Abstract
The invention discloses a detection device of a display panel, which comprises: the detection probes are used for inputting detection signals to the signal input end when being electrically connected with the signal input end of the display panel to be detected; the detection circuits are electrically connected with the detection probes and are used for detecting the resistance values of any two detection probes electrically connected with the signal input end; and the alarm device is electrically connected with the detection circuit and used for giving an alarm according to the detection result of the detection circuit. The detection equipment of the display panel provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for avoiding the problem that the detection success rate is low due to the occurrence of needle inserting deviation in the detection process of the detection probe.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a detection device of a display panel.
Background
The array process is a stage in the manufacturing process of the display panel, in the array process, a thin film transistor array circuit needs to be formed on a glass substrate, the quality of the thin film transistor array circuit directly determines the quality of the display panel, and the detection of the array circuit becomes an important link in the manufacturing process.
At present, a display panel is tested by a detection method of contacting a probe with the display panel, and the working principle of the detection method is that a signal is added to a signal input terminal in a thin film transistor array circuit through the probe, and then a vios (voltage Imaging Optical subsystem) system is used for detecting the display panel. However, with the improvement of the automation of the display panel detection, the display panel detection adopts automatic detection instead of manual detection, and when the detection probe is not shifted to cause abnormal lighting images, the abnormal conditions cannot be detected in time, thereby affecting the detection process and reducing the success rate of the detection.
Therefore, a new technical solution is needed to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a detection device of a display panel, which is used for avoiding the problem that the detection success rate is low due to the fact that a detection probe generates needle inserting deviation in the detection process.
The embodiment of the invention provides a detection device of a display panel, which comprises:
the detection probes are used for inputting detection signals to the signal input end when being electrically connected with the signal input end of the display panel to be detected;
the detection circuits are electrically connected with the detection probes and are used for detecting the resistance values of any two detection probes electrically connected with the signal input end;
and the alarm device is electrically connected with the detection circuit and used for giving an alarm according to the detection result of the detection circuit.
In the detection apparatus for a display panel provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the detection apparatus for a display panel further includes a waveform output device, and the waveform output device is electrically connected to the detection circuit and configured to output a waveform diagram of an electrical signal formed by the detection circuit.
In the detection apparatus for a display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, the alarm device is configured to receive a resistance value between any two of the detection probes detected by the detection circuit, compare the received resistance value with a preset resistance value, and send an alarm when the resistance value is smaller than the preset resistance value.
In the detection apparatus for a display panel provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the detection apparatus for a display panel further includes:
the detection table is used for placing the display panel to be detected;
a fixing member provided on the detection stage for fixing the detection probe.

In addition, the detection device of the display panel in the embodiment of the invention further comprises a moving member horizontally moving along the first direction, so as to improve the detection efficiency of the display panel.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the invention provides a detection apparatus for a display panel, including: the display panel testing device comprises a plurality of groups of detection probes R, a plurality of detection circuits 11 and an alarm device 12, wherein the detection probes R are used for inputting detection signals to a signal input end 211 of a display panel 2 to be tested when the detection probes R are electrically connected with the signal input end 211; the detection circuit 11 is electrically connected to the detection probe R, and is configured to detect resistance values of any two detection probes 11 electrically connected to the signal input end 211; the alarm device 12 is electrically connected to the detection circuit 11, and is configured to send an alarm according to a detection result of the detection circuit 11.
The detecting probes R include a first detecting probe R1, a second detecting probe R2, a third detecting probe R3, a fourth detecting probe R4 and an Nth detecting probe Rn electrically connected to the signal input end 211 of the display panel 2. The detecting circuit 11 is formed by electrically connecting the external wires 14 with two adjacent detecting probes and electrically connecting the array circuit of the thin film transistor, for example, the first detecting probe R1 and the second detecting probe R2 are connected by the wires 14 to form the detecting circuit 11; the third detection probe R3 and the fourth detection probe R4 are connected through a lead 14 to form a detection circuit 11; by analogy, the Nth detection probe Rn-1 and the Nth detection probe Rn are connected through the wire 14 to form the detection circuit 11. The drawings of the present invention are only one illustration, and the detection circuit 11 further includes other detection probe combinations, for example, the first detection probe R1 and the fourth detection probe R4 are connected by a lead 14 to form the detection circuit 11; the second detecting probe R2 and the third detecting probe R3 are connected by a conducting wire 14 to form a detecting circuit 11. It should be understood that the complete detection circuit 11 also includes a power supply and other components, and the technology is common knowledge and will not be described in detail herein.
Alternatively, the detecting circuits 11 in the embodiment of the present invention may also be in parallel, that is, at least two detecting circuits 11 are connected in series and then connected by the conducting wire 14 to form a parallel circuit.
Further, with reference to fig. 1, the detecting apparatus of the display panel further includes a waveform output device 13, where the waveform output device 13 is electrically connected to the detecting circuit 11 and is configured to output a waveform diagram of the electrical signal formed by the detecting circuit 11. The waveform output device comprises waveform output equipment, a display screen and the like which are electrically connected with the waveform output equipment. For example, the waveform output device includes an electrochemical workstation and the display screen includes a computer display screen and a display.
The alarm device 12 is configured to receive a resistance value between any two of the detection probes of the detection circuit 11, compare the received resistance value with a preset resistance value, and send an alarm when the resistance value is smaller than the preset resistance value. Wherein the alarm device 12 comprises an audible alarm or a light alarm.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the alarm device 12 includes an acoustic alarm, for example, which emits a sound indicating an abnormality when the insertion position of the detection probe R is shifted. When the puncture position of the detection probe R is normal, the sound alarm gives out a sound for prompting normal.
The alarm device 12 in the embodiment of the present invention further includes an optical alarm which displays a red light when the pricking position of the sensing probe R is deviated. When the puncture position of the detection probe R is normal, the light alarm displays a green light. It should be understood that the prompting form of the sound alarm and the light alarm in the embodiment of the present invention may be set according to actual requirements.
Wherein the number of detection probes R is greater than or equal to the number of signal input terminals contacted therewith. Preferably, the number of the detection probes R is greater than the number of the signal input terminals contacting with the detection probes R, and the excess detection probes are used for loading detection signals to each display panel when the number of the signal input terminals of the display panel increases, or replacing a certain group of detection probes when the certain group of detection probes cannot work, and ensuring that the loading process of the detection signals to each panel is completed at one time; and if the number of the detection probes on the fixing component is far larger than that of the signal input ends of the display panels to be detected, the loading process of detection signals can be completed for two display panels to be detected or more display panels to be detected simultaneously, so that the detection efficiency is improved.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, taking a detection circuit 11 as an example, in the detection apparatus of a display panel provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the alarm device 12 may be further connected in series with the detection probe R and within the detection circuit 11.
Referring to fig. 3, in the display panel inspection apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, the display panel inspection apparatus further includes an inspection stage 15 and a fixing member 16, the inspection stage 15 is used for placing the display panel 2 to be inspected, and the fixing member 16 is disposed on the inspection stage 15 and is used for fixing the inspection probe R.
Further, the inspection apparatus for the display panel further includes a moving member 17, and the moving member 17 is disposed on the inspection table 15, connected to the fixing member 16, and moves the fixing member 16. The moving member 17 includes a sliding block 171 and a sliding groove 172, the sliding block 171 is disposed in the sliding groove 172, and the fixed member 16 is disposed on the sliding block 171. Wherein the moving member 17 moves in a first direction D1 on the test bench 15. Alternatively, the fixing member 16 may be moved on the slider 171 in the second direction D2. In the inspection apparatus for a display panel according to the embodiment of the present invention, the moving member 17 is disposed on the inspection stage 15 such that the inspection probe R moves in the first direction D1, and the fixing member 16 moves on the slider 171 in the second direction D2, thereby improving the test efficiency by finely adjusting the positional relationship between the display panel 2 to be tested and the inspection probe R. It should be understood that the first direction D1 in the present invention refers to a direction parallel to the test stage 15, and the second direction D2 refers to a direction parallel to the test stage 15 and perpendicular to the first direction D1.
When the detection is started, the detection probe R moves to a suitable position along the first direction D1, so that the detection probe R contacts with the signal input end 211 of the display panel, and the detection signal is loaded into the array circuit of the thin film transistor. It should be understood that suitable positions in embodiments of the present invention refer to moving to positions set in a program.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, in the detecting apparatus of a display panel according to the embodiment of the present invention, the detecting probe R includes a first end connected to the signal input connection end 211 and a second end connected to the detecting circuit 11, and the first end is exposed on the detecting platform 15.
It should be understood that the electrical connection between the detection probe R and the signal input end 211 of the display panel 2 to be tested in the embodiment of the invention means that the detection probe R is electrically connected to the signal input end 211 of the array substrate 21 in the display panel 2 to be tested.
The detection device of the display panel provided by the embodiment of the invention is suitable for the display panel provided with the array substrate, such as a thin film transistor driven liquid crystal display panel (TFT-LCD), an Organic light emitting Diode (Organic light emitting Diode) and the like.
Compared with the prior art, in the detection device of the display panel provided by the embodiment of the invention, the detection circuit is connected to the detection probe, whether the needle inserting position of the detection probe deviates or not is judged according to the detected resistance value of the detection probe, and the alarm device is arranged on the detection circuit, so that real-time detection can be realized, and the problem that the detection success rate of the detection probe is low due to the needle inserting deviation in the detection process is avoided.
In addition, the detection device of the display panel in the embodiment of the invention further comprises a moving member horizontally moving along the first direction, so as to improve the detection efficiency of the display panel.

the detection circuits are electrically connected with the detection probes and are used for detecting the resistance values of any two detection probes electrically connected with the signal input end;
and the alarm device is electrically connected with the detection circuit and used for giving an alarm according to the detection result of the detection circuit.
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a waveform output device electrically connected to the detection circuit for outputting a waveform of the electrical signal generated by the detection circuit.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the alarm device is configured to receive the resistance value between any two of the detection probes detected by the detection circuit, compare the received resistance value with a preset resistance value, and send an alarm when the resistance value is smaller than the preset resistance value.
4. The apparatus for inspecting a display panel according to claim 1, further comprising:
the detection table is used for placing the display panel to be detected;
a fixing member provided on the detection stage for fixing the detection probe.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, further comprising a moving member disposed on the inspection table and connected to the fixing member for moving the fixing member.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the moving member includes a slide block and a slide groove, the slide block is disposed in the slide groove, and the fixing member is disposed on the slide block.
7. The inspection apparatus of a display panel according to claim 6, wherein the moving member moves in a first direction on the test stand.
8. The apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the inspection probe comprises a first end connected to the signal input connection terminal and a second end connected to the detection circuit, and the first end is exposed on the inspection stage.
9. The apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the alarm device comprises an audible alarm or a light alarm.
10. The apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the number of the detection probes is greater than or equal to the number of the signal input terminals in contact therewith.
