determining whether the rental business document includes rental item information and/or warranty information;
if so, determining a first approval process in the at least two approval processes as a target approval process of the lease service;
and if not, determining a second approval process in the at least two approval processes as a target approval process of the lease service.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the approval module 630 is specifically configured to:
determining the approval function of each approval level;
and controlling a plurality of approval levels in the target approval process to approve the rental business file step by step according to the approval function of each approval level.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, each approval level includes at least one approval node;
correspondingly, the approval module 630 is further configured to:
determining the approval function of each approval node in each approval level;
and controlling a plurality of approval levels in the target approval process to approve the lease service file step by step according to the approval function of each approval node in each approval level.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the approval module 630 includes: a return unit and an approval unit;

the sending unit is used for sending the lease service file to the agent approver if the approver corresponding to any approval level is not in a working state and the approver is provided with the agent approver, so that the agent approver can approve the lease service file.

the analysis module is used for analyzing the lease service approval request to acquire a lease service file carried in the lease service approval request;
and the generating module is used for generating a first subfile and a second subfile which are associated with the rental business according to the rental business file.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the rental service file includes at least one of the following: basic information of the rental business, information of a tenant, price information, rental information and guarantee information.
It should be noted that the explanation of the embodiment of the rental business approval method is also applicable to the rental business approval apparatus of the embodiment, and the implementation principle is similar, and is not described herein again.

Referring to fig. 7, the present embodiment provides an electronic device 700, which includes: one or more processors 710; the storage device 712 is configured to store one or more programs, and when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors 710, the one or more processors 710 implement the rental business approval method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the method includes:
acquiring a leasing service approval request sent by a user, wherein the approval request comprises the leasing service file;
determining a target approval process of the rental business based on the rental business file, wherein the target approval process comprises a plurality of approval levels;
and controlling a plurality of approval levels in the target approval process, and approving the lease service file step by step.
Of course, those skilled in the art will understand that the processor 710 may also implement the technical solution of the rental business approval method provided by any embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, electronic device 700 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The electronic device 700 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 7, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 7, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. Storage 712 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory 28, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally carry out the functions and/or methodologies of the described embodiments of the invention.
The electronic device 700 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 700, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 700 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Also, the electronic device 700 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network such as the Internet) via the network adapter 20. As shown, the network adapter 20 communicates with the other modules of the electronic device 700 over the bus 18. It should be appreciated that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the electronic device 700, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
The processor 710 executes programs stored in the storage 712 to perform various functional applications and data processing, such as implementing a rental business approval method provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that the foregoing explanation of the embodiment of the rental business approval method is also applicable to the electronic device of the embodiment, and the implementation principle thereof is similar and will not be described herein again.
According to the electronic equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the lease service approval request sent by the user is obtained, the target approval process of the lease service is determined according to the lease service file carried by the lease service approval request, a plurality of approval levels in the target approval process are controlled, and the lease service file is approved step by step. Therefore, through providing an on-line approval mode, paperless approval is realized, dependence on paper is reduced, the rental business approval process can be supervised in real time, and cross-department communication of personnel is avoided, so that the business approval process can be simplified, the business approval period is shortened, and the business approval efficiency is improved.
Example eight
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium. The computer-readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention stores a computer program thereon, and the computer program realizes the rental business approval method of the embodiment of the invention when executed by a processor, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a leasing service approval request sent by a user, wherein the approval request comprises the leasing service file;
determining a target approval process of the rental business based on the rental business file, wherein the target approval process comprises a plurality of approval levels;
and controlling a plurality of approval levels in the target approval process, and approving the lease service file step by step.
Of course, the computer-readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention, on which the computer program executable instructions are stored, is not limited to the method operations described above, and may also perform related operations in the rental business approval method provided by any embodiment of the present invention.
Computer storage media for embodiments of the invention may employ any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, or the like, as well as conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. Claims (15)

1. A leasing business approval method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a leasing service approval request sent by a user, wherein the approval request comprises the leasing service file;
determining a target approval process of the rental business based on the rental business file, wherein the target approval process comprises a plurality of approval levels;
and controlling a plurality of approval levels in the target approval process, and approving the lease service file step by step.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a targeted approval process for the rental business based on the rental business document comprises:
determining whether the rental business document includes rental item information and/or warranty information;
if so, determining a first approval process in the at least two approval processes as a target approval process of the lease service;
and if not, determining a second approval process in the at least two approval processes as a target approval process of the lease service.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the controlling of the plurality of approval levels in the target approval process for the step-by-step approval of the rental business document comprises:
determining the approval function of each approval level;
and controlling a plurality of approval levels in the target approval process to approve the rental business file step by step according to the approval function of each approval level.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein each approval level comprises at least one approval node;
correspondingly, the controlling a plurality of approval levels in the target approval process to approve the rental service file step by step includes:
determining the approval function of each approval node in each approval level;
and controlling a plurality of approval levels in the target approval process to approve the lease service file step by step according to the approval function of each approval node in each approval level.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling of the plurality of approval levels in the target approval process to approve the rental business document step by step includes:
if the approval opinions of any approval level are returned, returning the lease service file and the returned approval opinions according to a preset return type;
and if the approval opinions of any approval level are approved, transmitting the lease service file and the approval opinion to the next approval level so that the lease service file is approved by the next approval level.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of returning the rental business document and the return approval opinion according to the preset return type comprises:
if the preset return type is direct return, directly returning the lease service file and the return approval opinions to a user side for sending lease service approval request;
and if the preset return type is gradual return, returning the lease service file and the return approval opinions to the last approval level of the adjacent position.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein before the returning the rental business document and the returned approval opinion, comprising:
receiving and storing the modification submission mode set by any approval level;
wherein, the modification submission mode comprises: primary stream commit and direct stream commit.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling of the plurality of approval levels in the target approval process to approve the rental business document step by step includes:
when a withdrawal request sent by any approval level is received, determining whether the current approval level approves the rental service file;
if not, according to the withdrawal request, withdrawing the lease service approval transaction of the current approval level, and modifying the lease service approval state into an unprocessed state in any approval level.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling of the plurality of approval levels in the target approval process to approve the rental business document step by step includes:
and if the approver corresponding to any approval level is not in a working state and the approver is provided with an agent approver, sending the lease service file to the agent approver so that the agent approver approves the lease service file.
10. The method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling of the plurality of approval levels in the target approval process to approve the rental business document step by step includes:
and if the audit opinions submitted by any one approval level are not received after the preset duration, sending reminding information to the approval levels.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein after acquiring the request for approval of the rental business sent by the user, the method further comprises:
analyzing the lease service approval request to acquire a lease service file carried in the lease service approval request;
and generating a first subfile and a second subfile which are associated with the rental business according to the rental business file.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein the rental business document comprises at least one of: basic information of the rental business, information of a tenant, price information, rental information and guarantee information.
13. A lease service approval apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a leasing service approval request sent by a user, and the approval request comprises a leasing service file;
the determining module is used for determining a target approval process of the rental business based on the rental business file, wherein the target approval process comprises a plurality of approval levels;
and the approval module is used for controlling a plurality of approval levels in the target approval process and approving the lease service file step by step.
14. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the rental business approval method of any one of claims 1-12.
15. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the rental business approval method of any one of claims 1-12.
