背景技术

“子午线轮胎”意指带束或周向地限制的充气轮胎,其中帘布层具有以相对于轮胎赤道面在65度与90度之间的帘线角从胎圈延伸至胎圈的帘线。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出了可旋转地安装在密封剂分配架20中的轮胎T。密封剂分配架20具有用于保持轮胎的轮胎夹持器30和用于增大轮胎宽度的轮胎扩展器40。密封剂分配架20还包括具有施加杆60的机器人臂50。施加杆60具有密封剂分配喷嘴70。机器人臂50可沿轮胎的轴向方向移动施加杆60以分配一层密封剂。图3示出了当分配喷嘴沿平行于轮胎的旋转轴线的方向平移时,分配喷嘴以螺旋缠绕构造80施加一层密封剂。图4A示出了螺旋缠绕构造的特写图。螺旋缠绕构造80以通常在3-6度(从轮胎赤道平面测量)范围内的微小角度螺旋缠绕。端部82、84、86、88,如交叉阴影线所示,导致轮胎失衡。图4B示出了螺旋缠绕构造100,其中端部82、84、86、88被去除,从而形成了平衡的密封剂构造。

5.一种用于在轮胎中形成密封剂层的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
提供轮胎;和
在胎冠下方的轮胎内侧上施加密封剂层,其中以螺旋缠绕的方式喷涂密封剂层,其中去除密封剂层的外边缘的一部分以形成平衡的轮胎。
