本发明涉及汽车尾气净化技术领域,具体地说是一种能进行二次净化的汽车尾气净化装置。
背景技术
净化汽车尾气,是减轻污染影响的技术措施,包括发动机的内净化和外净化。前者是使排出的部分废气再次燃烧以减少废气中的有害物质;后者是安装尾气催化净化器,从内燃机排出的一氧化碳、碳氢化合物和氮氧化物等废气通过催化净化器转化为二氧化碳、氮气和水。现阶段最有效的尾气净化器是三元催化器,安装在汽车排气系统中最重要的机外净化装置,载体部件是一块多孔陶瓷材料,安装在特制的排气管当中。它可以把废气中的HC、CO变成水和CO2,同时把Nox分解成氮气和氧气。HC、CO是有毒气体,过多吸入会导致人死亡,而NOX会直接导致光化学烟雾的发生。但是汽车在低速行驶或停止但未熄火时汽油燃烧不完全,排放尾气比汽车正常行驶时更难净化,容易净化不完全,排至空气中对大气产生污染。

针对上述技术的不足,本发明提出了一种能进行二次净化的汽车尾气净化装置,能够克服上述缺陷。

开始工作时,当汽车处于正常行驶状态时转向电磁铁63不通电,门板55位于右侧,转向腔12与一次连通管11连通,汽车尾气从进气口14进入,经过转向腔12、一次连通管11进入三元催化器33,净化完成后从出气口34排出;当温度传感器13检测到温度过低或汽车处于低速行驶时转向电磁铁63通电,吸引转向铁块60,从而带动转向齿条58向左滑动,转向弹簧57拉伸,从而带动转向齿轮61转动,从而带动转向转动轴59转动,从而带动转动块53转动,从而带动门板55转动至上侧,转向腔12与过滤腔35连通,汽车尾气从进气口14进入,经过转向腔12进入过滤腔35,经过过滤板29过滤大颗粒未燃烧完成的杂质后进入净化腔27,启动电机46,从而带动驱动轴47转动,从而带动花键44转动,从而带动往复齿轮48转动,从而带动上从动齿轮36转动,从而带动上从动轴24转动,从而带动主动锥齿轮23转动,从而带动从动锥齿轮25转动,从而带动搅拌转动轴26转动,从而带动搅拌扇叶28搅拌尾气,使尾气与活性炭17充分接触净化,尾气经过二次连通口32进入三元催化器33进行二次净化,净化完成后从出气口34排出,当汽车恢复至正常行驶状态时,转向电磁铁63断电,由于转向弹簧57作用转向齿条58向右滑动,门板55转动至右侧;当过滤板29表面吸附过多杂质时滑动电磁铁39通电,吸引滑动铁块41,滑动弹簧42拉伸,从而带动燕尾槽滑动块43向前滑动,往复齿轮48与下从动齿轮38啮合,启动电机46正转,从而带动驱动轴47转动,从而带动花键44转动,从而带动往复齿轮48转动,从而带动下从动齿轮38转动,从而带动下从动轴20转动,从而带动主动皮带轮21转动,从而带动从动皮带轮67转动,从而带动螺杆68转动,从而带动滑动块71向后滑动,从而带动清洁转动轴15、清洁块30、毛刷31向后滑动,升降齿轮69与升降齿条70啮合,从而带动升降齿轮69转动,从而带动清洁转动轴15转动,从而带动清洁块30、毛刷31转动,毛刷31清洁过滤板29表面,将过滤板29表面大颗粒杂质刷至收集腔37内,可定期更换收集腔37,当滑动块71滑动至最后侧时启动电机46反转,从而带动滑动块71向前滑动,当滑动块71滑动至最前侧时电机46停止,滑动电磁铁39断电,由于滑动弹簧42作用燕尾槽滑动块43向后滑动往复齿轮48与上从动齿轮36啮合,装置复位。
有益效果为:该装置结构简单,操作方便,该装置在工作时,可根据汽车行驶的实际状况和温度控制转向组件转动选择只进行一次净化或进行二次净化,一次净化直接通过三元催化器净化尾气,二次净化时先经过过滤板过滤大颗粒杂质,再通过活性炭净化,净化完成后通过三元催化器净化尾气,使燃烧不充分的尾气充分净化,防止由于汽车在低速行驶时燃烧不充分、较难净化而对大气产生污染。

1.一种能进行二次净化的汽车尾气净化装置,包括主体,其特征在于:所述主体内设有三元催化器,所述三元催化器上侧设有出气口,所述三元催化器下侧设有与所述三元催化器通过一次连通管连通的转向腔,所述转向腔内设有转向组件,所述转向腔下侧连通设有进气口,所述进气口左端壁固定安装有温度传感器,所述转向腔右侧连通设有过滤腔,所述过滤腔内设有过滤组件,所述过滤腔右侧通过过滤板连通设有净化腔,所述净化腔侧端面固定安装有活性炭,所述净化腔上侧与所述三元催化器通过二次连通口连通,所述净化腔右侧设有传动腔,所述传动腔内设有驱动组件与传动组件,所述过滤腔下侧连通设有升降腔,所述升降腔右侧与所述传动腔通过连通腔连通,所述净化腔右端壁转动安装有向右延伸至所述传动腔的搅拌转动轴,所述净化腔内设有与所述搅拌转动轴固定连接的搅拌扇叶。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种能进行二次净化的汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述转向组件包括与位于所述转向腔后侧的滑动腔,所述转向腔后端壁转动安装有向后延伸至所述滑动腔的转向转动轴,所述转向腔内设有与所述转向转动轴前侧固定连接的转动块,所述转动块右侧固定安装有右连杆,所述右连杆上铰接有上连接块,所述上连接块右侧固定安装有门板,所述转动块左侧通过左连杆连接有左连接块,所述转向腔后端壁固定安装有位于所述转向转动轴左侧的固定块,所述固定块与所述左连接块通过限位弹簧连接,所述转向腔后端壁固定安装有位于所述转向转动轴右侧的滑动限位板,所述门板左侧固定安装有下连接块,所述下连接块上转动安装有与所述滑动限位板右端面滚动配合的滚轮。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种能进行二次净化的汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述转向组件还包括位于滑动腔左侧的转向电磁铁,所述滑动腔下端壁滑动设有转向齿条,所述转向齿条左侧与所述转向电磁铁左侧通过转向铁块连接,所述转向齿条右侧与所述滑动腔右端壁通过转向弹簧连接,所述滑动腔内设有与所述转向转动轴固定连接且与所述转向齿条啮合的转向齿轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种能进行二次净化的汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述过滤组件包括位于所述过滤腔后侧的收集腔,所述升降腔上端壁转动安装有螺杆,所述螺杆上通过螺纹配合设有与所述升降腔左端壁滑动配合的滑动块,所述滑动块上转动安装有向上延伸至所述过滤腔的清洁转动轴,所述过滤腔内设有与所述清洁转动轴固定连接且外侧设有能清洁所述过滤板表面的毛刷的清洁块,所述清洁转动轴下侧固定安装有升降齿轮,所述升降腔左端壁固定安装有与所述升降齿轮啮合的升降齿条。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种能进行二次净化的汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述驱动组件包括与所述传动腔后端壁固定连接的电机,所述电机前侧动力连接有驱动轴,所述驱动轴前侧通过花键套筒连接有花键,所述花键前侧固定安装有往复齿轮,所述传动腔前端壁转动安装有位于所述电机上侧的上从动轴,所述上从动轴上固定安装有能与所述往复齿轮啮合的上从动齿轮,所述传动腔前端壁转动安装有位于所述电机下侧的下从动轴,所述下从动轴上固定安装有能与所述往复齿轮啮合的下从动齿轮,所述传动腔下侧设有燕尾滑动槽,所述燕尾滑动槽前侧设有滑动电磁铁,所述燕尾滑动槽内滑动设有上侧与所述花键通过轴承连接的燕尾槽滑动块,所述燕尾槽滑动块左侧设有与所述滑动电磁铁配合的滑动铁块,所述燕尾槽滑动块后侧与所述燕尾滑动槽后端壁通过滑动弹簧连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种能进行二次净化的汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述传动组件包括与所述上从动轴固定连接且位于所述上从动齿轮后侧的主动锥齿轮,所述传动腔内设有与所述搅拌转动轴固定连接的与所述主动锥齿轮啮合的从动锥齿轮,所述下从动轴上固定安装有位于所述下从动齿轮前侧的主动皮带轮,所述升降腔内设有与所述螺杆固定连接位于所述滑动块前侧且与所述主动皮带轮通过皮带连接的从动皮带轮。
