In one embodiment of the invention, the Internet of things system comprises an Internet of things terminal, an Internet of things node application server and an Internet of things storage device; the terminal of the Internet of things comprises one or more combinations of a video detector, an equipment sensor, an RFID tag and GPS terminal equipment and is used for acquiring field data of a project; the node application server of the internet of things is used for formatting the field data into a data input format corresponding to the block chain network, entering the data input format into a verification node preset on the block chain network, and backing up the field data to the storage device of the internet of things; the storage device of the internet of things is used for storing the field data. Referring to fig. 4, the internet of things system 200 includes an internet of things terminal 201, an internet of things node application server 202, and an internet of things storage device 203.
The internet of things terminal 201 comprises a video detector, a device sensor, an RFID tag, a GPS terminal and other devices and is used for collecting various types of relevant data of the construction site. The internet of things node application server 202 is configured to format the instruction into an input required by an interface provided by the blockchain, so as to complete a processing function corresponding to the instruction. Various data, system logs and other data related to the construction site are stored in the storage device 203 of the internet of things.
In one embodiment of the invention, the node application server of the internet of things comprises a data acquisition module, a data processing module and a data monitoring module; the data acquisition module is used for analyzing the field data acquired by the Internet of things terminal and transmitting the analyzed field data to the data processing module; the data processing module is used for integrating the received field data, calling the block chain network to perform Hash operation on the integrated field data, and linking a Hash value obtained by the Hash operation to a verification node preset on the block chain network; the data monitoring module is used for monitoring the field data integrated by the data processing module according to a preset rule, comparing the integrated field data with a preset threshold value and obtaining a monitoring analysis result according to a comparison result; and linking the monitoring analysis result to a preset verification node on the block chain network. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the node application server 202 of the internet of things includes a data acquisition module 2021, a data processing module 2022, and a data monitoring module 2023. The data acquisition module 2021 is configured to analyze information acquired by the video detector, the device sensor, the RFID tag, and the GPS terminal, complete data integration and processing by the data processing module 2022, and then call the block chain to transmit the processed data to the block chain verification node for consensus and verification. The data monitoring module 2023 analyzes the data generated by the data processing module 2022 according to the system monitoring rule, and sends the monitoring analysis result to the block chain verification node through an instruction.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the right query module includes a right management system terminal, a right management system application server, and a right management system storage device; the right and interest management system terminal is used for receiving an inquiry command input from the outside and providing the inquiry command to the right and interest management system application server; the right management system application server is used for converting the received query instruction into the reading format of the block chain network and then delivering the read format to the block chain network to obtain a project management state corresponding to the query instruction; the rights management system storage device is used for storing and displaying the project management state. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the rights management system 400 includes a rights management system terminal 401, a rights management system application server 402, and a rights management system storage device 403. The rights and interests management system terminal 401 includes a PC or a mobile terminal, and is configured to display an entry interface, receive an instruction submitted by a monitoring authority, and transmit the instruction to the rights and interests management system application server 402. The rights management system application server 402 is configured to format the instruction as an input of an interface requirement provided by the blockchain to complete a processing function corresponding to the instruction. The application server stores the operation, log, and query data returned by the blockchain to the rights management system storage 403.
Referring to fig. 7 again, in an embodiment of the present invention, the rights management system application server 402 includes a project information management module 4021, a contract information management module 4022, a user information management module 4023, a project progress management module 4024, a rights management module 4025, a risk management module 4026, a statistical analysis module 4027, and a rule management module 4028.
The project information management module 4021 is configured to provide a query interface to the processing terminal, analyze a project information query request input by the input interface of the supervisory authority, send a query instruction to the block chain verification node, and obtain a collaboration mechanism number, a project type, a project name, a project address, a project scale, a project building area, project main structure information (information on the ground/underground of the project, each building/floor, and the like) and project associated file information, where the query result is displayed through the query interface.
The contract information management module 4022 is configured to provide a query interface to the processing terminal, analyze a contract information query request input by the input interface of the supervisory organization, send a query instruction to the block chain verification node, and acquire information such as a partner organization number, a contract name, a project number, a contract relation, a contract signing date, a name and a contact manner of contract-related personnel, account information, a project name, a project location, a total contract price, a payment manner of progress, and a contract-related document, where the query result is displayed through the query interface.
The user information management module 4023 is configured to provide a query interface to the processing terminal, analyze a user information query request input by the input interface of the supervisory authority, send a query instruction to the blockchain verification node, and obtain information such as a collaboration authority number, a project number, a unique user identity identifier, a user name, a user category (including but not limited to a developer, a general package, a sub-package, a laborer, and a supervisor), and a user association file, where the query result is displayed through the query interface.
The project progress management module 4024 is configured to provide a query interface to the processing terminal, analyze a project progress information query request input by the input interface of the monitoring mechanism, send a query instruction to the block chain verification node, and obtain information such as a project number, a parcel/segment number, a building number, a current completion floor number, a current completion output value, a current completion building area, and a project progress association file (including but not limited to a casting order, a monthly progress approval table, and the like), where the query result is displayed through the query interface.
The equity management module 4025 calculates equity of the related labor subjects (subcontracting, labor workers) according to an equity calculation rule preset by the rule management module 4028 and through various information of the construction project, contract, user and project schedule acquired by the project information management module 4021, the contract information management module 4022, the user information management module 4023 and the project schedule management module 4024, and sends the equity of the labor subjects (subcontracting, labor workers) to the block chain verification node for consensus and evidence, thereby completing the equity registration process. Similarly, the interest management module provides the interest management inquiry and maintenance functions for the relevant personnel through the processing terminal.
The risk management module 4026 is configured to provide a query interface to the processing terminal, analyze a project risk information query request input by the input interface of the monitoring authority, send a query instruction to the block chain verification node, and acquire a project number, a risk category, and risk description information, where the query result is displayed through the query interface. Similarly, the risk management module provides a risk information processing function for related personnel through the processing terminal.
The statistical analysis module 4027 is configured to provide a query interface to the processing terminal, analyze a statistical analysis query request input by the input interface of the monitoring authority, and display a statistical result interface according to a set statistical analysis rule.
The rule management module 4028 is configured to provide an interface to the processing terminal, and analyze a rule query and maintenance request input by the input interface of the monitoring authority, and is configured to query, set a rights calculation rule and a statistical analysis rule.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the verification node includes a project information management module, a rights and interests management module, a risk assessment module, and a transaction consensus module; the project information management module is used for receiving the project associated information and identifying the project associated information to other verification nodes in the block chain network through the transaction identification module; the interest management module is used for receiving the personnel information and identifying the personnel information to other verification nodes in the block chain network through the transaction identification module; the risk assessment module is used for analyzing and obtaining risk assessment data of the building project through a preset risk assessment rule according to the field data, the project association information and the personnel information, and commonly identifying the risk assessment data to other verification nodes in the block chain network through the transaction consensus module; or receiving and storing the risk assessment data commonly identified by other verification nodes; the transaction consensus module is used for enabling uplink information of all verification nodes in the block chain network to be consistent according to a preset consensus algorithm. The project information management module can comprise a project associated information registration module and a project associated information query module, and the rights and interests management module can comprise a rights and interests registration module, a rights and interests verification module, a rights and interests freezing module, a rights and interests unfreezing module and a rights and interests query module; specifically, referring to fig. 8, the blockchain verification node 302 includes a project-related information registration module 3011, a project-related information query module 3012, a rights and interests registration module 3013, a rights and interests verification module 3014, a rights and interests freezing module 3015, a rights and interests unfreezing module 3016, a rights and interests query module 3017, a risk assessment module 3018, a transaction consensus module 3019, and a file storage module 3020.
The project association information registration module 3011 is configured to receive a project association information registration request transmitted by a collaboration mechanism application server and an internet of things system node application server, invoke the transaction consensus module 3019 to complete corresponding consensus, then execute an intelligent contract, and register the project association information in each verification node according to a contract rule, so as to ensure that the project association information on all the verification nodes is consistent. For the file information in the project association information, the file is stored in the blockchain file storage device by calling the file storage module 3020. In an embodiment of the present invention, the project-related information may be project information, contract information, project schedule information, user information, and collected information of an internet of things system described in the present invention. The project associated information associated file information may be a project construction license, a project construction drawing, a work order, a pouring order, a monthly schedule examination and approval table, and the like described in the present invention.
The item associated information query module 3012 is configured to receive an item associated information query request sent by the partner mechanism application server, obtain item associated information according to a query condition, and return the item associated information.
The rights and interests registration module 3013 is configured to receive a rights and interests registration request transmitted by a rights and interests management system application server, invoke the transaction consensus module 3019 to complete corresponding consensus, then execute an intelligent contract, and register the rights and interests information in each verification node through a contract rule, so as to ensure that the rights and interests information on all the verification nodes are consistent.
The rights and interests checking module 3014 is configured to receive a rights and interests registration request transmitted by a rights and interests management system application server, invoke the transaction consensus module 3019 to complete corresponding consensus, then execute an intelligent contract, and register the rights and interests information in each verification node through a contract rule, so as to ensure that the rights and interests information on all the verification nodes are consistent.
The right profit verification and cancellation module 3014, the right profit freezing module 3015, and the right profit unfreezing module 3016 are configured to receive a right profit adjustment request transmitted by a downstream data user (such as a government, a financial institution, etc.) in a business process, then execute an intelligent contract, update right profit information according to a contract rule, and register the right profit information in each verification node to ensure that the right profit information on all the verification nodes is consistent.
The right and interest query module 3017 is configured to receive a right and interest information query request sent by the right and interest management system application server, obtain right and interest information according to a query condition, and return the right and interest information.
The risk assessment module 3018 obtains the project association information transmitted by the cooperation mechanism application server and the internet of things system node application server, the internet of things terminal device acquisition information, and executes the intelligent contract according to the preset risk assessment contract rule according to the project association information registration module 3011, and registers the project risk assessment result into each verification node through the contract rule, so as to ensure that the risk assessment information on all the verification nodes is consistent. In addition, the risk assessment module 3018 supports receiving a risk information query request from the rights management system application server, and obtains and returns risk information according to the query condition.
The transaction consensus module 3019 is configured to ensure that uplink information on all verification nodes is consistent. When a transaction consensus module of a certain verification node receives the incoming chain transaction information, the incoming chain transaction information is broadcasted to all verification nodes, the transaction consensus modules of all the verification nodes check whether the requested transaction is repeated, if the requested transaction is repeated, the requested transaction is discarded, otherwise, the requested transaction consensus module is stored in an internal memory, the request is packaged into a consensus block, a hash value (assumed as H0) of the block is generated, each verification node needs to receive the information of at least 2 other verification nodes, the verification hash value H0 in each piece of information is consistent with the received summary of the requested verification, and the incoming chain information transaction consensus is completed.
In the invention, the link information may include project information, contract information, project progress information, user information, equipment acquisition information of the internet of things system, project associated file information, and rights and interests management information described in the invention. The file storage module 3020 is configured to store, through the file storage module, the project information, the contract information, the project schedule information, the user information, and the device acquisition information related file information described in the project information.
Referring to fig. 9 again, in an embodiment of the present invention, the risk assessment module 3018 includes a risk assessment contract rule setting sub-module 30181, a risk assessment result generating sub-module 30182, and a risk assessment result query sub-module 30183. The risk assessment contract rule setting sub-module 30181 is configured to receive risk assessment contract rules, execute an intelligent contract after completing corresponding consensus, register the risk assessment contract rules in each verification node, and ensure that the risk assessment contract rules on all the verification nodes are consistent. The risk assessment result generation sub-module 30182 is configured to check changes in project information, contract information, project progress information, user information, and information collected by the internet of things system, match the data with a risk assessment contract rule when the changes occur, perform multidimensional data verification and comparison, generate an assessment result according to the rule, register the risk assessment result in each verification node, and ensure that the risk assessment results on all the verification nodes are consistent. And the risk assessment result query submodule 30183 is configured to receive a risk assessment result query request transmitted by the rights and interests management system application server, obtain a risk assessment result according to a query condition, and return the risk assessment result.
The invention also provides a building rights and interests management method based on the block chain, which comprises the following steps: building a block chain network through a plurality of verification nodes; acquiring project associated information and personnel information by using a cooperation mechanism system connected with the verification nodes, acquiring field data of a project through an Internet of things system, and identifying the field data, the project associated information and the personnel information to other verification nodes in the blockchain network; acquiring the project association information, the personnel information and the field data which are commonly identified in the blockchain network according to the received management instruction; analyzing the field data, the project association information and the personnel information to obtain a project management state, and identifying the project management state to other verification nodes in the block chain network. Specifically, referring to fig. 10, in practical operation, the above embodiment may be implemented according to the following process, and it should be understood by those skilled in the art that this example is only for the convenience of understanding the building interest management method based on the block chain provided by the present invention, and is not limited to this:
s101: project information, contract information, user information, project progress information and associated files are input by a construction project manager and construction site field related personnel through a cooperative machine mechanism system terminal.
S102: the cooperation mechanism system initiates a link entering request to the block chain verification node 1, wherein the link entering information comprises project information, contract information, user information, project progress information, associated files and file hash values of the associated files.
S103: the application server of the Internet of things system collects relevant data of a data project construction site through a video detector, a device sensor, an RFID tag, a GPS terminal and other devices.
S104: the Internet of things system initiates a chain entering request to the blockchain verification node 2, and the chain entering information comprises information collected by a video detector, an equipment sensor, an RFID tag and a GPS terminal.

In an embodiment of the present invention, analyzing the field data, the project association information, and the personnel information to obtain a project management status further includes: performing multi-dimensional verification comparison on the field data, the project association information and the personnel information through a risk evaluation model and a preset threshold value of each verification node arranged in the block chain network to obtain a risk evaluation result; and identifying the risk evaluation result to other verification nodes in the blockchain network. In this embodiment, mainly related to a risk assessment link, as shown in fig. 11, in practical work, the following process may be adopted:
s201: and setting the risk assessment contract rules abstracted from the risk assessment model to each node through preset parameters.
S202: the intelligent contract identifies the change of project information, contract information, project progress information and user information provided by the cooperation mechanism system and the acquisition information of the Internet of things system in real time and acquires the latest data.
S203: and performing multi-dimensional check comparison on the data according to the data matching risk assessment contract rule, generating a risk assessment result, and registering the risk assessment result on each node of the block chain.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the analyzing the field data, the project association information, and the personnel information to obtain the project management status further includes: comparing the field data with the project correlation information to obtain a building project completion ratio value; obtaining identity authentication information according to the comparison result of the field data and the personnel information; obtaining rights and interests information according to the project association information, the building project completion proportion value and the identity authentication information; and identifying the rights and interests information to other verification nodes in the block chain network. The project related information comprises project information, contract information and project construction information. Specifically, as shown in fig. 12, the right information obtaining method may include the following steps:
s301: and calculating the rights and interests of related labor main bodies (sub-packages and labor workers) according to preset rights and interests calculation rules. Before this step is performed, the equity management system has acquired project information, contract information, user information, project schedule information, and associated file information of the partner institution system that has entered the chain from the blockchain verification node 3.
S302: the equity management system initiates an entry chain request to the blockchain verification node 3, and the entry chain information includes the equity of the labor body (subcontracting, labor worker).
S303: and each verification node of the block chain receives the request information of the rights and interests management system and performs consensus.

The invention has the beneficial technical effects that: based on block chain construction, the labor right and interests are guaranteed to be legal and effective and cannot be tampered; real-time project information and project progress condition monitoring are provided for a supervision department, problem nodes can be located in time, and supervision cost is reduced; meanwhile, the construction project engineering quantity and output value can be evaluated, monitored and technically cross-checked according to the intelligent contract, and the fact that the all-stage information of the construction project is real and effective is guaranteed.
The invention also provides a computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method when executing the computer program.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for executing the above method.
As shown in fig. 13, the electronic device 600 may further include: communication module 110, input unit 120, audio processing unit 130, display 160, power supply 170. It is noted that the electronic device 600 does not necessarily include all of the components shown in FIG. 13; furthermore, the electronic device 600 may also comprise components not shown in fig. 13, which may be referred to in the prior art.
As shown in fig. 13, the central processing unit 1001, sometimes referred to as a controller or operation control, may include a microprocessor or other processor device and/or logic device, and the central processing unit 1001 receives input and controls the operation of the various components of the electronic device 600.

The memory 140 may also include a data store 143, the data store 143 for storing data, such as contacts, digital data, pictures, sounds, and/or any other data used by the electronic device. The driver storage portion 144 of the memory 140 may include various drivers of the electronic device for communication functions and/or for performing other functions of the electronic device (e.g., messaging application, address book application, etc.).
The communication module 110 is a transmitter/receiver 110 that transmits and receives signals via an antenna 111. The communication module (transmitter/receiver) 110 is coupled to the cpu 1001 to provide an input signal and receive an output signal, which may be the same as in the case of a conventional mobile communication terminal.
Based on different communication technologies, a plurality of communication modules 110, such as a cellular network module, a bluetooth module, and/or a wireless local area network module, may be provided in the same electronic device. The communication module (transmitter/receiver) 110 is also coupled to a speaker 131 and a microphone 132 via an audio processor 130 to provide audio output via the speaker 131 and receive audio input from the microphone 132 to implement general telecommunications functions. the cooperation mechanism system is used for acquiring project associated information and personnel information and linking the project associated information and the personnel information to a verification node on the block chain network;
the Internet of things system is used for collecting field data of a project and chaining the field data to a verification node on the block chain network;
the verification node is used for identifying the received project associated information, the received personnel information and/or the received field data to other verification nodes in the block chain network;
the interest management system is used for acquiring the field data, the project association information and the personnel information which are commonly identified in the blockchain network according to the received management instruction; analyzing the field data, the project association information and the personnel information to obtain a project management state, and commonly identifying the project management state to other verification nodes in the block chain network through connected verification nodes.
2. The blockchain-based building equity management system of claim 1, wherein the partner facility system includes a partner facility terminal, a partner facility server, and a partner facility storage device;
the cooperation mechanism terminal acquires project associated information and personnel information and provides the project associated information and the personnel information to the cooperation mechanism server;
the cooperation mechanism server is used for formatting the project associated information and the personnel information into a data input format corresponding to the block chain network, then entering the data input format into a verification node preset on the block chain network, and backing up the project associated information and the personnel information to the cooperation mechanism storage device;
and the cooperative mechanism storage equipment is used for storing the project associated information and the personnel information.

the project information management module is used for analyzing project associated information to obtain project information and project construction information, calling the block chain network to perform Hash operation on the project information and the project construction information, and linking a Hash value obtained by the Hash operation to a verification node preset on the block chain network;
the contract information management module is used for analyzing project association information to obtain contract information, calling the block chain network to carry out Hash operation on the contract information, and linking a Hash value obtained by the Hash operation to a verification node preset on the block chain network;

6. The block chain-based building rights management system of claim 5, wherein the internet of things node application server comprises a data acquisition module, a data processing module and a data monitoring module;
the data acquisition module is used for analyzing the field data acquired by the Internet of things terminal and transmitting the analyzed field data to the data processing module;
the data processing module is used for integrating the received field data, calling the block chain network to perform Hash operation on the integrated field data, and linking a Hash value obtained by the Hash operation to a verification node preset on the block chain network;
the data monitoring module is used for monitoring the field data integrated by the data processing module according to a preset rule, comparing the integrated field data with a preset threshold value and obtaining a monitoring analysis result according to a comparison result; and linking the monitoring analysis result to a preset verification node on the block chain network.
7. The block chain-based building equity management system of claim 1, wherein said validation node comprises a project information management module, an equity management module, a risk assessment module, and a transaction consensus module;
the project information management module is used for receiving the project associated information and identifying the project associated information to other verification nodes in the block chain network through the transaction identification module;
the interest management module is used for receiving the personnel information and identifying the personnel information to other verification nodes in the block chain network through the transaction identification module;
the risk assessment module is used for analyzing and obtaining risk assessment data of the building project through a preset risk assessment rule according to the field data, the project association information and the personnel information, and commonly identifying the risk assessment data to other verification nodes in the block chain network through the transaction consensus module; or receiving and storing the risk assessment data commonly identified by other verification nodes;
the transaction consensus module is used for enabling uplink information of all verification nodes in the block chain network to be consistent according to a preset consensus algorithm.
8. A block chain-based building equity management method, comprising:
building a block chain network through a plurality of verification nodes;
acquiring project associated information and personnel information by using a cooperation mechanism system connected with the verification nodes, acquiring field data of a project through an Internet of things system, and identifying the field data, the project associated information and the personnel information to other verification nodes in the blockchain network;
acquiring the project association information, the personnel information and the field data which are commonly identified in the blockchain network according to the received management instruction;
analyzing the field data, the project association information and the personnel information to obtain a project management state, and identifying the project management state to other verification nodes in the block chain network.
9. The blockchain-based building equity management method of claim 8, wherein analyzing the field data, the project association information, and the personnel information to obtain a project management status further comprises:
performing multi-dimensional verification comparison on the field data, the project association information and the personnel information through a risk evaluation model and a preset threshold value of each verification node arranged in the block chain network to obtain a risk evaluation result;
and identifying the risk evaluation result to other verification nodes in the blockchain network.
10. The blockchain-based building equity management method of claim 8, wherein analyzing the field data, the project association information, and the personnel information to obtain a project management status further comprises:
comparing the field data with the project correlation information to obtain a building project completion ratio value;
obtaining identity authentication information according to the comparison result of the field data and the personnel information;
obtaining rights and interests information according to the project association information, the building project completion proportion value and the identity authentication information;
and identifying the rights and interests information to other verification nodes in the block chain network.
11. The block chain-based building equity management method of claim 8, wherein said project-related information comprises project information, contract information, project construction information.
12. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any one of claims 8 to 11 when executing the computer program.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the method of any one of claims 8 to 11.
