Abstract
一种室内装置用绿色型水性环保涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1、准备材料进行混合,将改性聚苯乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯、PP塑料、ABS塑料、纳米二氧化锆、乙二酸聚酯、二甘醇胺放置到碎料装置中碎料成直径在1‑3mm的颗粒物;S2、研磨,将步骤S1的产物经过太阳照射2‑5小时后,通过超细粉研磨机进行研磨,研磨后的粒径为50‑100nm;S3、混合,将步骤S2产物与重量份数比1:1的去离子水进行混合,通过超高速搅拌机搅拌1‑3小时以上;S4、添加剂加入,将消泡剂,粘合剂加入到步骤S3中进行混合,然后通过分散机进行分散,分散的同时向分散机中不断通入清香剂气体;S5、收缩浓度,在烘干机中将步骤S4产物的浓度收缩至25%,得到成品。

技术领域
本发明涉及油漆,具体涉及一种室内装置用绿色型水性环保涂料。
背景技术
在装修行业中需要用到大量的油漆,现有的油漆一般都含有有害成分,这对人的健康有很大的影响,因此,需要研发绿色环保型的油漆。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种室内装置用绿色型水性环保涂料。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种室内装置用绿色型水性环保涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、准备材料进行混合,将改性聚苯乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯、PP塑料、ABS塑料、纳米二氧化锆、乙二酸聚酯、二甘醇胺放置到碎料装置中碎料成直径在1-3mm的颗粒物;
S2、研磨,将步骤S1的产物经过太阳照射2-5小时后,通过超细粉研磨机进行研磨,研磨后的粒径为50-100nm;
S3、混合,将步骤S2产物与重量份数比1:1的去离子水进行混合,通过超高速搅拌机搅拌1-3小时以上;
S4、添加剂加入,将消泡剂,粘合剂加入到步骤S3中进行混合,然后通过分散机进行分散,分散的同时向分散机中不断通入清香剂气体;
S5、收缩浓度,在烘干机中将步骤S4产物的浓度收缩至25%,得到成品。

-所述改性聚苯乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯、PP塑料、ABS塑料、纳米二氧化锆、乙二酸聚酯、二甘醇胺为10份、10份、15份、15份、10份、10份、10份。借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
本发明油漆成分不含有害成分,制作方法简单,同时混入了清香剂,具有持有持续的清香效果。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种室内装置用绿色型水性环保涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、准备材料进行混合,将改性聚苯乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯、PP塑料、ABS塑料、纳米二氧化锆、乙二酸聚酯、二甘醇胺放置到碎料装置中碎料成直径在1-3mm的颗粒物;
S2、研磨,将步骤S1的产物经过太阳照射2-5小时后,通过超细粉研磨机进行研磨,研磨后的粒径为50-100nm;
S3、混合,将步骤S2产物与重量份数比1:1的去离子水进行混合,通过超高速搅拌机搅拌1-3小时以上;
S4、添加剂加入,将消泡剂,粘合剂加入到步骤S3中进行混合,然后通过分散机进行分散,分散的同时向分散机中不断通入清香剂气体;

S1、准备材料进行混合,将改性聚苯乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯、PP塑料、ABS塑料、纳米二氧化锆、乙二酸聚酯、二甘醇胺放置到碎料装置中碎料成直径在1-3mm的颗粒物;

实施例3
一种室内装置用绿色型水性环保涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、准备材料进行混合,将改性聚苯乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯、PP塑料、ABS塑料、纳米二氧化锆、乙二酸聚酯、二甘醇胺放置到碎料装置中碎料成直径在1-3mm的颗粒物;
S2、研磨,将步骤S1的产物经过太阳照射2-5小时后,通过超细粉研磨机进行研磨,研磨后的粒径为50-100nm;

Claims (3)
1.一种室内装置用绿色型水性环保涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、准备材料进行混合,将改性聚苯乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯、PP塑料、ABS塑料、纳米二氧化锆、乙二酸聚酯、二甘醇胺放置到碎料装置中碎料成直径在1-3mm的颗粒物;
S2、研磨,将步骤S1的产物经过太阳照射2-5小时后,通过超细粉研磨机进行研磨,研磨后的粒径为50-100nm;
S3、混合,将步骤S2产物与重量份数比1:1的去离子水进行混合,通过超高速搅拌机搅拌1-3小时以上;
S4、添加剂加入,将消泡剂,粘合剂加入到步骤S3中进行混合,然后通过分散机进行分散,分散的同时向分散机中不断通入清香剂气体;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内装置用绿色型水性环保涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述改性聚苯乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯、PP塑料、ABS塑料、纳米二氧化锆、乙二酸聚酯、二甘醇胺按照重量份数为改性聚苯乙烯树脂10-15份、聚苯乙烯10-15份、PP塑料15-20份、ABS塑料15-30份、纳米二氧化锆10-20份、乙二酸聚酯10-30份、二甘醇胺10-15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种室内装置用绿色型水性环保涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述改性聚苯乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯、PP塑料、ABS塑料、纳米二氧化锆、乙二酸聚酯、二甘醇胺为10份、10份、15份、15份、10份、10份、10份。
