本发明属于中药领域,具体涉及一种补气祛湿利咽食疗方及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着国内新型冠状病毒疫情的好转与可控,越来越多的新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)无症状感染者被发现,该类患者无相关临床表现,如发热、咳嗽、咽痛等可自我感知或可临床识别的症状与体征,但呼吸道等标本新型冠状病毒病原学检测呈阳性者,具有传染性,存在着传播风险。
目前对于新型冠状病毒无症状感染者采取的措施主要是集中隔离和医学观察(见《新冠病毒感染的肺炎防控方案》(第三版)),这仅仅阻断了新型冠状病毒传播源,对新型冠状病毒无症状感染者而言,不仅延误治疗时机、耽误病情使其可能恶化,而且还给造成心理负担。因此,十分有必要在新型冠状病毒无症状感染者转归为新冠肺炎前,对无症状感染者进行食疗或药物上的干预。
相比于药物干预,食疗会更容易让无症状感染者接受且对肠胃基本无刺激,但是目前各类指导性文件中也未记载采取何种食疗法对无症状感染者有积极作用。现有技术中:
公开号为CN106261080A的专利申请公开了一种人参陈皮汤,其由人参、大枣、陈皮组成,可理气、健脾、和胃。
在广府民间盛行的煲汤文化中,有一款名为橄榄陈皮煲猪瘦肉的汤(可参考百度百科),主要食材包括橄榄、陈皮、蜜枣和猪瘦肉,具有清燥热、润咽喉、生津液之功。
上述汤剂虽然能理气、健脾、生津液,但新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)病机特点为“湿、毒、虚”,由此可见,上述汤剂并不能从根本上对新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)无症状感染者起到食药同源作用,现有技术中的食疗方能否用于治疗新型冠状病毒,是否有效果仍有待考究。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个目的,提供了一种补气祛湿利咽食疗方及其制备方法和应用。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其食材以重量份计包括:生晒参或西洋参6-15份,陈皮1-6份,青榄1-3份,生姜3-15份,瘦肉250-500份。
本发明的补气祛湿利咽食疗方的治法治则:
“邪之所凑,其气必虚”,生晒参或西洋参益气生津,正气充足,其邪自不能留,故能除邪气,为君药。陈皮为臣药,可理气调中、燥湿化痰,与生晒参或西洋参同用可使补而不滞,消而不伐。青榄为南方特有果品,可化痰利咽、清肺生津,为佐药。生姜为使药,既能调和诸食材,亦可助陈皮和中。生晒参或西洋参、陈皮、青榄和生姜配伍,共奏益气健脾养阴,生津止渴利咽喉之效。加入瘦肉可为机体加强营养,增强体质,提高机体免疫力,有助于驱除邪气。

生晒参:为五加科植物人参PanaxginsengC.A.Mey.的干燥根和根茎。甘、微苦,微温。归脾、肺、心、肾经。大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津养血,安神益智。用于体虚欲脱,肢冷脉微,脾虚食少,肺虚喘咳,津伤口渴,内热消渴,气血亏虚,久病虚羸。
西洋参:为五加科植物西洋参PanaxquinquefoliumL.的干燥根。甘、微苦,凉。归心、肺、肾经。补气养阴,清热生津。用于气虚阴亏,虚热烦倦,咳喘痰血,内热消渴,口燥咽干。
陈皮:为芸香科植物橘CitrusreticulataBlanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。苦、辛,温。归肺、脾经。理气健脾,燥湿化痰。用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
青榄:橄榄科植物橄榄CanariumalbumRaeusch.的干燥成熟果实。甘、酸,平。归肺、胃经。清热解毒,利咽,生津。用于咽喉肿痛,咳嗽痰黏,烦热口渴。
生姜:为姜科植物姜ZingiberofficinaleRosc.的新鲜根茎。辛,微温。归肺、脾、胃经。解表散寒,温中止呕,化痰止咳。用于风寒感冒,胃寒呕吐,寒痰咳嗽。
瘦肉:约含蛋白质20%,脂肪1-15%,无机盐1%,同时含无机盐丰富,尤以含铁、磷、钾、钠等较多;维生素B1、B2、B12、PP的含量也很丰富。用于为机体加强营养,增强体质。特别地,猪瘦肉具有润肠胃、生津液、补肾气、解热毒之功效。

1.补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其特征在于,其食材以重量份计包括:生晒参或西洋参6-15份,陈皮1-6份,青榄1-3份,生姜3-15份,瘦肉250-500份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其特征在于,其食材以重量份计包括:生晒参或西洋参10份,陈皮2份,青榄1-2份,生姜5份,瘦肉300份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其特征在于,所述瘦肉为猪肉、鸡肉、牛肉、羊肉、鱼肉中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的补气祛湿利咽食疗方的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按比例加入生晒参或西洋参、陈皮、青榄、生姜和瘦肉,加水,先用大火烧开,煮8-12分钟后,改用文火煮40-60分钟即可。
5.补气祛湿利咽制剂,其特征在于,其原料组分的有效成分为权利要求3所述的补气祛湿利咽食疗方。
6.权利要求3所述的补气祛湿利咽食疗方在制备治疗病毒性无症状感染病例药物中的应用。
7.权利要求5所述的补气祛湿利咽制剂在制备治疗病毒性无症状感染病例药物中的应用。
8.权利要求3所述的补气祛湿利咽食疗方在制备治疗流行性感冒、急性上呼吸道感染、慢性咽炎或体虚药物中的应用。
9.权利要求5所述的补气祛湿利咽制剂在制备治疗流行性感冒、急性上呼吸道感染、慢性咽炎或体虚药物中的应用。
10.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述病毒性无症状感染病例包括新型冠状病毒无症状感染病例。
