Claims (8)
- タイヤ内にシーラント層を形成する方法であって、
タイヤを供給することと、
クラウンの下の前記タイヤの内側にシーラント層を形成するために、各巻きがタイヤ中央円周面に対して0度の角度に揃えられた直線部分を有する1つ以上のシーラントの巻きを塗布することと、を特徴とする方法。 - 前記シーラントが連続的にスプレーされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各巻きは、角度の付いた遷移セクションによって互いに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シーラント層の外縁の一部が除去されて、バランスのとられたタイヤを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- タイヤ内にシーラント層を形成する方法であって、
タイヤを供給することと、
クラウンの下のタイヤの内側に前記シーラント層を塗布することを有し、前記シーラント層は螺旋状に巻かれてスプレーされ、バランスのとられたタイヤを形成するために前記シーラント層の外縁の一部が除去されることを特徴とする方法。 - トレッドと、互いに対向するサイドウォールと、前記トレッドの反対側に位置する内面とを有するタイヤであって、前記内面はシーラントの複数の巻き螺旋状に塗布することによって形成されたシーラント層を有し、各巻きは直線部分を有することを特徴とするタイヤ。
- バランスのとられたタイヤを形成するように前記シーラント層の外縁の一部が除去されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 各巻線は、角度の付いた遷移セクションと接続されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
