Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种药物组合物,该药物组合物包含胡椒基酸作为抗衰老或使皮肤再生的有效成分。
背景技术
细胞衰老是所有生物体都无法逃脱的生理现象。其中,对于渴望美丽的人来说,皮肤衰老非常重要。由于皮肤衰老,皮肤失去弹性并变得起皱纹,并且出现诸如色素沉着和皮肤萎缩之类的衰老症状。皮肤衰老大致分为两种类型:生理衰老,其表现出皮肤功能、结构和形状的变化,以及由于诸如紫外线的外部环境而引起的衰老。
除了随着年龄的增长而使细胞功能恶化之外,皮肤还受到如下外部环境如紫外线引起的皮肤损害的影响。首先,在表皮基底层中分裂的角质形成细胞的分裂速率减慢。正常的皮肤更新周期为约28天,但随着衰老的进行,该周期会延长。第二,真皮层中的成纤维细胞数量减少,并且其功能恶化。已知成纤维细胞主要产生胶原蛋白和弹性纤维,从而赋予皮肤弹性。然而,当真皮层中的成纤维细胞的数量减少并且其功能劣化时,胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白纤维的生物合成减少,因此发生真皮层的萎缩。第三,基质金属蛋白酶的表达增加。基质金属蛋白酶是分解胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白纤维的酶。尽管它们的表达随年龄增加,但真皮层的萎缩进一步加速。除此之外,皮肤衰老以非常复杂的方式进行,同时受到免疫响应变化等的影响。
随着人们的预期寿命的增加和生活水平的提高,对可能养育美丽的物质的需求增加,同时对幸福感和美丽的需求增加。俗话说,最美丽的东西是青春,因而有必要开发一种创新物质,其通过预防和减轻皮肤衰老来保持年轻面孔的外观。
表皮生长因子(EGF)被称为调节表皮和上皮细胞生长和存活的生长因子。EGF的发现是划时代的事件,并于1986年获得诺贝尔生理学或医学奖。EGF已被医学用于治疗难以治愈的溃疡或烧伤创面,具体取决于其功能,并且近来被广泛用作皮肤再生化妆品的原料。然而,EGF用于生物合成或分离和纯化需要大量成本和劳力,并且不容易将EGF维持在活性状态。此外,由于EGF属于相对较大的聚合物,因此存在的问题在于,EGF不容易穿过形成具有角蛋白和角质形成细胞的重叠层的保护膜的皮肤屏障,也不容易移动至皮肤基底层。
因此,在本发明中,需要研究和开发与EGF具有相似功能、稳定且尺寸小并且因此可以容易地穿过皮肤屏障的天然衍生的小分子物质。
发明内容
【技术问题】
本发明人通过实验证实,天然来源的小分子物质胡椒基酸具有与表皮生长因子(EGF)相似的功能,稳定且体积小,因此可以容易地穿过皮肤屏障,从而完成本发明。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种药物组合物、保健功能食品组合物和化妆品组合物,其包含胡椒基酸作为用于抗衰老(延缓衰老)或使皮肤再生的有效成分。
然而,本发明要实现的技术问题不限于上述问题,并且本发明所属领域的技术人员可以从以下描述中清楚地理解未提及的其他问题。
【技术方案】
为了实现该目的,本发明提供了药物组合物、保健功能食品组合物和化妆品组合物,其包含胡椒基酸作为用于抗衰老或使皮肤再生的有效成分。
作为本发明的一个实施方案,该组合物可以减轻或治疗烧伤伤口。
作为本发明的另一个实施方案,该组合物可以通过与表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)结合而促进细胞的增殖或生长。

【有益效果】

因此,根据本发明的一个方面,该组合物可以与EGFR结合以促进细胞的增殖或生长,从而抗衰老或激活皮肤的再生。通过本发明的组合物增殖或生长的细胞可以是表皮细胞,并且可以优选地是角蛋白产生细胞,其是产生角蛋白的细胞,但不限于此。

具体地,在本发明的实施例中,通过伤口愈合测定法确认了胡椒基酸具有细胞增殖和生长促进功效,该伤口愈合测定法是通过以下方式来测量细胞的增殖和生长的方法:在孔板上充分培养细胞,刮擦预定的细胞区域以形成伤口区域,然后观察该区域再次被填充的程度(参见实施例8)。
因此,根据本发明的一个方面,该组合物可以通过增强对由于外部刺激引起的细胞损伤的抗性来延迟衰老或激活皮肤的再生,并且该外部刺激可以是由于化妆品或其他外部制剂引起的化学刺激、物理刺激或紫外线,并且可以优选为紫外线,但不受限于此。
具体而言,在本发明的实施例中,为了确认本发明的胡椒基酸对增强对由于紫外线(UVB)引起的细胞损伤的抗性的效果,通过用UVB照射已用胡椒基酸处理过的角质形成细胞来确认细胞活力。结果,确认了胡椒基酸以统计学上显著的值改善了细胞活力(参见实施例9)。
本发明的药物组合物可以进一步包含通常用于制备药物组合物的适当的载体、适当的赋形剂和适当的稀释剂。另外,本发明的组合物可以根据典型方法通过以例如粉末、颗粒剂、丸剂、胶囊剂、悬浮剂、乳剂、糖浆剂、气雾剂等口服制剂、外用剂、栓剂和无菌注射溶液的形式配制使用。

以药学有效量施用根据本发明的药物组合物。在本发明中,“药学有效量”是指足以以适用于医疗的合理的受益/风险比来治疗疾病的量,并且可以根据包括患者的疾病类型、疾病严重程度、药物活性、对药物的敏感性、给药时间、给药途径、排泄率、治疗时间和同时使用的药物在内的因素以及其他在医学领域众所周知的因素来确定有效剂量水平。根据本发明的药物组合物可以作为单独的治疗剂或与其他治疗剂组合施用,可以与相关技术中的治疗剂顺序或同时施用,并且可以单剂量或多剂量施用。考虑到所有上述因素,重要的是以能够获得最大效果而没有任何副作用的最小量施用组合物,并且该量可以由与发明有关的本领域普通技术人员容易地确定。
本发明的药物组合物可以通过各种途径施用于个体。可以预期所有的施用方式,并且本发明的药物组合物可以例如通过皮下、静脉内、肌内、子宫内硬脑膜或脑内注射来施用。本发明的药物组合物通过作为活性成分的药物的类型以及各种相关因素,例如要治疗的疾病,给药途径,患者的年龄、性别和体重,以及疾病的严重程度来确定。

作为本发明的又一方面,本发明提供了一种保健功能性食品组合物,其包含胡椒基酸作为用于抗衰老或使皮肤再生的有效成分。此外,为了使皮肤再生,例如延缓衰老、增强皮肤弹性或减轻皮肤皱纹,可以将胡椒基酸添加到食物中。当本发明的胡椒基酸用作食品添加剂时,胡椒基酸可以原样添加或与其他食品或其他食品成分一起添加,并且可以根据典型方法适当地使用。有效成分的混合量可以根据使用目的(预防、健康或治疗)适当确定。通常,当制备食品或饮料时,以原料为基准,本发明的胡椒基酸的添加量为15重量%或更少,优选为10重量%或更少。然而,在为了健康和卫生或为了控制健康而长期摄入的情况下,其量可以等于或小于上述范围,并且由于没有安全方面的问题,有效成分的用量可以等于或超过上述范围。

与典型饮料中一样,根据本发明的健康饮料组合物可以包含各种调味剂或天然碳水化合物等作为附加成分。上述天然碳水化合物可以是单糖,例如葡萄糖和果糖,二糖,例如麦芽糖和蔗糖,多糖,例如糊精和环糊精,以及糖醇,例如木糖醇,山梨糖醇和赤藓糖醇。作为甜味剂,可以使用天然甜味剂如索马甜和甜叶菊提取物,合成甜味剂,如糖精和阿斯巴甜等。天然碳水化合物的比例通常为每100ml本发明组合物约0.01至0.20g,优选约0.04至0.10g。
除了上述成分外,本发明的组合物还可包含各种营养素、维生素、电解质、调味剂、着色剂、果胶及其盐、藻酸及其盐、有机酸、保护性胶体增稠剂、pH调节剂、稳定剂、防腐剂、甘油、醇、碳酸饮料中使用的碳酸化剂等。另外,本发明的组合物可以包含用于制备天然果汁,果汁饮料和蔬菜饮料的果肉。这些成分可以单独使用或组合使用。这些添加剂的比例不是很重要,但通常在每100重量份本发明的组合物0.01至0.20重量份的范围内选择。
此外,胡椒基酸显示出促进细胞生长、增殖和存活的作用,因此可以以化妆品组合物的形式提供,以用于皮肤再生的目的,例如抗衰老,增强皮肤弹性或缓解皮肤皱纹。根据本发明的化妆品组合物的制剂可以是皮肤乳液、皮肤柔软剂、皮肤调色剂、收敛剂、乳液、润肤乳、保湿乳液、营养乳液、按摩霜、营养霜、保湿霜、护手霜、粉底、精华液、滋养精华液、填充物(pack)、肥皂、清洁泡沫、清洁乳液、清洁霜、润肤露或身体清洁剂。
本发明的化妆品组合物可以进一步包括选自由水溶性维生素、油溶性维生素、聚合物肽、聚合物多糖和鞘脂组成的组的组合物。
可以使用任何水溶性维生素、只要可以将其掺入化妆品中即可,但是其优选实例包括维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、吡哆醇、盐酸吡哆醇、维生素B12、泛酸、烟酸、烟酰胺、叶酸、维生素C、维生素H等,并且其盐(盐酸硫胺素、抗坏血酸钠等)或其衍生物(抗坏血酸-2-磷酸钠盐、抗坏血酸-2-磷酸镁盐等)也包含在可在本发明中使用的水溶性维生素中。水溶性维生素可以通过典型的方法,例如微生物转化方法,从微生物的培养物中纯化,酶促方法或化学合成方法获得。

可以使用任何聚合物肽,只要可以将其掺入化妆品中即可,但是其优选实例包括胶原蛋白、水解胶原蛋白、明胶、弹性蛋白、水解弹性蛋白、角蛋白等。可以通过诸如从微生物的培养液中纯化、酶促方法或化学合成方法之类的典型方法来纯化和获得聚合物肽,或者通常可以从诸如猪、牛等的真皮和蚕的蚕丝纤维的天然产物中纯化聚合物肽并使用。
可以使用任何聚合多糖,只要其可以掺入化妆品中即可,但是其优选实例包括羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶、透明质酸钠、硫酸软骨素、其盐(钠盐等)等。例如,硫酸软骨素、其盐等通常可以从哺乳动物或鱼中纯化并使用。
可以使用任何鞘糖脂,只要可以将其掺入化妆品中即可,但是其优选实例包括神经酰胺、植物鞘氨醇、糖鞘脂等。鞘脂通常可以通过常规方法从哺乳动物、鱼类、贝类、酵母、植物等中纯化,或者可以通过化学合成方法获得。
通常掺入化妆品中的其他成分也可以与本发明的化妆品组合物混合,如果需要的话,与必要成分一起混合。

当本发明的制剂是洗剂、糊剂、乳膏或凝胶时,动物纤维、植物纤维、蜡、石蜡、淀粉、黄芪胶、纤维素衍生物、聚乙二醇、硅酮、膨润土、二氧化硅、滑石粉、氧化锌等可以用作载体成分。
当本发明的制剂是粉末或喷雾剂时,乳糖、滑石粉、二氧化硅、氢氧化铝、硅酸钙或聚酰胺粉末可用作载体成分,特别是当制剂是喷雾剂时,制剂可以包括推进剂,例如氯氟烃、丙烷/丁烷或二甲醚。
当本发明的制剂是溶液或乳液时,溶剂、增溶剂或乳化剂用作载体成分,其实例包括水、乙醇、异丙醇、碳酸乙酯、乙酸乙酯、苄醇、苯甲酸苄酯、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇油、甘油脂族酯、聚乙二醇或脱水山梨糖醇的脂肪酸酯。

当本发明的制剂是含表面活性剂的清洁剂时,脂族醇硫酸盐、脂族醇醚硫酸盐、磺基琥珀酸单酯、羟乙磺酸盐、咪唑啉鎓衍生物、牛磺酸甲酯、肌氨酸盐、脂肪酸酰胺醚硫酸盐、烷基酰胺基甜菜碱、脂族醇、脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、植物油、羊毛脂衍生物、乙氧基化甘油脂肪酸酯等可以使用作为载体成分。

[实施例]
实施例1.测量EGFR活性的生物传感器系统的制造
当EGFR被激活时,磷酸化发生在细胞质部分的酪氨酸残基,并且当各种蛋白质连接到该部分时信号得以传递。作为代表性的接头蛋白,存在Grb2,并且Grb2的SH2结构域用于结合磷酸化的酪氨酸残基。当EGFR活性继续保持时,EGFR遵循一种反馈机制,将其在细胞内内化并降解。利用这些特征,制造了一种生物传感器系统,使得可以通过荧光蛋白来测量通过EGFR活性进行的EGFR内化。具体而言,通过仅去除Grb2的SH2结构域来制备EGFP-SH2载体,并使用重组DNA技术将其插入增强型绿色荧光蛋白(EGFP)载体中,然后将其引入A549细胞中进行表达。
结果,如图1A所示,证实了所制造的EGFP-SH2生物传感器蛋白以预期大小表达。
随后,通过在无血清培养基中将其中EGFP已被引入生物传感器系统中的细胞培养24小时,然后用EGF(100ng/ml)处理该细胞,从而证实是否测得了EGFR的活性。
结果,如图1B所示,证实仅在引入生物传感器的细胞中,在EGF处理后30分钟时,密集包装的生物传感器作为荧光信号以内化EGFR周围的小点形式出现。
为了确认这种现象是否被其他生长因子诱导,以相同的方式用作为成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)的FGF1、FGF2和FGF7处理细胞以检测荧光信号。
结果,如图1C所示,证实了其他生长因子未显示生物传感器信号。当验证了所制造的生物传感器系统的EGF选择性时,选择了其中生物传感器得以稳定表达的稳定细胞系。
实施例2.胡椒基酸在生物传感器系统中诱导EGFR活性
在实施例1中制造的生物传感器系统细胞用100μM的胡椒基酸(购自Sigma-Aldrich)处理后,观察到荧光信号的变化。在无血清培养基中培养24小时后,将细胞用胡椒基酸处理。
结果,如图2所示,可以确认,与仅用溶剂DMSO处理的对照相比,在用100μM的胡椒基酸处理的细胞中EGFR被激活。
实施例3.EGFR与胡椒基酸的相互作用
为了研究在实施例2中确认的胡椒基酸活化EGFR的机制,在本实施例中确认了胡椒基酸是否可以与EGFR相互作用。为此,通过将胡椒基酸与购自Sigma-Aldrich的溴化氰活化的Sepharose 4B珠缀合来制备胡椒基酸-4B珠。将等量的HaCaT细胞裂解物用胡椒基酸4B珠孵育,并将对照4B用作对照,并通过蛋白质印迹法分析与该珠结合的蛋白。为了测量沉淀蛋白中的EGFR,使用了抗EGFR抗体,并且为了支持与胡椒基酸的结合是选择性的,使用了针对看家基因存在大量的肌动蛋白和GAPDH蛋白,抗肌动蛋白和抗GAPDH抗体。
结果,如图3A所示,证实了在连接有胡椒基酸的胡椒基酸-4B珠上结合有EGFR,并且证实了当通过在细胞裂解物中添加100μM的游离胡椒基酸来竞争与珠的相互作用时,结合其上的EGFR的量减少。
为了查看这些相互作用在EGFR中发生的位置,使用PatchDock程序进行了计算机分析,从而可以预测结合位点。
结果,如图3B和3C所示,基于EGFR细胞外结构域的三维结构数据库(1MOX)进行了预测,结果发现了胡椒基酸可以结合的许多位置。此外,通过分析可预测得分最高的10个得分位置中得分最高的结合位置得出,该位置与EGF结合的位置略有不同,但是如果胡椒基酸的结合会诱导EGFR的三维结构甚至不完全变形,则预期会发生活化。
实施例4.通过胡椒基酸进行的EGFR的活化
为了确认胡椒基酸与EGFR的结合是否直接诱导了EGFR的活化,将无血清培养基中培养的HaCaT细胞用浓度为100μM的胡椒基酸处理10分钟,然后通过对增加EGFR的酪氨酸磷酸化分析来测量活性。具体地,在使用抗EGFR抗体和蛋白-G琼脂糖珠通过免疫沉淀从500μg细胞裂解物中仅沉淀出EGFR之后,通过蛋白质印迹法分析酪氨酸磷酸化的水平。
结果,如图4所示,与作为阴性对照的溶剂DMSO相比,胡椒基酸引起的酪氨酸磷酸化增加了1.8倍。
实施例5.通过浓度测量胡椒基酸的细胞毒性
使用作为角质形成细胞的HaCaT细胞来测量胡椒基酸的细胞毒性。当用黄色水溶性底物MTT四唑处理细胞时,底物被线粒体酶还原为MTT甲臜,颜色变为蓝紫色。由于存在的活细胞越多,蓝紫色的颜色越深,因此在540nm处的蓝紫色吸光度反映了活细胞的浓度。具体而言,将细胞在96孔板的每个孔中充分培养后,细胞用浓度为0、25、50、100、250和500μM的胡椒基酸处理,并在37℃下在5%的CO2培养箱培养24小时和48小时,然后通过MTT试剂测量细胞的存活力。用等量的溶剂DMSO处理未用胡椒基酸处理的对照(0μM)。
结果,如图5所示,在以500μM的浓度培养细胞48小时的条件下(#p<0.0001),显示出统计学上的显著差异,但是由于该差异小至约10%,因此证实了对角质形成细胞的细胞毒性是非常低的。通过对实验组和对照组进行t检验来验证实验结果的重要性。
实施例6.通过胡椒基酸进行的ERK和AKT的活化
众所周知,细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)和蛋白激酶B(AKT)的活化是由EGFR的活化诱导的,并传递细胞生长和存活所需的信号。因此,由于在实施例2和3中验证了通过胡椒基酸进行的EGFR的活化,因而确定了胡椒基酸是否也诱导了ERK和AKT(EGFR的下游)的活化。具体而言,在无血清培养基中培养HaCaT细胞后,用0、25和100μM的胡椒基酸处理细胞,然后通过蛋白印迹法分析磷酸化时被活化的ERK和AKT。作为抗体,使用了磷酸化位点特异性抗体(它们是激活的ERK和AKT的标记因子)和测量总ERK和AKT的抗体,并且测量从看家基因表达的GAPDH,以校正泳道之间的总蛋白的量。
结果,如图6A所示,证实了100μM的胡椒基酸处理10分钟充分诱导了ERK和AKT的活化。通过三个重复的实验,证实与对照相比,100μM的胡椒基酸分别显著活化ERK和AKT 3.3倍和2.1倍(t-检验,**p<0.01,*p<0.05)。
随后,为了证实随时间推移通过胡椒基酸处理进行的ERK和AKT的活化模式,将无血清培养基中培养的HaCaT细胞用胡椒基酸处理,然后分析随时间推移的活化模式。
结果,如图6B所示,ERK和AKT活化被迅速诱导5至10分钟,并立即下调,然后在1-2小时后再次活化。
为了证实EGFR诱导了通过胡椒基磷酸进行的ERK和AKT的活化,通过用作为EGFR拮抗剂的酪氨酸磷酸化抑制剂(tyrphostin)AG1478处理细胞可抑制EGFR的活化,然后分析胡椒基酸进行的ERK和AKT的活化。
结果,如图6C所示,证实了当在无血清培养基中培养的HaCaT细胞首先用200nM的AG1478处理10分钟,并用胡椒基酸处理时,ERK和AKT未活化。这反映出ERK和AKT的活化需要通过胡椒基磷酸进行的EGFR的活化。
实施例7.通过胡椒基酸进行的基因表达的改变
通过EGFR进行的信号传递经由重要的作为ERK和AKT的信号介导蛋白诱导对细胞生长和存活至关重要的基因表达。众所周知,c-myc、c-jun、c-fos和egr-1基因是受EGFR调节并促进细胞生长和存活的基因。将无血清培养基中培养的HaCaT细胞用浓度为100μM的胡椒基酸处理,从而充分诱导实施例5中的ERK和AKT的活化,并且在0、1、2和6小时后分析各基因的表达的变化。具体而言,使用Tri-试剂进行mRNA提取,使用poly-A引物和逆转录酶通过逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)制作cDNA,并使用实时定量PCR测定各mRNA的量。用作为看家基因的β-肌动蛋白的量校正每个mRNA的量。
结果,如图7A所示,c-fos、egr-1和c-myc在2和6小时显示出统计学上的显著差异(t-检验,*p<0.05,**p<0.01),并且c-jun也显示出增加的趋势。证实了mRNA表达增加的模式导致Egr-1和c-Fos蛋白表达增加。
为了验证当作为EGFR拮抗剂的AG1478抑制EGFR的活性时,用胡椒基酸处理后2小时c-fos和egr-1表现出最显著的增加模式受到影响,比较用AG1478处理并且然后用胡椒基酸处理的细胞的基因表达与仅用除AG1478以外的胡椒基酸处理的细胞的基因表达,并使用蛋白质印迹法比较蛋白的表达。
结果,如图7B所示,AG1478完全抑制了由100μM的胡椒基酸增加的c-fos和egr-1的基因表达(t-检验,**p<0.01,***p<0.001)。此外,证实了基因表达的抑制导致蛋白质表达的改变。
实施例8.胡椒基酸促进角质形成细胞的生长和增殖
细胞计数试剂盒-8(CCK-8)是一种称为WST-8的水溶性四唑盐试剂,通过活细胞的线粒体中的脱氢酶形成橙色的水溶性甲臜。如CCK-8所示,在450nm处的橙色波长的吸光度反映了细胞数,因此已用于测量细胞的生长和增殖。使用浓度为50μM和100μM的非细胞毒性胡椒基酸通过CCK-8测定法测量角质形成细胞(HaCaT细胞)的生长促进功效。具体而言,将1×104个HaCaT细胞在96孔板上培养24小时后,培养基中的生长因子通过将该培养基与无血清培养基交换来除去,然后用胡椒基酸处理细胞。等量的溶剂DMSO用作阴性对照,并且浓度为1ng/ml的EGF用作阳性对照。将细胞培养24小时后,通过用CCK8处理细胞并测量450nm处的吸光度来分析细胞生长。
结果,如图8A所示,证实了当用胡椒基酸处理细胞时,与阴性对照相比,细胞生长和增殖显著增加(**p<0.01,****p<0.0001)。
此外,通过伤口愈合测定法证实了胡椒基酸促进细胞生长的功效。具体而言,将HaCaT细胞在12孔板上充分培养后,使用黄色尖端形成伤口区域,并在将培养基用无血清培养基交换后,用50μM和100μM的胡椒基酸处理细胞。溶剂DMSO用作阴性对照,而1ng/ml EGF用作阳性对照。
结果,如图8B和8C所示,可以确认,在3天的培养中,当用胡椒基酸处理细胞时,伤口区域比阴性对照更快地被填充,并且在第3天,与阴性对照相比,表现出显著性(双向ANOVA,**p<0.01,****p<0.0001)。
实施例9.胡椒基酸对紫外线(UVB)刺激的抗性功效
在紫外线波长中,对应于280至315nm的UVB波长穿透存在许多角质形成细胞的表皮层,从而造成细胞损伤。UVB引起的细胞损伤可能导致细胞凋亡,并且已确认胡椒基酸是否促进了角质形成细胞的生长和存活信号传递,从而表现出对UVB诱导的细胞损伤的抗性。具体而言,用25mJ/cm2的UVB辐照在上面培养了1×104个细胞的96孔板,然后将细胞在其中存在胡椒基酸或EGF的无血清培养基中进行培养。使用溶剂DMSO作为阴性对照,并使用实施例7中使用的CCK-8方法测量细胞活力。
结果,如图9所示,证实了在阴性对照中,由于UVB在25mJ/cm2下发生细胞凋亡,因此仅84%的细胞存活,而89%的细胞由于100μM的胡椒基酸而存活,表现出统计学上的显著的值(t-检验,*p<0.05,****p<0.0001)。
从结果可以看出,胡椒基酸可以通过促进角质形成细胞的生长和增殖来减少皮肤再生周期,并且可以通过赋予对外部和/或内部环境中的压力的抗性而具有诸如防止皮肤衰老、增强皮肤弹性和减轻皮肤皱纹等使皮肤再生的作用。
尽管已经详细描述了本发明的特定部分,但是对于本发明所属领域的普通技术人员而言,显而易见的是,这样的特定描述仅是优选实施方案,并且本发明的范围是不受限于此。因此,本发明的实质范围将由所附权利要求及其等同方案来限定。
[工业适用性]
本发明的胡椒基酸是可以从各种植物提取物中得到的天然物质,执行与表皮生长因子(EGF)相似的功能,因此有望用于包括药物、准药物、化妆品、化妆品物质、功能性生物材料和功能性食品材料在内的各种领域中,以防止皮肤衰老和由于外源性或内源性因素造成的损害或治疗皮肤伤口。
Claims (12)
1.胡椒基酸作为唯一活性成分用于制备用于抗衰老或使皮肤再生的药物的用途, 其中所述胡椒基酸如下化学式I所示:
2.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中,所述胡椒基酸通过与表皮生长因子受体结合而促进细胞的增殖或生长。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用途,其中,所述细胞是角质形成细胞。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中,所述胡椒基酸增强对由于外部刺激引起的细胞损伤的抗性。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用途,其中,所述外部刺激是紫外线。
6.胡椒基酸作为唯一活性成分用于制备用于抗衰老或使皮肤再生的化妆品组合物的用途,

7.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其中,所述组合物通过与表皮生长因子受体结合而促进细胞的增殖或生长。

9.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其中,所述外部刺激是紫外线。
10.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其中,所述组合物增强皮肤弹性。
11.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其中,所述组合物减轻皮肤皱纹。
12.胡椒基酸作为唯一活性成分用于制备用于减轻或治疗皮肤伤口的药物的用途,
