本发明涉及一种电化铝制作工艺,其PET基膜层、离型层、色层、镀铝层、胶粘层依次叠层设置,加工步骤包括:一、离型层:蜡乳液2份、改性氧化高分子蜡2份、水性附着力促进剂1份、乙醇20份、去离子水30份、消泡剂0.5份、分散剂0.5份、流平剂0.5份,风机频率55HZ,烘箱温度80~150℃;二、色层:水性聚氨酯树脂25份、水性丙烯酸树脂8份、改性光催化剂组合物6份、复合活性染料6份、去离子水30份、消泡剂0.5份、分散剂0.5份、流平剂0.5份,风机频率55HZ,烘箱温度80~150℃;三、镀铝层:真空蒸镀0.05μm厚的镀铝层,温度控制在80~130℃;四、胶粘层:热塑性树脂25份、二氧化硅3份、去离子水30份、消泡剂0.5份、分散剂0.5份、流平剂0.5份,温度设置80~130℃。

一种电化铝制作工艺
技术领域
本发明属于印刷包装材料加工领域,尤其涉及一种电化铝的制作工艺。
技术背景
电化铝箔是一种在薄膜片基上经涂料和真空蒸镀复加一层金属箔而制成的烫印材料,其使用方便、色泽鲜艳、样式繁多,适用于纸张、塑料、有机玻璃等多种材料上进行烫印加工,是烫印各种高档商标、包装、说明书等主要的装饰材料。由于其加工过程中用到了有机染料、热塑性树脂等,会产生一定的有害气、液体,污染环境,为了减少这种污染,通常做法会在着色层的生产过程中加入一种二氧化钛的光催化剂来降解有害气、液体,但是,二氧化钛光催化剂其缺点也很明显,只能接受可见光中的紫外线,其降解效果大打折扣,同时由于二氧化钛的易变灰性,导致电化铝箔在一定时间后会产生颜色失真,影响使用效果。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有电化铝加工的缺陷,设计开发一种电话率加工工艺,具有环保性好、固色稳定等特点。
本发明的内容是一种电化铝加工工艺,其PET基膜层、离型层、色层、镀铝层、胶粘层依次叠层设置,主要加工步骤包括:(一)离型层:蜡乳液2份、改性氧化高分子蜡2份、水性附着力促进剂1份、乙醇20份、去离子水30份、消泡剂0.5份、分散剂0.5份、流平剂0.5份,风机频率55HZ,烘箱依次各节温度:1、80~90℃;2、110~120℃;3、150℃;4、150℃;5、150℃;(二)色层:水性聚氨酯树脂25份、水性丙烯酸树脂8份、改性光催化剂组合物6份、复合活性染料6份、去离子水30份、消泡剂0.5份、分散剂0.5份、流平剂0.5份,风机频率55HZ,烘箱依次各节温度:1、80~90℃;2、110~120℃;3、150℃;4、150℃;5、145℃;(三)镀铝层:真空蒸镀0.05μm厚的镀铝层,温度控制在80~130℃;(四)胶粘层:热塑性树脂25份、二氧化硅3份、去离子水30份、消泡剂0.5份、分散剂0.5份、流平剂0.5份,温度设置80~130℃。
优选的,色层中的改性光催化剂组合物有二氧化钛与抗灰添加剂依照9:1的比例制成。
优选的,色层中的改性光催化剂组合物主要成分为插入Ag颗粒的改性g-C3N4。
本发明的优点是通过在色层中添加改性光催化剂组合物,增强在可见光中的催化作用,提升净化效率,同时避免材料灰化,影响色彩真实度,色层中的复活性染料,其固色效率高、色泽可控性好,在离型层中添加水性附着力促进剂,提高了电化铝离型层的离型力和切割性。
具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本发明的内容,对本发明的具体实施方式进行说明。本发明涉及一种电化铝加工工艺,其PET基膜层、离型层、色层、镀铝层、胶粘层依次叠层设置,主要加工步骤包括:(一)离型层:蜡乳液2份、改性氧化高分子蜡2份、水性附着力促进剂1份、乙醇20份、去离子水30份、消泡剂0.5份、分散剂0.5份、流平剂0.5份,风机频率55HZ,烘箱依次各节温度:1、80~90℃;2、110~120℃;3、150℃;4、150℃;5、150℃,水性附着力的添加,可以提高电化铝离型层的离型力和切割性;(二)色层:水性聚氨酯树脂25份、水性丙烯酸树脂8份、改性光催化剂组合物6份、复合活性染料6份、去离子水30份、消泡剂0.5份、分散剂0.5份、流平剂0.5份,风机频率55HZ,烘箱依次各节温度:1、80~90℃;2、110~120℃;3、150℃;4、150℃;5、145℃,改性光催化剂组合物可以有效吸收可见光,提升净化有机化合物的效果,同时避免普通二氧化钛光催化剂容易灰化影响颜色真实度的问题,是色彩显示更加稳定;(三)镀铝层:真空蒸镀0.05μm厚的镀铝层,温度控制在80~130℃;(四)胶粘层:热塑性树脂25份、二氧化硅3份、去离子水30份、消泡剂0.5份、分散剂0.5份、流平剂0.5份,温度设置80~130℃。
优选的,色层中的改性光催化剂组合物有二氧化钛与抗灰添加剂依照9:1的比例制成,提升抗灰性。
优选的,色层中的改性光催化剂组合物主要成分为插入Ag颗粒的改性g-C3N4,加强在可见光下的催化作用,提升净化效果。
