Abstract
一种增强免疫力的保健品,属于保健食品领域。该保健品由蜂王浆冻干粉、黄精提取物、黄芪提取物、西洋参、益生元及辅料组成。蜂王浆冻干粉为蜂王浆采用冷冻干燥除去水分制成;黄精提取物为黄精的水提醇沉物,主要成分为黄精粗多糖;黄芪提取物为黄芪的水提醇沉物,主要成分为黄芪粗多糖;西洋参粉碎成细粉;益生元为低聚木糖。按重量比例称取1份黄精提取物、0.5‑2份黄芪提取物、1‑30份蜂王浆冻干粉、1‑20份西洋参粉、1‑20份益生元、辅料适量,经混和、制软材、制粒、干燥、整粒,制成片剂、颗粒剂、硬胶囊剂。本保健品具有抗氧化、抗疲劳、增强免疫力、调理肠胃等作用。

技术领域
本发明属于保健食品领域,具体涉及一种增强免疫力的保健品及其制备方法。
背景技术
免疫力是人体自身的防御机制,是人体识别和消灭外来侵入的异物(病毒、细菌等)、处理衰老、损伤、死亡、变性的自身细胞以及识别和处理体内突变细胞和病毒感染细胞的能力。空气中充满了各种各样的微生物:细菌、病毒、支原体、衣原体、真菌等等。在人体免疫力不足的情况下,它们都可以成为病原体。虽然人体对不同的病原体会产生相应的抗体,以抵御再次感染,但抗体具有专一性和时限性,比如链球菌抗体只能在较短时期内保护机体不受链球菌的再次侵犯,也并不能抵御其他病毒的感染。
免疫力低下,免疫系统不能正常发挥保护作用,在此情况下,极易招致细菌、病毒、真菌等感染。表现就是容易生病,因经常患病,加重了机体的消耗,所以一般有体质虚弱、营养不良、精神萎靡、疲乏无力、食欲降低、睡眠障碍等表现。生病、打针、吃药便成了家常便饭,每次生病都要很长时间才能恢复,而且常常反复发作。
提高免疫力的方法首先是健康的饮食,保证足够的能量和营养,其次是适当且有规律的运动,再就是保持一个良好的生活习惯,包括不吸烟、不喝酒或少喝酒、有规律的作息以及不要给自己太大的压力等。
免疫力低下普遍存在,通过健康饮食及使用药食两用中药材制成的保健品、营养素,来提升机体的免疫力,安全、有效、方便,越来越受到免疫力低下人群的认可和欢迎。
蜂王浆(royal jelly),又名蜂皇浆、 蜂皇乳、蜂王乳、蜂乳,是蜜蜂巢中培育幼虫的青年工蜂咽头腺的分泌物,是供给将要变成蜂王的幼虫的食物,也是蜂王终身的食物。蜂王浆含有极丰富的生物活性物质,其成分有蛋白质、脂肪、氨基酸和有机酸、糖类、维生素、酶、无机盐类和多肽、微量元素等,还有特殊的10-羟基葵烯酸。
蜂王浆冻干粉是由新鲜蜂王浆经冷冻干燥制成,基本保留了蜂王浆的营养成分及活性物质,有效的解决了鲜蜂王浆保质期过短的缺陷,具有补充身体营养、提高大脑利用率、抗衰老、美颜,预防癌症、提高机体免疫力等作用。
sibiricum Red.或多花黄精Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua的干燥根茎。黄精是一种传统的药食同源性植物原料, 具有补脾润肺、养阴生津、补中益气等功效和抑菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗衰老以及降糖降脂等作用。黄精的活性成分有糖类、甾体皂苷、黄酮、蒽醌类化合物、氨基酸和微量元素。 黄精多糖是黄精的主要功能成分, 研究表明具有抗氧化、免疫调节、抗疲劳、抗病毒、调节血糖血脂、抑菌抗炎等活性, 黄精为百合科植物滇黄精Polygonatum kingianum Coll.etHemsl.、黄精Polygonatum 在功能食品、医疗保健方面具有良好的发展应用前景。
黄芪为豆科植物蒙古黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao或膜荚黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.的干燥根。黄芪具有补气升阳、固表止汗、托毒生肌、利水消肿之功效。现代医学发现其药理作用甚广,除能增强机体免疫功能、增强细胞代谢、调节DNA复制以及RNA和蛋白质的合成外,还有固肾降压、保肝抗炎的功能。黄芪多糖是黄芪的主要活性成分之一,临床上应用较为广泛,可作为免疫促进剂或调节剂,同时具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗辐射、抗应激、抗氧化等作用,并已经用于肝炎、肿瘤等疾病。
西洋参为五加科植物西洋参Panax quinquefolium L.的干燥根。原产于美国、加拿大等北美国家。其具有补气养血、滋阴补肾、健脾养胃、延缓衰老及养颜等功效。现代医学研究证明,西洋参中主要成分为人参皂苷,具有抗疲劳、抗衰老、抗休克、提高思维、改善记忆及调节内分泌、增强人体免疫力及改善心血管功能等作用。
益生元是指不易消化的食物成分,它可以通过选择性地刺激结肠中的一种或少数几种细菌的生长或活性而对宿主产生有益影响,从而增进宿主健康。这种受到激活的细菌应是天生具备有益作用的,如双歧杆菌和乳酸菌。常用的益生元有低聚糖类,包括低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚异麦芽糖、大豆低聚糖、菊粉等。
低聚木糖又称木寡糖,是由2-7个木糖分子以β-1,4糖苷键结合而成的功能性聚合糖,它可以选择性地促进肠道双歧杆菌的增殖活性。低聚木糖是聚合糖类中增殖双歧杆菌功能最强的益生元,其双歧因子功能是其它聚合糖类的10-20倍。低聚木糖每日摄取的有效剂量:0.7-1.4克。
低聚木糖有十大功效:1、减少有毒发酵产物及有害细菌酶的产生。2、抑制病原菌和腹泻。3、防止便秘。4、保护肝脏功能。5、降低血清胆固醇。6、降低血压。7、能增强机体免疫力,抗癌。8、具有良好的配伍性。9、能促使机体生成多种营养物质,包括维生素B1、B2、B6、B12、烟酸和叶酸。10、预防和保护牙齿龋变,抑制口腔病菌的滋生。
发明内容
本发明提供一种增强免疫力的保健品及其制备方法,该保健品具有抗氧化、抗疲劳、增强免疫力,促进肠道中有益菌群如双岐杆菌、乳酸杆菌的增殖,调理肠胃等作用,其组成成分为药食两用中药或食用、药用辅料,符合食品标准。
一种增强免疫力的保健品,由以下成分组成,包括蜂王浆冻干粉、黄精提取物、黄芪提取物、西洋参、益生元。
蜂王浆冻干粉的制备:采用冷冻干燥设备将蜂王浆冻结成固体,然后在真空条件下,使其中的水分直接由固态升华成气态而除去,达到含水量为2%左右。
黄精提取物的制备:取黄精,粉碎或剪碎成粗粉,加水70-100℃回流提取2次,每次1-2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,加乙醇使含醇量为80-90%(体积比),收取沉淀,低温干燥,粉碎,过100目筛,其主要成分为黄精粗多糖。
黄芪提取物的制备:取黄芪,粉碎或剪碎成粗粉,加水80-100℃回流提取2次,每次1-2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,加乙醇使含醇量为80-90%(体积比),收取沉淀,低温干燥,粉碎,过100目筛,其主要成分为黄芪粗多糖。
西洋参粉的制备:取西洋参,清洗干净,70℃以下干燥,粉碎,过100目筛。
益生元为低聚木糖或其他低聚糖类,纯度90%以上,符合食用要求。
一种增强免疫力的保健品,其特征在于,按重量份数计,其原料组成为:1份黄精提取物、0.5-2份黄芪提取物、1-30份蜂王浆冻干粉、1-20份西洋参、1-20份益生元粉,辅料为蔗糖、淀粉、糊精、微晶纤维素、甜菊素、甘露醇等一种或多种,辅料用量根据需要加入。按配方称取上述黄精提取物、黄芪提取物、蜂王浆冻干粉、西洋参粉、益生元粉及辅料,混合均匀,加入85-95%乙醇适量,制成软材,过10-16目筛网制成颗粒,颗粒40℃干燥至含水量7%以下,整粒,筛取合格颗粒。
上述颗粒可装入复合膜袋中,制成颗粒剂;或装入胶囊,制成硬胶囊剂;或压制成片,制成片剂。
具体实施方式
所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例 1
一种增强免疫力的保健品,由以下原料按比例组方,并制成片剂。
蜂王浆冻干粉 300g
黄精提取物 50 g
黄芪提取物 50g
西洋参粉 125g
低聚木糖 150g
微晶纤维素 150g
蔗糖(或甘露醇) 175g
硬脂酸镁 0.3g
按上述配方比例称取蜂王浆冻干粉、黄精提取物、黄芪提取物、西洋参粉、低聚木糖、微晶纤维素、蔗糖或甘露醇,混匀,加入90%的乙醇适量制成软材,湿法制粒14目筛制成颗粒,40℃以下干燥,使含水量7%以下,整粒,加入上述硬脂酸镁,混匀,压片,每片重约1g,制成1000片。口服,每次服用2片,每日3次。
实施例 2
一种增强免疫力的保健品,由以下原料按比例组方,并制成颗粒剂。
蜂王浆冻干粉 900g
黄精提取物 150 g
黄芪提取物 150g
西洋参粉 375g
低聚木糖 450g
糊精 1960g
甜菊素 15g
按上述配方比例称取蜂王浆冻干粉、黄精提取物、黄芪提取物、西洋参粉、低聚木糖、糊精、甜菊素,混匀,加入90%的乙醇适量制成软材,湿法制粒12目筛制成颗粒,40℃以下干燥,使含水量5%以下,整粒,混匀,包装,每袋装4g,制成1000袋。口服,每次1袋,每日服用2次。
实施例 3
一种增强免疫力的保健品,由以下原料按比例组方,并制成硬胶囊剂。
蜂王浆冻干粉 150g
黄精提取物 25 g
黄芪提取物 25g
西洋参粉 62.5g
低聚木糖 75g
淀粉 62.5g
按上述配方比例称取蜂王浆冻干粉、黄精提取物、黄芪提取物、西洋参粉、低聚木糖、微晶纤维素、蔗糖或甘露醇,混匀,加入90%的乙醇适量制成软材,湿法制粒14目筛制成颗粒,40℃以下干燥,使含水量5%以下,整粒,装胶囊,每粒装0.4g,制成1000粒。口服,每次服用4粒,每日3次。
Claims (6)
1.一种增强免疫力的保健品,其特征在于,按重量份数计,其原料组成为:1份黄精提取物、0.5-2份黄芪提取物、1-30份蜂王浆冻干粉、1-20份西洋参、1-20份益生元,辅料为蔗糖、淀粉、糊精、微晶纤维素、甜菊素、甘露醇等一种或多种,辅料用量根据需要加入。
2.如权利要求1所述的增强免疫力的保健品,其中的西洋参可用人参或红参替代,黄精提取物可用黄精多糖替代,黄芪提取物可用黄芪多糖替代,益生元可用含有双歧杆菌类和乳杆菌类的益生菌粉替代。
3.如权利要求1所述的增强免疫力的保健品,其特征在于,所述的各原料的具体取值为:蜂王浆冻干粉300g、黄精提取物 50 g、黄芪提取物 50g、西洋参粉125g、低聚木糖150g、微晶纤维素150g、蔗糖(或甘露醇)175g、硬脂酸镁0.3g,制成片剂,每片重1g,共制成1000片。
4.如权利要求1所述的增强免疫力的保健品,其特征在于,所述的各原料的具体取值为:蜂王浆冻干粉900g、黄精提取物150 g、黄芪提取物150g、西洋参粉375g、低聚木糖450g、糊精 1960g、甜菊素15g,制成颗粒剂,每袋装4g,制成1000袋。
5.如权利要求1所述的增强免疫力的保健品,其特征在于,所述的各原料的具体取值为:蜂王浆冻干粉150g、黄精提取物25 g、黄芪提取物25g、西洋参粉62.5g、低聚木糖75g、淀粉62.5g,制成硬胶囊剂,每粒装0.4g,制成1000粒。
6.如权利要求1-5所述的增强免疫力的保健品的制备方法,按如下步骤制备:(1)蜂王浆冻干粉的制备:采用冷冻干燥设备将蜂王浆冻结成固体,然后在真空条件下,使其中的水分直接由固态升华成气态而除去,达到含水量为2%左右;(2)黄精提取物的制备:取黄精,粉碎或剪碎成粗粉,加水70-100℃回流提取2次,每次1-2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,加乙醇使含醇量为80-90%(体积比),收取沉淀,低温干燥,粉碎,过100目筛;(3)黄芪提取物的制备:取黄芪,粉碎或剪碎成粗粉,加水80-100℃回流提取2次,每次1-2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,加乙醇使含醇量为80-90%(体积比),收取沉淀,低温干燥,粉碎,过100目筛;(4)西洋参粉的制备:取西洋参,清洗干净,70℃以下干燥,粉碎,过100目筛;(5)配料及混和:按配方比例称取原辅料,置混和机中,混和均匀;(6)制软材、制粒:将上述混和均匀的原辅料粉,置混和机中,加入85-95%乙醇适量,制成软材,过10-16目筛网制成湿颗粒;(7)颗粒干燥:湿颗粒40℃以下干燥至颗粒含水量7%以下;(8)整粒:整粒,过筛,筛取合格颗粒;(9)片剂制备:取上述合格颗粒,混匀,压片,每片重1g,装入塑料瓶中,装盒,放说明书;(10)颗粒剂制备:取上述合格颗粒,混匀,复合膜袋包装,每袋装4g,装盒,放说明书;(11)硬胶囊剂制备:取上述合格颗粒,混匀,装胶囊,每粒装0.4g,装入塑料瓶中,装盒,放说明书。
