Abstract
本发明属于中药领域,具体涉及一种补气祛湿利咽食疗方及其制备方法和应用,其食材以重量份计包括:生晒参或西洋参6‑15份,陈皮1‑6份,青榄1‑3份,生姜3‑15份,瘦肉250‑500份。本发明还提供了上述补气祛湿利咽食疗方的制备方法和应用。本发明的食疗方适用人群为新型冠状病毒无症状感染者,平素脾胃偏弱,活动后短气乏力,气虚倦怠,口渴咽干,舌干少津,便干或气少努责者,以及平素体虚,有慢性咽炎,表现咳嗽、咽痒、咽干、咽痛、声音嘶哑、乏力者。同时,本发明的食疗方对流行性感冒、急性上呼吸道感染(如普通感冒、病毒性咽炎、喉炎、疱疹性咽峡炎等)所导致的发热、咳嗽、咽干、咽痒、咽痛、声音嘶哑、乏力等症状也有改善作用。

技术领域
本发明属于中药领域,具体涉及一种补气祛湿利咽食疗方及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着国内新型冠状病毒疫情的好转与可控,越来越多的新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)无症状感染者被发现,该类患者无相关临床表现,如发热、咳嗽、咽痛等可自我感知或可临床识别的症状与体征,但呼吸道等标本新型冠状病毒病原学检测呈阳性者,具有传染性,存在着传播风险。
目前对于新型冠状病毒无症状感染者采取的措施主要是集中隔离和医学观察(见《新冠病毒感染的肺炎防控方案》(第三版)),这仅仅阻断了新型冠状病毒传播源,对新型冠状病毒无症状感染者而言,不仅延误治疗时机、耽误病情使其可能恶化,而且还给造成心理负担。因此,十分有必要在新型冠状病毒无症状感染者转归为新冠肺炎前,对无症状感染者进行食疗或药物上的干预。
相比于药物干预,食疗会更容易让无症状感染者接受且对肠胃基本无刺激,但是目前各类指导性文件中也未记载采取何种食疗法对无症状感染者有积极作用。现有技术中:
公开号为CN106261080A的专利申请公开了一种人参陈皮汤,其由人参、大枣、陈皮组成,可理气、健脾、和胃。
在广府民间盛行的煲汤文化中,有一款名为橄榄陈皮煲猪瘦肉的汤(可参考百度百科),主要食材包括橄榄、陈皮、蜜枣和猪瘦肉,具有清燥热、润咽喉、生津液之功。
上述汤剂虽然能理气、健脾、生津液,但新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)病机特点为“湿、毒、虚”,由此可见,上述汤剂并不能从根本上对新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)无症状感染者起到食药同源作用,现有技术中的食疗方能否用于治疗新型冠状病毒,是否有效果仍有待考究。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个目的,提供了一种补气祛湿利咽食疗方及其制备方法和应用。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其食材以重量份计包括:生晒参或西洋参6-15份,陈皮1-6份,青榄1-3份,生姜3-15份,瘦肉250-500份。
本发明的补气祛湿利咽食疗方的治法治则:
“邪之所凑,其气必虚”,生晒参或西洋参益气生津,正气充足,其邪自不能留,故能除邪气,为君药。陈皮为臣药,可理气调中、燥湿化痰,与生晒参或西洋参同用可使补而不滞,消而不伐。青榄为南方特有果品,可化痰利咽、清肺生津,为佐药。生姜为使药,既能调和诸食材,亦可助陈皮和中。生晒参或西洋参、陈皮、青榄和生姜配伍,共奏益气健脾养阴,生津止渴利咽喉之效。加入瘦肉可为机体加强营养,增强体质,提高机体免疫力,有助于驱除邪气。
具体地:
生晒参:为五加科植物人参PanaxginsengC.A.Mey.的干燥根和根茎。甘、微苦,微温。归脾、肺、心、肾经。大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津养血,安神益智。用于体虚欲脱,肢冷脉微,脾虚食少,肺虚喘咳,津伤口渴,内热消渴,气血亏虚,久病虚羸。
西洋参:为五加科植物西洋参PanaxquinquefoliumL.的干燥根。甘、微苦,凉。归心、肺、肾经。补气养阴,清热生津。用于气虚阴亏,虚热烦倦,咳喘痰血,内热消渴,口燥咽干。
陈皮:为芸香科植物橘CitrusreticulataBlanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。苦、辛,温。归肺、脾经。理气健脾,燥湿化痰。用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
青榄:橄榄科植物橄榄CanariumalbumRaeusch.的干燥成熟果实。甘、酸,平。归肺、胃经。清热解毒,利咽,生津。用于咽喉肿痛,咳嗽痰黏,烦热口渴。
生姜:为姜科植物姜ZingiberofficinaleRosc.的新鲜根茎。辛,微温。归肺、脾、胃经。解表散寒,温中止呕,化痰止咳。用于风寒感冒,胃寒呕吐,寒痰咳嗽。
瘦肉:约含蛋白质20%,脂肪1-15%,无机盐1%,同时含无机盐丰富,尤以含铁、磷、钾、钠等较多;维生素B1、B2、B12、PP的含量也很丰富。用于为机体加强营养,增强体质。特别地,猪瘦肉具有润肠胃、生津液、补肾气、解热毒之功效。
在一些实施方式中,补气祛湿利咽食疗方的食材以重量份计优选包括:生晒参或西洋参10份,陈皮2份,青榄1-2份,生姜5份,瘦肉300份。其中,瘦肉为猪肉、鸡肉、牛肉、羊肉、鱼肉中的至少一种。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了上述补气祛湿利咽食疗方的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按比例加入生晒参或西洋参、陈皮、青榄、生姜和瘦肉,加1000-2000份水,先用大火烧开,煮8-12分钟后,改用文火煮40-60分钟即可。
通过上述方法,再加入必须的保鲜等添加剂,可以将本发明的食疗方制备成制剂,如:汤剂,以方便市场的运输和销售。
根据本发明的还一个方面,提供了一种补气祛湿利咽制剂,其原料组分的有效成分为上述补气祛湿利咽食疗方。
根据本发明的还一个方面,提供了上述补气祛湿利咽食疗方在制备治疗病毒性无症状感染病例药物中的应用。
根据本发明的还一个方面,提供了上述补气祛湿利咽制剂在制备治疗病毒性无症状感染病例药物中的应用。
根据本发明的还一个方面,提供了上述补气祛湿利咽食疗方在制备治疗流行性感冒、急性上呼吸道感染(如普通感冒、病毒性咽炎、喉炎、疱疹性咽峡炎等)、慢性咽炎或体虚药物中的应用。
根据本发明的还一个方面,提供了上述补气祛湿利咽制剂在制备治疗流行性感冒、急性上呼吸道感染(如普通感冒、病毒性咽炎、喉炎、疱疹性咽峡炎等)、慢性咽炎或体虚药物中的应用。
在一些实施方式中,所述病毒性无症状感染病例包括新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)无症状感染病例。
本发明的补气祛湿利咽食疗方以生晒参或西洋参为君药,起到为机体补充正气的作用,以增加机体免疫力,提高抗病能力;而正气充足,其邪自不能留,故能除邪气。同时,陈皮辅助生晒参或西洋参使其补而不滞、消而不伐,生姜可助陈皮和中,青榄可化痰利咽、清肺生津,全方四味药共奏补正驱邪、益气健脾养阴、生津止渴利咽喉之效,瘦肉可为机体加强营养,增强体质,提高机体免疫力,有助于驱除邪气,适用人群为新型冠状病毒无症状感染者。在根据新型冠状病毒无症状感染者临床症状采取相应的常规药物治疗时,配合使用本发明的补气祛湿利咽食疗方,能提高机体免疫力,缩短病毒转阴时间。
而且,本发明的补气祛湿利咽食疗方以补脾益肺、生津养血的生晒参或西洋参为主,配伍理气健脾、燥湿化痰的陈皮,清热解毒、利咽、生津的青榄和解表散寒、化痰止咳的生姜,制得补气祛湿利咽食疗方,全方具有益气健脾养阴、生津止渴利咽喉的作用,主要适用于平素体虚,有慢性咽炎,表现咳嗽、咽痒、咽干、咽痛、声音嘶哑、乏力的人群;也适用于平素脾胃偏弱,活动后短气乏力,气虚倦怠,口渴咽干,舌干少津,便干或气少努责者;身体健康者可在冬春季流感季节服用,以增强体质,预防流感;同时,本发明的食疗方对流行性感冒、急性上呼吸道感染(普通感冒、病毒性咽炎、喉炎、疱疹性咽峡炎等)所导致的发热、咳嗽、咽干、咽痒、咽痛、声音嘶哑、乏力等症状也有改善作用。
本发明的补气祛湿利咽食疗方的具体用法:每天一次,一次100-150ml,分三次喝完,连用5-7天。

本发明的补气祛湿利咽食疗方,下面列举了本发明实施例1~9的组分和重量。
实施例1
一种补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其食材以重量份计包括:生晒参10g,陈皮2g,青榄2个,生姜5g,猪肉300g。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
按比例加入生晒参、陈皮、青榄、生姜和猪肉,加1500g水,先用大火烧开,煮10分钟后,改用文火煮50分钟即可。
实施例2
一种补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其食材以重量份计包括:西洋参10g,陈皮2g,青榄1个,生姜5g,鸡肉300g。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
按比例加入西洋参、陈皮、青榄、生姜和鸡肉,加1500g水,先用大火烧开,煮10分钟后,改用文火煮50分钟即可。
实施例3
一种补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其食材以重量份计包括:生晒参6g,陈皮2g,青榄1个,生姜3g,牛肉300g。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
按比例加入生晒参、陈皮、青榄、生姜和牛肉,加1000g水,先用大火烧开,煮10分钟后,改用文火煮45分钟即可。

其制备方法包括以下步骤:
按比例加入西洋参、陈皮、青榄、生姜和猪肉,加2000g水,先用大火烧开,煮11分钟后,改用文火煮55分钟即可。

一种补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其食材以重量份计包括:生晒参12g,陈皮3g,青榄1个,生姜3g,鸡肉300g。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
按比例加入生晒参、陈皮、青榄、生姜和鸡肉,加1000g水,先用大火烧开,煮9分钟后,改用文火煮45分钟即可。

一种补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其食材以重量份计包括:西洋参10g,陈皮5g,青榄2个,生姜10g,牛肉250g。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
按比例加入西洋参、陈皮、青榄、生姜和牛肉,加1000g水,先用大火烧开,煮11分钟后,改用文火煮60分钟即可。

一种补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其食材以重量份计包括:生晒参8g,陈皮4g,青榄3个,生姜9g,羊肉300g。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
按比例加入生晒参、陈皮、青榄、生姜和羊肉,加1600g水,先用大火烧开,煮8分钟后,改用文火煮40分钟即可。
在根据新型冠状病毒无症状感染者临床症状采取相应的常规药物治疗时,配合使用本发明的补气祛湿利咽食疗方,能提高机体免疫力,缩短病毒转阴时间,这是因为:该方可以补充“正气”,驱除“邪气”,改善疲乏症状,升高淋巴细胞绝对数值,提高机体对病毒的杀灭能力。

1.补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其特征在于,其食材以重量份计包括:生晒参或西洋参6-15份,陈皮1-6份,青榄1-3份,生姜3-15份,瘦肉250-500份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其特征在于,其食材以重量份计包括:生晒参或西洋参10份,陈皮2份,青榄1-2份,生姜5份,瘦肉300份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的补气祛湿利咽食疗方,其特征在于,所述瘦肉为猪肉、鸡肉、牛肉、羊肉、鱼肉中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的补气祛湿利咽食疗方的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按比例加入生晒参或西洋参、陈皮、青榄、生姜和瘦肉,加水,先用大火烧开,煮8-12分钟后,改用文火煮40-60分钟即可。
5.补气祛湿利咽制剂,其特征在于,其原料组分的有效成分为权利要求3所述的补气祛湿利咽食疗方。
6.权利要求3所述的补气祛湿利咽食疗方在制备治疗病毒性无症状感染病例药物中的应用。
7.权利要求5所述的补气祛湿利咽制剂在制备治疗病毒性无症状感染病例药物中的应用。
