During collection, the system checks that all letters are in the finished state; if the letter is not completed partially and is determined by auditors, the inquiry can be terminated.
The letter service platform may further include: the verification module is used for acquiring the letter to be verified, calculating a hash value to be verified of the letter to be verified, and comparing the hash value to be verified with at least one letter hash value of the first letter, the second letter, the third letter and the reply letter to judge whether the letter to be verified is tampered or not and/or judge the letter stage to which the letter to be verified belongs; wherein the hash value of the letter is stored in the blockchain.
In this embodiment, in the interaction process between the audit node and the audited node and between the audit node and the audited node, the hash operation may be performed on the first inquiry letter, the second inquiry letter, the third inquiry letter, and the reply letter to obtain a first hash value, a second hash value, a third hash value, and a fourth hash value, and the first hash value, the second hash value, the third hash value, and the fourth hash value may be stored in the blockchain.
In an embodiment, if a user wants to verify whether an inquiry letter stored locally is tampered, the user may obtain the letter to be verified, perform hash operation on the letter to be verified to obtain a hash value to be verified, compare the hash value to be verified with at least one of the first hash value, the second hash value, the third hash value, and the fourth hash value, determine whether the letter to be verified is tampered, and further determine a letter stage to which the letter to be verified belongs. Wherein the letter phase comprises: making and authorizing a letter, signing a signature of an audited node, signing a signature of the audited node and returning a letter, wherein a file corresponding to the making and authorizing stage is a first certificate inquiry letter; a file corresponding to the signed stage of the audited node is a third inquiry letter; a file corresponding to the signing stage of the audit node is a second inquiry letter; the reply stage is the stage after the node being authenticated is signed, and the corresponding file is a reply. For example, if the hash value to be verified obtained by performing the hash operation on the function to be verified is the same as the second hash value, it can be known that the function to be verified is in the stage of signing the signature of the audit node, and the function to be verified is not tampered.
The step of obtaining the to-be-verified letter may be executed by at least one of the auditing node, the audited node, and the inquired node, may also be executed by other verifying nodes, and may also be executed by a server corresponding to the blockchain, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a workbench interface.
The letter service platform can also comprise a workbench module, wherein the workbench module is used for providing a workbench interface, and the workbench interface comprises at least one of a to-do display area, an uncompleted task tracking display area and a letter statistical analysis display area; according to different identities of visitors, the interfaces of the platforms displayed by the platforms are different. The to-do display area is used for displaying letter to-do matters related to the visitor, and the visitor can directly click a certain to-do matter to jump to the processing interface if the visitor needs to handle the letter to-do matters, so that the method is fast and convenient.
The uncompleted task tracking display area is used for displaying information of at least one type of uncompleted tasks of the letters associated with the access party, the uncompleted tasks include at least one of all uncompleted tasks, uncompleted tasks with agreed processing deadlines less than the pre-configured time and not exceeding the term (corresponding to the early warning of fig. 7), and not completed tasks with exceeding the term (corresponding to the exceeding of fig. 7), and the information of the uncompleted tasks includes at least one of letter types, identifications (such as service numbers), states, task descriptions and initiating times of the uncompleted tasks. The uncompleted task tracking display area can also display the number of each uncompleted task, and a user can check the uncompleted task according to the type, such as the overdue click, and can check the overdue letter information. Furthermore, the user can click the service number to check the letter belonging to the service number.
By setting the uncompleted task display area, the accessing party can constantly pay attention to the processing progress of the letter. For the tasks which are not processed for a long time, the workbench module is further configured to respond to an urging triggering operation (for example, clicking an urging button in fig. 7) of the access party on the incomplete task tracking display area, and send an urging reminder to the party associated with the incomplete task, where the urging reminder may be a short message urging and a system urging. The letter statistical analysis display area is used for displaying the execution condition of at least one type of letter in a preset time period, and in one embodiment, the letter statistical analysis display area visually displays statistical data of different visual angles through graphical display: as an auditing party, counting the data of letter pending sending, letter sent, letter completed and the like; and as the audited party, counting the volume of audited letters, the volume of inquired letters and the like. Further, the workbench interface further includes a platform bulletin area, which is used to display a message that needs to be known by the current access party in the business processing, for example, after the inquired party checks the inquiry letter, the system sends a message to the auditing party, so that the auditing party knows that the inquiry letter has been checked by the inquired party.
The letter service platform may further include a management module, and the management module is configured to perform at least one of the following management: the method comprises the steps of managing a letter and audit project of an auditor, managing an inquiry letter template used for generating a first inquiry letter of the auditor, managing an account bank of a party to be audited, managing a seal of the auditor and/or the party to be audited, and managing financial data of the party to be audited.
In one embodiment, managing a letter audit project of an auditor includes: the method is used for managing and collecting the letter service according to the audit project by the auditor and also used for isolating data authority data, and the letter data related to the project cannot be checked by members of a non-project group. The audit item comprises information such as an audit item number, an audit item name, an audit year, an audit period, an audited unit, an item group member, an item responsible person, an item state and the like. Wherein, the project state is divided into three types: not started, started and completed; the un-started audit project can modify the basic information of the project; the started audit item enters a letter processing stage and can be used for making letters; the completed audit project indicates that all work of the audit project is completed and cannot be remade as letter.
Managing an inquiry form template used for generating a first inquiry form of an auditor includes: maintaining a common inquiry letter template or adding an inquiry letter template newly. The inquiry letter template is mainly used for generating an inquiry letter PDF file according to a fixed format; the template mainly comprises a template number, a template name, an applicable letter type and the like, and specific template contents can be edited; when editing content, fixed content may be edited, access items may be set, the format of the content may be set, and so forth.
The management of the bank of account opening of the audited party comprises the following steps: and maintaining the account opening bank information of the audited party, wherein the account opening bank information can be accessed from an enterprise financial system and the like, and repeated entry is avoided. The bank information of the account opening mainly comprises a bank name, a unified social credit code, an account opening financial institution, an account opening bank address, a bank connection number and the like. The method further comprises the following steps: the bank account information of the audited party is maintained, and the audited party can be accessed from an enterprise financial system and the like, so that repeated entry is avoided; subsequent work functions can be selected from the list, and human input errors are avoided. The bank account information mainly comprises a bank account number, an account name, a belonging unit, an account opening financial institution, an account opening bank, an account type, an account state and the like.
The management of the seal of the auditor and/or audited party comprises the following steps: the method has the advantages that the method maintains the seal picture of the audited party, the seal picture is bound with the CA certificate of the audited party, the identity of the audited party can be determined, the method has legal effectiveness, and the method is subsequently used for signature of an inquiry PDF file.
Managing financial data of an audited party includes: financial data is prepared for use by the audited party in making an inquiry, which is accessible directly from the audited party's financial system. The financial data may include bank deposits, bank borrowing, account logout, consignment loans as consignors, consignment loans as borrowers, and the like.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a diagram illustrating an embodiment of an on-chain tracking module.
In other embodiments, the letter service platform may further include at least one of an on-chain tracking module or a statistics module, a variance analysis module, and a letter execution evaluation module. The on-chain tracking module is used for acquiring and displaying letter data matched with the authority of the access party. As shown in fig. 8, in an embodiment, the basic information of the letter includes a letter number, an auditing mechanism (i.e., an auditing party), an audited party, and an inquired party, and the traceability information of each processing stage in the letter process, such as an auditing year and a letter type, may include a handler at the stage, processing time, height of a formed block, and a hash value obtained by performing a hash operation on letter data at the stage. Specifically, when inquiring letter information, a user can inquire according to inquiry conditions to obtain a plurality of letter data information, click on specific single letter data information to obtain basic information of the letter and source tracing information of each processing stage in the whole letter process. As shown in fig. 8, clicking the letter number can jump out the tracing display interface of the letter, the tracing display interface displays the basic information and the tracing information of the letter, and clicking the close button of the tracing display interface can close the tracing display interface. Furthermore, after the user inquires the relevant letter data, the letter data can be downloaded, for example, the letter data can be downloaded by clicking a export button of the letter tracking inquiry interface.
The counting module is used for counting the reply condition of the auditor within a preset time period, wherein the reply condition comprises at least one of a reply ratio, a ratio of the reply to be consistent with the corresponding letter and a ratio of the reply to be inconsistent with the corresponding letter; and/or, the method is used for counting letter state information of the auditing party, and the letter state information comprises letter quantity in each processing stage related to the auditing party. In one embodiment, the reply ratio is equal to the quotient of the reply quantity and the sending quantity multiplied by 100%, the sending quantity is the quantity of the inquiry replies sent to the inquired node by the audit node, and the reply quantity is the quantity of the replies sent to the audit node by the inquired party; the rate of the correspondence between the reply and the corresponding sending letter is equal to the quotient of the reply quantity and the correspondence quantity multiplied by 100 percent, and the correspondence quantity is the quantity of the inquiring letters of which the data of the inquiring letter in a plurality of inquiring letters sent to the inquired node by the auditing party is consistent with the data of the reply of the inquired party; the rate of the reply and the corresponding sending letter is equal to the quotient of the reply quantity and the non-compliance quantity multiplied by 100 percent, and the non-compliance quantity is the quantity of the inquiry letters of which the data of the inquiry letters in a plurality of inquiry letters sent to the inquired party by the auditing party is inconsistent with the data of the reply letter of the inquired party. The processing stages associated with the auditor comprise a letter making stage, a letter sending stage, a letter returning stage and a letter receiving stage. Specifically, the letter making stage comprises letter making to be checked, letter making checking passing, authorization to be checked by an auditor, authorization to be checked by the auditor and rejection by the auditor; the letter sending stage comprises: the auditor has signed signature, the auditor has issued a letter, and the inquired party has signed a receipt; the reply phase comprises the processing of the reply of the inquired party, the passing of the reply examination of the inquired party and the signature of the inquired party; the receipt stage comprises that the return of the auditor is signed and the audited party is signed.
And the difference analysis module is used for analyzing the financial data related to the audited party and determining the reason of the difference when the data difference between the second inquiry letter and the reply letter is detected. In an embodiment, if the auditor detects that the second inquiry letter and the reply letter have a data difference, correlation analysis can be performed according to the related financial data provided by the auditor, and a reason can be found. The relevant financial data may include first financial data provided by the auditor for making the first inquiry, and other data relating to the first financial data. If the auditor can obtain the reason for the difference between the second inquiry letter and the reply letter by analyzing the first financial data, other data related to the first financial data does not need to be obtained; if the auditor cannot obtain the reason for the difference between the second inquiry letter and the reply letter by analyzing the first financial data, the auditor may be required to provide other data related to the first financial data to analyze the reason for the difference between the second inquiry letter and the reply letter.
And the letter execution evaluation module is used for evaluating the letter execution quality of the audited party by combining the commercial credit of the audited party and the reference information of internal control and risk management. In one embodiment, the letter service platform provided by the present application can convert the comprehensive knowledge of business credit, internal control and risk management into a language recognizable by a computer, and through the setting of a technician, the system can automatically record the whole operation process of the blockchain e-letter, for example, one or more records of the above-mentioned financial data of the audited party sent to the auditor, the making letter record of the auditor, the sending letter record of the auditor, the returning letter record of the inquired party, the receiving letter record of the auditor, etc. are stored in the blockchain, and the specific information of the record includes, for example, the time of the operation, the information of the relevant party of the operation, the letter information corresponding to the operation, etc. In addition, the system can also carry out intelligent assessment on the quality of the collected accounts according to the letter audit result and other information in the records, and further audit evidence is provided for audit work.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating interaction between a letter service platform and other systems provided in the present application.
The letter service platform in the embodiment can be connected with the financial system of the audited party to acquire the financial data of the audited party from the financial system; and/or the letter service platform is connected with a first letter system of an auditor so as to send a second inquiry letter to the inquired party through the first letter system; and/or the letter service platform is connected with the second letter system of the inquired party so as to receive the reply fed back by the inquired party through the second letter system.
In one embodiment, the letter service platform can be connected with other systems to acquire data in other systems according to business needs. For example, the letter service platform can be connected with a financial system of the audited party to acquire financial data of the audited party; the system can also be connected with a bank letter processing system to send an inquiry letter to the bank letter system and receive a reply sent by the bank letter system. Furthermore, the letter service platform also comprises a letter cooperative application module which can be connected with an external CA service, so that in the letter signing process, the CA certificate of a related party can be called to ensure the authority of signing.
In other embodiments, the letter service platform can be connected with a letter system of an auditing party, and can call an inquiry letter finished by the letter system of the auditing party when the inquiry letter is made. After the letter process is finished, when letter collection is carried out, finished letters can be sent to a letter system of an auditing party through a letter service platform, and the finished letters are respectively stored in a financial middle platform of the letter service platform and the letter system of the auditing party.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a frame structure of an electronic device provided in the present application.
The electronic device 100 comprises a memory 101 and a processor 102 coupled to each other, the memory 101 storing program instructions, and the processor 102 being configured to execute the program instructions stored in the memory 101 to implement the steps of any of the above-described method embodiments. In one particular implementation scenario, electronic device 100 may include, but is not limited to: a microcomputer, a server, and the electronic device 100 may further include a mobile device such as a notebook computer, a tablet computer, and the like, which is not limited herein.
In particular, processor 102 is configured to control itself and memory 101 to implement the steps of any of the organizational structure building method embodiments described above. Processor 102 may also be referred to as a CPU (Central Processing Unit). The processor 102 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The Processor 102 may also be a general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. Additionally, the processor 102 may be commonly implemented by integrated circuit chips.

Claims (10)

1. A letter service platform, comprising: the system comprises a login module and a service processing module, wherein the service processing module comprises a letter making unit, a letter sending unit and a letter receiving unit;
the login module is used for acquiring login information input by an access party and determining whether to allow the letter service platform to be accessed, wherein the access party comprises at least one of an auditing party and an audited party;
the letter making unit is used for making a first inquiry letter based on the financial data of the audited party in response to the letter making operation of the auditor;
the sending letter unit is used for responding to the sending letter operation of the auditor and sending a second certificate inquiry letter to the inquired party through a block chain, wherein the second certificate inquiry letter is obtained by signing the first certificate inquiry letter by the auditor and/or the inquired party;
the letter receiving unit is used for providing a reply fed back by the inquired party to the first letter receiving unit, responding to the letter receiving operation of the auditor and confirming and signing the reply.
2. The letter service platform of claim 1, wherein the letter making unit is specifically configured to provide a letter making operation interface, obtain information of a newly added letter in response to an operation of an auditor on the letter making operation interface, and generate the first inquiry letter corresponding to the newly added letter based on the information of the newly added letter, wherein the obtaining of the information of the newly added letter includes the following steps: determining the type of a letter corresponding to the first inquiry letter to be made, selecting a target inquiry letter template from a plurality of inquiry letter templates, acquiring basic information of the letter and information of an auditor input by a user, and importing financial data of the audited party.
3. A letter service platform according to claim 1, characterised in that the business process module further comprises at least one of the following units:
the financial data management unit is used for responding to the input operation of the audited party and importing the financial data to be audited;
an authorization unit to at least one of: responding to a first signature operation of an audited party, and signing the first certificate inquiry letter to obtain a third certificate inquiry letter; responding to a second signature operation of an auditor, and signing the third certificate inquiry letter to obtain a second certificate inquiry letter; responding to a second signature operation of the auditor, and carrying out first signature on the reply; in response to a second signing operation of the audited party, performing a second signing on the reply with the first signing;
and the letter collection unit is used for responding to the collection operation of an auditor and collecting the letters based on the reply of the first signature and the second signature.

A letter service platform as claimed in claim 3, further comprising: the verification module is used for acquiring a to-be-verified letter, calculating a to-be-verified hash value of the to-be-verified letter, and comparing the to-be-verified hash value with at least one of the first inquiry letter, the second inquiry letter, the third inquiry letter and the reply letter to judge whether the to-be-verified letter is tampered or not and/or judge a reply stage to which the to-be-verified letter belongs; wherein the functioned hash value is stored in the blockchain.

A letter service platform as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a workbench module for providing a workbench interface including at least one of a to-do display area, an incomplete task tracking display area, and a letter statistical analysis display area; the to-do display area is used for displaying letter to-do matters related to the access party; the uncompleted task tracking display area is used for displaying information of at least one type of uncompleted tasks of the letters associated with the access party, the uncompleted tasks comprise at least one of all uncompleted tasks, uncompleted tasks with agreed processing time limit less than pre-configured time and not exceeding time and uncompleted tasks exceeding time, and the information of the uncompleted tasks comprises at least one of letter types, identifications, states, task descriptions and initiation time of the uncompleted tasks; the letter statistical analysis display area is used for displaying the execution condition of at least one type of letter in a preset time period;
and the workbench module is also used for responding to the operation of the visit party to trigger the hastening in the uncompleted task tracking display area and sending a hastening reminder to the party associated with the uncompleted task.
6. A letter service platform as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a management module,
the management module is used for performing at least one of the following management: the method comprises the steps of managing a letter and audit project of an auditor, managing an inquiry letter template of the first inquiry letter used for generating the auditor, managing an account bank of a party to be audited, managing a seal of the auditor and/or the party to be audited, and managing financial data of the party to be audited.
7. A letter service platform as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an on-chain tracking module;
and the on-chain tracking module is used for acquiring and displaying letter data matched with the authority of the access party, wherein the letter data comprises basic information of the letter and source tracing information of each processing stage in the whole letter process.
8. The correspondence service platform of claim 1, further comprising at least one of:
the counting module is used for counting the reply condition of the auditor within a preset time period, wherein the reply condition comprises at least one of a reply ratio, a ratio of the reply to be consistent with the corresponding sent letter and a ratio of the reply to be inconsistent with the corresponding sent letter; and/or, counting letter state information of an auditing party, wherein the letter state information comprises letter quantity in each processing stage related to the auditing party;
the difference analysis module is used for analyzing the financial data related to the audited party and determining the reason of the difference when the difference between the second inquiry letter and the reply letter is detected;
and the letter execution evaluation module is used for evaluating the letter execution quality of the audited party by combining the commercial credit of the audited party and the reference information of internal control and risk management.
9. A letter service platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the letter service platform interfaces with a financial system of an audited party to obtain financial data of the audited party from the financial system;
and/or the letter service platform is connected with a first letter system of an auditor so as to send the second letter to the inquired party through the first letter system;
and/or the letter service platform is connected with a second letter system of a inquired party so as to receive the reply fed back by the inquired party through the second letter system.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor coupled to each other,
the memory stores program instructions;
the processor is configured to execute program instructions stored in the memory to implement the functionality of the modules of the letter service platform of any of claims 1 to 9.
