本申请要求2018年12月26日申请的日本专利申请No.2018-242873的优先权,该日本专利申请包括说明书、权利要求书、附图及摘要在内的整体作为参考被结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本公开涉及在靠近周缘的位置隔开间隔地配置有多个磁铁的转子的制造方法。
背景技术
在车辆的驱动用马达等大输出的马达中,发热大。因此,在很多情况下,利用油等制冷剂对转子、定子进行冷却。在专利文献1中,提出了在定子与壳体之间配置多孔质体,向该多孔质体供应制冷剂,促进定子的冷却的方案。

发明内容
这里,在专利文献1中,通过使定子芯的外周与制冷剂接触来冷却定子。另一方面,在永久磁铁马达中,在转子的磁铁中发热大,磁铁的老化成为问题。从而,希望更有效地冷却转子的磁铁。
在根据本公开的转子的制造方法中,准备在靠近周缘的位置隔开间隔地配置有多个磁铁孔的转子芯,准备多个以多孔质体与磁铁本体接触的方式配置的永久磁铁单元,将所述永久磁铁单元插入并固定于所述磁铁孔。
所述多孔质体优选围绕在所述磁铁本体的周围。
根据本公开,通过制冷剂在多孔质体中流动,可以有效地冷却磁铁本体。

具体实施方式
下面,基于附图对本公开的实施方式进行说明。另外,本公开并不被这里记载的实施方式所限制。
[马达的结构]
图1是表示马达10的概略结构的图。这样,马达10在壳体60内配备有转子12和定子20。
转子12具有被固定于转子轴14的转子芯16,所述转子轴14经由轴承(图中未示出)等相对于壳体60被能够旋转地支承。转子芯16为圆筒状,在靠近外周的位置配置有在轴向上延伸的多个永久磁铁单元18。
定子20为圆环状,以内周侧与转子12的外周相对向的方式被保持于壳体60。另外,定子20具有定子芯22和线圈24,所述线圈24卷绕在设置于定子芯22的内周侧的齿上。在图1中,线圈24只表示出了从定子芯22向轴向突出的线圈端部。
向定子20的线圈24供应交流的驱动电流,借助于由该驱动电流在线圈24中产生的电磁力,转子12相对于定子20旋转。
在本实施方式中,具有使制冷剂(油)在转子12、定子20中循环以对它们进行冷却的冷却装置30。即,滞留在壳体60内的底部的制冷剂根据需要冷却之后,由泵32供应给转子12和定子20。
在转子轴14内设置有在轴向上延伸的流路34,从该流路34向半径方向外侧设置多个通路36。该通路36从转子轴14内延伸至转子芯16内,被连接于在转子芯16内沿轴向延伸的流路38。进而,向半径方向外周侧延伸的多个流路70被连接于流路38。该流路70将流路38连接于在轴向上延伸的多个磁铁孔72。并且,在半径方向上延伸至外周端且在外周开口的多个流路74被连接于磁铁孔72。
通过用泵32向流路34供应制冷剂,来自于流路38的制冷剂通过流路70、磁铁孔72、流路74,从转子芯16向半径方向排出,返回到壳体60内的底部。
另外,永久磁铁单元18分别被插入于磁铁孔72内,但是,该永久磁铁单元18具有多孔质体,制冷剂能够通过。这里,在该例子中,流路38的轴向两端部是封闭的,制冷剂在磁铁孔72中流动,但是,也可以将流路38的两端开口,以便恰当地维持各个流路的流量。
另外,在定子芯22的上方,设置有在下侧具有多个排出口的冷却管40。因此,通过用泵32向冷却管40供应制冷剂,制冷剂降落到定子芯22及线圈24,返回到壳体60内的底部。
这样,转子12、定子20被冷却装置30冷却。
[永久磁铁单元的结构]
图2是表示永久磁铁单元18的结构的图,(a)是表示长度方向的正面的图,(b)是A-A剖视图。在该例子中,永久磁铁单元18由磁铁本体80和多孔质体82构成。即,以覆盖(围绕)四棱柱状的永久磁铁单元18的四个侧面的方式设置多孔质体82。从而,多孔质体82位于磁铁孔72的内侧面与永久磁铁单元18的外侧面之间。该多孔质体82可以是与上述多孔质体52同样材料的多孔质体。
图3是从轴向观察转子芯16的图。这样,在靠近转子芯16的周缘的位置隔开规定间隔地配置有用于插入永久磁铁单元18的磁铁孔72。磁铁孔72两个为一组,永久磁铁单元18被插入固定于其中,由此,构成一个磁极。磁铁孔72形成得比被插入其中的永久磁铁单元18大一些。特别是,在周向的两端部,具有在轴向上延伸的空隙。在该空隙中可以插入粘接剂(在高温下牢固的环氧树脂系粘接剂等)等,也可以原样保留空隙。在原样保留空隙的情况下,优选地,在轴向的端部,通过对构成转子芯16的多个磁性体板(例如,电磁钢板)进行铆接,设置不会使永久磁铁单元18脱落的止动部。
借助这种结构,在磁铁本体80与磁铁孔72之间夹装多孔质体82。从流路70供应的制冷剂通过多孔质体82,经由流路74被排出到外部。
在转子12中,永久磁铁单元18的发热大。根据本实施方式,经由多孔质体82,制冷剂直接与磁铁本体80接触。从而,可以利用制冷剂有效地冷却转子12。
这里,对于多孔质体82,采用具有连续气孔的多孔质体,以便制冷剂能够在内部流动。对于多孔质体82,可以采用多孔质合成树脂、多孔质陶瓷、多孔质玻璃、多孔质金属等各种多孔质体。作为多孔质金属,有各种市售产品,可以适当选择使用。特别是,作为多孔质金属,如果使用片状的多孔质金属,则其加工容易。
作为多孔质体82,在使用金属的情况下。例如,可以采用铝等。进而,作为金属,通过使用铁、铁合金等,也可以将多孔质体52作为磁性体。
[制造工序]
图4是表示转子12的制造方法的流程图。在制造本实施方式的转子12的情况下,准备图3所示的在靠近周缘的部分形成有磁铁孔72的转子芯16(S11)。转子芯16优选通过将形成有磁铁孔72的磁性体板层叠而形成。作为磁性体板,采用电磁钢板等。
其次,用多孔质体82围绕由永久磁铁构成的磁铁本体80的周围,形成永久磁铁单元18(S12)。对应于磁铁孔72的数目,准备多个永久磁铁单元18。对于多孔质体82,例如,使用片状的多孔质铝。在该情况下,将多孔质体82卷绕于磁铁本体80的周围,形成永久磁铁单元18。
并且,将永久磁铁单元18插入到磁铁孔72中,用粘接剂等将永久磁铁单元18固定到磁铁孔72内(S13)。
Claims (2)
1.一种转子的制造方法,其特征在于,准备在靠近周缘的位置隔开间隔地配置有多个磁铁孔的转子芯,
准备以多孔质体与磁铁本体接触的方式配置的多个永久磁铁单元,
将所述永久磁铁单元插入并固定于所述磁铁孔,
所述多孔质体具有连续气孔,用于对马达进行冷却的制冷剂流通于所述连续气孔的内部,
在转子轴内设置沿轴向延伸的流路,
在所述磁铁孔与所述流路之间设置多个通路,
经由所述流路和所述通路向所述磁铁孔供应制冷剂,由此,使通过了所述多孔质体的所述连续气孔的制冷剂与所述磁铁本体接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的转子的制造方法,其特征在于,所述多孔质体围绕在所述磁铁本体的周围。
