if the audit opinion information is that the audit is passed, acquiring an authorization certificate provided by a third-party evaluator for the target project;
and if the audit opinion information is that the audit is not passed, returning the to-be-audited online release list to the project technical personnel, the verification confirming personnel, the safety guarantee personnel or the quality guarantee personnel for modification.
Through the embodiment, when the audit is not passed, the nodes corresponding to the returned online release list to be audited can be modified in an online mode, the returned modification efficiency is improved, and after the audit is passed, the authorization certificate can be rapidly generated, so that the efficiency of obtaining authorization of the target project is integrally improved.
The method for obtaining the project authorization based on the online release list, provided by the embodiment of the application, can at least obtain the following beneficial effects: the method comprises the steps of obtaining at least one item of information of an internal flow evaluation conclusion, a safety evaluation conclusion, a quality evaluation conclusion and a release order qualification conclusion aiming at a target project by obtaining an initial version online release order aiming at the target project, writing the information into the initial version online release order to obtain an online release order to be audited, obtaining audit opinion information aiming at the online release order to be audited, and generating an authorization certificate aiming at the target project according to the audit opinion information. The method comprises the steps of obtaining information such as an initial version online release sheet, an internal flow evaluation conclusion, a safety evaluation conclusion, a quality evaluation conclusion and a release sheet qualified conclusion aiming at a target project in an online mode, then generating an online release sheet to be audited for auditing, and generating an authorization certificate aiming at the target project according to audit opinion information, so that auditing information is obtained and audited in an online mode in the whole process, adding of project key information and multiplexing of existing information can be effectively achieved, time for collecting and sorting authorization evidences is greatly reduced, and working efficiency can be effectively improved.

Please refer to fig. 2, which schematically illustrates a second flowchart of a method for acquiring project authorization based on an online release order according to some embodiments of the present application, where the method for acquiring project authorization based on an online release order can be applied to urban rail integration project implementation to add key information and reuse existing information, so as to reduce repetitive work, improve work efficiency, and quickly implement authorization. The method for obtaining the project authorization based on the online release order comprises the following steps:
step 1: submitting a release order on an initial edition line by a Project Technician (PTM) according to the requirement of a third party evaluation node, wherein the release purpose and the application range are marked in the order;
step 2: verifying whether the PTM filling information of the project technical personnel is correct or not by a validation and confirmation personnel (V & VM), and if not, refusing and returning to the project technical personnel for modification;
and step 3: if the verification result is correct, the verification confirming personnel (V & VM) fills in an internal flow evaluation conclusion, including evaluation conclusions aiming at design, test, installation and debugging conditions and output limitation, and provides a verification confirming personnel (V & VM) conclusion of the final authorized node;
and 4, step 4: the safety guarantee staff (PSAM) judges whether the filling content of the project technical staff and the verification and confirmation staff is correct or not, and if the filling content of the project technical staff and the verification and confirmation staff is incorrect, the project technical staff refuses to return to the verification and confirmation staff or the project technical staff to modify;
and 5: if the authorization node is correct, a safety guarantee staff (PSAM) fills in a safety assessment conclusion and gives a safety assessment conclusion of the final authorization node;
step 6: the quality assurance personnel (QA) judges whether the contents filled by the project technical personnel, the verification and confirmation personnel and the safety assurance personnel are correct or not, and if the contents filled by the project technical personnel, the quality assurance personnel refuse and return to the verification and confirmation personnel, the safety assurance personnel or the project technical personnel for modification;
and 7: if the result is correct, quality assurance personnel (QA) gives a quality evaluation conclusion of the last authorized node;
and 8: a project Principal (PM) judges whether the filling of the whole online release sheet is qualified, and if the filling of the whole online release sheet is not qualified, the filling of the whole online release sheet is rejected and returned to a verification and confirmation person, a safety guarantee person, a quality assurance person or a project technician for modification;
and step 9: if the online publication list is correct, a safety guarantee staff (PSAM) converts the online publication list (namely the online publication list) into a PDF format and submits the PDF format to a third party evaluation (ISA) for auditing;
step 10: if the evaluation fails, the third-party evaluator (ISA) returns the on-line release of the list to the verification and confirmation personnel, the safety guarantee personnel, the quality assurance personnel or the project technician for modification according to the evaluation and evaluation opinions of the third party;
step 11: if the review passes, the third party evaluator (ISA) issues the authorization certificate.
Through above-mentioned embodiment, can effectual realization key information add and the multiplexing of existing information, very big reduction the time that the arrangement was collected to the authorization evidence, fine promotion work efficiency.
In the above embodiment, a method for obtaining project authorization based on an online release order is provided, and correspondingly, the application further provides a device for obtaining project authorization based on the online release order. The device for acquiring the project authorization based on the online release sheet, provided by the embodiment of the application, can implement the method for acquiring the project authorization based on the online release sheet, and the device for acquiring the project authorization based on the online release sheet can be implemented in a software, hardware or software and hardware combined mode. Since the apparatus embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments, they are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to some of the descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points. The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus 10 for obtaining authorization of an item based on an online issue ticket includes:
an initial release order obtaining module 101, configured to obtain an initial online release order for a target project;
the to-be-audited issue sheet generation module 102 is configured to obtain at least one item of information of an internal flow evaluation conclusion, a security evaluation conclusion, a quality evaluation conclusion, and an issue sheet qualification conclusion for the target project, and write the information into the initial version of the online issue sheet to obtain an to-be-audited online issue sheet;
an audit opinion obtaining module 103, configured to obtain audit opinion information for the to-be-audited online issue ticket;
and an authorization certificate generation module 104, configured to generate an authorization certificate for the target item according to the audit opinion information.
In some modified embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, the pending issue ticket generating module 102 includes:
the first presentation unit is used for presenting the initial version online release sheet to a verification and confirmation person;
the first returning unit is used for modifying the project technical staff returned from the original version online release list if first error indication information input by the verification confirming staff is received, wherein the first error indication information is used for indicating that the project technical staff has errors in inputting the information of the original version online release list;
and the first writing unit is used for writing the internal process evaluation conclusion into the initial version online release sheet if the internal process evaluation conclusion input by the verification and confirmation personnel is received.
In some modified embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, the pending issue ticket generating module 102 includes:
the second presentation unit is used for presenting the initial version online release sheet written into the internal process evaluation conclusion to a safety guarantee staff;
a second returning unit, configured to, if second error indication information input by the security guarantee staff is received, return the original online release form written into the internal process evaluation conclusion to the project technician or the verification confirmation staff for modification, where the second error indication information is used to indicate that the information input by the project technician or the verification confirmation staff into the original online release form is incorrect;
and the second writing unit is used for writing the safety evaluation conclusion into the initial version online release sheet if the safety evaluation conclusion input by the safety guarantee personnel is received.
In some modified embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, the pending issue ticket generating module 102 includes:
the third presentation unit is used for presenting the initial version online release sheet written into the internal process evaluation conclusion and the safety evaluation conclusion to quality assurance personnel;
a third returning unit, configured to return the original online release ticket written in the internal process assessment result and the safety assessment result to the project technician, the verification affirmance staff, or the safety assurance staff for modification if third error indication information input by the quality assurance staff is received, where the third error indication information is used to indicate that the information input by the project technician, the verification affirmance staff, or the safety assurance staff into the original online release ticket is incorrect;
and the third writing unit is used for writing the quality evaluation conclusion into the initial version online release sheet if the quality evaluation conclusion input by the quality assurance personnel is received.
In some modified embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, the pending issue ticket generating module 102 includes:
a fourth presentation unit, configured to present the initial version online release sheet written in the internal process evaluation conclusion, the security evaluation conclusion, and the quality evaluation conclusion to the project principal of the target project;
a fourth returning unit, configured to return the original online release ticket written in the internal process assessment result, the safety assessment result, and the quality assessment result to the project technician, the verification confirmer, the safety guarantee staff, or the quality guarantee staff for modification if fourth error indication information input by the project principal is received, where the fourth error indication information is used to indicate that there is an error in the information input by the project technician, the verification confirmer, the safety guarantee staff, or the quality guarantee staff;
and the fourth writing unit is used for writing the qualified conclusion of the issue ticket into the initial version online issue ticket if the qualified conclusion of the issue ticket input by the project principal is received.
In some modified embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, the review opinion obtaining module 103 includes:
the audit issue list presenting unit is used for converting the to-be-audited online issue list into a PDF format and then presenting the converted to-be-audited online issue list to a third party evaluator;
and the auditing opinion acquiring unit is used for receiving auditing opinion information input by the third-party evaluator aiming at the to-be-audited online issue list.
In some variations of the second aspect of the present application, the authorization certificate generation module 104 includes:
the authorization certificate generating unit is used for acquiring an authorization certificate provided by a third-party evaluator for the target project if the audit opinion information is that the audit is passed;
and the audit returning unit is used for returning the to-be-audited online release list to the project technical personnel, the verification confirming personnel, the safety guarantee personnel or the quality guarantee personnel for modification if the audit opinion information is that the audit does not pass.
The device 10 for obtaining the authorization of the project based on the online release order provided by the embodiment of the present application and the method for obtaining the authorization of the project based on the online release order provided by the foregoing embodiment of the present application have the same inventive concept and the same beneficial effects, and are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device corresponding to the method for obtaining authorization of an item based on an online issue list provided by the foregoing embodiment, where the electronic device may be any computer device with data processing capability, so as to execute the method for obtaining authorization of an item based on an online issue list.
Please refer to fig. 4, which schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of an electronic device according to some embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the electronic device 20 includes: the system comprises a processor 200, a memory 201, a bus 202 and a communication interface 203, wherein the processor 200, the communication interface 203 and the memory 201 are connected through the bus 202; the memory 201 stores a computer program that can be executed on the processor 200, and the processor 200 executes the method for obtaining project authorization based on an online issue list provided in any of the foregoing embodiments when executing the computer program.
The Memory 201 may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) and may further include a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. The communication connection between the network element of the system and at least one other network element is realized through at least one communication interface 203 (which may be wired or wireless), and the internet, a wide area network, a local network, a metropolitan area network, and the like can be used.
Bus 202 can be an ISA bus, PCI bus, EISA bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. The memory 201 is configured to store a program, and the processor 200 executes the program after receiving an execution instruction, and the method for obtaining an authorization based on an online issue ticket disclosed in any embodiment of the present application may be applied to the processor 200, or implemented by the processor 200.
The processor 200 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 200. The Processor 200 may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf programmable gate array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in the memory 201, and the processor 200 reads the information in the memory 201 and completes the steps of the method in combination with the hardware thereof.
The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the application and the method for obtaining the project authorization based on the online release order provided by the embodiment of the application have the same inventive concept and the same beneficial effects as the method adopted, operated or realized by the electronic device.
Referring to fig. 5, a computer-readable storage medium is shown as an optical disc 30, on which a computer program (i.e., a program product) is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, executes the method for obtaining an authorization based on an online issue ticket according to any of the foregoing embodiments.
It should be noted that examples of the computer-readable storage medium may also include, but are not limited to, a phase change memory (PRAM), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memories (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a flash memory, or other optical and magnetic storage media, which are not described in detail herein.
The computer-readable storage medium provided by the above-mentioned embodiment of the present application and the method for obtaining project authorization based on an online issue list provided by the foregoing embodiment of the present application have the same beneficial effects as the method adopted, operated or implemented by the application program stored in the computer-readable storage medium.
It should be noted that the flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, and for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of devices or units through some communication interfaces, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure, and the present disclosure should be construed as being covered by the claims and the specification.

Claims (10)

1. A method for obtaining project authorization based on an online release order is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an initial version online release sheet for a target project;
acquiring at least one item of information of an internal flow evaluation conclusion, a safety evaluation conclusion, a quality evaluation conclusion and a release order qualification conclusion aiming at the target project, and writing the information into the initial version online release order to obtain an online release order to be audited;
acquiring auditing opinion information aiming at the to-be-audited online issue list;
and generating an authorization certificate aiming at the target project according to the audit opinion information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining at least one item of information of an internal process evaluation conclusion, a security evaluation conclusion, a quality evaluation conclusion, and a release order qualification conclusion for the target project and writing the information into the original online release order comprises:
presenting the initial version online release sheet to a verification and confirmation person;
if first error indication information input by the verification and confirmation personnel is received, the initial version online release order is returned to the project technician for modification, wherein the first error indication information is used for indicating that the project technician has errors in the information input into the initial version online release order;
and if the internal process evaluation conclusion input by the verification and confirmation personnel is received, writing the internal process evaluation conclusion into the initial version online release sheet.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining at least one item of information of an internal process evaluation conclusion, a security evaluation conclusion, a quality evaluation conclusion, and a release order qualification conclusion for the target project and writing the information into the original online release order comprises:
presenting the initial version online release sheet written in the internal process evaluation conclusion to a safety guarantee staff;
if second error indication information input by the safety guarantee personnel is received, returning the initial version online release sheet written into the internal process evaluation conclusion to the project technical personnel or the verification confirmation personnel for modification, wherein the second error indication information is used for indicating that the information input by the project technical personnel or the verification confirmation personnel into the initial version online release sheet is wrong;
and if a safety assessment conclusion input by the safety guarantee personnel is received, writing the safety assessment conclusion into the initial version online release sheet.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the obtaining at least one item of information of an internal process evaluation conclusion, a security evaluation conclusion, a quality evaluation conclusion, and a release order qualification conclusion for the target project and writing the information into the original online release order comprises:
presenting the initial version online release sheet written in the internal process evaluation conclusion and the safety evaluation conclusion to quality assurance personnel;
if third error indication information input by the quality assurance personnel is received, returning the original online release order written in the internal process assessment conclusion and the safety assessment conclusion to the project technical personnel, the verification confirmation personnel or the safety assurance personnel for modification, wherein the third error indication information is used for indicating that the information input by the project technical personnel, the verification confirmation personnel or the safety assurance personnel into the original online release order is wrong;
and if the quality evaluation conclusion input by the quality assurance personnel is received, writing the quality evaluation conclusion into the initial version online release sheet.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the obtaining at least one item of information of an internal process evaluation conclusion, a security evaluation conclusion, a quality evaluation conclusion, and a release order qualification conclusion for the target project and writing the information into the original online release order comprises:
presenting the initial version online release sheet written in the internal process evaluation conclusion, the safety evaluation conclusion and the quality evaluation conclusion to a project principal of the target project;
if fourth error indication information input by the project responsible person is received, returning the original online release list written in the internal process assessment conclusion, the safety assessment conclusion and the quality assessment conclusion to the project technical staff, the verification confirming staff, the safety guarantee staff or the quality guarantee staff for modification, wherein the fourth error indication information is used for indicating that the information input by the project technical staff, the verification confirming staff, the safety guarantee staff or the quality guarantee staff into the original online release list is wrong;
and if the qualified conclusion of the issue list input by the project principal is received, writing the qualified conclusion of the issue list into the initial online issue list.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining review opinion information for the to-be-reviewed online publication comprises:
converting the to-be-audited online release bill into a PDF format and then presenting the to-be-audited online release bill to a third party evaluator;
and receiving the audit opinion information input by the third-party evaluator aiming at the to-be-audited online issue list.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein said generating an authorization certificate for the target item according to the audit opinion information comprises:
if the audit opinion information is that the audit is passed, acquiring an authorization certificate provided by a third-party evaluator for the target project;
and if the audit opinion information is that the audit is not passed, returning the to-be-audited online release list to the project technical personnel, the verification confirming personnel, the safety guarantee personnel or the quality guarantee personnel for modification.
8. An apparatus for obtaining project authorization based on an online publication form, comprising:
the system comprises an initial release sheet acquisition module, a release sheet processing module and a release sheet processing module, wherein the initial release sheet acquisition module is used for acquiring an initial online release sheet aiming at a target project;
the to-be-audited issue sheet generation module is used for acquiring at least one item of information of an internal flow evaluation conclusion, a safety evaluation conclusion, a quality evaluation conclusion and an issue sheet qualified conclusion aiming at the target project, and writing the information into the initial version of the online issue sheet to obtain the to-be-audited online issue sheet;
the audit opinion acquisition module is used for acquiring audit opinion information aiming at the to-be-audited online issue list;
and the authorization certificate generation module is used for generating an authorization certificate aiming at the target project according to the audit opinion information.
9. An electronic device, comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor executes the computer program to implement the method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having computer-readable instructions stored thereon, the computer-readable instructions being executable by a processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
