本发明涉及一种治疗咽异感症的中药。
背景技术：
咽异感症是指患者咽部有异物样梗阻感，而客观检查无器质性病变者。临床以咽部有异物样梗阻感，进食正常为特征。临床表现见咽部异物感，吐之不出，咽之不下，空咽时明显，进食反而消失，时有胸闷不适。症状时轻时重，与情志变化有关。本病多见于中年妇女。中医称本病为“梅核气”。临床可分为痰气郁结、肝郁气滞、心脾气虚三个证型。中医中药对本病的治疗有很好的疗效。
发明内容：
本发明针对现有技术之不足，提供了一种治疗咽异感症的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量份的原料药物配比组成：半夏10-15g、厚朴10-15g、茯苓10-15g、苏梗10-15g、浙贝10-15g、柴胡10-15g、香附9-12g、白芍10-15g、苍术10-15g、枳壳10-15g、甘草6-9g。
优选用量：半夏10g、厚朴15g、茯苓15g、苏梗15g、浙贝10g、柴胡10g、香附10g、白芍10g、苍术15g、枳壳15g、甘草6g。
药理分析：本发明方药中，半夏：辛，温。燥湿化痰、消痞散结、降逆止呕。厚朴：苦、辛，温。行气燥湿、降逆平喘。茯苓：甘、淡，平。利水渗湿、健脾补中、宁心安神。苏梗：化痰行气。浙贝：苦，寒。清热化痰散结。柴胡、白芍：疏肝解郁。苍术：辛、苦，温。燥湿健脾。枳壳：辛、苦，温。行气宽中、消除胀满。甘草：甘，平。止咳化痰、清热解毒、缓和药性。以上药物合用，共奏行气开郁、降逆化痰之功效。
剂型及用法：本发明中药剂型为汤药，水煎服，一日一剂。头煎加500ml凉水浸泡1小时，武火煮沸改文火续煎30分钟，取汁150ml；二煎加热水500ml，武火煮沸后改文火续煎40分钟，取汁150ml，两遍煎出的药汁混合，分别于早晚饭后2小时各服150ml，温开水送服。服药期间忌食辛辣寒凉食物，避免不良情绪刺激。

实施例1：一种治疗咽异感症的中药，是由下列重量的原料药物配比组成：半夏10-15g、厚朴10-15g、茯苓10-15g、苏梗10-15g、浙贝10-15g、柴胡10-15g、香附9-12g、白芍10-15g、苍术10-15g、枳壳10-15g、甘草6-9g。
实施例2：一种治疗咽异感症的中药，其中各种原料药物的优选重量份配比为：半夏10g、厚朴15g、茯苓15g、苏梗15g、浙贝10g、柴胡10g、香附10g、白芍10g、苍术15g、枳壳15g、甘草6g。
临床疗效总结
1、一般资料：2年共治疗病人50例，其中男性10例子、女性40例；年龄30-40岁患者15例、40-50岁患者25例、50岁以上患者10例；病程最长者5年、最短者1年。
2、诊断标准：病人自觉咽部异物感，吐之不出，咽之不下。咽部检查及食道钡餐透视无异常发现。
3、疗效评定标准：
治愈：自觉症状消失。
好转：自觉症状减轻。
无效：服药前后自觉症状未改善。
4、治疗结果：服药15天为一疗程，轻者一疗程治愈，重者两疗程痊愈。总有效率92％，治愈率80％，好转12％，无效8％。
5、典型病例：
①张××，女，45岁，农民。2008年6月就诊。自述咽部异物感2年，经多方诊治未见明显好转，要求中医治疗。给予本发明中药服用一疗程诸症消失痊愈，随访至今再未复发。
②李××，女，50岁，工人。2008年12月就诊。自述咽部异物感3年，曾到文登中心医院耳鼻喉科诊为“慢性咽炎”，服过多种抗生素(具体不详)未见明显好转。给予本发明中药服用一疗程症状大减，继服一疗程诸症消失痊愈。

1.一种治疗咽异感症的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量份的原料药物配比组成：半夏10-15g、厚朴10-15g、茯苓10-15g、苏梗10-15g、浙贝10-15g、柴胡10-15g、香附9-12g、白芍10-15g、苍术10-15g、枳壳10-15g、甘草6-9g。
