Abstract

本发明公开了一种防静电膜双边热熔焊接封边成袋机,包括带有传送辊筒的机架、自动夹取翻折组件、调距拉料组件、热熔焊接组件、自动裁切组件以及出料盒,自动夹取翻折组件包括一侧的传动箱、两只翻折辊、翻折杆以及固定在翻折杆前端的自动夹取组件,热熔焊接组件包括热接滚轮和支架,热接滚轮外圈设有热焊辊,热焊辊外连电加热设置,采用对称翻折、同步抽拉热接的方式实现自动封边成袋,将平展进料的单层防静电膜夹取,逆向翻折180度后,对防静电膜两侧的待封边通过热熔焊接组件将上下两层防静电膜热熔粘接,同时再由调距拉料组件对逐渐成型的防静电袋向前抽离至成型位置,再由裁切刀横向裁切防静电膜,再下料,可实现连续热接封边成袋。

技术领域
本发明涉及防静电膜封边成袋设备技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电膜双边热熔焊接封边成袋机。
背景技术
现代物流行业都需要有包材包装产品、物料以辅助运输,对于电子元器件、电子产品、智能家电设备等物品的包装更是格外注重,在防止刮擦、磕碰的同时,还需要对电子器件进行防静电保护,因此,防静电膜作为很好的包材已经被各行各业充分肯定,将其制备成包装袋再对电子产品包装,将有效保证对产品的静电保护。现有的防静电膜包装袋一般采用方形设计,两侧直接热接粘合,传统的热接工艺效率不高,鲜有采用自动热接设备进行不间断封口制备包装袋的设备,为了完善防静电膜制备包装袋的市场空缺和技术空缺,需要再设计出高效、简便、实用的自动热接封边成袋设备。
发明内容
本发明目的是:鉴于背景技术中对防静电膜实现大批量地自动化热接封边进行高效加工生产的技术需求,我们设计提出一种防静电膜双边热熔焊接封边成袋机,本机采用对称翻折、同步抽拉热接的方式实现自动封边成袋,具体是将平展进料的单层防静电膜夹取,逆向翻折180度后,对防静电膜两侧的待封边通过热熔焊接组件将上下两层防静电膜热熔粘接,同时再由调距拉料组件对逐渐成型的防静电袋向前抽离至成型位置,再由裁切刀横向裁切防静电膜,再下料至出料盒中,可实现连续不断的热接封边成袋作业,从而提高了自动封边效率,实用方便。
为解决上述问题采取的技术方案是:
一种防静电膜双边热熔焊接封边成袋机,包括带有传送辊筒的机架、自动夹取翻折组件、调距拉料组件、热熔焊接组件、自动裁切组件以及出料盒,
将防静电膜展开平铺在传送辊筒上,防静电膜前端边缘被自动夹取翻折组件夹取,所述传送辊筒包括一体式辊筒和分体式辊筒,一体式辊筒承接防静电膜上料,分体式辊筒包括传送轴和两侧的半截辊筒,所述分体式辊筒用于给调距拉料组件避让空间的同时,将逐渐成型的防静电袋承托下料,
所述自动夹取翻折组件固定在机架中部,包括一侧的传动箱、与半截辊筒相切贴合的两只翻折辊、两相连的翻折杆以及固定在翻折杆前端的自动夹取组件,所述传动箱内设有传动电机,传动电机的主轴与翻折辊轴孔配合,并与一侧的翻折杆一端固连,并带动另一侧的翻折杆同步翻转180度,自动夹取组件包括夹取气缸和夹取爪,
所述调距拉料组件设置在自动翻转夹取组件前端,包括调距箱、拉料气缸和拉料夹爪,所述调距箱固定在机架上,内部设有的滑块滑轨组件和手轮调节丝杆副控制拉料气缸前后滑移,所述拉料气缸固定在调距箱内,其中拉料夹爪的夹取初始位置为防静电膜翻折位置,而拉料夹爪的夹取终点位置为防静电膜被热接成袋后的成型位置,随后再由自动裁切组件横向裁切防静电膜,再下料,
所述热熔焊接组件设置在自动夹取翻折组件下一工位,并与防静电膜两侧边缘的待热接位置对应,包括与半截辊筒相切配合的热接滚轮和支架,所述热接滚轮外圈设有热焊辊,热焊辊外连电加热设置,用于和传送辊筒相切配合时对中间夹取的防静电膜进行连续热熔焊接封边。
进一步地,所述夹取爪与翻折杆之间还设有橡胶垫片,在夹取气缸收缩控制夹取爪与橡胶垫片之间紧密贴合时,将防静电膜牢牢夹紧。
进一步地,所述自动裁切组件横向水平固定在自动夹取翻折组件下一工位,包括滑移箱、电动滑移丝杆副和左右滑移的裁切刀,所述裁切刀固定在电动滑移丝杆副的丝杆滑块上,裁切刀的刀刃向上,并与两翻折杆之间固连的裁切板贴合,滑移裁切防静电膜。
进一步地,防静电膜被热接成袋后的成型位置仍位于翻折杆后端,保证翻折部分的防静电膜长度小于未翻折的防静电膜部分。
本发明的有益效果是:

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1-6,本实施例提出一种防静电膜双边热熔焊接封边成袋机,包括带有传送辊筒3的机架1、自动夹取翻折组件、调距拉料组件、热熔焊接组件、自动裁切组件以及出料盒9。
具体地说,经过上料辊将防静电膜2展开平铺在传送辊筒3上,防静电膜2前端边缘被自动夹取翻折组件夹取,所述传送辊筒3包括一体式辊筒和分体式辊筒,一体式辊筒承接防静电膜2上料,分体式辊筒包括传送轴17和两侧的半截辊筒15,所述分体式辊筒用于给调距拉料组件避让空间的同时,将逐渐成型的防静电袋14承托下料。
所述自动夹取翻折组件固定在机架1中部,包括一侧的传动箱6、与半截辊筒15相切贴合的两只翻折辊25、两相连的翻折杆5以及固定在翻折杆前端的自动夹取组件,所述传动箱6内设有传动电机,传动电机的主轴23与翻折辊25轴孔配合,并与一侧的翻折杆5一端固连,并带动另一侧的翻折杆5同步翻转180度,自动夹取组件包括夹取气缸4和夹取爪41。
所述调距拉料组件设置在自动翻转夹取组件前端,包括调距箱12、拉料气缸16和拉料夹爪10,所述调距箱12固定在机架上,1内部设有的滑块滑轨组件11和手轮调节丝杆副13控制拉料气缸16前后滑移,所述拉料气缸16固定在调距箱12内,其中拉料夹爪10的夹取初始位置为防静电膜2翻折位置,而拉料夹爪10的夹取终点位置为防静电膜2被热接成袋后的成型位置,随后再由自动裁切组件横向裁切防静电膜2,再下料。
所述热熔焊接组件设置在自动夹取翻折组件下一工位,并与防静电膜2两侧边缘的待热接位置对应,包括与半截辊筒15相切配合的热接滚轮和支架21,所述热接滚轮外圈设有热焊辊8,热焊辊8外连电加热设置(图中未示出),用于和传送辊筒3相切配合时对中间夹取的防静电膜2进行连续热熔焊接封边。
进一步的实施方案是,所述夹取爪41与翻折杆5之间还设有橡胶垫片26,在夹取气缸4收缩控制夹取爪41与橡胶垫片26之间紧密贴合时,将防静电膜2牢牢夹紧。
进一步的实施方案是,所述自动裁切组件横向水平固定在自动夹取翻折组件下一工位,包括滑移箱7、电动滑移丝杆副和左右滑移的裁切刀22,所述裁切刀22固定在电动滑移丝杆副的丝杆滑块上,裁切刀22的刀刃向上,并与两翻折杆5之间固连的裁切板20贴合,滑移裁切防静电膜2。
进一步的实施方案是,防静电膜被热接成袋后的成型位置仍位于翻折杆后端,保证翻折部分的防静电膜长度小于未翻折的防静电膜部分。

1.一种防静电膜双边热熔焊接封边成袋机,包括带有传送辊筒的机架、自动夹取翻折组件、调距拉料组件、热熔焊接组件、自动裁切组件以及出料盒,其特征在于:
将防静电膜展开平铺在传送辊筒上,防静电膜前端边缘被自动夹取翻折组件夹取,所述传送辊筒包括一体式辊筒和分体式辊筒,一体式辊筒承接防静电膜上料,分体式辊筒包括传送轴和两侧的半截辊筒,所述分体式辊筒用于给调距拉料组件避让空间的同时,将逐渐成型的防静电袋承托下料,
所述自动夹取翻折组件固定在机架中部,包括一侧的传动箱、与半截辊筒相切贴合的两只翻折辊、两相连的翻折杆以及固定在翻折杆前端的自动夹取组件,所述传动箱内设有传动电机,传动电机的主轴与翻折辊轴孔配合,并与一侧的翻折杆一端固连,并带动另一侧的翻折杆同步翻转180度,自动夹取组件包括夹取气缸和夹取爪,
所述调距拉料组件设置在自动翻转夹取组件前端,包括调距箱、拉料气缸和拉料夹爪,所述调距箱固定在机架上,内部设有的滑块滑轨组件和手轮调节丝杆副控制拉料气缸前后滑移,所述拉料气缸固定在调距箱内,其中拉料夹爪的夹取初始位置为防静电膜翻折位置,而拉料夹爪的夹取终点位置为防静电膜被热接成袋后的成型位置,随后再由自动裁切组件横向裁切防静电膜,再下料,
所述热熔焊接组件设置在自动夹取翻折组件下一工位,并与防静电膜两侧边缘的待热接位置对应,包括与半截辊筒相切配合的热接滚轮和支架,所述热接滚轮外圈设有热焊辊,热焊辊外连电加热设置,用于和传送辊筒相切配合时对中间夹取的防静电膜进行连续热熔焊接封边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电膜双边热熔焊接封边成袋机,其特征在于:所述夹取爪与翻折杆之间还设有橡胶垫片,在夹取气缸收缩控制夹取爪与橡胶垫片之间紧密贴合时,将防静电膜牢牢夹紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电膜双边热熔焊接封边成袋机,其特征在于:所述自动裁切组件横向水平固定在自动夹取翻折组件下一工位,包括滑移箱、电动滑移丝杆副和左右滑移的裁切刀,所述裁切刀固定在电动滑移丝杆副的丝杆滑块上,裁切刀的刀刃向上,并与两翻折杆之间固连的裁切板贴合,滑移裁切防静电膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防静电膜双边热熔焊接封边成袋机,其特征在于:防静电膜被热接成袋后的成型位置仍位于翻折杆后端,保证翻折部分的防静电膜长度小于未翻折的防静电膜部分。
