The invention discloses a detection device of a display panel, which comprises: the detection probes are used for inputting detection signals to the signal input end when being electrically connected with the signal input end of the display panel to be detected; the detection circuits are electrically connected with the detection probes and are used for detecting resistance values of any two detection probes electrically connected with the signal input end; and the alarm device is electrically connected with the detection circuit and used for sending out an alarm according to the detection result of the detection circuit. The detection equipment of the display panel provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for avoiding the problem of low detection success rate caused by the occurrence of needle insertion deviation in the detection process of the detection probe.

Background
The array process is a stage in the manufacturing process of the display panel, in the array process, a thin film transistor array circuit needs to be formed on a glass substrate, and the quality of the display panel is directly determined by the quality of the thin film transistor array circuit, so that the detection of the array circuit is an important link in the manufacturing process.
At present, a detection mode that a probe is contacted with a display panel is adopted to test the display panel, and the working principle of the detection method is that a signal is added to a signal input end in a thin film transistor array circuit through the probe, and then the display panel is detected by a VIOS (Voltage Imaging Optical Subsystem) system. However, with the improvement of the display panel detection automation, the detection of the display panel adopts automatic detection to replace manual detection, and when the detection probe is not deviated to cause the abnormal lighting picture, the abnormal condition cannot be detected in time, thereby influencing the detection process and reducing the success rate of the detection.
Therefore, a new solution is needed to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a detection device of a display panel, which is used for avoiding the problem of low success rate of detection caused by needle insertion deviation in the detection process of a detection probe.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a detection apparatus for a display panel, including:
the detection probes are used for inputting detection signals to the signal input end when being electrically connected with the signal input end of the display panel to be detected;
the detection circuits are electrically connected with the detection probes and are used for detecting resistance values of any two detection probes electrically connected with the signal input end;
and the alarm device is electrically connected with the detection circuit and used for sending out an alarm according to the detection result of the detection circuit.
In the detection device for a display panel provided by the embodiment of the invention, the detection device for a display panel further comprises a waveform output device, wherein the waveform output device is electrically connected with the detection circuit and is used for outputting a waveform chart of an electric signal formed by the detection circuit.
In the detection device for a display panel provided by the embodiment of the invention, the alarm device is used for receiving the resistance value between any two detection probes detected by the detection circuit, comparing the received resistance value with a preset resistance value, and sending an alarm when the resistance value is smaller than the preset resistance value.

The detection probes R include a first detection probe R1, a second detection probe R2, a third detection probe R3, a fourth detection probe R4, and an nth detection probe Rn electrically connected to the signal input end 211 of the display panel 2. The detection circuit 11 is formed by electrically connecting an external connection wire 14 with two adjacent detection probes and electrically connecting an array circuit of a thin film transistor, for example, the first detection probe R1 and the second detection probe R2 are connected by the wire 14 to form the detection circuit 11; the third detection probe R3 and the fourth detection probe R4 are connected through a wire 14 to form a detection circuit 11; by analogy, the Nth detection probe Rn-1 and the Nth detection probe Rn are connected through a wire 14 to form a detection circuit 11. The drawings of the present invention are only schematic, and the detection circuit 11 further includes other combinations of detection probes, for example, the first detection probe R1 and the fourth detection probe R4 are connected by a wire 14 to form the detection circuit 11; the second detection probe R2 and the third detection probe R3 are connected by a wire 14 to form a detection circuit 11. It should be understood that the complete detection circuit 11 further includes a power source and other components, which are well known in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
Alternatively, each of the detection circuits 11 in the embodiment of the present invention may also exist in parallel, that is, at least two of the detection circuits 11 are connected in series and then connected by the wire 14 to form a parallel circuit.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the detecting apparatus of the display panel further includes a waveform output device 13, where the waveform output device 13 is electrically connected to the detecting circuit 11, and is configured to output a waveform chart of the electrical signal formed by the detecting circuit 11. The waveform output device comprises waveform output equipment, a display screen and the like which are electrically connected with the waveform output equipment. For example, the waveform output device comprises an electrochemical workstation, and the display screen comprises a computer display screen and a display.
The alarm device 12 is configured to receive a resistance value between any two of the detection probes of the detection circuit 11, compare the received resistance value with a preset resistance value, and send out an alarm when the resistance value is smaller than the preset resistance value. Wherein the alarm device 12 comprises an acoustic alarm or an optical alarm.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the alarm device 12 includes an audible alarm that sounds an abnormality when, for example, the needle insertion position of the detection probe R is shifted. When the needle insertion position of the detection probe R is normal, the sound alarm sounds to prompt normal.
The alarm device 12 in the embodiment of the present invention further includes an optical alarm that displays a red light when the needle insertion position of the detection probe R is shifted. When the needle insertion position of the detection probe R is normal, the light alarm displays a green light. It should be understood that the prompt forms of the acoustic alarm and the optical alarm in the embodiments of the present invention may be set according to actual requirements.
Wherein the number of detection probes R is greater than or equal to the number of said signal inputs in contact therewith. Preferably, the number of the detection probes R is greater than the number of the signal input ends contacted with the detection probes R, and the number of the detection probes R is greater than the number of the signal input ends contacted with the detection probes R, so that the detection signals can still be loaded on each display panel when the number of the signal input ends of the display panel is increased, or a certain group of detection probes is replaced when the certain group of detection probes cannot work, and the loading process of the detection signals is finished on each panel at one time; and if the number of the detection probes on the fixing member is far greater than the number of the signal input ends of the display panels to be detected, the loading process of the detection signals can be finished for two or more display panels to be detected at the same time, so that the detection efficiency is improved.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, taking a detection circuit 11 as an example, in the detection apparatus for a display panel provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the alarm device 12 may be further connected in series with the detection probe R and in the detection circuit 11.
Referring to fig. 3, in the display panel inspection apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, the display panel inspection apparatus further includes an inspection table 15 and a fixing member 16, the inspection table 15 is used for placing the display panel 2 to be inspected, and the fixing member 16 is disposed on the inspection table 15 and is used for fixing the inspection probe R.
Further, the display panel detecting apparatus further includes a moving member 17, the moving member 17 being disposed on the detecting table 15 and connected to the fixing member 16 for moving the fixing member 16. The moving member 17 includes a sliding block 171 and a sliding groove 172, the sliding block 171 is disposed in the sliding groove 172, and the fixing member 16 is disposed on the sliding block 171. Wherein the moving member 17 moves in a first direction D1 on the test bench 15. Alternatively, the fixing member 16 may be movable on the slider 171 in the second direction D2. In the inspection apparatus for a display panel of the embodiment of the present invention, the moving member 17 is provided on the inspection stage 15 such that the inspection probe R moves in the first direction D1 and the fixing member 16 moves in the second direction D2 on the slider 171, and the inspection efficiency is improved by fine-adjusting the positional relationship between the display panel 2 to be inspected and the inspection probe R. It should be understood that the first direction D1 in the present invention refers to a direction parallel to the detection stage 15, and the second direction D2 refers to a direction parallel to the detection stage 15 and perpendicular to the first direction D1.
When the detection is started, after the detection probe R moves to a proper position along the first direction D1, the detection probe R contacts with the signal input end 211 of the display panel, so that the detection signal is loaded into the array circuit of the thin film transistor. It should be understood that the appropriate position in the embodiments of the present invention refers to moving to a position set in the program.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in the display panel inspection apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, the inspection probe R includes a first end connected to the signal input connection end 211 and a second end connected to the inspection circuit 11, and the first end is exposed on the inspection table 15.
It should be understood that the electrical connection of the detection probe R with the signal input end 211 of the display panel 2 to be tested in the embodiment of the present invention means that the detection probe R is electrically connected with the signal input end 211 of the array substrate 21 in the display panel 2 to be tested.
The detection device for the display panel provided by the embodiment of the invention is suitable for the display panel provided with the array substrate, such as a liquid crystal display panel (TFT-LCD) driven by a thin film transistor, an organic light emitting diode (Organic Light Emitting Diode) and the like.
Compared with the prior art, in the detection device of the display panel provided by the embodiment of the invention, the detection circuit is connected to the detection probe, whether the needle insertion position of the detection probe is deviated or not is judged through the detected resistance value of the detection probe, and the alarm device is arranged on the detection circuit, so that real-time detection can be realized, and the problem of low detection success rate caused by needle insertion deviation in the detection process of the detection probe is avoided.
In addition, the detection apparatus for a display panel in the embodiment of the invention further includes a moving member horizontally moving along the first direction for improving the detection efficiency of the display panel.
