It should be noted that by respectively recording letter related data of each stage into the database, the invention can realize that audit units carry out systematized and intelligent management on each letter data of different audit businesses, replaces the traditional letter management mode depending on manual recording, realizes the management of the whole life cycle of letter data circulation, and meets the overall management of each audit business by the audit units.
It can be understood that when the letter content of an audit service is judged whether to complete the letter, the judgment is carried out through the zone bit of the corresponding letter data folder, if the zone bit is 1, the letter content is proved to be complete, otherwise, the letter content is not complete. The invention simplifies the management mode of various letter contents and effectively avoids the problem of letter omission.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the method for transferring the paper file of the inquiry letter to the letter-to-be-certified unit specifically comprises the following steps:
presetting various ways to transfer the paper document of the inquiry letter to the unit to be letter;
acquiring letter requirement items of a letter unit, and acquiring candidate ways meeting the letter requirement items from multiple ways;
respectively acquiring the letter cost, letter duration and letter risk of each candidate path;
presetting a cost grade transposition table, a duration grade transposition table and a risk grade transposition table, and carrying out grade conversion through the corresponding grade transposition table based on the letter cost, the letter duration and the letter risk to respectively obtain a letter cost grade, a letter duration grade and a letter risk grade;
based on the service requirement of the audit, obtaining the influence weight of the cost, the duration and the risk on the audit, and carrying out normalization processing on each influence weight;
multiplying the letter cost grade, letter duration grade and letter risk grade of each candidate path by corresponding influence weight respectively, and accumulating the products to obtain the weight score of each candidate path;
and (4) sorting according to the weight, and selecting a candidate path with the highest score to forward the inquiry letter paper file.
The letter cost is the total cost spent in the process of pointing to the letter unit to send the letter to receive the letter, and comprises the route cost, the postage cost and the like. The letter duration is the time period from the issuance of the letter to the receipt of the letter by the letter unit. The letter risk refers to the risk degree from the letter issuing of the letter to the successful receipt of the letter, such as the risk of data loss. It will be appreciated that the risk level of a personal letter is lower than that of a postal letter.
It should be noted that different auditing services have different service requirements in different scenarios, for example, if some auditing needs to be completed within a short time, the influence weight of the duration is relatively high; in another example, there is a cost requirement for auditing the business definition, and the weight of the cost influence is relatively high.
It will be appreciated that the cost of a letter, the length of a letter, and the risk of a letter may be translated into rank values of the same dimension by a rank transpose table. In the grade transposition process, reverse transposition is adopted, namely the longer the time spent in the letter process (mainly including the time spent in the round trip of the inquiry letter), the lower the letter time grade converted by the grade transposition table is, and otherwise, the higher the letter time grade is; similarly, the higher the letter cost is, the lower the letter cost grade after conversion is, and otherwise, the higher the letter cost is.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the method for respectively obtaining the letter cost, the letter duration and the letter risk of each candidate path comprises the following steps:
constructing a cost prediction model, a duration prediction model and a risk prediction model;
acquiring basic information of each candidate path;
and respectively predicting to obtain corresponding letter cost, letter duration and letter risk through a cost prediction model, a duration prediction model and a risk prediction model based on the basic information of each candidate path.
It can be understood that the basic information of the candidate routes includes letter initial position information, letter destination position information, topographic information between two positions, current weather environment information (including weather information, solar terms information, such as holidays), and attribute information of the candidate routes, wherein the attribute information includes route modes (personal letters or letter mails), if the candidate routes are personal letters, the attribute information further includes vehicle types, and if the candidate routes are letter mails, the attribute information further includes mailing units.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after obtaining the corresponding letter duration predicted, the method further comprises:
acquiring a plurality of historical letter data based on the same way mode, wherein each historical letter data at least comprises letter starting position information, letter destination position information, topographic information between two positions, historical weather environment information and historical real letter duration;
obtaining topographic information and historical weather environment information between two positions of a current candidate path, and performing feature calculation to obtain a first feature value;
respectively carrying out feature calculation on topographic information and historical weather environment information between two positions of each historical letter data to obtain a second feature value;
respectively calculating the difference between the first characteristic value and each second characteristic value, and adding historical function data with the difference smaller than a first preset threshold value into a correction database;
based on letter initial position information, letter target position information, terrain information between two positions and historical weather environment information of each historical letter data in a correction database, and outputting corresponding historical prediction letter duration through a duration prediction model;
based on each historical function data in the correction database, respectively subtracting the historical prediction function duration from the historical real function duration to obtain a difference value;
averaging the difference values of the plurality of historical function data in the correction database to obtain a correction value;
and adding a correction value on the basis of predicting the corresponding letter duration to obtain the corrected letter duration.
It is understood that the same approach manner is based on the approach manner of the candidate approach of the predictive subject, and if the candidate approach is an in-person correspondence, the historical correspondence data of all in-person correspondence is obtained from the historical database.
It should be noted that, in the duration model prediction process, because sample data of model training is limited, the accuracy of model prediction may be deviated, and the method calculates the deviation of predicted duration based on the difference between the historical actual duration of the historical letter data and the historical predicted duration of the letter data, and corrects the current predicted duration based on the deviation, thereby obtaining more accurate duration of the letter.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after the letter folders are respectively established under the corresponding letter directories according to the contents of the letter, the method further comprises:
presetting a plurality of letter folders, wherein each letter folder corresponds to a letter service;
each letter service of the audit comprises a plurality of working items, each working item of each letter service is respectively compared with corresponding working items of other letter services of the audit, and if the difficulty coefficient of the former is greater than that of the latter, the resource requirement degree of the corresponding working item of the former letter service is increased by one;
comparing each work item of each letter service of the audit with corresponding work items of other letter services respectively;
after the comparison is completed, counting the resource demand score of each working item of each letter service;
acquiring resource demand weights of a plurality of working items, and normalizing the resource demand weights of the plurality of working items to obtain a plurality of normalized resource demand weights;
on the basis of each letter service, multiplying the resource demand score of each working item by the corresponding resource demand weight, and accumulating the products to obtain a resource demand comprehensive score;
carrying out normalization processing based on the resource demand comprehensive scores of the letter services to obtain resource allocation proportions of the letter services;
presetting the letter input resource total amount of the audit, and multiplying the letter input resource total amount by the resource allocation proportion of each letter service respectively to obtain the resource allocation amount of each letter service.
It will be appreciated that the work items of the letter may include letter material preparation, execution of letter procedures, and the corresponding equivalence of other external interference factors. It can be understood that different work items have different resource requirements, for example, the letter data preparation work has a smaller resource requirement than the letter process, so the letter data preparation work has a smaller resource requirement weight, and the letter process has a larger resource requirement weight.
It can be understood that because the resources of the registered accountants are limited, each letter content needs different resource allocation according to the difficulty degree of the letter content, the difficulty of some letters is higher, the required resources are more, the difficulty of some letters is lower, and the required resources are less. The invention carries out balanced resource distribution on each letter service through a preset algorithm. The resources of the invention can comprise input human resources, input cost resources and the like.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after the scanned first scanned document is entered into the corresponding letter folder and the flag bit of the letter folder is set to 0, the method further comprises:
acquiring all letter folders with 0 flag bits in the intelligent letter management information base in a preset time period, extracting corresponding letter services from the letter folders, and presetting a corresponding direct responsible person bound to each letter service;
extracting coordinate position information corresponding to a letter unit from each letter service;
performing clustering analysis on all the extracted coordinate position information based on a density clustering algorithm to obtain a plurality of clustering groups and a clustering center of each clustering group;

It should be noted that, because different letter businesses point to corresponding by letter unit respectively, in the time quantum of predetermineeing, the letter unit of being letter business may have certain gathering nature, because the finiteness of audit unit resource, handle a plurality of letter businesses one by one, obviously can waste more resource, be same bank or two banks close apart from like the letter unit of being letter business directional, if handle two letter businesses respectively, then can cause extravagant more human cost, time cost. The invention counts all the letter services to be handled in the intelligent letter management information base, performs clustering based on the coordinate position of the corresponding letter unit to be handled, and performs unified handling by the corresponding group leader based on the clustering group, thereby saving the labor and time cost.
According to the specific embodiment of the present invention, after the completion of the letter work of the audit, the method further includes:
acquiring a plurality of letter services which are completed in a preset time period, and respectively carrying out characteristic calculation on related data information of the letter services to obtain a plurality of characteristic values;
performing clustering analysis through a density clustering algorithm based on the plurality of characteristic values to obtain a plurality of clustering characteristic centers;
taking a letter service closest to the clustering feature center as a key letter service, and acquiring an original letter template of the key letter service;
taking the relevant data information of the key letter service as the source information of a new letter template;
extracting template information in the source information of the new letter template according to a semantic recognition technology to obtain a new letter template;
and replacing the original letter template in the template database by the new letter template.
It can be appreciated that the original letter template is the letter template used by the key letter service in the initial letter making process. However, adjustments may be made during the letter making process based on the current status or current environment of the respective enterprise. According to the method, the updating conditions of different enterprises in the preset time period based on the original letter template are counted, and the template is updated in a self-adaptive mode, so that the letter template which meets the requirements of the enterprises better is obtained, and the letter making complexity is simplified.

establishing an intelligent letter management information base;
acquiring relevant data of the audit of the audited unit based on a big data information platform, and constructing a letter directory of the audit in an intelligent letter management information base;
determining a letter range about the audit, determining the contents of the letter, and respectively establishing letter folders under corresponding letter directories according to the contents of the letter;
based on the content of the confirmed letter, selecting an adaptive inquiry letter template from a template database, and sending the inquiry letter template to an audited unit for filling and signing the content;
receiving a signed inquiry letter returned by an audited unit, scanning the inquiry letter to form a first scanning piece, inputting the first scanning piece into a corresponding letter folder, setting the flag bit of the letter folder to be 0, simultaneously transferring a paper file of the inquiry letter to the audited unit, and using the audited unit to perform letter certification on the received inquiry letter;
receiving an inquiry letter signed by a letter unit, scanning to form a second scanning piece, comparing the second scanning piece with all first scanning pieces in an intelligent letter management information base one by one on the basis of an image recognition technology to find out the first scanning piece with the highest similarity, replacing the first scanning piece with the second scanning piece with the highest similarity, and updating the flag bit of a corresponding letter folder to be 1;
and when the zone bits of all letter folders in the letter directory of the audit are updated to be 1, the letter work of the audit is completed.

each letter service of the audit comprises a plurality of working items, each working item of each letter service is respectively compared with corresponding working items of other letter services of the audit, and if the difficulty coefficient of the former is greater than that of the latter, the resource demand degree of the corresponding working item of the former letter service is increased by one;
comparing each work item of each letter service of the audit with corresponding work items of other letter services respectively;
after the comparison is completed, counting the resource demand score of each work item of each letter service;
acquiring resource demand weights of a plurality of working items, and normalizing the resource demand weights of the plurality of working items to obtain a plurality of normalized resource demand weights;
based on each letter service, multiplying the resource demand score of each working item by the corresponding resource demand weight, and accumulating the products to obtain a resource demand comprehensive score;
performing normalization processing based on the resource demand comprehensive scores of the letter services to obtain resource allocation proportions of the letter services;
and presetting the letter input resource total amount of the audit, and multiplying the letter input resource total amount by the resource allocation proportion of each letter service respectively to obtain the resource allocation amount of each letter service.
In a third aspect of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium is further provided, where the computer-readable storage medium includes a big data-based intelligent letter management method program, and when the big data-based intelligent letter management method program is executed by a processor, the steps of the big data-based intelligent letter management method are implemented.
The intelligent letter management method, system and storage medium based on big data provided by the invention replace the traditional letter management mode depending on manual recording, can realize systematic and intelligent management of letter data of different audit businesses by audit units, realize the management of the whole life cycle of letter data circulation, and meet the overall management of each audit business by the audit units.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. acquiring relevant data of the audit of the audited unit based on a big data information platform, and constructing a letter directory of the audit in an intelligent letter management information base;
determining letter ranges about the audit, determining letter contents, and respectively establishing letter folders under corresponding letter directories according to the letter contents;
based on the content of the confirmed letter, selecting a matched inquiry letter template from a template database, and sending the inquiry letter template to an audited unit for filling the content and signing;
receiving a signed inquiry letter returned by an audited unit, scanning the inquiry letter to form a first scanning piece, inputting the first scanning piece into a corresponding letter folder, setting the flag bit of the letter folder to be 0, simultaneously transferring a paper file of the inquiry letter to the audited unit, and using the audited unit to perform letter certification on the received inquiry letter;
receiving an inquiry letter signed by a letter unit, scanning to form a second scanning piece, comparing the second scanning piece with all first scanning pieces in an intelligent letter management information base one by one on the basis of an image recognition technology to find out the first scanning piece with the highest similarity, replacing the first scanning piece with the second scanning piece with the highest similarity, and updating the flag bit of a corresponding letter folder to be 1;
and when the flag bits of all letter folders in the letter directory of the audit are updated to be 1, the letter work of the audit is completed.
2. The intelligent letter management method based on big data as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transferring of the paper document of the letter-enquiry letter to the unit being letter-certified specifically comprises:
presetting a plurality of ways to transfer the inquiry letter paper file to the letter unit;
acquiring letter requirement items of a letter unit, and acquiring a candidate path meeting the letter requirement items from multiple paths;
respectively acquiring the letter cost, letter duration and letter risk of each candidate path;
presetting a cost grade transposition table, a duration grade transposition table and a risk grade transposition table, and carrying out grade conversion through the corresponding grade transposition table based on the letter cost, the letter duration and the letter risk to respectively obtain a letter cost grade, a letter duration grade and a letter risk grade;
based on the service requirement of the audit, obtaining the influence weight of the cost, the duration and the risk on the audit, and carrying out normalization processing on each influence weight;
multiplying the letter cost grade, letter duration grade and letter risk grade of each candidate path by corresponding influence weight respectively, and accumulating the products to obtain the weight score of each candidate path;
and (4) sorting according to the weight, and selecting a candidate path with the highest score to forward the inquiry letter paper file.
3. The intelligent letter management method based on big data of claim 2, wherein the step of obtaining the letter cost, the letter duration and the letter risk of each candidate route respectively comprises:
constructing a cost prediction model, a duration prediction model and a risk prediction model;
acquiring basic information of each candidate path;
and respectively predicting to obtain corresponding letter cost, letter duration and letter risk through a cost prediction model, a duration prediction model and a risk prediction model based on the basic information of each candidate path.
4. The intelligent big-data-based letter management method of claim 3, wherein after obtaining the predicted corresponding letter duration, the method further comprises:
acquiring a plurality of historical letter data based on the same way mode, wherein each historical letter data at least comprises letter starting position information, letter destination position information, topographic information between two positions, historical weather environment information and historical real letter duration;
obtaining topographic information and historical weather environment information between two positions of a current candidate way, and performing feature calculation to obtain a first feature value;
respectively carrying out feature calculation on topographic information and historical weather environment information between two positions of each historical letter data to obtain a second feature value;
respectively calculating the difference between the first characteristic value and each second characteristic value, and adding historical function data of which the difference is smaller than a first preset threshold value into a correction database;
based on letter initial position information, letter target position information, terrain information between two positions and historical weather environment information of each historical letter data in a correction database, and outputting corresponding historical prediction letter duration through a duration prediction model;
based on each historical function data in the correction database, respectively subtracting the historical prediction function duration from the historical real function duration to obtain a difference value;
averaging the difference values of the plurality of historical function data in the correction database to obtain a corrected value;
and adding a correction value on the basis of predicting the corresponding letter duration to obtain the corrected letter duration.
5. The intelligent big-data-based letter management method of claim 1, wherein after creating letter folders under corresponding letter directories according to the contents of the letter, said method further comprises:
presetting a plurality of letter folders, wherein each letter folder corresponds to a letter service;
each letter service of the audit comprises a plurality of working items, each working item of each letter service is respectively compared with corresponding working items of other letter services of the audit, and if the difficulty coefficient of the former is greater than that of the latter, the resource requirement degree of the corresponding working item of the former letter service is increased by one;
comparing each work item of each letter service of the audit with corresponding work items of other letter services;
after the comparison is completed, counting the resource demand score of each work item of each letter service;
acquiring resource demand weights of a plurality of working items, and normalizing the resource demand weights of the plurality of working items to obtain a plurality of normalized resource demand weights;
based on each letter service, multiplying the resource demand score of each working item by the corresponding resource demand weight, and accumulating the products to obtain a resource demand comprehensive score;
performing normalization processing based on the resource demand comprehensive scores of the letter services to obtain resource allocation proportions of the letter services;
presetting the letter input resource total amount of the audit, and multiplying the letter input resource total amount by the resource allocation proportion of each letter service respectively to obtain the resource allocation amount of each letter service.
6. The intelligent big-data-based letter management method of claim 1, wherein the scanned letter data is entered into a corresponding letter folder as a first scanning object, and after the flag bit of the letter folder is set to 0, the method further comprises:
acquiring all letter folders with 0 flag bits in the intelligent letter management information base in a preset time period, extracting corresponding letter services from the letter folders, and presetting a corresponding direct responsible person bound to each letter service;
extracting coordinate position information of a corresponding letter unit from each letter service;
performing clustering analysis on all the extracted coordinate position information based on a density clustering algorithm to obtain a plurality of clustering groups and a clustering center of each clustering group;
acquiring coordinate position information closest to a corresponding clustering center based on each clustering group, and determining corresponding letter service as target letter service based on the closest coordinate position information;
acquiring a direct responsible person having a binding relation with each target letter service based on each target letter service, and taking the direct responsible person as a group leader of the clustering group;
and uniformly processing all letter services of the corresponding cluster group by each group leader.

determining letter ranges about the audit, determining letter contents, and respectively establishing letter folders under corresponding letter directories according to the letter contents;
based on the content of the confirmed letter, selecting an adaptive inquiry letter template from a template database, and sending the inquiry letter template to an audited unit for filling and signing the content;
receiving a signed inquiry letter returned by an audited unit, scanning the inquiry letter to form a first scanning piece, inputting the first scanning piece into a corresponding letter folder, setting the flag bit of the letter folder to be 0, simultaneously transferring a paper file of the inquiry letter to the audited unit, and using the audited unit to perform letter certification on the received inquiry letter;
receiving a letter-inquiry letter signed by a letter-receiving unit, scanning to form second scanning elements, comparing the second scanning elements with all the first scanning elements in the intelligent letter management information base one by one on the basis of an image recognition technology to find out the first scanning element with the highest similarity, replacing the first scanning element with the second scanning element with the highest similarity, and updating the flag bit of the corresponding letter folder to be 1;
and when the zone bits of all letter folders in the letter directory of the audit are updated to be 1, the letter work of the audit is completed.
8. The intelligent letter management system according to claim 7, wherein the system for transferring the paper document of the letter of inquiry to the unit to be letter comprises:
presetting a plurality of ways to transfer the inquiry letter paper file to the letter unit;
acquiring letter requirement items of a letter unit, and acquiring candidate ways meeting the letter requirement items from multiple ways;
respectively acquiring the letter cost, letter duration and letter risk of each candidate path;

acquiring resource demand weights of a plurality of working items, and normalizing the resource demand weights of the plurality of working items to obtain a plurality of normalized resource demand weights;
on the basis of each letter service, multiplying the resource demand score of each working item by the corresponding resource demand weight, and accumulating the products to obtain a resource demand comprehensive score;
performing normalization processing based on the resource demand comprehensive scores of the letter services to obtain resource allocation proportions of the letter services;
and presetting the letter input resource total amount of the audit, and multiplying the letter input resource total amount by the resource allocation proportion of each letter service respectively to obtain the resource allocation amount of each letter service.
