Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌PBT纤维,包括如下重量组分:PBT纤维55‑70份、抗菌纤维母粒10‑20份、抗菌剂5‑10份、偶联剂1‑3份和稳定剂1‑3份。本发明通过在PBT纤维中加入抗菌纤维母粒,两者很好的混合,同时加入抗菌剂进行浸渍PBT纤维,抗菌剂中的纳米银离子、锌离子、铜离子的硅酸盐或二氧化钛系抗菌剂或卤代胺抗菌剂,抗菌效果好,性能优越,本发明中的PBT纤维浸渍在脂肪酰亚胺溶液中,使PBT纤维更好的具有抗菌性能。

Description

一种抗菌PBT纤维
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌PBT纤维。
背景技术
随着生活品质的提高,消费者对舒适、休闲、美观等多功能纺织品的需求日益提高,为满足这种需求,在纺织品开发过程中越来越重视多功能纤维的应用和开发。弹性纤维在世界纺织业中占据着稳固的地位,由于弹力织物优良的贴身、塑形等特点,弹力面料自出现就受到消费者的青睐。
20世纪70年代,成功聚合获得聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)高分子材料,但由于PBT结晶速度太快,当时被认为只适合做薄膜和塑料,不适合做纤维,一直到20世界90年代,随着纤维纺丝技术的进步和纤维成型设备装置的发展,开始尝试做纤维,由于断裂伸长率低于PET,纺丝速度低,加工成本高,限制了应用范围,因而产量少,价格高。
现有的纤维不能具有抗菌性能,制成的成品抗菌性能差,使用不方便,适用范围不广。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种抗菌PBT纤维。
本发明提出的一种抗菌PBT纤维,包括如下重量组分:PBT纤维55-70份、抗菌纤维母粒10-20份、抗菌剂5-10份、偶联剂1-3份和稳定剂1-3份。
优选地,所述抗菌纤维母粒的离子经小于1um。
优选地,所述抗菌剂为包括纳米银离子、锌离子、铜离子的硅酸盐或二氧化钛系抗菌剂或卤代胺抗菌剂中的一种或多种。
优选地,还包括海藻纤维5-15份。
优选地,一种抗菌PBT纤维的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:将PBT纤维进行预处理,之后浸渍在抗菌剂溶液中,浸渍1-2小时,之后进行干燥处理,得到粘结有抗菌剂的PBT纤维;
步骤二:将步骤二中的PBT纤维加入脂肪酰亚胺溶液中,浸渍30-60分钟,干燥预处理;
步骤三:将步骤二中PBT纤维加入到酯化反应器中,同时加入抗菌纤维母粒进行酯化反应,温度控制在200-225℃,反应20-40分钟,同时加入偶联剂和稳定剂;
步骤四:将海藻纤维和步骤二中的PBT纤维加入到螺杆机中进行混纺;
步骤五:对PBT纤维进行纺纱上浆,之后经过平衡、卷绕、牵伸处理,得到抗菌PBT纤维。
优选地,在步骤四中加入表面活性剂,同时加入氯化铵或有机氮硫氯素化合物。
优选地,在步骤五中加入柔软剂和吸湿剂。
本发明中的有益效果:本发明通过在PBT纤维中加入抗菌纤维母粒,两者很好的混合,同时加入抗菌剂进行浸渍PBT纤维,抗菌剂中的纳米银离子、锌离子、铜离子的硅酸盐或二氧化钛系抗菌剂或卤代胺抗菌剂,抗菌效果好,性能优越,本发明中的PBT纤维浸渍在脂肪酰亚胺溶液中,使PBT纤维更好的具有抗菌性能,之后加入海藻纤维进行混纺,能够持久的具有抗菌性能,同时加入海藻纤维的PBT纤维具有保暖、保温、抗菌及防臭效果,加入偶联剂使PBT纤维更好熔融酯化反应,加入柔软剂和吸湿剂,使PBT纤维柔软性更好,干燥,纺纱质量更高。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例1
一种抗菌PBT纤维,包括如下重量组分:PBT纤维55份、抗菌纤维母粒10份、抗菌剂5份、偶联剂1份和稳定剂1份。
所述抗菌纤维母粒的离子经小于1um,所述抗菌剂为包括纳米银离子的硅酸盐,还包括海藻纤维5份。
一种抗菌PBT纤维的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:将PBT纤维进行预处理,之后浸渍在抗菌剂溶液中,浸渍1-2小时,之后进行干燥处理,得到粘结有抗菌剂的PBT纤维;
步骤二:将步骤二中的PBT纤维加入脂肪酰亚胺溶液中,浸渍30分钟,干燥预处理;
步骤三:将步骤二中PBT纤维加入到酯化反应器中,同时加入抗菌纤维母粒进行酯化反应,温度控制在200℃,反应20分钟,同时加入偶联剂和稳定剂;
步骤四:将海藻纤维和步骤二中的PBT纤维加入到螺杆机中进行混纺,加入表面活性剂,同时加入氯化铵或有机氮硫氯素化合物;
步骤五:对PBT纤维进行纺纱上浆,之后经过平衡、卷绕、牵伸处理,得到抗菌PBT纤维,加入柔软剂和吸湿剂。
实施例2
一种抗菌PBT纤维,包括如下重量组分:PBT纤维70份、抗菌纤维母粒20份、抗菌剂10份、偶联剂3份和稳定剂3份。
所述抗菌纤维母粒的离子经小于1um,所述抗菌剂为包括锌离子、铜离子的硅酸盐,还包括海藻纤维15份。
方法步骤同实施例1,不同的工艺参数如下:
PBT纤维加入脂肪酰亚胺溶液中,浸渍60分钟,酯化温度控制在225℃,反应40分钟。
实施例3
一种抗菌PBT纤维,包括如下重量组分:PBT纤维60份、抗菌纤维母粒15份、抗菌剂8份、偶联剂2份和稳定剂2份。
所述抗菌纤维母粒的离子经小于1um,所述抗菌剂为二氧化钛系抗菌剂,还包括海藻纤维10份。
方法步骤同实施例1,不同的工艺参数如下:
PBT纤维加入脂肪酰亚胺溶液中,浸渍45分钟,酯化温度控制在215℃,反应30分钟。
实施例4
方法步骤同实施例2,不同的参数为:抗菌剂为包括纳米银离子、锌离子、铜离子的硅酸盐和二氧化钛系抗菌剂。
实施例5
方法步骤同实施例2,不同的参数为:抗菌剂为二氧化钛系抗菌剂和卤代胺抗菌剂。
试验测试与结果如表1:
表1中,参照组为市场上可以购买的尼龙纤维。

1.一种抗菌PBT纤维,其特征在于,包括如下重量组分:PBT纤维55-70份、抗菌纤维母粒10-20份、抗菌剂5-10份、偶联剂1-3份和稳定剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌PBT纤维,其特征在于,所述抗菌纤维母粒的离子经小于1um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌PBT纤维,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为包括纳米银离子、锌离子、铜离子的硅酸盐或二氧化钛系抗菌剂或卤代胺抗菌剂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌PBT纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括海藻纤维5-15份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌PBT纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:将PBT纤维进行预处理,之后浸渍在抗菌剂溶液中,浸渍1-2小时,之后进行干燥处理,得到粘结有抗菌剂的PBT纤维;
步骤二:将步骤二中的PBT纤维加入脂肪酰亚胺溶液中,浸渍30-60分钟,干燥预处理;
步骤三:将步骤二中PBT纤维加入到酯化反应器中,同时加入抗菌纤维母粒进行酯化反应,温度控制在200-225℃,反应20-40分钟,同时加入偶联剂和稳定剂;
步骤四:将海藻纤维和步骤二中的PBT纤维加入到螺杆机中进行混纺;
步骤五:对PBT纤维进行纺纱上浆,之后经过平衡、卷绕、牵伸处理,得到抗菌PBT纤维。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种抗菌PBT纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述在步骤四中加入表面活性剂,同时加入氯化铵或有机氮硫氯素化合物。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种抗菌PBT纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中加入柔软剂和吸湿剂。
