本发明的改善消化不良的组合物及其制备方法,涉及保健饮片技术领域,其组合物是由下列组分混合而成:大麦若叶、益生菌和益生元的混合物、改性柑橘果胶、消化酵素和猴头菌提取物等。其制备方法包括粉碎、混合等步骤组成。利用本发明的方法制备的改善消化不良组合物,原料组合简单,配伍效果好,其其通过补充消化酵素,帮助人体消化。成品内含有高纤维,能防止便秘。原料中独有的益生菌还能将有益的细菌引入肠道,保持良好细菌的平衡。能有效改善消化不良,如腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、便秘、恶心等问题。同时其制备工艺简单,生产成本低,产品的功能效果明显,适合工业化生产和推广。

背景技术:
消化不良是由胃动力障碍所引起的疾病,也包括胃蠕动不好的胃轻瘫和食道反流病。消化不良主要分为功能性消化不良和器质性消化不良。功能性消化不良属中医的“脘痞”、“胃痛”、“嘈杂”等范畴,其病在胃,涉及肝脾等脏器,宜辨证施治,予以健脾和胃,疏肝理气,消食导滞等法治疗。
柑橘果胶(Citrus Pectin简称CP)是从柑橘、柠檬、橙子、柚子的果皮、果肉中提取的一种多糖复合物,其分子是以一种长链碳水化合物结构存在,分子量为5-30万Da,酯化度为20-75%。天然柑橘果胶一般作为食品添加剂使用,有很好的胶凝、稳定、乳化、增稠、悬浮功能。果胶也是纯天然无任何毒副作用的水溶性膳食纤维,在健康食品上有着非常重要的作用,开始逐渐被认识和应用。
天然果胶食用后不能被肠道吸收,只在肠胃中作用,因此,很多保健品中很少添加天然果胶。
鉴于此,申请此专利。

本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足之处,而提供一种改善消化不良的组合物及其制备方法,制成的组合物通过补充消化酵素,帮助人体消化,具有改善消化不良等功能。

根据本发明的具体实施方式的改善消化不良的组合物,所述组合物由以下原料制备,所述原料按重量份包括:大麦若叶20~30份、益生菌和益生元的混合物10~20份、改性柑橘果胶10~20份、消化酵素10~15份、甘草提取物10-15份、木香5-10份、砂仁5-15份、广藿香20-25份、栀子5-15份、防风5-15份和猴头菌提取物0.1~0.5份。
根据本发明的具体实施方式的改善消化不良的组合物,进一步的,所述组合物由以下原料制备,所述原料按重量份包括:大麦若叶22~28份、益生菌和益生元的混合物14~16份、改性柑橘果胶12~18份、消化酵素12~14份、甘草提取物12~13份、木香7~8份、砂仁8~12份、广藿香22~23份、栀子8~12份、防风8~12份和猴头菌提取物0.2~0.4份。
根据本发明的具体实施方式的改善消化不良的组合物,进一步的,所述组合物由以下原料制备,所述原料按重量份包括:大麦若叶25份、益生菌和益生元的混合物15份、改性柑橘果胶15份、消化酵素13份、甘草提取物12.5份、木香7.5份、砂仁10份、广藿香22.5份、栀子10份、防风10份和猴头菌提取物0.3份。
根据本发明的具体实施方式的改善消化不良的组合物,进一步的,所述的大麦若叶、益生菌和益生元的混合物、改性柑橘果胶、消化酵素、甘草提取物、木香、砂仁、广藿香、栀子、防风和猴头菌提取物的粒径均为1000目。
本发明中的消化酵素是广东橙天绿宝生物医药开发有限公司生产的,所述消化酵素包括凤梨酵素和木瓜酵素。
根据本发明的具体实施方式的改善消化不良的组合物,其中,所述益生菌包括鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、乳双歧杆菌HN019、动物双歧杆菌BB-12。

益生元泛指一些不被宿主消化吸收却能有选择性地促进其体内双歧杆菌等有益菌的生长和繁殖,从而改善宿主健康的有机物质,包括有功能性低聚糖类(如低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖等)、多糖类(现阶段所发现的微藻如螺旋藻、节旋藻等)、一些天然植物(如蔬菜、中草药、野生植物等)的提取物、蛋白质水解物、多元醇等。
大豆寡糖是指大豆中所含有的寡糖类物质的总称,主要由水苏糖(3.8%)、棉籽糖(1.1%)和蔗糖(5%)组成,同时还含有葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖肌醇甲醚、D-肌醇甲醚(D-pinitole)等。大豆寡糖的甜度为蔗糖的70%,能量仅为蔗糖的1/2,不易被动物消化吸收,对肠道有益菌具有增殖作用。
异麦芽寡糖(α-gluccoligosaccharides,α-GOS),又称α-寡葡萄糖或分枝低聚糖,其中至少含有一个通过α-1,6-糖苷键结合的异麦芽糖,其他的葡萄糖分子可以通过α-1,2-糖苷键、α-1,4-糖苷键组成寡糖。其主要含有异麦芽糖、潘糖、异麦芽子糖、异麦芽四糖等。异麦芽寡糖产品有固体粉末和液体糖浆两大类。异麦芽寡糖可以改善动物肠道中的菌群结构,促进有益菌的增殖。经过长期的饲养试验证明异麦芽寡糖是一种安全性极高的甜味剂。
木寡糖(xylo-oligosaccharides)是2-10个D-木糖经β-1,4-糖苷键结合形成的直链糖,主要含有木二糖、木三糖、木四糖以及少量的木糖和木五糖、木六糖、木七糖等,产品有粉状固体和浆状液体两种。低聚木寡糖的生理功能主要包括以下几个方面:①提供较低的能量;②活化肠道内双歧杆菌并促进其增殖,抑制病原菌,防止腹泻;③增强机体免疫力,抗癌;④防止动物咬耳和啄肛;⑤能促使机体产生多种营养物质,包括维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸和叶酸;⑥预防和保护牙齿龋变,抑制口腔病菌的滋生。本发明中应用的主要是由2-7个D-木糖经β-1,4-糖苷键结合形成的低聚体。
根据本发明的具体实施方式的改善消化不良的组合物,其中,所述大麦若叶的制备方法如下:
a、原料粉碎:将采取抽穗前期大麦顶端的大麦嫩叶进行清洗,低温烘干,制得干制原料;
b、精细提取:将a步骤制得的干制原料进行破壁粉碎,再经过1000目筛,即得所述大麦若叶。
根据本发明的具体实施方式的改善消化不良的组合物,更进一步的,a步骤所述低温烘干的温度低于90℃。
根据本发明的具体实施方式的改善消化不良的组合物,更进一步的,b步骤所述破壁粉碎采用气流粉碎破壁技术进行破碎。
根据本发明的具体实施方式的改善消化不良的组合物的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将大麦若叶、益生菌和益生元的混合物、改性柑橘果胶、甘草提取物、木香、砂仁、广藿香、栀子、防风和消化酵素混合均匀,得到原料混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的所述原料混合物与乙醇混合,制得固液混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的所述固液混合物进行摇摆制粒,过筛后进行干燥,制得粗粒;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的所述粗粒与猴头菌提取物混合均匀后,即得所述改善消化不良的组合物。
根据本发明的具体实施方式的改善消化不良的组合物的制备方法,进一步的,步骤(3)中,所述干燥的温度为30-40℃,干燥至水分含量为3.5~6.0%。
将所述改善消化不良的组合物进行压片,形成片剂。
也可以将组合物制成丸剂或粉剂等。
大麦若叶(Barley Grass):大麦若叶能降低低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平并保持健康的胆固醇。它还具有降低餐后葡萄糖水平并降低肝脏葡萄糖产量,协助维持健康体态。
益生元,益生菌和消化酵素混合物(Super PB):益生元,益生菌和消化酵素混合物为天然成份,能创造健康的肠道环境。成份内含有综合消化酵素和高剂量的有益菌以及益生元,使益生菌能够通过胃的低pH值到达肠道,从而创造健康的菌群。
改性柑橘果胶(Modified Citrus Pectin):改良柑橘果胶为天然成份,有益于细胞健康及提高免疫力。普通柑橘果胶能促进消化,但因分子太大而不能被人体吸收进入血液循环,这意味着仅有益于消化道。改良性柑橘果胶通过先进的工艺解决了这一限制,降低了果胶的微分子大小和结构。这使得它可以被人体吸收到循环系统中,并提升细胞健康,增强免疫力。
猴头菌提取物:可以很好的治疗消化不良,能够使胃肠道动力增强,有力的改善消化不良的症状。
甘草提取物的用甘草炮制,除去杂质,洗净,润透,干燥,提取而成。
木香含木香内酯、二氢木香内酯、风毛菊内酯、木香烃内酯、二氢木香烃内酯等。本发明中的木香是将中药饮片木香除去杂质,洗净,稍泡,闷透,切厚片,晾干而成。
砂仁气芳香而浓烈,味辛凉、微苦。本发明的砂仁主要含有乙酰龙脑酯(bornylacetate),樟脑(canphor),柠檬烯(limonene),樟烯(camphene),α蒎烯(α-pinene),β-蒎烯(β-pinene),龙脑(borneol),β-榄香烯(β-elemene),β-丁香烯(β-caryophyllene),β-香柑油烯(β-bergamotene),α-侧柏烯(α-thujene),月桂烯(myrcene),α-水芹烯(α-phellandrene),芳樟醇(linalool),α-金合欢烯(α-farnesene),β-金合欢烯(β-farnesene),律草烯(humulene),β-甜没药烯(β-bisabolene),γ-荜澄茄烯(γ-cadinene),棕榈酸(palmitic acid)等近30种,砂仁能增进肠道运动。本发明中的砂仁是将中药饮片砂仁除去杂质,用时捣碎。
广藿香,气香特异,味微苦。本发明的广藿香主要含有广藿香醇(patchoulialcohol31.86%),西车烯(seychellene9.85%,α-愈创木烯(α-guaiene8.82%),ξ-愈创木烯即α-布藜烯(ξ-guaiene,α-bulnesene8.65%),α-广藿香烯(α-patchoulene8.48%),β-广藿香烯(β-patchoulene6.91%),广藿香酮(pogostone3.80%)等芳香化浊,开胃止呕,发表解暑。用于湿浊中阻,脘痞呕吐,暑湿倦怠,胸闷不舒,寒湿闭暑,腹痛吐泻,鼻渊头痛。本发明的广藿香是将广藿香植株除去残根及杂质,先抖下叶,筛净另放;茎洗净,润透,切段,晒干,再与叶混匀。
栀子气微,味微酸而苦,本发明的栀子主要含有栀子甙(gardenoside),都桷子甙(geniposide),都桷子素龙胆双糖甙(genipin-1-gentiobioside),山栀甙(shanzhiside),栀子酮甙(gardo-side)等,其中栀子甙25mg/kg,作用于十二指肠,能使幽门结扎大鼠胃液分泌减少,总酸度下降,pH值升高,作用相当于硫酸阿托品的1/5-1/10。静脉注射栀子甙和其甙元(Genipin),剂量分别为100mg/kg与25mg/kg,能抑制大鼠自发性胃蠕动和匹罗卡品(Pilocarpine)诱发的胃收缩,但作用短暂。低浓度(1:25000)栀子醇提取物能兴奋大鼠、兔小肠运动,高浓度(1:1000)则抑制。小鼠和豚鼠离体回肠试验表明栀子甙有较弱的抗乙酰胆碱和抗组胺作用。本发明的栀子通过将中药饮片栀子除去杂质,碾碎而成。
防风,气特异,味微甘;本发明的防风主要含有防风色酮醇(lede-bouriellol),4′-O-葡萄糖基-5-O-甲基齿阿密醇(4′-O-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol),3′-O-当归酰基亥酚(3′-O-angeloyl-hamaudol),亥茅酚(hamaudol),3′-O-乙酰基亥茅酚(3′-O-acetyl-hamaudol),亥茅酚甙(sec-O-glucosylhamaudol),5-O-甲基具阿米醇(5-O-methylyisamminol),升麻素(cimifugin),升麻素甙(prim-O-glucosylcimifugin)等。
服用方式:一日两次,每次两粒。餐前30分钟温水服用。
适用人群:21岁及以上的健康女性。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
利用本发明的方法制备的改善消化不良组合物,经检测成品中含有多种有效成分,包括栀子甙等,含有多种益生菌,且含量较高;原料配伍效果较好,其通过补充消化酵素,帮助人体消化。成品内含有高纤维,能防止便秘。原料中独有的益生菌还能将有益的细菌引入肠道,保持良好细菌的平衡。能有效改善消化不良,如腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、便秘、恶心等问题。其制备工艺简单,生产成本低,产品的功能效果明显,适合工业化生产和推广。
本发明的方法制备的改善消化不良组合物,无转基因原料,无大豆,无乳制品。
具体实施方式:
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
下述实施例中的1份表示1kg。
实施例中的改性柑橘果胶采购自西安拉维亚生物科技有限公司。本发明中的消化酵素是广东橙天绿宝生物医药开发有限公司生产的,所述消化酵素包括凤梨酵素和木瓜酵素。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种改善消化不良的组合物,是由下列组分混合而成:大麦若叶25份、益生菌和益生元的混合物15份、改性柑橘果胶10份、消化酵素10份、甘草提取物15份、木香5份、砂仁15份、广藿香20份、栀子15份、防风5份和猴头菌提取物0.1份。
所述的大麦若叶、益生菌和益生元的混合物、改性柑橘果胶、消化酵素、甘草提取物、木香、砂仁、广藿香、栀子、防风和猴头菌提取物等均为1000目。
所述大麦若叶的制备方法如下:
a、原料粉碎:将采取抽穗前期大麦顶端的大麦嫩叶进行清洗,89℃低温烘干,制得干制原料;
b、精细提取:将a步骤制得的干制原料采用气流粉碎破壁技术进行破壁粉碎,再经过1000目筛,即得所述大麦若叶。
所述的消化酵素的制备方法是将消化酵素干燥后在15℃下进行超音速空气对撞粉碎至1000目。
制备上述组合物的方法,操作步骤如下:
(1)将大麦若叶、益生菌和益生元的混合物、改性柑橘果胶、甘草提取物、木香、砂仁、广藿香、栀子、防风和消化酵素混合均匀,得到原料混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的原料混合物与乙醇混合,制得固液混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的固液混合物进行摇摆制粒,过18目筛后34℃干燥至水分含量为4.5%,制得粗粒;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的粗粒与猴头菌提取物混合均匀后,进行压片,即得成品。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种改善消化不良的组合物,是由下列组分混合而成:大麦若叶20份、益生菌和益生元的混合物20份、改性柑橘果胶20份、消化酵素15份、甘草提取物13份、木香8份、砂仁12份、广藿香23份、栀子12份、防风9份和猴头菌提取物0.5份;所述益生菌包括鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、乳双歧杆菌HN019、动物双歧杆菌BB-12;所述益生元包括大豆寡糖、异麦芽寡糖和木寡糖。
所述的大麦若叶、益生菌和益生元的混合物、改性柑橘果胶、消化酵素、甘草提取物、木香、砂仁、广藿香、栀子、防风和猴头菌提取物均为1000目。
所述大麦若叶的制备方法如下:
a、原料粉碎:将采取抽穗前期大麦顶端的大麦嫩叶进行清洗,85℃低温烘干,制得干制原料;
b、精细提取:将a步骤制得的干制原料采用气流粉碎破壁技术进行破壁粉碎,再经过1000目筛,即得所述大麦若叶。

(3)将b步骤制得的固液混合物进行摇摆制粒,过18目筛后38℃干燥至水分含量为3.5%,制得粗粒;
(4)将c步骤制得的粗粒与猴头菌提取物混合均匀后,即得成品。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种改善消化不良的组合物,是由下列组分混合而成:大麦若叶17份、益生菌和益生元的混合物10份、改性柑橘果胶13份、消化酵素13份、甘草提取物12.5份、木香7.5份、砂仁10份、广藿香22.5份、栀子10份、防风10份和猴头菌提取物0.3份。
所述的大麦若叶、益生菌和益生元的混合物、改性柑橘果胶、消化酵素、甘草提取物、木香、砂仁、广藿香、栀子、防风和猴头菌提取物均为1000目;所述益生菌包括鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、乳双歧杆菌HN019、动物双歧杆菌BB-12;所述益生元包括大豆寡糖、异麦芽寡糖和木寡糖。
所述大麦若叶的制备方法如下:
a、原料粉碎:将采取抽穗前期大麦顶端的大麦嫩叶进行清洗,85℃低温烘干,制得干制原料;

(4)将步骤(3)制得的粗粒与猴头菌提取物混合均匀后,即得成品。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种改善消化不良的组合物,是由下列组分混合而成:大麦若叶25份、益生菌和益生元的混合物15份、改性柑橘果胶15份、消化酵素12份、甘草提取物12.5份、木香7.5份、砂仁10份、广藿香22.5份、栀子10份、防风10份和猴头菌提取物0.2份。
所述的大麦若叶、益生菌和益生元的混合物、改性柑橘果胶、消化酵素、甘草提取物、木香、砂仁、广藿香、栀子、防风和猴头菌提取物均为1000目。所述益生菌包括鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、乳双歧杆菌HN019、动物双歧杆菌BB-12;所述益生元包括大豆寡糖、异麦芽寡糖和木寡糖。
所述大麦若叶的制备方法如下:
a、原料粉碎:将采取抽穗前期大麦顶端的大麦嫩叶进行清洗,88℃低温烘干,制得干制原料;
b、精细提取:将a步骤制得的干制原料采用气流粉碎破壁技术进行破壁粉碎,再经过1000目筛,即得所述大麦若叶。
制备上述组合物的方法,操作步骤如下:
(1)将大麦若叶、益生菌和益生元的混合物、改性柑橘果胶、甘草提取物、木香、砂仁、广藿香、栀子、防风和消化酵素混合均匀,得到原料混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的原料混合物与芝麻油混合,制得固液混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的固液混合物进行摇摆制粒,过18目筛后40℃干燥至水分含量为4.3%,制得粗粒;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的粗粒与猴头菌提取物混合均匀后,即得成品。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例4的唯一区别在于:原料中没有添加大麦若叶,制备过程中也没有添加大麦若叶。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例4的唯一区别在于:原料中没有添加益生菌和益生元的混合物,制备过程中也没有添加益生菌和益生元的混合物。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例4的唯一区别在于:原料中没有添加改性柑橘果胶,制备过程中也没有添加改性柑橘果胶。
对比例4
本对比例与实施例4的唯一区别在于:原料中没有添加消化酵素,制备过程中也没有添加消化酵素。
下面针对利用实施例4所述的制备方法制得的组合物进行感官和理化指标分析。

从表1和表2中可以看出,本产品的生产方法符合保健食品加工类的标准和要求。
(2)益生菌含量测定
检测本发明实施例1-4与对比例1-4得到的产品中的益生菌含量,进行对比,其结果见下表3:

经检测本发明实施例1-4制备的成品益生菌含量均能达到要求水平(要求水平为至少103CFU/g),含有丰富的益生菌,与实施例1-4相比,对比例1-4中益生菌含量较低,因此可以证明本发明的成分配伍,对于益生菌含量的增加有积极的效果。发明人发现,与本发明原料中添加益生菌含量相比,本发明的成品中的益生菌明显增加,说明本发明中的其他原料有助于提高益生菌的含量。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.改善消化不良的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物由以下原料制备,所述原料按重量份包括:大麦若叶20~30份、益生菌和益生元的混合物10~20份、改性柑橘果胶10~20份、消化酵素10~15份、甘草提取物10~15份、木香5~10份、砂仁5~15份、广藿香20~25份、栀子5~15份、防风5~15份和猴头菌提取物0.1~0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改善消化不良的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物由以下原料制备,所述原料按重量份包括:大麦若叶22~28份、益生菌和益生元的混合物14~16份、改性柑橘果胶12~18份、消化酵素12~14份、甘草提取物12~13份、木香7~8份、砂仁8~12份、广藿香22~23份、栀子8~12份、防风8~12份和猴头菌提取物0.2~0.4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改善消化不良的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物由以下原料制备,所述原料按重量份包括:大麦若叶25份、益生菌和益生元的混合物15份、改性柑橘果胶15份、消化酵素13份、甘草提取物12.5份、木香7.5份、砂仁10份、广藿香22.5份、栀子10份、防风10份和猴头菌提取物0.3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改善消化不良的组合物,其特征在于,所述的大麦若叶、益生菌和益生元的混合物、改性柑橘果胶、消化酵素、甘草提取物、木香、砂仁、广藿香、栀子、防风和猴头菌提取物的粒径均为1000目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改善消化不良的组合物,其特征在于,所述益生菌包括鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、乳双歧杆菌HN019和动物双歧杆菌BB-12。
6.根据权利要求6所述的改善消化不良的组合物,其特征在于,所述益生元包括大豆寡糖、异麦芽寡糖和木寡糖。
7.根据权利要求1所述的改善消化不良的组合物,其特征在于,所述大麦若叶的制备方法如下:
a、原料粉碎:将采取抽穗前期大麦顶端的大麦嫩叶进行清洗,低温烘干,制得干制原料;
b、精细提取:将a步骤制得的干制原料进行破壁粉碎,再经过1000目筛,即得所述大麦若叶。
8.根据权利要求6所述的改善消化不良的组合物,其特征在于,a步骤所述低温烘干的温度低于90℃。
9.制备权利要求1-8任一所述改善消化不良的组合物的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将大麦若叶、益生菌和益生元的混合物、改性柑橘果胶、甘草提取物、木香、砂仁、广藿香、栀子、防风和消化酵素混合均匀,得到原料混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的所述原料混合物与乙醇混合,制得固液混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的所述固液混合物进行摇摆制粒,过筛后进行干燥,制得粗粒;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的所述粗粒与猴头菌提取物混合均匀后,即得所述改善消化不良的组合物。
10.根据权利要求9所述改善消化不良的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述干燥的温度为30-40℃,干燥至水分含量为3.5~6.0%。
