Abstract
本发明涉及中药领域,即二丁胶囊及制备方法。其步骤如下:(1)原料:紫花地丁,蒲公英,板蓝根,半边莲;(2)取规定量的紫花地丁,蒲公英,板蓝根,半边莲加5倍量水,热回流提取2-3小时,过滤,55℃减压浓缩至清膏,相对密度为1.25的;(3) 55℃真空干燥,粉碎,加入辅料,混匀,装入胶囊,即得。经检测,本品每粒含紫花地丁以秦皮乙素(C9H604)计,大于0.72mg,本方法制成的药物有效成分比传统工艺含量高,可以降低产品用量和提高了产品疗效,提高了经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域,即二丁胶囊及制备方法。
背景技术
在现有技术中,二丁胶囊为国家标准YBZll662008,成分:紫花地丁1000g,蒲公英1000g,板蓝根1000g,半边莲1000g。功能与主治:清热解毒,利湿。用于热疖痈毒,外感风热,咽喉肿痛,风热火眼。用法与用量:口服。一次5粒,一日3次。规格:每粒装0.5g(相当于原药材4g)。性状:本品为硬胶囊,内容物为棕褐色的颗粒,味苦。制法:以上四味药,加8倍量水煎煮二次,第一次2小时,第二次1.5小时,合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.20(50~55~C)的清膏,喷雾干燥,加入糊精100g制成颗粒,装入胶囊,制成1000粒,即得。含量测定:照高效液相色谱法(中国药典2005年版一部附录Ⅵ D)测定,本品每粒含紫花地丁以秦皮乙素(C9H604)计,不得少于0.6mg。测定,即得。其缺点是有效成分提取低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足而提供一种有效成分提取高的二丁胶囊及制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:二丁胶囊制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)原料:紫花地丁,蒲公英,板蓝根,半边莲。
(2)取规定量的紫花地丁,蒲公英,板蓝根,半边莲加5倍量水,热回流提取2-3小时,过滤,55℃减压浓缩至清膏,相对密度为1.25的。
(3) 55℃真空干燥,粉碎,加入辅料,混匀,装入胶囊,即得。
本发明的优点是:经检测,本品每粒含紫花地丁以秦皮乙素(C9H604)计,大于0.72mg。本方法制成的药物有效成分比传统工艺含量高,可以降低产品用量和提高了产品疗效,提高了经济效益。
下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方式作进一步详细描述。
具体实施方式
实施例1
二丁胶囊制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)原料:紫花地丁,蒲公英,板蓝根,半边莲。
(2)取规定量的紫花地丁,蒲公英,板蓝根,半边莲加5倍量水,热回流提取2-3小时,过滤,55℃减压浓缩至清膏,相对密度为1.25的。
(3) 55℃真空干燥,粉碎,加入辅料,混匀,装入胶囊,即得。
实验例1
含量测定:按照高效液相色谱法(通则0512)测定。
色谱条件与系统适用性试验:用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂:甲醇—0.4%冰醋酸(20:80)为流动相:检测波长为353nm。理论板数按秦皮乙素峰计算应不低于1000。
对照品溶液的制备:取秦皮乙素对照品适量,加甲醇制成每lml含20µg的溶液,即得。
供试品溶液的制备:取本品装量差异项下的内容物,混匀,取0.3g,精密称定,置100ml量瓶中,精密加入甲醇50ml,称定重量,超声处理20分钟,放冷,再称定重量,用甲醇补足减失的重量,摇匀,滤过,取续滤液,即得。
测定法:分别精密吸取对照品溶液与供试品溶液各10µl,注入液相色谱仪,
本品每粒含紫花地丁以秦皮乙素(C9H604)计,大于0.72mg。测定,即得。

1.二丁胶囊制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)原料:紫花地丁,蒲公英,板蓝根,半边莲;
(2)取规定量的紫花地丁,蒲公英,板蓝根,半边莲加5倍量水,热回流提取2-3小时,过滤,55℃减压浓缩至清膏,相对密度为1.25的;
(3) 55℃真空干燥,粉碎,加入辅料,混匀,装入胶囊,即得。
