The invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples.
Example 1
The invention relates to a biological activator for maintaining the water quality stability of aquaculture, which comprises the following preparation raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.5-1.5% of glucose, 1-3% of sodium glutamate, 0.1-1% of citric acid, 0.01% of aspartic acid, 0.01% of nicotinic acid, vitamin B10.001%, vitamin B20.001% and the balance of distilled water. The specific preparation method comprises the following steps:
weighing glucose, sodium glutamate, citric acid, aspartic acid, nicotinic acid, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 according to the proportion, then placing the materials into a reaction kettle, adding distilled water, and stirring the materials in the reaction kettle after adding the distilled water.
Glucose, sodium glutamate, citric acid, aspartic acid, nicotinic acid, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 are all food grade. The distilled water is heated to 60 ℃. The stirring speed is not less than 300 revolutions per minute in the preparation process. The stirring time is not less than 30min in the preparation process. Glucose, sodium glutamate, citric acid, aspartic acid, niacin, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 are all dry weight measurements. Within the corresponding condition range, the produced biological activator can achieve the best effect of stabilizing water quality in the aquaculture process.
Example 2

The water quality is easy to influence the normal growth of fishes and shrimps and cause diseases. Preparing an activating agent, wherein the biological activating agent comprises the following preparation raw materials in percentage by mass: 1% of glucose, 2% of sodium glutamate, 0.5% of citric acid, 0.01% of aspartic acid, 0.01% of nicotinic acid, 10.001% of vitamin B, 20.001% of vitamin B and distilled water, after the preparation is finished, bottling for later use, then adding a biological activator into the pond according to 2mg/L, and matching with conventional aeration equipment to carry out oxygenation operation, after 10 days, COD is reduced to 35.4mg/L, ammonia nitrogen is reduced to 3.18mg/L, nitrite is 0.12mg/L, and the water quality can meet the normal growth of fish and shrimp aquatic animals.
Example 3
The culture product of a certain culture pond is micropterus salmoides, and 3000 fish fries/mu (the conventional culture density is 1000 fish fries/mu) are input in the fry throwing period for increasing the yield. In the middle stage of cultivation, with the increase of bait investment, the fish excrement can not be decomposed in time, the water quality is continuously deteriorated, wherein COD is 105mg/L, ammonia nitrogen is 7.66mg/L, nitrite is 0.28mg/L, and weever is dead. Preparing an activating agent, wherein the biological activating agent comprises the following preparation raw materials in percentage by mass: 1.2% of glucose, 1.5% of sodium glutamate, 0.5% of citric acid, 0.01% of aspartic acid, 0.01% of nicotinic acid, 10.001% of vitamin B, 20.001% of vitamin B and distilled water as the rest, bottling for later use after the preparation is finished, and adding a biological activator according to 2mg/L while controlling the feed addition, wherein 5d is death without weever, 12d is reduced in water quality index, wherein COD is 55mg/L, ammonia nitrogen is 3.78mg/L and nitrite is 0.18 mg/L. The water quality is basically stable until the weever goes out of the pit.
Example 4
In a certain pond for culturing the penaeus vannamei boone, the ammonia nitrogen in the water is always high and reaches 9.75mg before the penaeus vannamei boone is put, and the condition for putting the penaeus vannamei boone is not met.
