技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗梅核气的中药。
背景技术
梅核气是指病人自觉咽喉中有异物梗阻，吐之不出，咽之不下的一种疾病。临床上多见于女性，尤其是更年期的妇女。
本病的发生多与情志刺激有关。肝主疏泄，喜条达而恶抑郁。忧思郁怒，七情所伤，导致肝气郁结失其条达的功能。气滞痰凝，结抟于咽喉，形成本病。对于本病的治疗，应以疏肝解郁，行气导滞，祛痰散结为治疗原则。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足，提供一种治疗梅核气的中药，它能有效地治疗梅核气，疗效可靠，不易复发。
为实现上述目的，一种治疗梅核气的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量的原料药物配比后组份组成：柴胡10-15g、白芍10-15g、苏梗10-15g、桔梗10-15g、薄荷6-9g、半夏10-12g、厚朴10-12g、茯苓10-15g、皂刺10-15g、僵蚕10-15g、浙贝10-12g。
本发明中药的柴胡：苦、辛、微寒，归心包、肝、胆、三焦经，能疏肝解郁，和解退热，升举阳气。《本草正义》：“用其凉散，平肝之热。其性凉，故解寒热往来，肌表潮热，肝胆火炎，胸胁痛结，兼治疮疡，血室受热。其性散，故主伤寒邪热未解，温病热盛，少阳头痛，肝经郁证。”为方中主药。白芍：苦、酸、微寒，归肝、脾经，能敛阴养血，柔肝止痛，平抑肝阳。薄荷：辛、凉，归肝、肺经，疏肝解郁、利咽喉。二味协助柴胡疏肝柔肝。苏梗：辛、温，归肺、脾经，能宽胸利膈。桔梗：苦、辛、平，归肺经，能祛痰排脓，开宣肺气。半夏：辛、温，归脾、胃、肺经，燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结。茯苓：甘、淡、平，归心、脾、肾经，利水渗湿，健脾安神。厚朴：苦、辛、温，归脾、胃、肺经，行气燥湿，消积平喘。皂刺：辛、温，能活血消痈，托毒排脓。僵蚕：咸、辛、平，归肝、肺经，息风止痉，解毒散结，通络止痛。浙贝：苦、甘、寒，归肺、心经，能化痰散结。诸药相配，共奏疏肝解郁，行气导滞，祛痰散结之功效。
本发明中药的服用方法是水煎煮两遍，两遍混合，早晚分服。本发明药物配置简单、合理，疗效好，药源广，服用方便，无毒副作用。经过多年临床应用验证，有效率90％，治愈率70％。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1：一种治疗梅核气的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量的原料药物配比后组份组成：柴胡10-15g、白芍10-15g、苏梗10-15g、桔梗10-15g、薄荷6-9g、半夏10-12g、厚朴10-12g、茯苓10-15g、皂刺10-15g、僵蚕10-15g、浙贝10-12g。
实施例2：一种治疗梅核气的中药，其优选是：柴胡15g、白芍15g、苏梗15g、桔梗15g、薄荷9g、半夏12g、厚朴12g、茯苓15g、皂刺15g、僵蚕15g、浙贝12g。
一种治疗梅核气的中药临床疗效总结：
(一)一般资料：本方药所治病例均为成年人，女性多于男性，绝大部分病人都有情志刺激病因。病程最短者2个月，最长者达数年。
(二)用法用量：本汤药用量为常规用量，体型过胖者或过瘦者可酌情增减用量。服法为水煎服，方法是煎煮两遍，第一遍煮沸后再煎30分钟，滤出药液约100毫升，第二遍煮沸后再煎约40—50分钟，滤出药液约100毫升，两遍煎出的药液混合，早、晚各服100毫升。
(三)疗效评定标准：一般服药10天为一疗程，大部分病人服药一疗程都有明显效果，两个疗程多能痊愈。有效率90％，治愈率70％，。
(四)典型病例：
1、孔XX，女，45岁，2006年5月初诊。患者于3个月前因情志不舒而致咽部不适，自觉有异物堵塞，吐之不出，咽之不下，甚感痛苦，伴有精神抑郁、嗳气、善太息、舌淡红、边有齿龈，脉弦。曾服用多种抗生素治疗，未见明显好转。用此中药治疗一个疗程，咽部异物感消失，唯有少量痰液，心情舒畅，嗳气太息减轻，继服六剂，诸症消失痊愈，随访至今再未复发。
2、李XX，女，40岁，2007年8月初诊。患者于1年前因与人吵架后，即出现咽部异物感，吐之不快，咽之不下，伴有心烦，胸胁乳房胀痛，嗳气频繁，大便时稀。服用多种抗炎药治疗未见效果，服用本中药，治疗两个疗程，诸症消失痊愈。
3、郑XX，女，50岁，2008年3月初诊。患者4年来，常感咽部异物梗塞感、痰多，伴有乳房胀痛，月经不调。自以为得了不治之症，来院要求手术。据其症状结合查体，诊为肝郁脾虚之梅核气，服用本中药，治疗两个疗程，咽部异物感消失，乳房胀痛等症状亦减轻，继服五天，诸症消失痊愈，随访至今，再未复发。
