本发明公开了一种静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其由如下质量份的成分组成:颜料100份;胶乳10‑15份;消泡剂0.01‑2份;流变剂0.01‑2份;分散剂0.01‑2份;纸面电阻调节剂1‑5份;增白剂0.5‑3份;杀菌剂0.01‑2份;pH调节剂0.01‑3份。本发明通过涂料中纸面电阻调节剂作用,在铜版卡表面形成高电阻的涂层,在保证了铜版卡原有印刷物性外,提升了纸张涂料的电阻性能,使纸张在静电印刷过程中,印刷效果好,色彩饱和度佳,网点清晰,对铜卡纸作为印刷封面有更好的质量。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于造纸领域,具体涉及一种静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料及其应用。
背景技术
[0002] 铜版卡(Art Board)是以原纸涂布白色涂料制成的高级印刷卡纸,主要用于印刷 高级书刊的封面、彩色画片、各种精美的商品广告、样本、商品包装、商标等。
[0003] 铜版卡的主要原料是铜版原纸和涂料。对铜版原纸的要求是厚薄均匀,伸缩性小, 强度较高,抗水性好。纸面不得有斑点、皱纹、孔眼等纸病,用来涂布的涂料是由优质的白色 颜料、胶粘剂及辅助添加剂等组成的。目前抄造铜版卡的生产流程一般为散浆,磨浆,添加 湿部化学品,上浆,脱水,前干燥,表面施胶,后干燥,卷曲成纸制成原纸,再通过底涂、面涂 双层涂布,干燥、压光之后卷曲制成。
[0004] 铜版卡属于高档印刷用纸主要用于高档印品。在进行静电印刷的过程中,对纸张 除了一些基本物性方面的要求外,对静电复印纸的表面电阻率有很高的要求。现有的铜版 卡纸在静电印刷过程中,电阻性能不高,印刷网点模糊,印刷效果差。
发明内容
[0005] 为满足市场对静电印刷专用铜版卡的需求,本发明公开了一种静电印刷专用的铜 版卡涂料,能够在铜版卡表面形成高电阻的涂层,提升纸张涂料的电阻性能,从而使铜版卡 的印刷效果更好。

[0009] 其中,所述胶乳选自醋酸乙烯胶乳、苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳、羟基丁苯胶乳、醋酸乙 烯-丙烯酸酯胶乳、丙烯酸酯胶乳中的一种或几种。
[0010] 其中,所述填料选自研磨碳酸钙、沉淀碳酸钙、滑石粉、白土、瓷土、二氧化钛、云母 粉、石英粉中的一种或几种。
[0011] 其中,所述消泡剂选自聚乙二醇、脂肪酸防沫剂、二氧化硅类消泡剂、矿物油、聚乙 烯蜡、高碳脂肪醇、磷酸三丁酯、乳化甲基硅油中的一种或几种。
[0012] 其中,所述流变剂选自羧甲基纤维素钠、聚酰胺、变性酰胺共聚物、聚乙烯醇、改性 丙烯酸共聚物中的一种或几种。

2. 如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述胶乳选自醋酸乙烯 胶乳、苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳、羟基丁苯胶乳、醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯胶乳、丙烯酸酯胶乳中的一 种或几种。
3. 如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述填料选自研磨碳酸 钙、沉淀碳酸钙、滑石粉、白土、瓷土、二氧化钛、云母粉、石英粉中的一种或几种。
4. 如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选自聚乙二 醇、脂肪酸防沫剂、二氧化硅类、矿物油、聚乙烯蜡、高碳脂肪醇、磷酸三丁酯、乳化甲基硅油 中的一种或几种。
5. 如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述流变剂选自羧甲基 纤维素钠、聚酰胺、变性酰胺共聚物、聚乙烯醇、改性丙烯酸共聚物中的一种或几种。
6. 如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂选自异噻唑 啉酮及其衍生物、三丹油、氮、硫环状有机化合物中的一种或几种。
7. 如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂选自氢氧 化钠、碳酸氢三钠、磷酸氢二钠中的一种或几种。
8. 如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述纸面电阻调节剂选 自对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,异苯二甲酸中的一种或几种。
