Wherein, the user identification refers to identification information for identifying the user terminal; the parameter to be verified refers to parameter information corresponding to the user identifier; the preset verification parameters are parameters according to which whether the parameters to be verified meet verification conditions or not is judged; the target verification parameter is amount parameter information for determining whether the parameter to be verified is within a preset threshold range. For example, judging whether the parameter to be verified is that the order corresponding to the auditing request is paid or not, and if the paid fee is within the preset range, if the paid fee is paid for 100 yuan, the paid fee is paid for 120 yuan, and the floating payment amount is 30 (namely, the paid fee is within the interval of 90-150 yuan); the method comprises the steps that parameters to be verified are 100 yuan, preset verification parameters are 120 yuan, a preset threshold is 30 yuan, and target verification parameters are 20 yuan; it can be seen that for the verification of the paid item, the verification result of the item is verification pass when the paid fee is 100 yuan.
In the embodiment, by setting the parameter to be verified, the target verification parameter, the preset threshold value and the like, a certain degree of up-down floating verification mechanism can be realized when the verified item is verified, the condition that the verification condition cannot be adjusted in the traditional verification is avoided, the verification is not suitable for practical application, and the verification efficiency of verification request verification is improved.
In one embodiment, the audit request also carries a type identifier; as shown in fig. 4, determining at least one authentication task to be performed corresponding to the audit request includes:
step 41, acquiring a preset task list corresponding to the type identifier;
and 42, selecting at least one task corresponding to the auditing request from the preset task list as an authentication task to be executed.
The type identifier refers to type information corresponding to the auditing request; each type of information corresponds to a task list containing a plurality of tasks; therefore, the server can acquire a corresponding preset task list according to the type identifier carried by the auditing request, and further select the task from the task list as the authentication task to be executed.
In this embodiment, the efficiency of determining the authentication task to be executed corresponding to the audit request by the server is improved through the preset task list.
In one embodiment, after generating the auditing result corresponding to the auditing request according to the task execution result, the method further comprises: if the auditing result is that the auditing request passes, generating a certificate file corresponding to the auditing request; the certificate file carries a deadline identifier and a status identifier; the term identifier is used for indicating the valid authentication term of the certificate file, and the status identifier is used for indicating the current validity of the certificate file.
The certificate file is a certification file obtained by a product, service and management system through authentication, and can be electronic data or a file with an entity.
Specifically, if the server judges that the auditing result corresponding to the auditing request is that the auditing request is approved, a preset certificate template can be obtained, and a certificate file for proving that the auditing request is approved is generated by combining the preset certificate template according to the auditing request. The method comprises the steps of generating a certificate file and determining the effective authentication period of the certificate file, namely, the certificate file is in an effective state within the effective authentication period, and the certificate file is in an invalid state after the effective authentication period is exceeded; the status of the certificate is embodied by a status identifier.
In this embodiment, the server generates a certificate file corresponding to the auditing request according to the auditing result, where the certificate file has a term and a status, and can reflect the validity of the certificate file; the efficiency of outputting the certificate file to the user terminal is improved.
In one embodiment, the interactive function module comprises at least one of a voice recognition module, a document processing module, an online discussion group module, a video conference module, and a virtual reality module; the voice recognition module is used for recognizing the audio content in the interaction process and converting the audio content into text information; the document processing module is used for judging whether the file transmitted in the interaction process is an existing file, if so, generating reminding information and sending the reminding information to the auditing terminal; the online discussion group module is used for enabling the at least one auditing terminal and the at least one user terminal to interact simultaneously; the video conference module is used for enabling the at least one auditing terminal and the at least one user terminal to interact through videos; and the virtual reality module is used for enabling the auditing terminal to acquire the picture acquired by the user terminal through the virtual reality equipment in real time.
The virtual reality module can be connected with AR equipment of the user terminal, such as intelligent glasses equipment, can transmit remote video pictures in real time, and can complete remote guidance through real-time voice interaction; multiple user terminals and multiple auditing terminals can be accommodated in the interaction process to be watched simultaneously, so that the auditing process is ensured to meet the requirements of regulations, such as 'on-site inspection'.
Specifically, the voice recognition module, the document processing module, the online discussion group module, the video conference module and the virtual reality module are not independently applied in practical application, but are simultaneously applied, for example, the voice recognition module recognizes the audio in the acquired audio and video file and outputs the recognized audio as a file which can be recognized by the document processing module; and the user terminal sends the file to the online discussion group, the user terminal and the auditing terminal call the file in the online discussion group module through the video conference module to display and discuss the file, and finally, the auditing object is finally confirmed through the virtual reality module to complete auditing.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2-4 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-4 may include multiple steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, nor does the order in which the steps or stages are performed necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least a portion of the steps or stages in other steps or other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, there is provided an intelligent remote auditing apparatus, comprising: a request response module 51, a task determination module 52, a channel establishment module 53, and a result transmission module 54, wherein:
the request response module 51 is configured to respond to an audit request sent by the user terminal through the authentication interaction platform, and verify the audit request to obtain a verification result;
the task determining module 52 is configured to determine at least one authentication task to be executed corresponding to the audit request if the verification result is that the audit request passes the verification; the authentication task to be executed carries a task identifier;
the channel establishing module 53 is configured to determine an audit terminal that matches the task identifier, and establish an information channel between the audit terminal and the user terminal; the auditing terminal is used for interacting with the user terminal through the information channel in the authentication interaction platform so as to execute the authentication task to be executed; returning a task execution result of the authentication task to be executed according to the execution condition of the authentication task to be executed; the information channel is used for providing at least one interactive function module for the auditing terminal and the user terminal;
and the result sending module 54 is configured to generate an audit result corresponding to the audit request according to the task execution result, and send the audit result to the user terminal through the authentication interaction platform.
In one embodiment, the audit request carries a user identifier; the request response module 51 is further configured to obtain a parameter to be verified that is matched with the user identifier, and a preset verification parameter that corresponds to the parameter to be verified; obtaining a difference value between a parameter to be verified and a preset verification parameter as a target verification parameter; if the target verification parameter is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, determining that the verification of the audit request is passed, and generating a verification result representing that the verification of the audit request is passed; if the target verification parameter is smaller than the preset threshold, determining that the verification request fails to pass, and generating a verification result representing that the verification request fails to pass.
In one embodiment, the audit request also carries a type identifier; the task determining module 52 is further configured to obtain a preset task list corresponding to the type identifier; and selecting at least one task corresponding to the auditing request from the preset task list as an authentication task to be executed.
In one embodiment, the channel establishing module 53 is further configured to generate a certificate file corresponding to the audit request if the audit result is that the audit request passes the audit; the certificate file carries a deadline identifier and a status identifier; the term identifier is used for indicating the valid authentication term of the certificate file, and the status identifier is used for indicating the current validity of the certificate file.
In one embodiment, the interactive function module comprises at least one of a voice recognition module, a document processing module, an online discussion group module, a video conference module, and a virtual reality module; the voice recognition module is used for recognizing the audio content in the interaction process and converting the audio content into text information; the document processing module is used for judging whether the file transmitted in the interaction process is an existing file, if so, generating reminding information and sending the reminding information to the auditing terminal; the online discussion group module is used for enabling the at least one auditing terminal and the at least one user terminal to interact simultaneously; the video conference module is used for enabling the at least one auditing terminal and the at least one user terminal to interact through videos; and the virtual reality module is used for enabling the auditing terminal to acquire the picture acquired by the user terminal through the virtual reality equipment in real time.
Specific limitations regarding the intelligent remote auditing apparatus may be found in the above limitations regarding the intelligent remote auditing method, and will not be described in detail herein. The modules in the intelligent remote auditing device can be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, an intelligent remote auditing system is provided, comprising: a user terminal 61, an audit terminal 62, and a server 63; the user terminal 61 and the auditing terminal 62 are in communication connection through a server 63;
a user terminal 61 for generating an audit request;
the server 63 is configured to respond to an audit request sent by the user terminal 61 through the authentication interaction platform, and verify the audit request to obtain a verification result; if the verification result is that the verification request passes the verification, determining at least one authentication task to be executed, which corresponds to the verification request; the authentication task to be executed carries a task identifier; determining an auditing terminal 62 matched with the task identifier, and establishing an information channel between the auditing terminal 62 and the user terminal 61;
the auditing terminal 62 is used for interacting with the user terminal 61 through the information channel, executing the authentication task to be executed, and returning a task execution result of the authentication task to be executed according to the execution condition of the authentication task to be executed; the information channel is used for providing at least one interactive function module for the auditing terminal 62 and the user terminal 61;
the server 63 is further configured to generate an audit result corresponding to the audit request according to the task execution result, and send the audit result to the user terminal 61 through the authentication interaction platform.
According to the embodiment, the information channel is established between the auditing terminal and the user terminal through the auditing request sent by the user terminal, so that the auditing terminal can conveniently interact with the user terminal in various forms through remote communication connection, and the auditing and authentication efficiency of the auditing terminal on the user terminal is improved; the method saves a great deal of manpower and time cost, so that the authentication service provided by the authentication mechanism is not limited by factors such as distance, time and the like.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, a further intelligent remote auditing system is provided, including a business portal, a management background, a bottom layer framework; the business portal comprises an intelligent remote auditing integrated portal and a client portal, wherein the intelligent remote auditing integrated portal also comprises a tool set;
the intelligent remote auditing integrated portal is characterized in that a main user of the intelligent remote auditing integrated portal is an authentication mechanism and an auditor, and the authentication mechanism and the auditor log in the intelligent remote auditing integrated portal through an auditing terminal so as to realize the promotion of the whole remote auditing process and the interaction with the user;
the main user of the client portal is an audited object; the audited object may be an enterprise, an organization, or an individual; the checked object logs in the client portal through the user terminal, and remote interaction with the certification authority and the checking staff is realized in the system;
The management background and the underlying framework provide underlying support for the operation of the business portal.
Specifically, a user logs in a client portal through a user terminal, selects a service application in a client homepage, fills in corresponding data, and then sends an audit request to an intelligent remote audit integrated portal; in the auditing process, auditing progress can be checked through authentication management; and after the auditing is finished, checking and exporting the corresponding certificate file in the certificate management.
The intelligent remote auditing integrated portal is used for auditing institutions and auditing personnel to check, approve and feed back the information of the whole authentication process, and specifically comprises seven processes of task scheduling, task receiving, planning, remote auditing, non-conforming item improvement, material review submitting, certificate making and report making. The task scheduling is to distribute authentication tasks to be executed corresponding to the auditing requests to at least one auditing person; any person confirms and processes the authentication task to be executed by accepting the task flow; and determining an execution plan of the authentication task to be executed by making a plan, establishing communication connection with a user through remote auditing in the execution process, carrying out auditing, if a non-conforming item exists, requiring user modification, carrying out remote auditing, collecting materials of a plurality of authentication tasks to be executed for submission after the personnel to be executed are known to finish execution, obtaining auditing results after the auditing is finished, and making corresponding certificates and reports according to the auditing results.
The management background is provided with a plurality of management modules, at least comprising client management, contract management, application form management, service form management, charge management and statistical analysis; the client management is used for maintaining and managing client information, and comprises formal clients, potential clients, loss clients and client credit related information maintenance and management; contract management enables viewing of contract files, editing of contract information and like transactions related to contracts; the application form management can check the application form, edit the content of the application form, and confirm the transaction related to the application form such as the application form; business bill management can check business bill, click business bill content and other business related business bill; it should be noted that, the service bill is biased to the inside of the certification authority, and the application bill is biased to the user; the charge management can check the charge information related to each application form service list and other transactions related to the charge; the statistical analysis can be combined with the modules to perform data statistics and analysis, and a visual chart is output, so that the certification authority can conveniently know the business progress condition, and the business progress condition comprises the related contents of contract quantity, collection amount, charging bill, contract amount, current valid certificate, newly added/maintained/lost certification file information, auditing agency personnel information, enterprise information and the like.
The bottom layer frame is provided with a plurality of modules, at least comprising system management, flow engine, authority management, user management, message notification, storage engine, dictionary management, log management, configuration management and self-defined form; and the bottom layer framework is used for supporting smooth operation of a system formed by the business portal and the management background.
The tool set mainly comprises five tool inserts, namely voice recognition, document review, online discussion group, remote video conference and AR glasses remote patrol. The voice recognition function is mainly used for converting the sound recording into characters, so that the character input workload is saved, and the recognized characters can be placed in the corresponding positions of the check list to serve as audit evidences; the file name duplicate checking function can repeatedly detect the file name of the uploaded file; the online discussion group supports a plurality of terminal devices to enter the discussion group to participate in discussion, and has the functions of uploading pictures, uploading files, sending words, sending voice and the like, so that the remote auditing and communication efficiency is improved; a remote video conference function, which realizes remote communication and communication in the processes of first and last conferences, site viewing and auditing, and the like, supports simultaneous participation of multiple terminal devices, and provides functions of screen sharing, video recording, document sharing, whiteboard annotation, uploading files, text chat, and the like; AR glasses remotely patrol, support the multi-terminal equipment to watch and voice intercom simultaneously, satisfy the remote use scene of "live patrol" requirement in the audit process.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used for storing intelligent remote audit data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements an intelligent remote auditing method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor when executing the computer program performing the steps of:
responding to an audit request sent by a user terminal through an authentication interaction platform, and verifying the audit request to obtain a verification result;
if the verification result is that the verification request passes the verification, determining at least one authentication task to be executed, which corresponds to the verification request; the authentication task to be executed carries a task identifier;
determining an auditing terminal matched with the task identifier, and establishing an information channel between the auditing terminal and the user terminal; the auditing terminal is used for interacting with the user terminal through the information channel in the authentication interaction platform so as to execute the authentication task to be executed; returning a task execution result of the authentication task to be executed according to the execution condition of the authentication task to be executed; the information channel is used for providing at least one interactive function module for the auditing terminal and the user terminal;
and generating an auditing result corresponding to the auditing request according to the task execution result, and sending the auditing result to the user terminal through the authentication interaction platform.
In one embodiment, the audit request carries a user identifier; the processor when executing the computer program also implements the steps of: acquiring parameters to be verified, which are matched with the user identifier, and preset verification parameters, which correspond to the parameters to be verified; obtaining a difference value between a parameter to be verified and a preset verification parameter as a target verification parameter; if the target verification parameter is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, determining that the verification of the audit request is passed, and generating a verification result representing that the verification of the audit request is passed; if the target verification parameter is smaller than the preset threshold, determining that the verification request fails to pass, and generating a verification result representing that the verification request fails to pass.
In one embodiment, the audit request also carries a type identifier; the processor when executing the computer program also implements the steps of: acquiring a preset task list corresponding to the type identifier; and selecting at least one task corresponding to the auditing request from the preset task list as an authentication task to be executed. In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: acquiring the number of tasks to be processed of at least one auditing terminal matched with the task identifier; screening out the auditing terminals with the number of the tasks to be processed smaller than a preset number threshold from at least one auditing terminal, and taking the auditing terminals as auditing terminals matched with the task identifiers.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: if the auditing result is that the auditing request passes, generating a certificate file corresponding to the auditing request; the certificate file carries a deadline identifier and a status identifier; the term identifier is used for indicating the valid authentication term of the certificate file, and the status identifier is used for indicating the current validity of the certificate file.

In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
responding to an audit request sent by a user terminal through an authentication interaction platform, and verifying the audit request to obtain a verification result;
if the verification result is that the verification request passes the verification, determining at least one authentication task to be executed, which corresponds to the verification request; the authentication task to be executed carries a task identifier;
determining an auditing terminal matched with the task identifier, and establishing an information channel between the auditing terminal and the user terminal; the auditing terminal is used for interacting with the user terminal through the information channel in the authentication interaction platform so as to execute the authentication task to be executed; returning a task execution result of the authentication task to be executed according to the execution condition of the authentication task to be executed; the information channel is used for providing at least one interactive function module for the auditing terminal and the user terminal;
and generating an auditing result corresponding to the auditing request according to the task execution result, and sending the auditing result to the user terminal through the authentication interaction platform.

In one embodiment, the audit request also carries a type identifier; the computer program when executed by the processor also performs the steps of: acquiring a preset task list corresponding to the type identifier; and selecting at least one task corresponding to the auditing request from the preset task list as an authentication task to be executed. In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring the number of tasks to be processed of at least one auditing terminal matched with the task identifier; screening out the auditing terminals with the number of the tasks to be processed smaller than a preset number threshold from at least one auditing terminal, and taking the auditing terminals as auditing terminals matched with the task identifiers.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: if the auditing result is that the auditing request passes, generating a certificate file corresponding to the auditing request; the certificate file carries a deadline identifier and a status identifier; the term identifier is used for indicating the valid authentication term of the certificate file, and the status identifier is used for indicating the current validity of the certificate file.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above-described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, or the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent remote auditing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to an audit request sent by a user terminal through an authentication interaction platform, and acquiring parameters to be verified matched with the user identifier and preset verification parameters corresponding to the parameters to be verified according to the user identifier matching carried in the audit request;
obtaining a difference value between the parameter to be verified and the preset verification parameter as a target verification parameter;
if the target verification parameter is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, determining that the verification request passes, and generating a verification result representing that the verification request passes;
determining at least one task to be executed corresponding to the auditing request; the task to be executed carries a task identifier;
Determining an auditing terminal matched with the task identifier, and establishing an information channel between the auditing terminal and the user terminal; the auditing terminal is used for interacting with the user terminal through the information channel in the authentication interaction platform so as to execute the authentication task to be executed; returning a task execution result of the authentication task to be executed according to the execution condition of the authentication task to be executed; the information channel is used for providing at least one interaction function module for the auditing terminal and the user terminal;
generating an auditing result corresponding to the auditing request according to the task execution result, and sending the auditing result to the user terminal through the authentication interaction platform; the auditing result is a summarized result obtained after a task execution result of the authentication task to be executed is obtained; the audit results include incomplete status and completed status.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the preset verification parameter is a parameter according to which it is determined whether the parameter to be verified satisfies a verification condition; the target verification parameter is amount parameter information used for judging whether the parameter to be verified is in a preset threshold range or not.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the audit request further carries a type identifier;
the determining at least one authentication task to be executed corresponding to the audit request comprises:
acquiring a preset task list corresponding to the type identifier;
and selecting at least one task corresponding to the auditing request from a preset task list as the authentication task to be executed.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining an audit terminal that matches the task identity comprises:
acquiring the number of tasks to be processed of at least one auditing terminal matched with the task identifier;
screening the auditing terminals of which the number of tasks to be processed is smaller than a preset number threshold from at least one auditing terminal, and taking the auditing terminals as auditing terminals matched with the task identifiers.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after generating an audit result corresponding to the audit request based on the task execution result:
if the auditing result is that the auditing request is approved, generating a certificate file corresponding to the auditing request; the certificate file carries a deadline identifier and a status identifier; the term identifier is used for representing the valid authentication term of the certificate file, and the state identifier is used for representing the current validity of the certificate file.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the interactive function module comprises at least one of a speech recognition module, a document processing module, an online discussion group module, a video conference module, and a virtual reality module;
the voice recognition module is used for recognizing the audio content in the interaction process and converting the audio content into text information;
the document processing module is used for judging whether the file transmitted in the interaction process is an existing file, if so, generating reminding information, and sending the reminding information to the auditing terminal;
the online discussion group module is used for enabling at least one auditing terminal and at least one user terminal to interact simultaneously;
