背景技术
人体表面皮肤污垢主要为无机盐、油脂、细菌、废旧角质等,此外,化妆品残留物也容易造成毛孔堵塞和皮肤损伤。人们日常清洁仅能去除皮肤表层油脂,即便使用常见的洁面毛刷等皮肤清洁设备,也无法对毛孔进行有效的高效清洁。
多孔纤维材料是指的结构是一种由相互贯通或封闭的孔洞构成网络结构的材料,因多个微孔的尺寸效应赋予材料的特殊性能使其在生物医学、组织支架、电池隔膜、空气过滤和传感器等方面有着广泛的应用前景。
目前,市场中尚没有出现将多孔纤维材料应用到人体表面皮肤的高效清洁领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将纤维母粒,经过熔融拉丝后,剪切为短纤维,其中,所述纤维母粒,按重量百分比计,包括如下原料:超细扩孔硅胶10~30%、硅烷偶联剂0.5~5%、银系抗菌剂0.1~2%、颜料0~1%、热塑性聚合物余量,所述热塑性聚合物选自聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚酰胺中的任意一种或两种;
(2)于-20~-40℃条件下均匀打磨短纤维顶端;
(3)将打磨后的短纤维超声清洗,抽真空干燥;
(4)将干燥后的短纤维在毛刷头部进行植毛即得成品。
优选的,所述纤维母粒为采用下述方法制得:
将热塑性聚合物和超细扩孔硅胶分别在烘干,将烘干后的超细扩孔硅胶与硅烷偶联剂混合均匀,然后加入银系抗菌剂、颜料,混合后,在230~260℃条件下混炼、挤出,待物料冷却后,投入粉碎造粒机粉碎造粒,再烘干即得到纤维母粒。
进一步优选的,所述热塑性聚合物和超细扩孔硅胶分别烘干的条件为:温度120~150℃,时间5~10h。
进一步优选的,所述粉碎造粒后烘干的条件为:温度100℃~120℃,时间8~12h。
优选的,所述超细扩孔硅胶的累计粒度分布百分数达到50%时所对应的粒径为1~10μm,孔径范围为10~200nm。
优选的,所述步骤(2)具体包括:
将多孔抗菌纤维于-20~-40℃条件下冷冻0.5~1h,在-20~-40℃条件下,将该纤维固定在打磨机主轴上,启动打磨机,使打磨盘对刷毛的顶端进行两次打磨,每次打磨时刷毛均以匀速接触转动的打磨盘。
进一步优选的,两次打磨的方向相反,每次打磨的时间为1~5min。
进一步优选的,所述打磨盘的转速为100~500rpm。
进一步优选的,所述刷毛以0.5~2mm/min匀速接触转动的打磨盘。
优选的,所述多孔抗菌纤维毛刷中短纤维的直径为20~200μm,短纤维的顶端无剪切棱角,纤维表面有大量裸露的微孔,微孔的孔径范围为10~20nm。

以下实施例中的银系抗菌剂为银离子抗菌磷酸钙,也可以选用银离子抗菌沸石、银离子抗菌磷酸钙、碘化银、磺胺嘧啶银中的任意一种或多种来替换银离子抗菌磷酸钙。
实施例1
本实施例提供的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取下述按重量百分比计的原料:超细扩孔硅胶(粒径范围D50为5~6μm,孔径范围为10~20nm)20%、硅烷偶联剂3%、银系抗菌剂0.5%、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯76.5%,将聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯和超细扩孔硅胶分别在150℃条件下烘干处理5h,将烘干后的超细扩孔硅胶与硅烷偶联剂混合均匀,然后加入银系抗菌剂混合后,在230~260℃条件下混炼、挤出,待物料冷却后,投入粉碎造粒机粉碎造粒,再在120℃条件下烘干处理10h即得到纤维母粒;
(2)将纤维母粒经过熔融拉丝后,剪切为短纤维;
(3)将多孔抗菌纤维于-30℃条件下冷冻1h,在-30℃条件下,将该纤维固定在打磨机主轴上,启动打磨机,使打磨盘对刷毛的顶端进行两次打磨,每次打磨时刷毛均以1mm/min匀速接触转动的打磨盘,两次打磨的方向相反,每次打磨的时间为2min,打磨盘的转速为300rpm;
(4)将打磨后的短纤维超声清洗,在50℃条件下抽真空干燥;
(5)将干燥后的短纤维在毛刷头部进行植毛即得成品。
经电镜检测可知,本实施例所得的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷中短纤维的直径为50μm,短纤维的顶端无剪切棱角,纤维表面有大量裸露的微孔,微孔的孔径范围为10~20nm。
使用效果:本实施例提供的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷,能够高效清除人体皮肤表面化妆品残留物,使用后化妆品残留物检出率不大于99%(以染料色素为代表);该毛刷皮肤触感柔和,无针扎刺激痛感;该毛刷还具有良好的抗菌性能,经超声清洗后,72h内大肠杆菌检出率不大于98%。
实施例2
本实施例提供的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取下述按重量百分比计的原料:超细扩孔硅胶(粒径范围D50为5~6μm,孔径范围为100~200nm)15%、硅烷偶联剂2.5%、银系抗菌剂1%、颜料0~1%、聚酰胺81.5%,将聚酰胺和超细扩孔硅胶分别在150℃条件下烘干处理5h,将烘干后的超细扩孔硅胶与硅烷偶联剂混合均匀,然后加入银系抗菌剂、颜料,混合后,在230~260℃条件下混炼、挤出,待物料冷却后,投入粉碎造粒机粉碎造粒,再在120℃条件下烘干处理10h即得到纤维母粒;
(2)将纤维母粒经过熔融拉丝后,剪切为短纤维;

(2)将纤维母粒经过熔融拉丝后,剪切为短纤维;
(3)将多孔抗菌纤维于-40℃条件下冷冻0.5h,在-40℃条件下,将该纤维固定在打磨机主轴上,启动打磨机,使打磨盘对刷毛的顶端进行两次打磨,每次打磨时刷毛均以0.5mm/min匀速接触转动的打磨盘,两次打磨的方向相反,每次打磨的时间为1min,打磨盘的转速为100rpm;
(4)将打磨后的短纤维超声清洗,在50℃条件下抽真空干燥;
(5)将干燥后的短纤维在毛刷头部进行植毛即得成品。
经电镜检测可知,本实施例所得的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷中短纤维的直径为200μm,短纤维的顶端无剪切棱角,纤维表面有大量裸露的微孔,微孔的孔径范围为10~20nm。
使用效果:本实施例提供的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷,能够高效清除人体皮肤表面化妆品残留物,使用后化妆品残留物检出率不大于92%(以染料色素为代表);该毛刷皮肤触感柔和,无针扎刺激痛感;该毛刷还具有良好的抗菌性能,经超声清洗后,72h内大肠杆菌检出率不大于91%。
实施例4
本实施例提供的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取下述按重量百分比计的原料:超细扩孔硅胶(粒径范围D50为5~6μm,孔径范围为10~20nm)30%、硅烷偶联剂0.5%、银系抗菌剂2%、颜料0.5%、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯余量,将热塑性聚合物和超细扩孔硅胶分别在130℃条件下烘干处理8h,将烘干后的超细扩孔硅胶与硅烷偶联剂混合均匀,然后加入银系抗菌剂、颜料,混合后,在230~260℃条件下混炼、挤出,待物料冷却后,投入粉碎造粒机粉碎造粒,再在120℃条件下烘干处理10h即得到纤维母粒;
(2)将纤维母粒经过熔融拉丝后,剪切为短纤维;
(3)将多孔抗菌纤维于-20℃条件下冷冻1h,在-20℃条件下,将该纤维固定在打磨机主轴上,启动打磨机,使打磨盘对刷毛的顶端进行两次打磨,每次打磨时刷毛均以2mm/min匀速接触转动的打磨盘,两次打磨的方向相反,每次打磨的时间为5min,打磨盘的转速为500rpm;
(4)将打磨后的短纤维超声清洗,在50℃条件下抽真空干燥;
(5)将干燥后的短纤维在毛刷头部进行植毛即得成品。
经电镜检测可知,本实施例所得的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷中短纤维的直径为20μm,短纤维的顶端无剪切棱角,纤维表面有大量裸露的微孔,微孔的孔径范围为10~20nm。
使用效果:本实施例提供的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷,能够高效清除人体皮肤表面化妆品残留物,使用后化妆品残留物检出率不大于95%(以染料色素为代表);该毛刷皮肤触感柔和,无针扎刺激痛感;该毛刷还具有良好的抗菌性能,经超声清洗后,72h内大肠杆菌检出率不大于95%。
实施例5
本实施例提供的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取下述按重量百分比计的原料:超细扩孔硅胶(粒径范围D50为5~6μm,孔径范围为10~20nm)12%、硅烷偶联剂2%、银系抗菌剂1%、颜料0.5%、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯余量,将热塑性聚合物和超细扩孔硅胶分别在140℃条件下烘干处理8h,将烘干后的超细扩孔硅胶与硅烷偶联剂混合均匀,然后加入银系抗菌剂、颜料,混合后,在230~260℃条件下混炼、挤出,待物料冷却后,投入粉碎造粒机粉碎造粒,再在120℃条件下烘干处理10h即得到纤维母粒;
(2)将纤维母粒经过熔融拉丝后,剪切为短纤维;
(3)将多孔抗菌纤维于-30℃条件下冷冻1h,在-30℃条件下,将该纤维固定在打磨机主轴上,启动打磨机,使打磨盘对刷毛的顶端进行两次打磨,每次打磨时刷毛均以1mm/min匀速接触转动的打磨盘,两次打磨的方向相反,每次打磨的时间为2min,打磨盘的转速为300rpm;
(4)将打磨后的短纤维超声清洗,在50℃条件下抽真空干燥;
(5)将干燥后的短纤维在毛刷头部进行植毛即得成品。

实施例6
本实施例提供的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取下述按重量百分比计的原料:超细扩孔硅胶(粒径范围D50为5~6μm,孔径范围为10~20nm)18%、硅烷偶联剂3%、银系抗菌剂1.2%、颜料0.8%、聚酰胺余量,将聚酰胺和超细扩孔硅胶分别在150℃条件下烘干处理5h,将烘干后的超细扩孔硅胶与硅烷偶联剂混合均匀,然后加入银系抗菌剂、颜料,混合后,在230~260℃条件下混炼、挤出,待物料冷却后,投入粉碎造粒机粉碎造粒,再在120℃条件下烘干处理10h即得到纤维母粒;
(2)将纤维母粒经过熔融拉丝后,剪切为短纤维;
(3)将多孔抗菌纤维于-30℃条件下冷冻1h,在-30℃条件下,将该纤维固定在打磨机主轴上,启动打磨机,使打磨盘对刷毛的顶端进行两次打磨,每次打磨时刷毛均以1mm/min匀速接触转动的打磨盘,两次打磨的方向相反,每次打磨的时间为3min,打磨盘的转速为250rpm;
(4)将打磨后的短纤维超声清洗,在50℃条件下抽真空干燥;
(5)将干燥后的短纤维在毛刷头部进行植毛即得成品。
经电镜检测可知,本实施例所得的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷中短纤维的直径为70μm,短纤维的顶端无剪切棱角,纤维表面有大量裸露的微孔,微孔的孔径范围为10~20nm。
使用效果:本实施例提供的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷,能够高效清除人体皮肤表面化妆品残留物,使用后化妆品残留物检出率不大于99%(以染料色素为代表);该毛刷皮肤触感柔和,无针扎刺激痛感;该毛刷还具有良好的抗菌性能,经超声清洗后,72h内大肠杆菌检出率不大于99%。
以上对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将纤维母粒,经过熔融拉丝后,剪切为短纤维,其中,所述纤维母粒,按重量百分比计,包括如下原料:超细扩孔硅胶10~30%、硅烷偶联剂0.5~5%、银系抗菌剂0.1~2%、颜料0~1%、热塑性聚合物余量,所述热塑性聚合物选自聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚酰胺中的任意一种或两种;
(2)于-20~-40℃条件下均匀打磨短纤维顶端;
(3)将打磨后的短纤维超声清洗,抽真空干燥;
(4)将干燥后的短纤维在毛刷头部进行植毛即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纤维母粒为采用下述方法制得:
将热塑性聚合物和超细扩孔硅胶分别在烘干,将烘干后的超细扩孔硅胶与硅烷偶联剂混合均匀,然后加入银系抗菌剂、颜料,混合后,在230~260℃条件下混炼、挤出,待物料冷却后,投入粉碎造粒机粉碎造粒,再烘干即得到纤维母粒。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述热塑性聚合物和超细扩孔硅胶分别烘干的条件为:温度120~150℃,时间5~10h。
4.根据权利要求2所述的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述粉碎造粒后烘干的条件为:温度100℃~120℃,时间8~12h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述超细扩孔硅胶的累计粒度分布百分数达到50%时所对应的粒径为1~10μm,孔径范围为10~200nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)具体包括:
将多孔抗菌纤维于-20~-40℃条件下冷冻0.5~1h,在-20~-40℃条件下,将该纤维固定在打磨机主轴上,启动打磨机,使打磨盘对刷毛的顶端进行两次打磨,每次打磨时刷毛均以匀速接触转动的打磨盘。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,其特征在于,两次打磨的方向相反,每次打磨的时间为1~5min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述打磨盘的转速为100~500rpm。
9.根据权利要求6所述的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述刷毛以0.5~2mm/min匀速接触转动的打磨盘。
10.根据权利要求1所述的多孔抗菌纤维毛刷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述多孔抗菌纤维毛刷中短纤维的直径为20~200μm,短纤维的顶端无剪切棱角,纤维表面有大量裸露的微孔,微孔的孔径范围为10~20nm。
