Preferably, the approval result pushing unit 404 is configured to push the approval result to the applicant corresponding to the service request in a preset manner, and backfill the approval result information through an approval service interface according to the approval result; wherein the approval information comprises: the system comprises an approver, an approval result, approval time and an approval way.
The paperless mobile approval system for the inbound and outbound services in the embodiment of the present invention corresponds to the paperless mobile approval method 100 in another embodiment of the present invention, and is not described herein again.
The invention has been described with reference to a few embodiments. However, other embodiments of the invention than the one disclosed above are equally possible within the scope of the invention, as would be apparent to a person skilled in the art from the appended patent claims.

Claims (10)
1. A paperless mobile approval method for entry and exit business, the method comprising:
endowing each service request with a unique service code, determining electronic approval material data corresponding to each service request according to the service code, and establishing an association relation among the service code, the service request and the electronic approval material data;
pushing a plurality of service requests to be handled to a government affair WeChat platform according to a preset time interval and approval authority;
the government affair WeChat platform calls an inquiry service interface, and obtains electronic approval material data corresponding to each to-be-handled business request for approval according to the incidence relation between the to-be-handled business request and the electronic approval material data so as to determine an approval result;
pushing the approval result to an applicant corresponding to the service request according to a preset mode, and backfilling approval result information through an approval service interface according to the approval result; wherein the approval information comprises: the system comprises an approver, an approval result, approval time and an approval way.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the method comprises the steps of carrying out electronic acquisition on paper approval material data, determining all material pages of each piece of paper approval material data according to business codes, combining and compressing all material pages of each piece of paper approval material data to obtain each piece of electronic approval material data, and uploading the obtained electronic approval material data according to the approval state of business.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and filtering the electronic approval material data according to the office type and the authority of the approval unit, and determining the electronic approval data with the approval authority to display so as to ensure that the data are subjected to data transfer according to a specified flow.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when an approver corresponding to a service request is determined, the approver is set to have the authority of signing and processing the electronic material approval data corresponding to the service request.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining electronic approval material data corresponding to each pending service request for approval to determine approval results comprises:
for any one to-be-handled service request, judging whether the to-be-handled service request and electronic approval material data corresponding to the to-be-handled service request meet entry and exit regulations or not; if the result is in accordance with the verification result, performing approval on the WeChat government affair platform to determine approval result confirmation operation; and if not, performing examination and approval on the government affair WeChat to determine that the examination and approval result rejects the operation and determine the rejection reason.
6. A paperless mobile approval system for inbound and outbound traffic, the system comprising:
the data association unit is used for endowing each service request with a unique service code, determining electronic approval material data corresponding to each service request according to the service code, and establishing an association relation among the service code, the service request and the electronic approval material data;
the service request pushing unit is used for pushing a plurality of service requests to be handled to the government affair WeChat platform according to a preset time interval and the examination and approval authority;
the approval result determining unit is used for calling the query service interface by the government affair WeChat platform, acquiring the electronic approval material data corresponding to each to-be-handled business request according to the incidence relation between the to-be-handled business request and the electronic approval material data, and approving the electronic approval material data to determine an approval result;
the approval result pushing unit is used for pushing the approval result to the applicant in a preset mode and backfilling approval result information through an approval service interface according to the approval result; wherein the approval information comprises: the system comprises an approver, an approval result, approval time and an approval way.
7. The system of claim 6, further comprising:
and the electronic approval material uploading unit is used for electronically collecting the paper approval material data, determining all material pages of each piece of paper approval material data according to the service code, combining and compressing all material pages of each piece of paper approval material data to obtain each piece of electronic approval material data, and uploading the obtained electronic approval material data according to the approval state of the service.
8. The system of claim 6, further comprising:
and the electronic approval material data filtering unit is used for filtering the electronic approval material data according to the office type and the authority of the approval unit, determining the electronic approval data with the approval authority, and displaying the electronic approval data so as to ensure that the data are subjected to data transfer according to a specified flow.
9. The system of claim 6, further comprising:
and the signing processing authority determining unit is used for setting the authority of only the examining and approving personnel for signing and processing the electronic material examining and approving data corresponding to the service request when the examining and approving personnel corresponding to the service request is determined.
10. The system according to claim 6, wherein the approval result determining unit obtains the electronic approval material data corresponding to each pending service request for approval to determine the approval result, and includes:
for any one to-be-handled service request, judging whether the to-be-handled service request and electronic approval material data corresponding to the to-be-handled service request meet entry and exit regulations or not; if the result is in accordance with the verification result, performing approval on the WeChat government affair platform to determine approval result confirmation operation; and if not, performing examination and approval on the government affair WeChat to determine that the examination and approval result rejects the operation and determine the rejection reason.
