背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高和饮食方式的改变,高血糖、高血脂、高血压等疾病在普通人群中呈现日益增加的趋势,其中高血糖表现尤为明显。高血糖人群如不及时治疗并改变生活习惯,很容易发展为糖尿病。糖尿病是一种因胰岛素绝对或相对缺乏引起的以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,高血糖由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起,糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍,糖尿病可以引起多种并发症,如果糖尿病没有得到足够的控制,可以引起一些急性并发症,如低血糖症、酮症酸中毒、非酮高渗性昏迷,严重的长期并发症包括:心血管疾病、慢性肾衰竭(又称糖尿病肾病,是发展中国家成年人中血液透析的主要原因)、视网膜病变(又称糖尿病眼病,可致盲,是发展中国家非老龄成年人致盲的主要疾病)、神经病变及微血管病变,其中,微血管病变可能导致勃起功能障碍(阳痿)以及伤口难以愈合,而足部难以愈合的伤口则可能导致坏疽(俗称“糖尿病足”),进而导致患者截肢,如果糖尿病得到了足够的控制,并且对血压充分控制并结合良好的生活习惯(如不吸烟,保持健康的体重等),则可以在有效的降低罹患上述并发症的危险,世界卫生组织2011年的报告指出全世界有3.46亿人患有糖尿病,2004年估计有340万人死于高血糖引起的后果,超过80%的糖尿病死亡发生在低收入和中等收入国家,糖尿病的成因大致有以下两种:1.遗传因素,1型或2型糖尿病均存在明显的遗传异质性,糖尿病存在家族发病倾向,1/4~1/2患者有糖尿病家族史,临床上至少有60种以上的遗传综合征可伴有糖尿病,1型糖尿病有多个DNA位点参与发病,其中以HLA抗原基因中DQ位点多态性关系最为密切,在2型糖尿病已发现多种明确的基因突变,如胰岛素基因、胰岛素受体基因、葡萄糖激酶基因、线粒体基因等,2.环境因素,进食过多,体力活动减少导致的肥胖是2型糖尿病最主要的环境因素,使具有2型糖尿病遗传易感性的个体容易发病,1型糖尿病患者存在免疫系统异常,在某些病毒如柯萨奇病毒,风疹病毒,腮腺病毒等感染后导致自身免疫反应,破坏胰岛素β细胞,“药食同源”是中华原创医学之中对人类最有价值的贡献之一;中医历来强调“药疗不如食疗”,食疗成为现代人追求返璞归真、健康饮食的最佳选择;让人们在享受美食的过程中祛除病痛,避免了打针、吃药,甚至手术之苦;
中医传统医学认为:“脾(即消化系统)为后天之本”,肠胃健康是健康之本,人体营养的99%需要靠肠道吸收,肠内疾病也是万病之源;但随着年龄越大, 肠道中有益菌群(益生菌)比例逐渐减少;如双歧杆菌在婴幼儿时期占98%,到中年时降至10%,65岁以后仅占5%;人越老,益生菌越少,肠道功能也随之逐渐下降,越来越多的研究显示,正常菌群在人体消化、免疫和抗病等方面有诸多不可替代的作用;肠道菌群组成的改变与多种疾病,特别是肠道疾病的发生发展密切相关,而从已有临床研究发现:益生菌能起到调节肠道菌群,控制肠道炎症作用,是一种安全有效的干预调节方法;
肠道微生态系统与糖尿病的联系:Ⅱ型糖尿病(type2diabetes,T2D)是一种由遗传和环境因素共同引起的复杂内分泌疾病,久病可引起多个系统损害,病情严重或应激时可发生急性代谢紊乱,如酮症酸中毒等,其病因和发病机制较复杂,目前认为属多基因、多因素的异质性疾病,人体肠道微生物对维持人类健康发挥着重大作用,并在肠道中保持着动态的平衡,而这种平衡因某些因素被打破而致使肠道菌群发生紊乱时,人体可能就会患上各种疾病,研究揭示:Ⅱ型糖尿病患者仅出现了中度的肠道微生物菌群失调,进一步的功能分析表明,Ⅱ型糖尿病患者肠道中丢失了一些有益菌,反而一些有害菌有所增多,比如,产丁酸细菌在Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中有所减少,而丁酸主要可调节人体肠道微生态平衡,对肠道健康起着关键性的作用,同时,一些增加的条件致病菌在本研究中的中国人群体中具有很高的多样性,此外,微生物基因功能分析还间接表明肠道环境的氧化压力等可能与糖尿病存在一定关系;
目前市场上有利用以食源性短肽为主要原料,添加药食两用的玉米须、黄精、百合、葛根的提取物、复合维生素和矿物质,组成复合配方,还有利用益生菌为主要原料的产品,但还没有发现结合糖尿病患者的体质特征,依据传统中医的精髓理论,因人而异,黄金配伍以十种以上药食两用的中药提取物精华、多种益生菌、益生元为主要原料,以短肽、氨基酸、有保健功能的油脂、水溶性膳食纤维、复合维生素、复合矿物质辅料制成代餐粉、特殊膳食。
发明目的
本发明的目的是在继承中医精髓理论治病方法上,开创性将多种改善糖尿病患者的肠道微生态与“药食同源之中药”复方的提取物有机结合起来,添加以短肽、氨基酸、碳水化合物、有保健功能的油脂、多种维生素、多种矿物质为辅料,不仅能够补充免疫力低下的高血脂患者所必需营养素,改善机体营养状况,还能并利用药食两用中草药中的功能因子调节机体功能,毒副作用小、安全有效,且人们容易接受的适合一种降血糖代餐粉。

6、五谷杂粮:五谷杂粮富含膳食纤维,实践证明,谷物能够缓解人体升高血糖的内驱力。因此,长期保证主食对病人身体有益,有利于血糖平衡;
(1)小麦:功效:小麦性凉,味甘。具有养心安神,益肾,健胃厚肠,除热止渴,敛汗,止痢等功效。主治糖尿病、神志不安、虚烦不眠、心悸怔忡、癔病、脾虚泄泻等症;

其制备方法为先将显齿蛇葡萄叶、青钱柳叶、黄精、玉米须、百合、葛根、大麦苗、山楂、山药、沙棘、桑叶、桔梗、乌梅、陈皮、郁李仁、桑葚、槐花、红枣、望江南子、紫苏子、甘草、牡蛎、苦瓜、刺梨、玉竹、米仁、枸杞、麦芽、线叶金雀花、金花茶、圆苞车前子壳、茶叶、丹凤牡丹花、百合、决明子、凉粉草(仙草)、天贝、短梗五加、玫瑰茄、魔芋浸泡后加入β-环状糊精,用预水解、SBE提取技术提取,经喷雾干燥而制备成粉状物质;将薏米、黑米、玉米、小米、糙米、南瓜籽、黑芝麻、黄豆、红豆、绿豆、扁豆、黑豆、燕麦、荞麦、香芋、红薯膨化熟化后,用粉碎机粉碎;将山核桃仁、松子仁、开心果仁、杏仁、葵花籽仁、花生仁、白果果仁炒熟后,用粉碎机粉碎;将混合水果粉冷冻干燥后,用粉碎机粉碎,将上述几类混合,再添加生物酶解提取的白子菜多糖(别名白背三七多糖)、诺丽果浆、膳食纤维、益生元、短肽、氨基酸、多种维生素及矿物质经粉碎及混合后进行巴氏灭菌1小时,然后添加微胶囊化后的有保健功能的油酯并混合均匀制成粉状剂,用温开水溶解后,直接饮用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降血糖代餐粉,其特征所述的配方为以下原料组成:显齿蛇葡萄叶、青钱柳叶、黄精、玉米须、百合、葛根、大麦苗、山楂、山药、沙棘、桑叶、桔梗、乌梅、陈皮、郁李仁、桑葚、槐花、红枣、望江南子、紫苏子、甘草、牡蛎、苦瓜、刺梨、玉竹、薏苡仁、枸杞、麦芽、线叶金雀花、金花茶、圆苞车前子壳、茶叶、丹凤牡丹花、百合、决明子、凉粉草(仙草)、天贝、短梗五加、玫瑰茄、魔芋,白子菜(别名白背三七)、诺丽果浆、混合水果粉(柚子、荔枝、香蕉、番石榴)、松谷膳食纤维、蛋白核小球藻、茶藨子叶状层菌发酵菌丝体、雪莲培养物、初乳碱性蛋白、富铬酵母粉、甜菊糖苷、海洋鱼低聚肽、共轭亚油酸、玉米低聚肽、小麦低聚肽、大豆分离蛋白粉、地龙蛋白、麦芽糖醇、低聚果糖、L-阿拉伯糖、中链甘油三酯粉(MCT粉)、植物脂肪粉、亚油酸、α-亚麻酸、藕粉、猴头菇、黑米、玉米、小米、糙米、南瓜籽、黑芝麻、黄豆、红豆、绿豆、扁豆、黑豆、燕麦、荞麦、香芋、红薯、山核桃仁、松子仁、开心果仁、杏仁、葵花籽仁、花生仁、白果果仁、红曲、昆布、胡萝卜、百合、黑木耳、银耳、纳豆、菠菜、紫菜、海藻、裸藻、螺旋藻、雨生红球藻、裙带菜等全部混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种降血糖代餐粉,其特征还可以由以下原料组成:白子菜(别名白背三七)、显齿蛇葡萄叶、青钱柳叶、黄精、玉米须、百合、葛根、大麦苗、山楂、山药、沙棘、桑叶、桔梗、乌梅、陈皮、郁李仁、桑葚、槐花、红枣、望江南子、紫苏子、甘草、牡蛎、苦瓜、刺梨、玉竹、米仁、枸杞、麦芽、线叶金雀花、金花茶、圆苞车前子壳、茶叶、丹凤牡丹花、百合、决明子、凉粉草(仙草)、天贝、短梗五加、玫瑰茄、魔芋、藕粉、猴头菇、薏米、黑米、玉米、小米、糙米、南瓜籽、黑芝麻、黄豆、红豆、绿豆、扁豆、黑豆、燕麦、荞麦、香芋、红薯、山核桃仁、松子仁、开心果仁、杏仁、葵花籽仁、花生仁、白果果仁、红曲、昆布、胡萝卜、百合、黑木耳、银耳、纳豆、菠菜、紫菜、海藻、裸藻、螺旋藻、裙带菜等全部混合。
