Abstract

本发明涉及一种清热降火的银花莲心饮料及其制备方法。它由蒲公英、莲心、淡竹叶、芦根、鱼腥草、金银花等制备而成。本发明能缓解口干舌燥,又可泻心火、生津除烦,适宜于上火人群食用。

一种清热降火银花莲心饮料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种清热降火银花莲心饮料及其制备方法。 
背景技术
饮食、气候干燥、内火等因素导致的上火容易导致口干舌燥,口疮,口破,湿热黄疸,小便不利,痈肿疮疡,热狂烦闷,热病烦渴,热淋等症状,不仅影响人的情绪,也影响身体健康。但目前市场上清热降火的保健饮品品种不多,无法满足消费者日益增长的需求,且有些产品功效不确切,效果不明显。本发明将蒲公英、莲心、淡竹叶、芦根、鱼腥草、金银花相配伍,制备出一种能缓解口干舌燥,又可泻心火、生津除烦的保健饮品,适宜于上火人群食用。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种清热降火银花莲心饮料及其制备方法。本发明能缓解口干舌燥,又可泻心火、生津除烦,适宜于上火人群食用。 
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。 
一种清热降火的银花莲心饮料,其特征在于是由下述原料和重量份制备而成: 
蒲公英1~40份,莲心1~15份,淡竹叶1~35份,芦根1~45份,鱼腥草1~45份,金银花1~35份。本发明优选重量配比是:蒲公英5~25份,莲心2~10份,淡竹叶5~25份,芦根5~30份,鱼腥草5~30份,金银花5~25份。本发明最佳重量配比是:蒲公英10份,莲心3份,淡竹叶10份,芦根15份,鱼腥草10份,金银花10份。
如上所述的银花莲心饮料,其特征在于在其原料配比中还可加入垂盆草1~45份。 
如上所述的银花莲心饮料,其特征在于所述原料的来源可以是中药材或者是相当于中药材生药量的提取物。 
如上所述的银花莲心饮料,其特征在于其制备方法是: 
(1)称量药材,清洗;
(2)加入8~12倍水煎煮1~2次,每次1~3h, 过滤,合并滤液;
(3)滤液3000~4000转/分钟离心15~30分钟,上清液浓缩,加入甜味剂及食用香精,用纯化水调配,搅拌均匀,过滤;
(4)灌装,105℃灭菌30~60分钟,包装。
如上所述的银花莲心饮料的制备方法,其特征在于甜味剂为以下一种或几种:麦芽糖醇、白砂糖、蜂蜜、甘露糖醇、三氯蔗糖、甜蜜素、阿斯巴甜、甜菊糖、安赛蜜、甘草甜素、木糖醇、赤藓糖醇、低聚异麦芽糖。 
如上所述的银花莲心饮料的制备方法,其特征在于成品剂型还可以是采用药学上可接受的载体或赋形剂按药剂学常规工艺制成的颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、滴丸剂、丸剂或口服液。 
如上所述的银花莲心饮料的制备方法,其特征在于成品还可以是采用食品上可接受的赋形剂或食品添加剂,按常规食品制备工艺制成的各种形态食品。 
如上所述的银花莲心饮料,其特征在于制备清热降火的食品或保健品中的应用。 
本发明是由药食两用清热降火中药组成,具有清热袪火、生津除烦之功效。其中,蒲公英性甘,微苦,寒,含有蒲公英醇、蒲公英素、胆碱、有机酸、菊糖等多种健康营养成分,有利尿、缓泻、退黄疸、利胆、助消化,增食欲的作用。 
莲心性味苦寒,含莲心碱、异莲心碱、甲基莲心碱、荷叶碱、前荷叶碱、牛角花素、甲基紫堇杷灵、去甲基乌药碱等多种生物碱及水犀草甙、金丝桃甙、芸香甙等黄酮类活性物质,具有清心,去热,止血,涩精之功效,临床上用于治疗心烦,口渴,吐血,遗精,目赤肿痛等。 
淡竹叶性甘淡,寒,无毒。 归心经、肾经,善导心与小肠之火下行而利尿通淋。含芦竹素、印白茅素、蒲公英赛醇和无羁萜等三萜类化合物,临床上主要用于解热、利尿及抗菌。大量研究表明,竹叶提取物具有优良的抗自由基、抗氧化、抗衰老、降血脂和血胆固醇的作用。 
芦根性味甘,寒,归肺经、胃经,含甾醇,生育酚,多元酚如咖啡酸和龙胆酸,含2,5-二甲氧基-对-苯醌,对-羟基苯甲醛,丁香醛,松柏醛,香草酸,阿魏酸等活性成分,具清热泻火,生津止渴,除烦,止呕,利尿之功效。 
鱼腥草性微寒,味苦,归肺经、膀胱、大肠经。全草含挥发油, 其中有效成分为癸酰乙醛(即鱼腥草素)、月桂醛, 2-十一烷酮, 丁香烯等。具有清热解毒,排脓消痈,利尿通淋之功效。 
金银花性甘寒气芳香,甘寒清热而不伤胃,芳香透达又可祛邪。金银花含绿原酸类、甙类、黄酮类、挥发油类成分,既能宣散风热,还善清解血毒,用于各种热性病,如身热、发疹、发斑、热毒疮痈、咽喉肿痛等证。现代医药学证实其具有抗病原微生物、抗炎、解热作用。 
垂盆草性甘、淡凉,归肝、胆、小肠经,含有N-甲基异石榴皮碱、二氢-N-甲基异石榴皮碱、景天庚酮糖、果糖、蔗糖等发,有清利湿热,解毒之功效。临床上用于治疗烫火伤、痈肿恶疮、乳腺炎、腮腺炎、丹毒、疤疖等还可用于治疗急、慢性肝炎,对葡萄球菌、链球菌、伤寒杆菌、白色念珠菌等均有抑制作用,且可使转氨酶下降。 
本发明临床研究资料 
一、材料与方法
1、受试品:银花莲心饮料,由江西食方食坊中药食品有限公司提供。
2、受试对象:咽痛、口舌生疮、目赤肿痛、小便短赤、痤疮、心悸失眠、口臭等火热内盛炎症者,年龄在20~60岁。观察期间停止服用其他与本品功能相关的产品。 
  
3、服用方法:每日2~3次,每次1~2瓶,连续服用1周。
二、观察指标 
观察主要症状:咽痛、口舌生疮、目赤肿痛、小便短赤、痤疮、心悸失眠、口臭在服用受试品前后的症状改善情况。
三、功效判定 
1、显效:主症消失或明显改善。
2、有效:主症有减轻。 
3、无效:主症无明显变化。

    以上结果表明,本发明具有清热袪火、生津除烦之功效的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实例进一步描述本发明: 
实施例1 
按下列重量配称取原料:蒲公英2份,莲心1份,淡竹叶3份,芦根2份,鱼腥草1份,金银花3份。
制备方法: 
(1)清洗药材;
(2)加入8倍水煎煮2h,过滤;
(3)滤液4000转/分钟离心20分钟,上清液浓缩,加入甜味剂及食用香精,用纯化水调配,搅拌均匀,过滤;
(4)灌装,105℃湿热灭菌30分钟,包装。
如上所述的制备方法,其特征在于甜味剂为以下一种或几种:麦芽糖醇、白砂糖、蜂蜜、甘露糖醇、三氯蔗糖、甜蜜素、阿斯巴甜、甜菊糖、安赛蜜、甘草甜素、木糖醇、赤藓糖醇、低聚异麦芽糖。

Claims (10)

1.一种清热降火的银花莲心饮料,其特征在于由下述原料和重量配比制备而成:蒲公英1~40份,莲心1~15份,淡竹叶1~35份,芦根1~45份,鱼腥草1~45份,金银花1~35份。
2.如权利要求1所述的银花莲心饮料,其中各原料的重量配比是:蒲公英5~25份,莲心2~10份,淡竹叶5~25份,芦根5~30份,鱼腥草5~30份,金银花5~25份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的银花莲心饮料,其中各原料的重量配比是:蒲公英10份,莲心3份,淡竹叶10份,芦根15份,鱼腥草10份,金银花10份。
4.如权利要求1~3所述的银花莲心饮料,其特征在于在其原料配比中还可加入垂盆草1~45份。
5.如权利要求1~3所述的银花莲心饮料,其特征在于所述原料的来源可以是中药材或者是相当于中药材生药量的提取物。
6.如权利要求1~3所述的银花莲心饮料,其特征在于制备方法是:
(1)称量药材,清洗;
(2)加入8~12倍水煎煮1~2次,每次1~3h, 过滤,合并滤液;
(3)滤液3000~4000转/分钟离心15~30分钟,上清液浓缩,加入甜味剂及食用香精,用纯化水调配,搅拌均匀,过滤;
