Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于基因测序的流路装置及其工作方法、以及含有该流路装置的测序仪。该用于基因测序的流路装置包括试剂供应系统，该试剂供应系统包括：进样管道，用于供应试剂，该试剂包括第一试剂和第二试剂；测序管道，该测序管道与该进样管道相连通；旁路管道，该旁路管道与该进样管道相连通，且与该测序管道并联连接；以及换路部件，用于连接该进样管道、该测序管道和该旁路管道。当该测序管道充满该第一试剂时，将气体、该第二试剂依序输入该进样管道，该第二试剂的输入使该进样管道内的气体全部排入该旁路管道，再将该第二试剂经由该进样管道、该换路部件，进入该测序管道，以将该第一试剂替代为该第二试剂。
