TABLE 4 Oxidation resistance test results
As can be seen from Table 4, the compositions of the examples of the invention have strong scavenging ability for hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide free radicals, while the comparative compositions have weak scavenging ability for free radicals, which shows that the composition of the invention can effectively scavenge active oxygen free radicals by compounding, has good antioxidation, and reduces oxidative stress reaction during acne attack or other skin inflammations, thereby inhibiting acne and inflammatory reactions.
In conclusion, compared with the comparative examples, the oil-controlling and acne-removing compositions obtained in examples 1 to 3 have more prominent effects of regulating the reduction of skin oil secretion, persistently regulating the reduction of skin oil secretion, shortening the acne curing time and obviously inhibiting acne, and particularly, the effect of example 2 is more ideal. Tests show that the skin oil secretion regulating agent has high capability of regulating skin oil secretion from the root, greatly reduces the oil secretion of sebaceous glands by reducing the number of active sebaceous glands, and is continuously and effectively used. Experimental results show that the composition can show the optimal oil-controlling and acne-removing effects through the ideal matching combination of the functional raw materials, and the effect and the time for curing acne are superior to those of a comparative example. Meanwhile, the composition can also maintain the skin state, effectively inhibit acne and reduce the repeated attack probability of acnes. Through analysis, the effect of the composition is synergistic effect among the components, and as the action purposes, ways and mechanisms of the functional raw materials in the active ingredients are different, if the total dosage proportion of the functional raw materials is too small or the dosage proportion of part of the components is less, the synergistic effect is lower; the total dosage proportion of the functional raw materials is too high or the dosage proportion of part of the components is too high, antagonism is possibly generated, and the action effect of the composition is finally reduced; the optimal ideal synergistic effect exists between the raw materials with the functions only when the raw materials with the functions are in the proper dosage proportion.
Finally, it is noted that the above-mentioned preferred embodiments illustrate rather than limit the invention, and that, although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the above-mentioned preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
