个与上述导电弹性体对应的电阻的基板,上述导电弹性体,可根据上述操作件的操作点的移动方位和倾角,改变与上述电阻的接触面积,从而改变电阻量,因此与在操作件和与它连接的基板之间,放置有回转式电位器的现有的游戏机输入装置不同,模拟输入装置结构简单,不使用昂贵的回转式电位器,它可以将与操作件的操作点移动对应的信号,输入上述游戏机,  因此成本降低。
另外,本发明的游戏机输入装置的模拟输入部分,由于没有现有的游戏机输入装置的模拟输入部分中的回转式电位器,因此厚度薄,整个装置尺寸和厚度都减小。
另外,根据本发明的游戏机输入装置,它是将信号输入使用计算机的游戏机中的一种输入装置;它具有从本体外侧突出出来的一个以上的操作件;在上述操作件周围,当该操作件的操作点偏离中轴移动时,一起连动的移动传递构件,与上述操作件分开设置;在该移动传递构件上,设有多个第一接点;在上述本体内,在与上述第一接点之间,设置着形成构成表面型模拟开关的多个第二接点,在上述本体内,与上述操作件对应的位置上,设有可根据该操作件的操作点的升降,进行接通/断开操作的推压开关。因此与在操作件和与它连接的基板之间,放置有回转式电位器的现有的游戏机输入装置不同,模拟输入装置结构简单,不使用昂贵的回转式电位器,它可以将与操作件的操作点移动对应的信号,输入上述游戏机,因此成本降低。
另外,本发明的游戏机用输入装置,特别是在上述操作件周围,当该操作件的操作点偏离中轴移动时,一起连动的移动传递构件,与上述操作件分开设置;在该移动传递构件上,设有多个第一接点;在上述本体内,在与上述第一接点之间,设置着形成构成表面型模拟开关的多个第二接点,在上述本体内,与上述操作件对应的位置上,设有可根据该操作件的操作点的升降,进行接通/断开操作的推压开关。因此,一个操作件上兼有模拟操作件和数字式操作件的功能。即:当上述操作件的操作点,不偏离中立轴而下降时,上述操作件使与它对应设置的上述推压开关处在接通状态,上述移动传递构件不移动,上述第一个接点和上述第二个接点不接触,因此,数字式信号输入游戏机。当上述操作件的操作点,偏离中立轴移动倾倒时,上述移动传递构件移动,上述第一接点和第二接点接触,并且接触面积与上述操作点的移动量对应。但由于上述操作件不与上述推压开关接触,模拟信号输入上述游戏机中。另外,当在轴向方向推压上述操作件的同时,使操作点偏离中立轴移动倾倒时,数字式信号和模拟信号都输入上述游戏机中。
另外,根据本发明游戏机输入装置,是将信号输入使用计算机的游戏机中的一种输入装置,该装置具有从本体的外侧突出出来的一个以上的模拟操作件和一个以上的数字式操作件,可与上述模拟操作件的操作点的移动连动的模拟输入部分,和与上述数字式操作件的动作相对应的,进行接通/断开操作的数字式输入部分;构成上述模拟输入部分的一侧的接点,和构成上述数字式输入部分的一侧的接点,都做在一块基板上。与现有的游戏机的输入装置中,将模拟输入部分设置在与带有与十字键,键头,选择键等数字式操作件连接的接点部分的第一基板分开的第二基板上的结构不同,由于可将构成模拟输入部分的接点部分的接点中的一侧的接点,设置在形成有与十字键,键头,选择键是数字式操作件连接的各个接点部分的接点件的一侧接点的基板上,因此可减小所使用的基板块数,厚度和重量可减小,整个装置的尺寸、厚度、重量都减小。
另外,本发明的输入开关的可动接点,用棱锥台形或圆锥台形的导电弹性体制成,可以正确地根据操作力,改变导电弹性体的接触面积,可得到高精度的输出值。

Claims (11)

1.一种游戏机用的输入装置,它是将信号输入使用计算机的游戏机中的一种输入装置;它具有从本体外侧突出出来的一个以上的操作件,在上述操作件周围,与该操作件的操作点的移动连动的移动传递构件;在该移动传递构件内,放置着多个导电弹性体,在上述本体内,设置有形成多个与上述导电弹性体对应的电阻的基板,其特征为,上述导电弹性体,可根据上述操作件的操作点的移动方位和倾角,改变与上述电阻的接触面积,从而改变电阻量,通过使上述操作件的操作点移动,可将与该移动对应的模拟信号,输入上述游戏机中。
2.如权利要求1所述的游戏机用的输入装置,其特征为,上述移动传递构件作成圆锥台形,当上述操作件倾斜时,上述圆锥台的周边部分,与壳体的底部接触,成为倾斜支点。
3.如权利要求1所述的游戏机用输入装置,其特征为,上述导电弹性体作成棱锥台形或圆锥台形,根据作用在上述操作件上的操作力的大小,上述导电弹性体的前端,慢慢地被压缩。
4.如权利要求1所述的游戏机用输入装置,其特征为,在上述移动传递构件上,安装着可以弹性变形的支承构件,上述导电弹性体做在上述支承构件的底部。
5.一种游戏机用的输入装置,它是将信号输入使用计算机的游戏机中的一种输入装置;它具有从本体外侧突出出来的一个以上的操作件;在上述操作件周围,当该操作件的操作点偏离中轴移动时,一起连动的移动传递构件,与上述操作件分开设置;在该移动传递构件上,设有多个第一接点;其特征为,在上述本体内,在与上述第一接点之间,设置着形成构成表面型模拟开关的多个第二接点,在上述本体内,与上述操作件对应的位置上,设有可根据该操作件的操作点的升降,进行接通/断开操作的推压开关。
6.如权利要求5所述的游戏机用的输入装置,其特征为,上述第一接点由棱锥台形或圆锥台形的导电弹性体制成;根据作用在上述操作件上的操作力大小,上述导电弹性体的前端,慢慢地与上述第二接点接触,使接触面积变化。
7.如权利要求5所述的游戏机用的输入装置,其特征为,上述移动传递构件的中心有一个通孔,上述操作件插入上述通孔中,可自由升降地支承在该孔中。
8.一种游戏机用的输入装置,它是将信号输入使用计算机的游戏机中的一种输入装置,该装置具有从本体的外侧突出出来的一个以上的模拟操作件和一个以上的数字式操作件,可与上述模拟操作件的操作点的移动连动的模拟输入部分,和与上述数字式操作件的动作相对应的,进行接通/断开操作的数字式输入部分;其特征为,构成上述模拟输入部分的一侧的接点,和构成上述数字式输入部分的一侧的接点,都做在一块基板上。
9.如权利要求8所述的游戏机用的输入装置,其特征为,上述模拟输入部分由设在上述模拟操作件上的导电弹性体,和与该导电弹性体相对的电阻构成;而上述数字式输入部分由设在上述数字式操作件上的第一接点,和与该第一接点相对的第二接点构成;上述电阻和上述第二接点,做在上述基板上。
10.如权利要求9所述的游戏机用的输入装置,其特征为,上述基板由一块挠性基板构成。
11.一种游戏机用的输入装置,其通过倾斜并移动操作件进行输入,其特征在于:
上述装置由导电弹性体和电阻构成,该导电弹性体呈棱锥台形或圆锥台形,并随上述操作件的运动而运动,该电阻随上述操作件的运动与上述导电弹性体相接触,
上述电阻在挠性基板上形成,同时,上述导电弹性体支承在上述挠性基板的表面上,上述导电弹性体具有可弹性变形的支承构件,并随上述操作件的操作使上述支承构件变形,使上述导电弹性体与上述电阻的接触面积发生变化,可使上述电阻的电阻值改变。
