the anti-allergic shampoo comprises, by weight, 18 parts of N-palmitoyl methionine sulfoxide, 8 parts of N-lauroyl sodium sarcosinate, 8 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 3 parts of barley malt extract, 5 parts of citrus extract, 6 parts of momordica grosvenori kernel oil, 0.6 part of tremella polysaccharide, 0.2 part of chelating agent EDTA, 0.2 part of pH regulator citric acid, 0.5 part of viscosity regulator NaCl, 0.5 part of essence and 75 parts of water.
The preparation method of the anti-allergic shampoo comprises the following steps:
firstly, adding a chelating agent into part of water, stirring and dissolving to obtain a chelating agent solution;
adding the rest water into the reaction kettle under the stirring condition, heating to 70 ℃, adding the cocamidopropyl betaine, stirring uniformly, adding the N-lauroyl sodium sarcosinate, preserving the temperature for 15min, and cooling after complete dissolution;
thirdly, cooling to 60 ℃, adding N-palmitoyl methionine sulfoxide, stirring until the N-palmitoyl methionine sulfoxide is completely dissolved, and cooling;
fourthly, after the temperature is reduced to 45 ℃, adding the momordica grosvenori kernel oil, the citrus extract and the chelating agent solution, continuously stirring uniformly, and then cooling;
fifthly, after the temperature is reduced to 25 ℃, adding the barley malt extract and the tremella polysaccharide, and continuing to stir uniformly;
sixthly, adding a pH regulator to regulate the pH of the system to 6, and adding a viscosity regulator to regulate the viscosity of the system to 3000 cp; stirring for 15min to obtain shampoo containing no essence;
and seventhly, independently packaging the essence, and adding the essence into the shampoo obtained in the sixth step when in use.
Example 3:
the anti-allergic shampoo comprises, by weight, 15 parts of N-palmitoyl methionine sulfoxide, 10 parts of N-lauroyl sodium sarcosinate, 8-8 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5 part of barley malt extract, 2 parts of citrus extract, 6 parts of momordica grosvenori kernel oil, 0.8 part of tremella polysaccharide, 0.1 part of chelating agent EDTA, 0.2 part of pH regulator citric acid, 0.5 part of viscosity regulator NaCl, 0.3 part of essence and 65 parts of water.
The preparation method of the anti-allergic shampoo comprises the following steps:
firstly, adding a chelating agent into part of water, stirring and dissolving to obtain a chelating agent solution;
secondly, adding the rest water into the reaction kettle under the stirring condition, heating to 70 ℃, adding the cocamidopropyl betaine, stirring uniformly, adding the N-lauroyl sodium sarcosinate, preserving the temperature for 10-30min, and cooling after complete dissolution;
thirdly, cooling to 60 ℃, adding N-palmitoyl methionine sulfoxide, stirring until the N-palmitoyl methionine sulfoxide is completely dissolved, and cooling;
fourthly, after the temperature is reduced to 50 ℃, adding the momordica grosvenori kernel oil, the citrus extract and the chelating agent solution, continuously stirring uniformly, and then cooling;
fifthly, after the temperature is reduced to 20 ℃, adding the barley malt extract and the tremella polysaccharide, and continuing to stir uniformly;
sixthly, adding a pH regulator to regulate the pH of the system to 6.5, and adding a viscosity regulator to regulate the viscosity of the system to 4000 cp; stirring for 20min to obtain shampoo containing no essence;
and seventhly, independently packaging the essence, and adding the essence into the shampoo obtained in the sixth step when in use.
The following performance tests were performed on the shampoos prepared in the above examples.
1. Irritation test for anti-allergic shampoo
(1) Experimental animals: 24 healthy adult white rabbits, 1.8-2.2kg, were divided into 8 groups of 3 rabbits each.
(2) The experimental steps are as follows:
healthy adult white rabbits were acclimatized in the laboratory animal room for 12h, and both eyes of the experimental animals were examined within 24h before the start of the experiment. Animals with eye irritation symptoms, corneal defects, and conjunctival damage were excluded.
Slightly pulling the lower eyelid of the eye on one side of the rabbit, dripping a test object with the thickness of 0.1m L into the conjunctival sac to ensure that the upper eyelid is passively closed for 1s, not treating the eye on the other side, dripping the test object into the rabbit for 3min, washing the eye with enough water for at least 30s, then checking and scoring according to the following standards, and judging the eye irritation reaction grade according to the table.
Evaluation of corneal damage:
① No ulcer and turbidity of cornea, 20 points are obtained;
② the cornea has milky turbid area, the fine structure of iris is not clear, the pupil size is barely visible, the damaged cornea area is less than 1/2, and the amount is 1-10 minutes according to the damaged cornea area;
③ cornea is opaque, iris is not visible through cornea, damaged cornea area > 1/2 and < 1, and 10-20 points.
Evaluation of iris damage:
① the iris is normal, 20 points are obtained;
② iris deepening, hyperemia, swelling or hyperemia around cornea, and iris reaction to light, with the severity of 1-10 points;
③ the iris will have no reaction to light, bleeding, and visible damage, and the score is 10-20.
Evaluation of conjunctival damage:
① conjunctiva is normal, edema-free, and secretion-free, and the score is 20;
② conjunctival congestion, edema and secretion, and the severity is 1-10 points;
③ it is marked by congestion, edema and more secretion in conjunctiva, which is 10-20 points.
(3) Test results
The results show that the shampoos of examples 1-3 of the invention all score 60 points, and belong to products without irritation to eyes.
2. Allergy testing of anti-allergic shampoos
20 healthy mice with the weight of 18-22g and half male and female are taken, the back hair on two sides is removed before the experiment, the back hair on each side is 3 × 3cm, the shampoo disclosed by the invention in the embodiment 1-3 is smeared on a back hair removal area 1 time a day for 7 days, and the anaphylactic reaction is observed after 2h, 8h and 16h after each smearing.
The experimental results are as follows: no allergic reaction occurs in 20 healthy mice, and the sensitization rate is 0%, which indicates that the shampoo is mild and has no stimulation.
3. Crowd trial test of anti-allergic shampoo
The population selection standard is as follows: sensitive people with allergic phenomena such as scalp itching, dandruff increasing, red and swollen scalp, pimple, pain and the like can be caused by using other types of shampoo.
250 subjects were selected according to the above population inclusion criteria. 105 men and 145 women; the age is 18-50 years, and the average is divided into 5 groups of 50 people.
The sample using method comprises the following steps:
the hair was cleaned 1 time daily using shampoo samples prepared in examples 1-3, and the data were counted after one week.
And (3) testing results: no person in a test subject has an allergy phenomenon, and the sensitization rate is 0%, which shows that the shampoo provided by the invention has a good anti-allergy effect.
4. Preservative efficacy testing of anti-allergic shampoos
(1) Test strains: the strains used were purchased from the strain collection centre and are shown in the following table.

(2) Test method
The test method refers to USP 51. firstly, the strain is activated, the bacteria are inoculated on a TSA plate, the culture is carried out for 3 days at 32 ℃, the mould and the yeast are inoculated on an SDA plate, the culture is carried out for 5 days at 25 ℃, after the culture, the bacteria and the yeast are scraped and inoculated in a sterile 9 g/L sodium chloride solution by a sterile inoculating loop, the mould is scraped and inoculatedTo a 9 g/L sodium chloride solution with 0.05% polysorbate was added to dilute the bacteria to a concentration of 10-6~10-9Mold and yeast are diluted to 10%-5~10-8The concentration of the bacterial liquid was confirmed by plate counting, and then bacterial liquid not more than 0.2m L was added to 20g of the sample to make the concentration of bacterial liquid in the final sample 105~106cfu/m L.
The concentration of the bacterial liquid in the sample was determined by plate counting after the sample inoculated with the bacterial liquid was cultured for 14 days and 28 days, respectively, and if the bacteria were cultured for 14 days from the beginning, the colony count was not decreased by 2.0log, and the colony count did not increase from 14 days to 28 days (i.e., the colony count did not increase by 0.5 log). Neither mold nor yeast increased from the first to day 14 nor day 28 (i.e., there was no 0.5log increase in colony count). The preservative system of the sample is indicated to be effective.

Test results show that the shampoo system has stable antibacterial effect and effective anti-corrosion performance.
5. Foaming performance test of anti-allergic shampoo
The measurement is carried out by adopting a vibration method, 1m L shampoo to be measured is added into a colorimetric tube, 50m L distilled water is added, a cover is covered, the colorimetric tube is shaken for 30 times (shaking direction, speed, strength and the like are consistent as much as possible), the cover is taken down, 10m L water is added, the foam on the wall of the colorimetric tube is flushed down, the foam height is read to be used as the foam performance measurement of the shampoo, in addition, hard water is added into the shampoo to be measured by adopting the vibration method, the foaming performance test in the hard water is carried out, and the result is shown in table 3.
Simulating hard water: weighing anhydrous magnesium sulfate (MgSO)4)3.7g and anhydrous calcium chloride (CaCl)2)5.0g,Fully dissolved in distilled water to prepare 1500mg/kg of hard water.

Test results show that the shampoo disclosed by the invention is excellent in foaming performance. Even in hard water, still has better foaming performance.
6. Stability testing of anti-allergic shampoos
The shampoos of examples 1-3 were poured into test tubes, respectively, to a liquid level of about 80mm, sealed with a sealing film, and the tubes to be tested were placed in a thermostat preheated to 45 ℃ and a refrigerator at-20 ℃ respectively. After 24h, the tube was removed and returned to room temperature before visual comparison with another tube sample. The results are shown in the following table.

The shampoo disclosed by the invention shows excellent stability through a heat-resistant and cold-resistant stability test, and has no adverse phenomena such as layering, precipitation, thickening or thinning.

Claims (10)

1. The antiallergic shampoo is characterized by comprising a shampoo body and essence, wherein the shampoo body comprises, by weight, 15-18 parts of N-palmitoyl methionine sulfoxide, 8-10 parts of N-lauroyl sodium sarcosinate, 5-8 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5-5 parts of barley malt extract, 0.5-5 parts of citrus extract, 2-6 parts of grosvenor momordica seed kernel oil, 0.2-0.8 part of tremella polysaccharide, 0.1-0.3 part of chelating agent, 0.1-0.3 part of pH regulator, 0.5-1 part of viscosity regulator and 65-80 parts of water, and the essence is 0.2-0.7 part.
2. The anti-allergic shampoo separated from the essence according to claim 1, wherein the chelating agent is disodium EDTA or sodium citrate.
3. The anti-allergic shampoo separated from the essence according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the pH regulator is citric acid.
4. The anti-allergic shampoo separated from the essence according to claim 3, wherein the viscosity modifier is NaCl.
5. The method for preparing the anti-allergic shampoo separated from the essence according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
firstly, adding a chelating agent into part of water, stirring and dissolving to obtain a chelating agent solution;
adding the rest water into the reaction kettle under the stirring condition, heating to 70-75 ℃, adding the cocamidopropyl betaine, stirring uniformly, adding the N-lauroyl sodium sarcosinate, preserving the temperature for 10-30min, and cooling after complete dissolution;
thirdly, cooling to 60-65 ℃, adding N-palmitoyl methionine sulfoxide, stirring until the N-palmitoyl methionine sulfoxide is completely dissolved, and cooling;
fourthly, after the temperature is reduced to 45 to 55 ℃, adding the momordica grosvenori kernel oil, the citrus extract and the chelating agent solution, continuously stirring uniformly, and then reducing the temperature;
fifthly, after the temperature is reduced to 20-30 ℃, adding the barley malt extract and the tremella polysaccharide, and continuing to stir uniformly;
sixthly, adding a pH regulator to regulate the pH of the system to 5.5-6.5, and adding a viscosity regulator to regulate the viscosity of the system to 2500-4000 cp; continuously stirring for 10-30min to obtain shampoo containing no essence;
and seventhly, independently packaging the essence, and adding the essence into the shampoo obtained in the sixth step when in use.
6. The method for preparing the anti-allergic shampoo by separating the shampoo and the essence according to claim 5, wherein the N-palmitoyl methionine sulfoxide is obtained by using methionine as a raw material, oxidizing with hydrogen peroxide to obtain methionine sulfoxide, and reacting with long-carbon-chain palmitic acid.
7. The method for preparing the anti-allergic shampoo separated from the essence according to claim 5, wherein the preparation method of the barley malt extract comprises the following steps:
A. germinating barley seeds for 1-7 days to obtain barley malt;
B. drying barley malt, adding 10 volumes of 70% ethanol solution, and performing ultrasonic extraction at normal temperature for 3-5 hr;
C. filtering the extractive solution, concentrating the filtrate, and volatilizing solvent to obtain barley malt extract.
8. The method for preparing the anti-allergic shampoo by separating the shampoo and the essence according to claim 5, wherein the method for preparing the citrus extract comprises the following steps:
drying the skin of ponkan orange at 40 ℃, crushing the dried skin into powder, adding 15 times of 75% ethanol solution into the powder, placing the powder at 50 ℃ for shaking and leaching for 6-8 hours, centrifuging the solution, taking the liquid, performing rotary evaporation to obtain a paste, and adding 10 times of distilled water to dissolve the paste.
9. The method for preparing the anti-allergic shampoo separated from the shampoo and the essence according to claim 5, wherein the method for preparing the momordica grosvenori kernel oil comprises the following steps:
crushing the momordica grosvenori kernels, adding petroleum ether into the crushed momordica grosvenori kernels under a water bath condition of 65 ℃, heating and refluxing the crushed momordica grosvenori kernels for 2 hours, carrying out rotary evaporation on an extracting solution, firstly enabling the temperature to reach 30-40 ℃, then heating the extracting solution to 80-85 ℃ until no petroleum ether exists, and finally vacuumizing until all solvents are taken out to obtain the momordica grosvenori kernel oil.
10. The preparation method of the anti-allergic shampoo with the shampoo separated from the essence according to claim 5, characterized in that the preparation method of the tremella polysaccharide comprises the following steps:
adding water with the mass 3 times that of the tremella, placing the tremella in an ultrasonic cleaner with the frequency of 50kHz for ultrasonic treatment for 3-5 minutes, adding water with the mass 8-10 times that of the tremella, heating and refluxing for 2-3 hours under normal pressure, stopping heating, cooling to room temperature, filtering with 200 meshes and 300 meshes, concentrating and drying to obtain the tremella.
