For another example, the server may establish that the initial conference document with the conference attribute "type abstraction" and the conference subject "new year development planning" corresponds to a base score of 4.7, and the preset base score of the initial conference document corresponds to a base score of 5 at the highest by integrating the behavior information of a plurality of participants (e.g., the participants A, B, C, D, E,. and Z) (e.g., the server captures that the participant D is more careful about the middle 10 minutes of the conference and is glary when the conference starts and ends) and the text content related to the keywords in the initial conference document.

After determining the influence degree M of the text content related to the keywords in the initial conference document on the demands of the multiple participants, the server determines the attention degree S of the text content related to the keywords in the initial conference document on the multiple participants.
Specifically, the attention degree S of the multiple participants may be a value uploaded by the individuals of the participants or set by the server according to historical experience, or may be set in a targeted manner from the perspective of adapting to the personalized requirements of the user, for example, a tag of an attention point input by the participants in real time through a search engine is received (for example, in a video conference with a topic of "2022-year project development plan", a company has 5 project departments, if employee a in project 1 pays more attention to a core point of the project plan in the department, the input tag may have "project 1, project expense, preliminary preparation, project duration", and the like), and the tags of the attention point input by the different participants in search may be the same or different. It can be understood that in an actual conference scene, a part of participants consider the complete conference content to be very complicated, and pay more attention to the core points of the conference, for example, staff a in project 1 pay more attention to the problems of project expense, early preparation, project duration and the like in project 1 in a video conference with the main topic of '2022 year project development plan'; and a part of participants are more interested in the overall review of the conference content, and need to summarize and refine according to the feedback in the conference participation process of the company staff/students, so as to improve the conference content and prepare for the next conference, for example, a teacher needs to perform the overall review on a public class or a company leader needs to review an annual summary report or a new year development plan. And finally, determining the basic score of the initial conference document by integrating the influence degree M of the demands of the multiple participants and the attention degree S of the multiple participants, wherein if the influence degree of the demands of the multiple participants between the conference with the conference attribute of type specific and the conference subject of weekly project report and the text content related to the keywords in the initial conference document is M =3.2 and the attention degree of the multiple participants is S =1.2, the basic score X = M S =3.2 =1.2 =3.84 of the initial conference document is finally determined, since the basic score of the initial conference document is greater than the preset threshold (for example, the preset basic score is 3.5 points), it indicates that most of the participants consider that the initial conference document is necessary to be saved, and therefore, the server may store the initial conference document in the cloud database.
At present, in an actual conference scene, a speaker usually synchronizes the edited and annotated document to participants after a conference is finished, and the present application is based on the conference scene of a cloud discussion group, so that a server can acquire behavior information and recorded cloud conference information of a plurality of participants in the cloud conference process, generate a conference document required by the participants in time, and send the conference document to each corresponding participant (for example, information about speech of the participants in a voice/text form or facial expressions during a video conference can be acquired, speech contents of a plurality of speakers in the conference process are recorded, specific demand points of the participants are screened and integrated through the two, and finally, a conference document corresponding to each participant is output). According to the method and the device, the corresponding cloud edited conference document can be generated in time according to the behavior information of the participants, and the experience of the user is improved.
The method of the embodiments of the present application is explained in detail above, and the apparatus of the embodiments of the present application is provided below.
It is to be understood that a plurality of apparatuses, such as generating apparatuses, provided in the embodiments of the present application include hardware structures, software modules, or a combination of hardware structures and software structures for performing the functions in the foregoing method embodiments, and the like.
Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as hardware or combinations of hardware and computer software. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. A person skilled in the art may implement the foregoing method embodiments in different usage scenarios by using different device implementations, and the different implementation manners of the device should not be considered as exceeding the scope of the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the application can divide the functional modules of the device. For example, each functional module may be divided for each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one functional module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the module is schematic, and is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
For example, in the case where the respective functional blocks of the apparatus are divided in an integrated manner, the present application exemplifies several possible processing apparatuses.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a generating apparatus 40 for a conference document according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the generating apparatus 40 may be a server or a device in the server, such as a chip, a software module, an integrated circuit, and the like. The generating device 40 is used to implement the aforementioned generating method of the conference document, for example, the generating method of the conference document described in fig. 3.
In a possible implementation, the generating device 40 may include a recording unit 401, an obtaining unit 402, a generating unit 403, and a sending unit 404.
The recording unit 401 is configured to record cloud conference information, where the cloud conference information includes speech contents of multiple speakers in a cloud conference process;
the obtaining unit 402 is configured to obtain behavior information of a plurality of participants of the cloud conference in the cloud conference process;
the generating unit 403 is configured to generate a conference document of each participant according to the cloud conference information and behavior information of the multiple participants in the cloud conference process, where the conference document of a first participant is generated according to the cloud conference information and the behavior information of the first participant, and the first participant is any one of the multiple participants;
the sending unit 404 is configured to send corresponding conference documents to the local devices of the multiple participants respectively.
At present, in an actual conference scene, a speaker usually synchronizes the edited and annotated document to participants after a cloud conference is finished, and the present application is based on the conference scene of a cloud discussion group, so that a server can acquire behavior information and recorded cloud conference information of a plurality of participants in the cloud conference process, generate a conference document required by the participants in time, and send the conference document to each corresponding participant (for example, information that the participants speak in a voice/text form or facial expressions during a video conference can be acquired, the speaking contents of a plurality of speakers in the cloud conference process are recorded, specific demand points of the participants are screened and integrated through the two, and finally, a conference document corresponding to each participant is output). According to the method and the device, the corresponding cloud-edited conference document can be generated in time according to the behavior information of the participants, and the experience of the user is improved.
In another possible embodiment, the method further includes:
the cloud conference information also comprises one or more of cloud conference time, the number of cloud conference participants, question content and question frequency;
the determining unit is used for determining keywords reflecting the meeting requirements of the first participant according to the behavior information of the first participant;
the generating unit 403 is further configured to generate an initial conference document according to the cloud conference information;
the query unit is used for querying the text content related to the key words in the initial conference document;
and the processing unit is used for highlighting the text content related to the keyword in the initial conference document to obtain the conference document of the first participant.
In the embodiment of the application, the server can determine the keywords of the meeting requirements of the participants according to the behavior information of the participants (for example, the server obtains the comments and comments of the participants in the discussion area through voice/characters or captures facial expressions in the participant meeting process to judge the keywords of the participants to the meeting requirements), generates a complete initial meeting document according to the cloud meeting information recorded by the server, and then synthesizes the keywords of the meeting requirements of the first participants to screen and integrate the initial meeting document to generate the meeting document required by the first participants. According to the scheme, the experience of the participants can be improved by generating the conference documents corresponding to the participants, and the accuracy of generating the conference documents corresponding to the participants is improved.
In yet another possible embodiment, the method further includes:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a downloading request message which is sent by the first participant and aims at the conference document, wherein the downloading request message comprises the identity information of the first participant;
the determining unit is further configured to determine a conference document corresponding to the first participant according to the identity information of the first participant;
the sending unit 404 is further configured to send the meeting document corresponding to the first participant to the local device of the first participant.
In this embodiment of the application, after receiving a download request message for a conference document sent by a first participant, before sending the corresponding conference document to a plurality of participants, the server needs to verify the identity of the first participant, specifically, the identity of the first participant needs to be verified according to identity information (such as one or more of facial image information, password information, and password information of the first participant) carried in the download request message sent by the first participant, so as to determine which conference document the first participant is to download, and after verifying and confirming the identity of the first participant, the server sends the conference document corresponding to the first participant at this time. In the scheme, if the server verifies the identity of the first participant, the corresponding conference document is sent to the local equipment of the first participant.
In yet another possible embodiment, the method further includes:
the determining unit is further used for determining the influence degree M of the text content related to the keywords in the initial conference document on the demands of the multiple participants;
the determining unit is further used for determining the attention degree S of the text content related to the keywords in the initial conference document to the multiple participants;
the determining unit is further configured to determine a base score of the initial conference document according to the degree of influence M by the demands of the multiple participants and the degree of attention S by the multiple participants;
and if the basic score of the initial conference document is larger than a preset threshold value, a storage unit is used for storing the initial conference document in a cloud database.
In this embodiment of the application, the server may determine the base score of the initial conference document through different dimensions (e.g., combining two different aspects of the degree of influence of the text content related to the keyword in the initial conference document by the participants and the degree of attention of the participants), and if the base score of the initial conference document is greater than a preset threshold (e.g., the preset base score is 3.5 points, and the base score of the initial conference document calculated by the server is 3.84 points), it indicates that most of the participants consider that the initial conference document is necessary to be saved, so the server may store the initial conference document in the cloud database. By the scheme, the basic score of the initial conference document can be determined more finely, so that the necessity evaluation of the subsequent server for storing the initial conference document is more accurate.
In yet another possible embodiment, the method further includes:
the determining unit is further configured to determine correspondence between a plurality of conference attributes and a plurality of degrees of influence, where any one correspondence is used to represent a degree of influence M, required by the participant, of association between the behavior information and the keyword in the corresponding conference attribute;
and the determining unit is further configured to determine, according to the corresponding relationship, a degree of influence M, which is required by the first participant, corresponding to the conference attribute of the current conference.
In the embodiment of the application, based on the behavior information of a plurality of participants under the conference attribute, the corresponding relationship between the behavior information in the conference attribute and the conference keyword is pre-established, and based on the corresponding relationship, the corresponding relationship between the conference keyword and the basic score of the initial conference document can be further established, that is, according to the behavior information in the conference attribute of the current conference, the corresponding basic score is searched from the corresponding relationship between the conference attribute and the influenced degrees M (the influenced degree M can be expressed as a specific score or expressed as the influenced degree M is assigned through a written code). For example, a basic score of 4.7 is established in advance, wherein the conference attribute is 'type abstraction' and the conference subject is 'new year development planning'; the conference attribute is 'type abstract', and the conference subject is 'annual end summary report' with a basic score of 4.5; the basic score of the initial conference document with the conference attribute of specific type and the conference subject of weekly project report is 3.2 points, and the maximum basic score of the preset initial conference document is 5 points. If the correspondence between the behavior information in the conference attribute, the conference keyword, and the basic score of the initial conference document is established, the current conference attribute is "type abstract", and the conference topic is "new year development plan", the basic score of the initial conference document corresponding to the conference attribute of "type abstract" and the conference topic of "new year development plan" is 4.7, so that it is determined that the basic score of the initial conference document corresponding to the current conference attribute of "type abstract" and the conference topic of "new year development plan" is 4.7. After the corresponding relation among the behavior information, the conference keywords and the basic score of the initial conference document in the conference attribute is established, the basic score of the current initial conference document can be directly obtained by searching the corresponding relation, and the evaluation efficiency of whether the conference document needs to be stored for evaluation can be improved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a generating device 50 for a conference document according to an embodiment of the present application, where the generating device 50 may be a server or a device in the server, such as a chip, a software module, an integrated circuit, and the like. The generating device 50 may comprise at least one processor 501. Optionally, at least one memory 503 may also be included. Further optionally, the generating device 50 may also include a communication interface 502. Still further optionally, a bus 504 may be included, wherein the processor 501, the communication interface 502, and the memory 503 are coupled via the bus 504.
The processor 501 is a module for performing arithmetic operation and/or logical operation, and may specifically be one or a combination of multiple Processing modules, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a picture Processing Unit (GPU), a Microprocessor (MPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), a coprocessor (assisting the Central Processing Unit to complete corresponding Processing and Application), and a Micro Control Unit (MCU).
The communication interface 502 may be used to provide information input or output to the at least one processor. And/or, the communication interface 502 may be used to receive and/or transmit data externally, and may be a wired link interface such as an ethernet cable, and may also be a wireless link (Wi-Fi, bluetooth, general wireless transmission, vehicle-mounted short-range communication technology, other short-range wireless communication technology, and the like) interface. Optionally, the communication interface 502 may also include a transmitter (e.g., a radio frequency transmitter, an antenna, etc.), or a receiver, etc. coupled to the interface.
The memory 503 is used to provide a storage space in which data such as an operating system and computer programs can be stored. The Memory 503 may be one or a combination of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read-only Memory (ROM), Erasable Programmable Read-only Memory (EPROM), or portable Read-only Memory (CD-ROM), among others.
The at least one processor 501 in the generating device 50 is configured to perform the method described above, for example, the method described in the embodiment illustrated in fig. 3.
Alternatively, the processor 501 may be a processor dedicated to performing the methods (referred to as a special-purpose processor for convenience), or may be a processor for executing the methods by calling a computer program, such as a general-purpose processor. Optionally, at least one processor may also include both special purpose and general purpose processors. Optionally, in case the computing device comprises at least one processor 501, the above mentioned computer program may be stored in the memory 503.
Optionally, at least one processor 501 in the generating device 50 is configured to execute a calling computer instruction to perform the following operations:
recording cloud conference information, wherein the cloud conference information comprises speech contents of a plurality of speakers in a cloud conference process;
acquiring behavior information of a plurality of participants of the cloud conference in the cloud conference process;
generating a conference document of each participant according to the cloud conference information and behavior information of the multiple participants in the cloud conference process, wherein the conference document of a first participant is generated according to the cloud conference information and the behavior information of the first participant, and the first participant is any one of the multiple participants;
and respectively sending the corresponding conference documents to the local devices of the multiple participants.

Optionally, the cloud conference information further includes one or more of a cloud conference duration, a number of cloud conference participants, question content, and a number of question times;
the processor 501 is further configured to:
determining keywords for reflecting meeting requirements of first participants according to behavior information of the first participants;
generating an initial conference document according to the cloud conference information;
querying the initial conference document for text content related to the keyword;
highlighting the text content related to the key words in the initial conference document to obtain the conference document of the first participant.
In the embodiment of the application, the server can determine the keywords of the meeting requirements of the participants according to the behavior information of the participants (for example, the server obtains the comments and comments of the participants in the discussion area through voice/characters or captures facial expressions in the participant meeting process to judge the keywords of the participants to the meeting requirements), generates a complete initial meeting document according to the cloud meeting information recorded by the server, and then synthesizes the keywords of the meeting requirements of the first participants to screen and integrate the initial meeting document to generate the meeting document required by the first participants. receiving a downloading request message aiming at a conference document, which is sent by the first participant, wherein the downloading request message comprises identity information of the first participant;
determining a conference document corresponding to the first participant according to the identity information of the first participant;
and sending the conference document corresponding to the first participant to the local equipment of the first participant.

determining a basic score of the initial conference document according to the influence degree M of the demands of the participants and the attention degree S of the participants;
and if the basic score of the initial conference document is larger than a preset threshold value, storing the initial conference document in a cloud database.

determining corresponding relations between a plurality of conference attributes and a plurality of influenced degrees, wherein any corresponding relation is used for representing the influence degree M of the association between the behavior information and the keywords in the corresponding conference attributes, wherein the influence degree M is required by the participants;
and determining the influence degree M of the meeting attribute of the current meeting, which is required by the first participant, according to the corresponding relation.
In the embodiment of the application, based on the behavior information of a plurality of participants under the conference attribute, the corresponding relationship between the behavior information in the conference attribute and the conference keyword is pre-established, and based on the corresponding relationship, the corresponding relationship between the conference keyword and the basic score of the initial conference document can be further established, that is, according to the behavior information in the conference attribute of the current conference, the corresponding basic score is searched from the corresponding relationship between the conference attribute and the influenced degrees M (the influenced degree M can be expressed as a specific score or expressed as the influenced degree M is assigned through a written code). For example, a basic score of 4.7 is established in advance, wherein the conference attribute is 'type abstraction' and the conference subject is 'new year development planning'; the conference attribute is 'type abstract', and the conference subject is 'annual end summary report' with a basic score of 4.5; the basic score of the initial conference document with the conference attribute of specific type and the conference subject of weekly project report is 3.2 points, and the maximum basic score of the preset initial conference document is 5 points. After the corresponding relationship among the behavior information, the conference keywords and the basic scores of the initial conference documents in the conference attributes is established, the basic scores of the current initial conference documents can be directly obtained by searching the corresponding relationship, and the evaluation efficiency of whether the conference documents need to be stored for evaluation can be improved.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored therein instructions that, when executed on at least one processor, implement the aforementioned method of generating a conference document, such as the method described in fig. 3.
The present application also provides a computer program product comprising computer instructions, which when executed by a computing device, implement the aforementioned method for generating a conference document, such as the method described in fig. 3.

1. A method for generating a conference document, the method comprising:
recording cloud conference information, wherein the cloud conference information comprises speech contents of a plurality of speakers in a cloud conference process, the speech contents of the plurality of speakers comprise explanation information of at least one speaker for at least one shared content in a cloud conference opening process, and the explanation information comprises at least one of the following: editing information, comment information and voice information, wherein the voice information comprises question content provided by a main speaker and answer content of a first participant to the question, an object directly associated with the explanation information comprises shared content or an electronic whiteboard created in the explanation process of the shared content, the cloud conference refers to a conference group created by a conference creator at the cloud end through first local equipment, the main speaker refers to a participant who obtains control authority of a cloud conference control desktop of the cloud conference through second local equipment, the shared content refers to content information uploaded to a cloud space of the cloud conference by the participant of the cloud conference through third local equipment, the cloud conference control desktop at least displays at least one shared content of the cloud conference, and a single main speaker can enter the explanation information aiming at one or more shared contents, the single shared content can be input with explanation information by one or more main speakers, the first local equipment, the second local equipment comprise terminal equipment or large-screen equipment of the user, and the third local equipment comprises terminal equipment of the user;
acquiring behavior information of a plurality of participants of the cloud conference in the cloud conference process, wherein the behavior information comprises facial expressions and behavior actions;
generating a conference document of each participant according to the cloud conference information and behavior information of the plurality of participants in the cloud conference process, wherein the conference document of a first participant is generated according to the cloud conference information and the behavior information of the first participant, and the first participant is any one of the plurality of participants;
respectively sending corresponding conference documents to the local devices of the plurality of participants;
the generating of the conference document of each participant according to the cloud conference information and the behavior information of the plurality of participants in the cloud conference process includes:
generating an initial conference document according to the cloud conference information, wherein the initial conference document comprises question content provided by the speaker and answer content of the first participant for the question;
determining key words representing that the first participant has a demand on a target part conference document according to the answer content of the first participant to the question, wherein the target part conference document corresponds to a process of speaking the first participant to the question in the cloud conference process;
inquiring target text content which is related to the keywords and represents question content and answer content of the question in the initial conference document;
highlighting the text content related to the keyword in the initial conference document to obtain the conference document of the first participant, wherein the conference documents received by different participants are different.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the respective meeting documents to the local devices of the plurality of participants comprises:
receiving a downloading request message aiming at a conference document, which is sent by the first participant, wherein the downloading request message comprises identity information of the first participant;
determining a conference document corresponding to the first participant according to the identity information of the first participant;
and sending the conference document corresponding to the first participant to the local equipment of the first participant.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining the influence degree M of text contents related to the keywords in the initial conference document to the requirements of the multiple participants;
determining the attention degree S of the text content related to the keywords in the initial conference document to the multiple participants;
determining a basic score of the initial conference document according to the influence degree M of the demands of the participants and the attention degree S of the participants;
and if the basic score of the initial conference document is larger than a preset threshold value, storing the initial conference document in a cloud database.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining the degree M of influence of the text content related to the keywords in the initial conference document on the demands of the plurality of participants comprises:
determining corresponding relations between a plurality of conference attributes and a plurality of influenced degrees, wherein any corresponding relation is used for representing the influence degree M of the association between the behavior information and the keywords in the corresponding conference attributes, wherein the influence degree M is required by the participants;
and determining the influence degree M of the conference attribute of the current cloud conference, which is influenced by the demand of the first participant, according to the corresponding relation.
5. A generation apparatus of a conference document, characterized by comprising a recording unit, an acquisition unit, a generation unit, and a transmission unit, wherein:
the recording unit is configured to record cloud conference information, where the cloud conference information includes utterance contents of multiple speakers in a cloud conference process, the utterance contents of the multiple speakers include explanation information of at least one speaker for at least one shared content in a cloud conference opening process, and the explanation information includes at least one of: editing information, comment information and voice information, wherein the voice information comprises question content provided by a main speaker and answer content of a first participant to the question, an object directly associated with the explanation information comprises shared content or an electronic whiteboard created in the explanation process of the shared content, the cloud conference refers to a conference group created by a conference creator at the cloud end through first local equipment, the main speaker refers to a participant who obtains control authority of a cloud conference control desktop of the cloud conference through second local equipment, the shared content refers to content information uploaded to a cloud space of the cloud conference by the participant of the cloud conference through third local equipment, the cloud conference control desktop at least displays at least one shared content of the cloud conference, and a single main speaker can enter the explanation information aiming at one or more shared contents, the single shared content can be input with explanation information by one or more main speakers, the first local equipment, the second local equipment comprise terminal equipment or large-screen equipment of the user, and the third local equipment comprises terminal equipment of the user;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring behavior information of a plurality of participants of the cloud conference in the cloud conference process, wherein the behavior information comprises facial expressions and behavior actions;
the generating unit is configured to generate a conference document of each participant according to the cloud conference information and behavior information of the multiple participants in the cloud conference process, wherein the conference document of a first participant is generated according to the cloud conference information and the behavior information of the first participant, and the first participant is any one of the multiple participants;
the sending unit is used for sending corresponding conference documents to the local devices of the plurality of participants;
in the aspect of generating a conference document of each participant according to the cloud conference information and the behavior information of the plurality of participants in the cloud conference process, the generating unit is specifically configured to:
generating an initial conference document according to the cloud conference information, wherein the initial conference document comprises question content provided by the speaker and answer content of the first participant for the question;
determining key words representing that the first participant has a demand on a target part conference document according to the answer content of the first participant to the question, wherein the target part conference document corresponds to a process of speaking the first participant to the question in the cloud conference process;
inquiring target text content which is related to the keywords and represents question content and answer content of the question in the initial conference document;
highlighting the text content related to the keywords in the initial conference document to obtain the conference document of the first participant, wherein the conference documents received by different participants are different.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a downloading request message which is sent by the first participant and aims at the conference document, wherein the downloading request message comprises the identity information of the first participant;
the determining unit is used for determining the conference document corresponding to the first participant according to the identity information of the first participant;
the sending unit is further configured to send the meeting document corresponding to the first participant to the local device of the first participant.
7. A device for generating a conference document, the device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory for storing computer instructions, the processor for invoking the computer instructions to implement the method of any one of claims 1-4.
8. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein instructions which, when executed on at least one processor, implement the method of any one of claims 1-4.
