Description

Pharmaceutical composition for dispelling wind, moistening lung and relieving cough and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparations, and particularly relates to a pharmaceutical composition for dispelling wind, moistening lung and relieving cough and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Cough is a clinical symptom of the respiratory tract, and is caused by inflammation, foreign body, physical or chemical irritation to the trachea, the bronchial mucosa or the pleura. Cough has the protective effect of removing foreign matters and secretions in respiratory tract, but if the cough is not cured for a long time and is repeatedly attacked, the patient is greatly troubled, the cough is not comfortable if the cough is not cured for a long time, daily life and work are affected if the cough is severe, the sleep of the patient is seriously affected if the cough is at night, even a part of the patients cause bronchospasm, cough and asthma can not lie in bed, anxiety is induced, and the like. Most of the coughs are caused by respiratory virus or bacterial infection, and can be cured quickly after being treated correctly, but some coughs can disappear quickly after being treated by western medicines, but the coughs still exist, and are often paroxysmal dry coughs. After patients are treated by various antibiotics or mostly by heat-clearing cold-cool cold type cough drugs, cough symptoms are difficult to completely cure, antibiotic abuse is caused, the probability of fungal infection and flora imbalance is increased, and partial patients gradually turn into chronic cough.
With increasingly serious atmospheric pollution, the incidence of haze is continuously increased, the foul air has great harm to the respiratory system of a human body, and chronic cough with respiratory tract sterility is easily induced.
Chronic cough refers to a condition that the cough time exceeds 8 weeks, the chest X-ray examination result has no significant abnormality, and the cough is taken as the only symptom or the main symptom. The clinical manifestations of chronic cough are repeated cough, chronic cough, dry throat, itchy throat, no phlegm cough or little white phlegm. The chronic cough belongs to the category of chronic cough and chronic cough in the traditional Chinese medicine, and has the main pathogenesis that wind evil attacks the lung, and antibiotics or cold and cool medicines are used to cause internal obstruction of wind evil, lung failure in dispersing and descending and lung qi adverse rising. The disease is characterized by itching and dry throat due to wind pathogen entering lung, and frequent cough due to wind or cold touch inducing endogenous wind, lung descending and descending, adverse rising of lung qi and glottic impact, which cannot be self-stopped.
The existing Chinese and western medicine cough relieving products in the market are many and are useful for treating a plurality of medicines such as cold, bronchitis, pneumonia and the like, western medicines are usually used for anti-infection treatment aiming at lung, bronchus, pharyngeal inflammation and other pathological changes, Chinese patent medicines are mostly heat clearing, detoxifying, lung warming and other natures, and the medicines for treating the wind-evil attacking lung type cough are rare. Therefore, effective drugs for treating the wind-evil lung-entering cough symptoms need to be developed at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provides a pharmaceutical composition for dispelling wind, moistening lung and relieving cough and a preparation method thereof. The pharmaceutical composition provided by the invention has a remarkable effect on treatment of wind-evil attacking lung type cough, particularly has an anti-infection treatment effect on inflammatory lesions of lung, bronchus and pharynx or cough after cold traditional Chinese medicine treatment, is specially used for treating the symptoms of the sequela cough of patients in the end stage of the course of cold, bronchitis and pneumonia, has a remarkable effect, completely adopts a traditional Chinese medicine formula, is safe to use, and has small side effect and small dependence on patients.
One of the purposes of the invention is to provide a pharmaceutical composition for dispelling wind, moistening lung and relieving cough, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
8-11 parts of honey ephedra, 7-11 parts of cicada slough, 14-16 parts of bitter apricot seed, 13-17 parts of bamboo shavings, 9-12 parts of thunberg fritillary bulb, 8-12 parts of rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, 12-16 parts of radix asteris, 14-18 parts of common coltsfoot flower and 6-13 parts of liquorice.
For the wind evil entering lung type cough, the disease cannot be cured only by adopting anti-infection medicines for treating inflammatory lesions of lung, bronchus and pharynx. The applicant consults a large amount of research and finds that for treating the wind evil entering lung type cough, a treatment method for dispelling wind, moistening lung and relieving cough needs to be given. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment is based on the principle of disease treatment, pathogenic wind is always used as the first to expel wind, and pathogenic wind is removed to cure the disease for half; the basic theory of the traditional Chinese medicine considers that the lung is delicate, is favorable for moistening and is pernicious to dryness, and the lung moistening is beneficial to moistening and smoothing respiratory tracts and keeping local tension of alveoli, so that the respiratory function and the oxygenation function are smoothly completed; dispel wind and moisten lung, remove pathogenic qi and dry lung, and stop cough.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention completely adopts the compatibility of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and the reasonable selection and matching of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials can treat the symptoms of the sequela cough of patients with cold, bronchitis and pneumonia at the end of the course of the disease, and particularly has a better effect of improving the clinical symptoms of the cough after the anti-infection treatment of inflammatory lesions of the lung, the bronchus and the pharynx or the treatment of the cough by using cold traditional Chinese medicines. The medicine has high safety coefficient, small toxic and side effect and no dependence.
The compatibility principle of the pharmaceutical composition of the invention is as follows:
monarch:
honey Chinese ephedra cicada slough
The nature and taste of ephedra: pungent, slightly bitter and warm. It enters lung and bladder meridians. Stir-baked with honey can strengthen the action of moistening lung.
Cicada slough is sweet, salty and cool in nature. It enters lung and liver meridians.
The two herbs are used together to ventilate lung and dispel wind, attack lung wind-evil and cooperate to dispel wind, relieve cough and dyspnea.
Minister:
common aster flower
Aster tataricus is warm, pungent and sweet in nature and flavor, enters lung meridian, and has the effects of warming lung, depressing qi, relieving cough and reducing sputum.
Tussilago farfara is pungent, slightly sweet in flavor and warm in nature. It enters lung meridian. Has effects of moistening lung, descending qi, eliminating phlegm, and relieving cough.
The two drugs are used together to help the monarch drug to moisten lung and descend qi, and to check cough.
And (2) adjuvant:
processed pinellia tuber with bamboo shavings, bitter apricot kernel, thunberg fritillary bulb
Zhuru is sweet in nature and flavor and slightly cold in nature. Meridian tropism enters lung, stomach, heart and gallbladder meridians. Has the effects of clearing heat and eliminating phlegm.
Bitter apricot kernel is bitter in taste and slightly warm; has little toxicity. It enters lung and large intestine meridians. Has the effects of lowering qi, relieving cough and asthma.
Zhe Bei mu is bitter and cool in nature. It enters lung meridian and heart meridian. Has effects of eliminating phlegm and relieving cough.
Fa ban Xia is pungent and warm in nature and flavor. It enters spleen, stomach and lung meridians. Function, drying dampness and resolving phlegm.
The four medicines are used together to help the monarch medicine to resolve phlegm, descend qi and relieve cough.
The following steps are performed:
licorice root, radix Glycyrrhizae clears heat and resolves phlegm, and coordinates the effects of the other drugs in the recipe.
The pharmaceutical composition can achieve the maximum curative effect on the cough symptoms after the inflammatory lesions of the lung, the bronchus and the pharynx are treated in an anti-infection way or are treated by cold traditional Chinese medicines under the compatibility of the monarch, the minister, the assistant and the guide. Through a large number of researches, the applicant finds that when the compatibility is not carried out, the curative effect of the pharmaceutical composition is remarkably reduced when one component in the monarch drug is reduced, or the dosage formula of the ministerial drug is changed, or the compatibility principle of the monarch drug, the ministerial drug, the adjuvant drug and the guide is damaged, and the pharmaceutical composition plays a role in synergy and is beneficial to effectively treating the cough symptoms after the inflammatory lesions of the lung, the bronchus and the pharynx are treated by anti-infection treatment or cold traditional Chinese medicines.
As one of the preferable schemes, the pharmaceutical composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10 parts of honey ephedra, 10 parts of cicada slough, 15 parts of bitter apricot seed, 15 parts of bamboo shavings, 10 parts of thunberg fritillary bulb, 10 parts of rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, 15 parts of aster, 15 parts of common coltsfoot flower and 10 parts of liquorice.
