Abstract
本发明公开了一种无糖口含片,以质量份计,所述无糖口含片由7~20份滤去多糖类化合物的蜂胶醇提取物、1~2份从苦瓜中提取的苦瓜提取物、1~2份从茶叶中提取的茶多酚、0.5~1份抗氧化剂、辅料组成。本无糖口含片滤去了蜂胶醇提取物中的多糖类化合物,保留了蜂胶醇提取物的绝大多数功效,并添加了弱碱性的茶多酚物质以及苦瓜提取物对糖分摄入过多人群尤其是儿童的口腔卫生起促进作用,有利于对糖分摄入过多人群的口腔中的牙齿表面形成碱性保护膜,防止乳酸的侵蚀。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保健制品,具体为一种无糖口含片及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂胶是蜜蜂采集植物的树脂并混合以自身腺体的分泌物,是集动物分泌物和植物分泌物于一体的结晶,蜂胶中富有黄酮类化合物、维生素B族、维E等多种营养成分,对机体有一定的功效,如增加机体免疫力、延缓衰老、保护心脑血管等等。所以现在市场出现了很多带有蜂胶的产品,比如蜂胶漱口水、蜂胶口含片等等。
儿童的牙齿本身抵抗疾病能力比较差,再加上儿童刷牙也不太认真,所以儿童的每一个牙齿由于口腔卫生维护不好比较容易产生蛀牙的现象,再加上儿童喜欢吃甜食、喝碳酸饮料,这些都会加速蛀牙现象的产生。
所以,现在需要一种无糖型口含片来减缓儿童出现蛀牙的现象。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种无糖口含片,能够稍稍分解儿童摄入过多的糖分,从而减缓儿童出现蛀牙的现象。
本发明的另一项发明提供了一种无糖口含片的制备方法,能够从蜂胶中滤去大量的多糖类化合物,以降低蜂胶醇提取物中的糖分含量,以备后期制作无糖口含片。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:以质量份计,所述无糖口含片由7~20份滤去多糖类化合物的蜂胶醇提取物、1~2份从苦瓜中提取的苦瓜提取物、1~2份从茶叶中提取的茶多酚、0.5~1份抗氧化剂、辅料组成。
进一步优化,所述辅料为木糖醇、薄荷香精、硬脂酸镁、山梨醇中一种或多种混合物。
进一步优化,所述抗氧化剂包括维生素C、维生素E中的一种或两种。
进一步优化,所述蜂胶醇提取物包括黄酮类化合物、芳香酸类化合物。
进一步优化,所述黄酮类化合物,包括木犀草素、黄岑苷。
进一步优化,所述芳香酸类化合物包括肉桂酸。
上述方案中,作为优选的是,以质量份计,所述无糖口含片以质量份计,由从10份滤去多糖类化合物的蜂胶醇提取物、1.5份从苦瓜中提取的苦瓜提取物、1份从茶叶中提取的茶多酚、0.5份维生素C、80份辅料组成。辅料为木糖醇、薄荷香精、硬脂酸镁、山梨醇的混合物。
一种无糖口含片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将蜂胶原料冷冻后粉碎过筛,用石油醚脱脂12~24h,干燥后再用80%乙醇回流;
S2:取脱脂后的蜂胶粉末加入至质量分数为40%~80%的乙醇溶液中,使用超声波处理30~50min,并置于50~90℃的水浴中滤去多糖类化合物,总滤去时间为2h~4h;
S3:冷却,抽滤,得到滤去多糖类化合物的蜂胶醇提取物溶液;
S4:将苦瓜原料切块并粉碎,并与蒸馏水混合,得到苦瓜浆,并将苦瓜浆充分浸出,得到苦瓜浆浸出液;
S5:将茶叶原料放入冰箱冷冻1~2h,并设定温度为0度以下;
S6:取出冷冻过的茶叶原料并粉碎,并与蒸馏水混合,得到茶叶浆,并将茶叶浆充分浸出,使得茶多酚溶于蒸馏水中;
S7:将茶叶浆放入微波萃取反应仪中进行萃取,萃取溶剂采用乙醇,提取茶多酚,将提取到的茶多酚进行浓缩,得到茶多酚提取物;
S8:将上述蜂胶醇提取物溶液、苦瓜浆浸出液以及茶多酚提取物、抗氧化剂按比例先用质量分数为40%~80%的乙醇混合均匀,然后加入倍他环糊精水溶解加热至50~80℃搅拌,进行包合;包合结束后对包合物干燥,粉碎,加入辅料,然后加入适量纯化水制软材,制粒、干燥、压片、包衣得到所述无糖口含片。
进一步优化,所述超声波处理45min,所述水浴温度为70℃,总滤去时间为3h。
长期吃糖的儿童,他们的牙齿以及口腔中会被糖分所粘附,长此以往,口腔内的牙齿会出现蛀牙的现象。本发明所配置的无糖口含片,采用多种物质混合制备而成,且从蜂胶中滤去了多糖类化合物,保留了蜂胶醇提取物的绝大多数功效,并添加了弱碱性的茶多酚物质以及苦瓜提取物,具有适当中和口腔内因糖类的附着而产生弱酸性的效果,会对口腔内的牙齿表面形成碱性膜,从而保持牙齿和口腔清洁、卫生。
黄酮类化合物具有代表性的有木犀草素、黄岑苷,木犀草素、黄岑苷具有一定的抗菌作用,能够减少病毒的滋生,也减少口腔内的牙菌斑的产生,起对保护口腔卫生起促进作用。
芳香酸类化合物具有代表性有肉桂酸,肉桂酸对多种细菌、真菌、病原、线虫等有杀灭或抑制作用,长期吃糖的人或儿童容易滋生牙菌斑,肉桂酸对口腔内的细菌具有杀灭或抑制作用。
苦瓜提取物中含有类似胰岛素物质的蛋白质,有明显的的降血糖作用,不仅仅对于儿童,许多成人摄入糖分过多时,如胰岛素对糖类的分解不够时,会产生糖尿病等疾病。本发明通过添加苦瓜提取物来适当减少糖尿病发生的概率,所以本无糖口含片也可适用于摄入糖分量过多的成人。
糖分在口腔内细菌发酵产生酸味,主要是乳酸,乳酸过多会有口腔中的牙齿起到侵蚀作用,从而产生蛀牙。茶多酚是碱性物质,便于在牙齿表面形成一层碱性保护膜,可以适当中和口腔中的乳酸从而能够减缓乳酸对牙齿的侵蚀作用。
与现有技术相比,本无糖口含片保留了原无糖口含片中的蜂胶提取物的绝大部分物质,如黄酮类化合物、芳香酸类化合物,但滤去了蜂胶醇提取物中的多糖类化合物,防止过多的糖分摄入影响口腔健康。且添加了茶多酚、苦瓜提取物对糖分摄入过多人群的口腔卫生起促进作用,有利于对糖分摄入过多人群的口腔中的牙齿表面形成碱性保护膜,防止乳酸的侵蚀。
木犀草素、黄岑苷均为黄酮类化合物,两者结合具有相加作用,更有利于杀菌,从而保持口腔卫生清洁。
苦瓜提取物由于含有类似胰岛素物质用于分解糖分,苦瓜提取物作用位置于口腔内,而茶多酚作用位置于牙齿表面上,故两者之间存在独立作用,互不影响。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,对本发明进行一步详细说明。
实施例1:一种无糖口含片,每片含量为0.5g,以质量份计,每份含片由从 7份滤去多糖类化合物的蜂胶醇提取物、1份从苦瓜中提取的苦瓜提取物、1份从茶叶中提取的茶多酚、0.5份维生素C、60份辅料组成。辅料为木糖醇、薄荷香精、硬脂酸镁、山梨醇的混合物。
实施例2:一种无糖口含片,每片含量为0.5g,以质量份计,每份含片由从 10份滤去多糖类化合物的蜂胶醇提取物、1.5份从苦瓜中提取的苦瓜提取物、1 份从茶叶中提取的茶多酚、0.5份维生素C、80份辅料组成。辅料为木糖醇、薄荷香精、硬脂酸镁、山梨醇的混合物。
实施例3:一种无糖口含片,每片含量为0.5g,以质量份计,每份含片由从 13份滤去多糖类化合物的蜂胶醇提取物、1.5份从苦瓜中提取的苦瓜提取物、1 份从茶叶中提取的茶多酚、0.5份维生素C、90份辅料组成。辅料为木糖醇、薄荷香精、硬脂酸镁、山梨醇的混合物。
实施例4:一种无糖口含片,每片含量为0.5g,以质量份计,每份含片由从 16份滤去多糖类化合物的蜂胶醇提取物、1.5份从苦瓜中提取的苦瓜提取物、1.5 份从茶叶中提取的茶多酚、0.5份维生素C、0.5份维生素E、100份辅料组成。辅料为木糖醇、薄荷香精、硬脂酸镁、山梨醇的混合物。
实施例5:一种无糖口含片,每片含量为0.5g,以质量份计,每份含片由从 18份滤去多糖类化合物的蜂胶醇提取物、2份从苦瓜中提取的苦瓜提取物、1.5 份从茶叶中提取的茶多酚、0.5份维生素C、0.5份维生素E、110份辅料组成。辅料为木糖醇、薄荷香精、硬脂酸镁、山梨醇的混合物。
实施例6:一种无糖口含片,每片含量为0.5g,以质量份计,每份含片由从 20份滤去多糖类化合物的蜂胶醇提取物、2份从苦瓜中提取的苦瓜提取物、2份从茶叶中提取的茶多酚、0.5份维生素C、0.5份维生素E、120份辅料组成。辅料为木糖醇、薄荷香精、硬脂酸镁、山梨醇的混合物。
上述实施例中的漱口水都是通过如下制备方法进行制备:
S1:将蜂胶原料冷冻后粉碎过筛,用石油醚脱脂12h,干燥后再用80%乙醇回流;
S2:取脱脂后的蜂胶粉末加入至质量分数为80%的乙醇溶液中,使用超声波处理40min,并置于70℃的水浴中滤去多糖类化合物,总滤去时间为3h;
S3:冷却,抽滤,得到滤去多糖类化合物的蜂胶醇提取物溶液;
S4:将苦瓜原料切块并粉碎,并与蒸馏水混合,得到苦瓜浆,并将苦瓜浆充分浸出,得到苦瓜浆浸出液;
S5:将茶叶原料放入冰箱冷冻1.5h,并设定温度为0度以下;
S6:取出冷冻过的茶叶原料并粉碎,并与蒸馏水混合,得到茶叶浆,并将茶叶浆充分浸出,使得茶多酚溶于蒸馏水中;
S7:将茶叶浆放入微波萃取反应仪中进行萃取,萃取溶剂采用乙醇,提取茶多酚,将提取到的茶多酚进行浓缩,得到茶多酚提取物;
S8:将上述蜂胶醇提取物溶液、苦瓜浆浸出液以及茶多酚提取物、抗氧化剂按比例先用质量分数为80%的乙醇混合均匀,然后加入倍他环糊精水溶解加热至80℃搅拌,进行包合;包合结束后对包合物干燥,粉碎,加入辅料,然后加入适量纯化水制软材,制粒、干燥、压片、包衣得到所述无糖口含片。
为保证蜂胶醇提取物中的多糖类化合物尽可能多的被滤去,因此选择浸出滤去过程中的温度、超声波处理时间、总浸出滤去时间、液料比四个因素进行试验,从而保证能尽可能多的滤去多糖类化合物。
表1四个因素对多糖化合物滤去的结果的影响
采用UV-2501PC紫外-可见分光光度计在620nm波长下平行车顶样品中的吸光度A=abc,其中a为吸光系数,为定值,b为比色皿厚度,已知,c为多糖质量浓度,从而计算出多糖含量,最终计算出多糖提取率。所以,35:1的液料比,使用超声波处理40min,并置于70℃的水浴中滤去多糖类化合物,总滤去时间为3h的工艺能尽可能的滤去多糖类化合物,具有良好的应用前景。
下面通过实验说明上述实施例无糖含片的效果:
选取具有蛀牙、牙菌斑、龋齿炎等症状的儿童、成年人共60人,其中儿童 30人,成年人30人,儿童中男女各半,成人中男女各半,随机分成6组,每组 10人。
分别用实施例1-6所配比制得的无糖含片,每片含量0.5g,每天服用1片, 30天后统计试验的有效率(%)。(1)明显改善:症状有很大程度的减轻或者消失。(2)缓解:症状有一定程度的减轻但效果不太明显。(3)无效:症状仍明显或者并未减轻。(4)恶化:口腔内的症状变得更差。
表2上述实施例1~6无糖含片在目标人群30天后的试验效果
上述表2结果表明,具有蛀牙、牙菌斑、龋齿炎等症状的儿童、成人使用本无糖含片后,具有较好的效果,且实施例2的效果最好。
为分析本无糖含片是否有效的能够阻止糖分摄入过多的情况下,不影响口腔症状的发病率以及降低口腔症状的发病率,选取120名每日吃糖量较多的儿童,并随机分成6组,并使用实施例1~6的无糖含片,并进行追踪试验。

由表3所示,可以看出上述实施例1~6,摄入果糖过多的儿童,使用本无糖含片后,具有较好的效果,有利于分解果糖,防止乳酸在口腔内积攒过多,从而降低口腔内的症状发病率。且实施例2由于摄于果糖平均数较高,且未出现口腔症状的人数为20,即未有人出现口腔症状,所以实施例2效果最好。
综上所述,本无糖含片保留了原无糖含片中的蜂胶提取物的部分物质,如黄酮类化合物、芳香酸类化合物,但是滤去了蜂胶醇提取物中的多糖类化合物,防止糖分摄入过多影响口腔健康。且添加了茶多酚、苦瓜提取物对糖分摄入过多人群尤其是儿童的口腔卫生起促进作用,有利于对糖分摄入过多人群的口腔中的牙齿表面形成碱性保护膜,防止乳酸的侵蚀。

Claims (8)
1.一种无糖口含片,其特征在于:以质量份计,所述无糖口含片由7~20份滤去多糖类化合物的蜂胶醇提取物、1~2份从苦瓜中提取的苦瓜提取物、1~2份从茶叶中提取的茶多酚、0.5~1份抗氧化剂、辅料组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无糖口含片,其特征在于:所述辅料为木糖醇、薄荷香精、硬脂酸镁、山梨醇中一种或多种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无糖口含片,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂包括维生素C、维生素E中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无糖口含片,其特征在于:所述蜂胶醇提取物包括黄酮类化合物、芳香酸类化合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无糖口含片,其特征在于:所述黄酮类化合物,包括木犀草素、黄岑苷。
6.根据权利要求4所述的无糖口含片,其特征在于:所述芳香酸类化合物包括肉桂酸。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一项所述的无糖口含片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将蜂胶原料冷冻后粉碎过筛,用石油醚脱脂12~24h,干燥后再用80%乙醇回流;
S2:取脱脂后的蜂胶粉末加入至质量分数为40%~80%的乙醇溶液中,使用超声波处理30~50min,并置于50~90℃的水浴中滤去多糖类化合物,总滤去时间为2h~4h;
S3:冷却,抽滤,得到滤去多糖类化合物的蜂胶醇提取物溶液;
S4:将苦瓜原料切块并粉碎,并与蒸馏水混合,得到苦瓜浆,并将苦瓜浆充分浸出,得到苦瓜浆浸出液;
S5:将茶叶原料放入冰箱冷冻1~2h,并设定温度为0度以下;
S6:取出冷冻过的茶叶原料并粉碎,并与蒸馏水混合,得到茶叶浆,并将茶叶浆充分浸出,使得茶多酚溶于蒸馏水中;
S7:将茶叶浆放入微波萃取反应仪中进行萃取,萃取溶剂采用乙醇,提取茶多酚,将提取到的茶多酚进行浓缩,得到茶多酚提取物;
S8:将上述蜂胶醇提取物溶液、苦瓜浆浸出液以及茶多酚提取物、抗氧化剂按比例先用质量分数为40%~80%的乙醇混合均匀,然后加入倍他环糊精水溶解加热至50~80℃搅拌,进行包合;包合结束后对包合物干燥,粉碎,加入辅料,然后加入适量纯化水制软材,制粒、干燥、压片、包衣得到所述无糖口含片。
8.根据权利要求7所述的无糖口含片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述超声波处理45min,所述水浴温度为70℃,总滤去时间为3h。
