本发明涉及印刷材料技术领域,具体是一种用于数码印刷的书刊纸。
背景技术
小批量书刊的数码印刷技术逐步推广,使用传统的胶印书刊纸存在着彩色印刷色彩还原不够理想、抗水性不足、平滑度欠缺等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于数码印刷的书刊纸,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于数码印刷的书刊纸,包含纸基,在纸基的两面涂有相同的水性涂料,该涂料的组分及其质量份数为:
颜料:80~120份
胶粘剂:19~24份
去离子水:219份
抗水剂:1.2份
分散剂:0.24~0.3份
消泡剂:0.24份
增白剂:0.2份。
上述书刊纸,所述颜料是硅酸铝、轻质碳酸钙、锌钡白或它们的混合物。
上述书刊纸,所述胶粘剂是PVA、XSBRL或其混合物。
上述书刊纸,所述纸基可以是胶印书刊纸,新闻纸,胶版纸等
上述书刊纸,所述水性涂料可以通过气刀、刮刀、微凹等涂布方式涂在所述纸基的两面,涂布量为单面3~7克/米2
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过对纸基进行双面涂布,提高了纸张的综合性能,用于数码印刷,可以有效地提高印刷质量,印品色彩亮丽,色牢度高,并且有很好的防水性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
一种用于数码印刷的书刊纸,包含纸基,在纸基的两面涂有相同的水性涂料,该涂料的组分及其质量份数为:颜料:80~120份,胶粘剂:19~24份,去离子水:219份,抗水剂:1.2份,分散剂:0.24~0.3份,消泡剂:0.24份,增白剂:0.2份。
实施例1:
按质量份数计取15份PVA1788加入到135份去离子水中搅拌升温,配制出10%的PVA溶液150份;50份无水硅酸铝AS881、50份碳酸钙GF-1250、0.24份分散剂(WS-2H)加入到226份去离子水中,高速分散1.5小时,搅拌情况下依次加入配制的10%PVA溶液150份、XSBRL 14份、1.2份抗水剂JH-701B、0.24份消泡剂AFP-100T、0.2份增白剂VBL。搅拌30分钟制得水性涂料,用气刀涂布机涂在胶印书刊纸的两面,干燥、软压光、卷取。每面的涂布量为4.5克/米2.
实施例2:
按质量份数计取16份PVA1788加入到144份去离子水中搅拌升温,配制出10%的PVA溶液160份;60份无水硅酸铝AS881、40份碳酸钙GF-1250、0.24份分散剂(SD-10)加入到219份去离子水中,高速分散1.5小时,搅拌情况下依次加入配制的10%PVA溶液160份、XSBRL 12份、1.2份抗水剂JH-701B、0.24份消泡剂AFP-100T、0.2份增白剂VBL。搅拌30分钟制得水性涂料,用气刀涂布机涂在胶印书刊纸的两面,干燥、软压光、卷取。每面的涂布量为5.3克/米2.
实施例3:
按质量份数计取17份PVA1788加入到153份去离子水中搅拌升温,配制出10%的PVA溶液170份;65份无水硅酸铝AS881、45份碳酸钙GF-1250、0.24份分散剂AA4141加入到208份去离子水中,高速分散1.5小时,搅拌情况下依次加入配制的10%PVA溶液170份、XSBRL 10份、1.2份抗水剂LWR-04(PZC)、0.24份消泡剂SD-202、0.2份增白剂VBL。搅拌30分钟制得水性涂料,用气刀涂布机涂在双胶纸的两面,干燥、软压光、卷取。每面的涂布量为6克/米2

1.一种用于数码印刷的书刊纸,其特征在于:在纸基的两面涂有相同的涂料,所述的涂料由以下质量份数的各组分制成:
颜料:80~120份
胶粘剂:19~24份
去离子水:219份
抗水剂:1.2份
分散剂:0.24~0.3份
消泡剂:0.24份
增白剂:0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂料,其特征在于:所述的颜料为硅酸铝、轻质碳酸钙、锌钡白或它们的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂料,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂是PVA、XSBRL的混合物。
