Abstract

本发明涉及一种白色雪地伪装网材料,包括低发射率基材、胶粘剂和聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜;所述胶粘剂设置于所述低发射率基材的低发射率面和与所述低发射率面相反的面;所述聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜设置于所述胶粘剂上;所述低发射率面的发射率≤0.1;所述胶粘剂的厚度为10‑15um。本发明所述的白色雪地伪装网材料,通过在低发射率基材上覆盖聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜,得到雪地型伪装网白色涂层,该涂层可以有效降低装备在雪地背景中被紫外、可见光、红外侦查设备发现的概率,提高装备在雪地背景中的生存机会。此外,本发明还涉及一种白色雪地伪装网材料的制备方法。

一种白色雪地伪装网材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于功能材料技术领域,具体涉及一种白色雪地伪装网材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着侦查技术的发展,且雪地作为现代战争的重要背景,装备在雪地背景下的防侦查伪装需求越加严格,不仅在可见光波段需要装备伪装与雪地背景融合,还要求在紫外光波段及热红外波段下装备伪装能与雪地背景很好地融合。传统伪装设备在可见光波段的白色伪装多使用钛白作为伪装涂层的颜料,但钛白在紫外波段(300nm-380nm)的紫外反射率甚至低于10%,与雪地背景高于70%的紫外反射率差距极大,因此以钛白为颜料的伪装涂层装备不再适用于雪地背景下装备的伪装防护;且雪地背景温度较低,装备在运行时会产生极大的热辐射效应,根据热辐射定律(E=ε·T4,E为表面热辐射强度,ε为物体表面发射率,T为物体表面温度),目前降低装备表面热辐射的方法有两种,降低装备表面温度和降低装备表面发射率,在伪装涂层应用上,采用的是降低装备表面发射率的方法,但针对雪地背景下的伪装,还没有兼顾高白度、高紫外及低发射率的设计。
为了解决传统雪地伪装设备紫外反射率低的问题,中国发明专利CN201410217720.3:一种白色印花浆料及其制备方法和用途,通过使用二氧化硅、氧化镁作为颜料,水性树脂作为粘合剂,采用涂料印花工艺制备了雪地迷彩伪装织物,虽然其制备的雪地迷彩伪装织物的白度(可见光)、紫外反射率数值可以达到模拟雪地背景的要求,但其在热红外波段下的伪装性能、阻燃及耐候性能均未涉及,且其研究仅针对单兵作战雪地伪装和防护纺织材料,未涉及装备伪装。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种白色雪地伪装网材料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种白色雪地伪装网材料,包括低发射率基材、胶粘剂和聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜;
所述胶粘剂设置于所述低发射率基材的低发射率面和与所述低发射率面相反的面;所述聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜设置于所述胶粘剂上;
所述低发射率面的发射率≤0.1;所述胶粘剂的厚度为10-15um。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步的,所述低发射率基材为单面低发射率基材或双面低发射率基材。
进一步的,所述低发射率基材为金属铝板、马口铁、涤纶镀铝布、尼龙镀铝布、PET镀铝膜、PA镀铝膜或PI镀铝膜。
进一步的,所述聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜的分子量为百万数量级,所述聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜的厚度为15-35um,孔隙率为80-90%,孔径为0.1-1um。
进一步的,所述聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜为YKF-410。
进一步的,所述胶粘剂为LOCTITE-411。
进一步的,所述白色雪地伪装网低发射率面的胶粘剂与聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜的总厚度为28-50um。
进一步的,所述白色雪地伪装网材料的发射率为0.30-0.80。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种白色雪地伪装网材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
制备白色雪地伪装网低发射率面材料:将胶粘剂涂覆在低发射率基材的低发射率面,控制胶粘剂厚度在10-15um,将聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜覆在所述胶粘剂上,压平去除气泡后烘干固化;
制备白色雪地伪装网反面材料:将胶粘剂涂覆在低发射率基材的与所述低发射率面相反的面,控制胶粘剂厚度在10-15um,将聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜覆在所述胶粘剂上,压平去除气泡后烘干固化;
所述低发射率面的发射率≤0.1。
进一步的,所述烘干的温度为常温至50℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有的有益效果是:
(1)使用低发射率基材作为底衬,通过控制伪装网正面聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜厚度调整发射率,改进传统雪地型伪装涂层发射率高且单一的缺点。目前传统雪地伪装涂层发射率较高,该技术可赋予雪地伪装网更多的发射率,且低发射率可以低至0.3,降低发射率可以有效降低表面的热辐射强度,提升伪装网热红外伪装性能。
(2)聚四氟乙烯本身是一种不燃、耐候性、耐环境性、耐溶剂性好的高分子材料,在不额外使用阻燃剂的情况下可使雪地伪装网具有良好的阻燃性;不额外添加耐老化剂、耐盐雾剂等助剂的情况下使雪地伪装网具有良好的耐候、耐盐雾等性能。
(3)使用聚四氟乙烯微双向拉伸孔膜作为高紫外反射率、高白度表面材料,通过聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜厚度来调节发射率,比使用涂层的方法更易控制表层厚度和表面状态,并能提供良好的耐盐雾性、耐湿热性、耐候性、阻燃性能,且其干摩擦色牢度≥4级。
(4)使用聚四氟乙烯微双向拉伸孔膜作为白色雪地伪装网伪装层,可以减少约30%-50%的有机溶剂使用量,意味着大量减少生产过程中有机溶剂的使用,更符合环保要求。
(5)使用聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜,可大幅度降低伪装网整体结构的重量,相较涂层每100cm2可减少约30g重量,较轻的网面重量使用更方便,极大地提升伪装网的勤务性能。
(6)聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜表面能低,其表面不易污染,更方便清理,且其耐水、耐溶剂、耐酸碱腐蚀、耐高低温等性能较一般涂层更佳,能适应更为苛刻环境。
具体实施方式
以下根据实施例详细描述本发明,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1:
(1)使用低发射率基材:涤纶镀铝布,所述涤纶镀铝布为单面镀铝,属于单面低发射率基材,低发射率面的发射率为0.1。
(2)制备白色雪地伪装网低发射率面材料:将胶粘剂LOCTITE-411涂敷在低发射率面表面,控制胶粘剂厚度在10-15um,再将聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜YKF-410覆在胶粘剂上,压平去除气泡后,于50℃烘干至完全固化。
(3)制备白色雪地伪装网反面材料:将胶粘剂LOCTITE-411涂敷在低发射率面的反面,控制胶粘剂厚度在10-15um,再将聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜YKF-410覆在胶粘剂上,压平去除气泡后,于50℃烘干至完全固化。
各涂层工艺如下表所示:

其中,所述总厚度为所述白色雪地伪装网低发射率面的胶粘剂与聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜的总厚度。此外,所述胶粘剂也可为聚四氟乙烯涤纶复合织物通用胶粘剂类中无色透明,可常温下较快固化或加热固化的牌号。
实施例1的测试结果如下表所示:

上述测试结果中,各参数的物理意义为:
发射率:根据热辐射定律(E=ε·T4),E为物体表面热辐射强度,ε为物体表面发射率,T为物体表面温度,当温度T保持一定时,降低ε的值可以降低热辐射强度,提升低热辐射强度环境中高温目标的热红外伪装性能。
白度:自然背景积雪背景下雪的白度值≥90。
350nm(紫外反射率):自然背景积雪背景下雪的紫外反射率≥70%,350nm为紫外反射曲线谱图上350nm波长对应的紫外反射率,作为白色雪地伪装材料紫外反射率数值。
L,a,b值为颜色色度值。
所述总厚度为所述白色雪地伪装网低发射率面的胶粘剂与聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜的总厚度。
实施例2:
使用低发射率基材:PET镀铝膜(双面低发射率基材,发射率0.01~0.03)。

上述实施例中,低发射率膜表面较平整光滑,发射率比金属化织物发射率低一个数量级,因此在相同厚度下,低发射率膜体系比金属化织物体系的发射率更低。

本发明所述的白色雪地伪装网材料及其制备方法,通过在低发射率基材上覆盖聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜,得到雪地型伪装网白色涂层,该涂层可以有效降低装备在雪地背景中被紫外、可见光、红外侦查设备发现的概率,提高装备在雪地背景中的生存机会。

Claims (10)

1.一种白色雪地伪装网材料,其特征在于,包括低发射率基材、胶粘剂和聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜;
所述胶粘剂设置于所述低发射率基材的低发射率面和与所述低发射率面相反的面;所述聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜设置于所述胶粘剂上;
所述低发射率面的发射率≤0.1;所述胶粘剂的厚度为10-15um。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色雪地伪装网材料,其特征在于,所述低发射率基材为单面低发射率基材或双面低发射率基材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色雪地伪装网材料,其特征在于,所述低发射率基材为金属铝板、马口铁、涤纶镀铝布、尼龙镀铝布、PET镀铝膜、PA镀铝膜或PI镀铝膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色雪地伪装网材料,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜的分子量为百万数量级,所述聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜的厚度为15-35um,孔隙率为80-90%,孔径为0.1-1um。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色雪地伪装网材料,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜为YKF-410。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色雪地伪装网材料,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂为LOCTITE-411。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色雪地伪装网材料,其特征在于,所述白色雪地伪装网低发射率面的胶粘剂与聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜的总厚度为28-50um。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色雪地伪装网材料,其特征在于,所述白色雪地伪装网材料的发射率为0.30-0.80。
9.一种白色雪地伪装网材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
制备白色雪地伪装网低发射率面材料:将胶粘剂涂覆在低发射率基材的低发射率面,控制胶粘剂厚度在10-15um,将聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜覆在所述胶粘剂上,压平去除气泡后烘干固化;
制备白色雪地伪装网反面材料:将胶粘剂涂覆在低发射率基材的与所述低发射率面相反的面,控制胶粘剂厚度在10-15um,将聚四氟乙烯双向拉伸微孔膜覆在所述胶粘剂上,压平去除气泡后烘干固化;
所述低发射率面的发射率≤0.1。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色雪地伪装网材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烘干的温度为常温至50℃。
