Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed processing, in particular to a nonreactive pellet line nursery piglet feed and a preparation method thereof.
Background
After weaning, the breast milk which is easy to digest and absorb is changed into solid feed, the breast milk is easy to digest and absorb by the piglets in the lactation period, the digestibility can reach 100 percent, the nutrient substances required after weaning are completely derived from the feed, the main energy source is provided by grain starch, and the protein source is changed into vegetable protein with lower digestibility. Because the digestion function is not perfect, the enzyme system is not developed perfectly, the autoimmunity is low, and the like, the piglets are easy to have diarrhea after weaning to the conservation stage. Because the Dan-series piglets are large in birth quantity, small in individual, light in weight and low in feed intake, and the piglet is further aggravated in stress by the change of environment and temperature in the transition from weaning to nursing, so that diarrhea or growth obstruction is caused. In the existing scheme, a large amount of antibiotics are often applied in the nursing material to improve the stress of piglets in the nursing stage, reduce the diarrhea incidence rate and improve the production performance of the piglets. As the use of feed antibiotics is increased, the antibiotic resistance of pathogenic bacteria, which is transmitted from animals to humans, is increased significantly. As antibiotic-induced resistance is becoming a growing concern, the use of feed antibiotics is becoming more and more limited worldwide.
The European union has banned the use of antibiotics as growth promoters in animal feed in 2006, and recently, the agricultural rural department of China issued a No. 194 notice, which marks that the antibiotic growth promoters will quit the historical stage after No. 1/7 in 2020, and the national 'feed banning' policy and regulation will play a vital role in reducing the use of antibiotics. However, given the unprecedented challenge to gastrointestinal health of animals due to antibiotic deprivation in feed, some antibiotic substitutes that optimize gastrointestinal health of animals are being focused on, and how to provide better quality piglet feed for healthy and robust growth of piglets has become one of the current important research directions.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides the antibiotic-free Dan-series nursing piglet feed and the preparation method thereof, and the acidifying agent, the lactic acid bacteria probiotics and the plant essential oil are added into the basic daily ration, so that the intestinal health of piglets is effectively improved, the proliferation of harmful bacteria is inhibited, the diarrhea of the piglets is reduced, and the production performance is further improved.

Effect of different feeds on growth Performance of piglets
1. Test materials: three different feeds prepared in example 1 and comparative examples 1-2.
2. Test method
And selecting 270 healthy piglets with similar age in days and weight, and randomly dividing the piglets into 3 groups, wherein each group has 6 repetitions, and each repetition has 15 piglets. The test period was 21 days. Three different feeds of example 1 and comparative examples 1-2 were fed separately. The weight was measured in replicates at the beginning and end of the test on an empty stomach in the morning. The feeding system, the management method, the immunization program and the like are executed according to the existing system of the pig farm.
3. Measurement index
The weight of piglets was measured in duplicate at the beginning and end of the experiment. And recording the feed consumption and the number of diarrhea heads by taking the repetition as a unit so as to detect the average daily feed intake, the average daily gain and F/G. The results are shown in Table 1. Wherein each index calculation formula is as follows:
average Daily Feed Intake (ADFI) — total feed consumption/days/number of test heads
Average Daily Gain (ADG) ═ weight at end of test-initial weight at end of test)/days/head of test
Feed-meat ratio (F/G) ═ average daily intake/average daily gain

As can be seen from table 1, compared with the group containing no antibiotic in experimental example 1 and the group containing antibiotic in experimental example 2, the piglet feed bred by the replacement-resistant combined bag fed with benzoic acid, enterococcus faecium and plant essential oil in the feeding example 1 can improve the average daily gain (P <0.05) of piglets, improve the average daily feed intake (P <0.05) and feed conversion efficiency, thereby reducing the feed conversion ratio, reducing the diarrhea index and increasing the piglet end weight. The antibiotic-free nursery pig feed can achieve or exceed the effect of adding antibiotic nursery pig feed.
According to the invention, the acidifier, the lactic acid bacteria probiotics and the plant essential oil are added into the basic daily ration, and the plant essential oil and the acidifier are combined, so that the synergistic bacteriostasis can be realized, the lactic acid bacteria probiotics can be planted in intestinal tracts, the intestinal flora balance is adjusted by quickly occupying and secreting beneficial metabolites, the intestinal health of piglets is effectively improved, the proliferation of harmful bacteria is inhibited, the diarrhea of the piglets is reduced, and the production performance is further improved. In particular, when gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria are contained in the pig intestinal tract, the cell wall of gram-positive bacteria (such as clostridium perfringens) of harmful microorganisms is thicker, 20-80nm, a large amount of peptidoglycan and a small amount of lipopolysaccharide are contained, the gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli, salmonella, etc.) have thin cell wall of 10-15nm, contain small amount of peptidoglycan, and have outer membrane mainly composed of lipopolysaccharide, due to the difference of cell wall components, under the background of no resistance, the single acidifier or the plant essential oil can not completely cover and act, and the plant essential oil and the acidifier are combined to synergistically inhibit bacteria and act on different types of harmful bacteria, meanwhile, after the permeability of the bacterial cell membrane is improved, more acidifier molecules enter the bacterial cells, so that a stronger bacteriostatic action is exerted.
The antibiotic-free pellet-series nursing piglet feed comprises a benzoic acid, enterococcus faecium and plant essential oil combined product, wherein the benzoic acid, the enterococcus faecium and the plant essential oil are added, and the combination of other components improves the intestinal health of nursing piglets and improves the growth performance of the nursing piglets. The experimental results show that: the pellet-series nursery pig feed added with the benzoic acid, enterococcus faecium and plant essential oil provided by the invention can improve the average daily gain (P <0.05) of piglets, improve the average daily feed intake (P <0.05), improve the feed conversion efficiency, reduce the meat ratio and effectively replace antibiotics.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
