In an embodiment of the present invention, the internet of things system includes an internet of things terminal, an internet of things node application server and an internet of things storage device; the Internet of things terminal comprises one or more of a video detector, a device sensor, an RFID tag and GPS terminal equipment, and is used for acquiring field data of an item; the application server of the node of the Internet of things is used for formatting the field data into a data input format corresponding to the blockchain network, then entering a chain to a preset verification node on the blockchain network, and backing up the field data to the storage device of the Internet of things; the internet of things storage device is used for storing the field data. Referring to fig. 4, an internet of things system 200 includes an internet of things terminal 201, an internet of things node application server 202, and an internet of things storage device 203.
The internet of things terminal 201 comprises a video detector, a device sensor, an RFID tag, a GPS terminal and other devices, and is used for collecting various data related to a construction site. The node application server 202 of the internet of things is configured to format the instruction into an input of an interface requirement provided by the blockchain, so as to complete a processing function corresponding to the instruction. The data such as various data and system logs relevant to the construction site are stored in the storage device 203 of the internet of things.
In an embodiment of the invention, the node application server of the internet of things comprises a data acquisition module, a data processing module and a data monitoring module; the data acquisition module is used for analyzing the field data acquired by the Internet of things terminal and transmitting the field data after analysis to the data processing module; the data processing module is used for integrating the received field data, calling the blockchain network to carry out hash operation on the integrated field data, and linking a hash value obtained by the hash operation to a preset verification node on the blockchain network; the data monitoring module is used for monitoring the field data integrated by the data processing module according to a preset rule, comparing the integrated field data with a preset threshold value, and obtaining a monitoring analysis result according to a comparison result; and linking the monitoring analysis result to a preset verification node on the blockchain network. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the application server 202 of the node of the internet of things includes a data acquisition module 2021, a data processing module 2022, and a data monitoring module 2023. The data collection module 2021 is configured to analyze information collected by the video detector, the device sensor, the RFID tag, and the GPS terminal, and call the blockchain to send the processed data to the blockchain verification node for consensus and concurrent verification after finishing data integration and processing by the data processing module 2022. The data monitoring module 2023 analyzes the data generated by the data processing module 2022 according to the system monitoring rule, and sends the monitoring analysis result to the blockchain verification node through an instruction.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the rights inquiry module includes a rights management system terminal, a rights management system application server, and a rights management system storage device; the rights management system terminal is used for receiving an externally input query instruction and providing the query instruction to the rights management system application server; the rights management system application server is used for converting the received query instruction into a blockchain network reading format and then transmitting the blockchain network reading format to the blockchain network to obtain a project management state corresponding to the query instruction; the rights management system storage device is used for storing and displaying the project management state. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the rights management system 400 includes a rights management system terminal 401, a rights management system application server 402, and a rights management system storage device 403. The rights management system terminal 401 comprises a PC or a mobile terminal, and is configured to display an input interface, and receive an instruction submitted by a supervision authority and transmit the instruction to the rights management system application server 402. The rights management system application server 402 is configured to format the instruction into an input of an interface requirement provided by the blockchain to complete a processing function corresponding to the instruction. The application server correlation stores the operations, logs, and query data returned by the blockchain to the equity management system storage device 403.
Referring to fig. 7 again, in an embodiment of the present invention, the rights management system application server 402 includes a project information management module 4021, a contract information management module 4022, a user information management module 4023, a project progress management module 4024, a rights management module 4025, a risk management module 4026, a statistics analysis module 4027, and a rule management module 4028.
The project information management module 4021 is configured to provide a query interface for the processing terminal, analyze a project information query request input by the input interface of the supervision organization, send a query instruction to a blockchain verification node, and obtain a collaboration organization number, a project type, a project name, a project address, a project scale, a project building area, project main structure information (information of the project on/under the ground, each building/layer, etc.) and project related file information, where the query result is displayed through the query interface.
The contract information management module 4022 is configured to provide a query interface for the processing terminal, analyze a contract information query request input by the input interface of the supervision organization, send a query instruction to a blockchain verification node, and obtain information such as a partnership number, a contract name, a project number, a contract relationship, a contract signing date, a contract-related person name and contact manner, account information, an engineering name, an engineering site, a contract total price, a progress payment manner, and a contract association file, where the query result is displayed through the query interface.
The user information management module 4023 is configured to provide a query interface for the processing terminal, parse a user information query request input by the input interface of the supervision mechanism, send a query instruction to the blockchain verification node and obtain a partnership number, a project number, a user identity unique identifier, a user name, a user category (including but not limited to a developer, a general package, a subcontracting, a labor worker, and a supervision), and a user associated file, where the query result is displayed through the query interface.
The project progress management module 4024 is configured to provide a query interface for the processing terminal, parse a project progress information query request input by the input interface of the supervision mechanism, send a query instruction to the blockchain verification node, obtain information such as a project number, a land parcel/scale number, a building area number, a current completion layer number, a current completion yield value, a current completion building area, and a project progress related file (including but not limited to a file such as a pouring order, a month progress approval table, and the like), and display a query result through the query interface.
The equity management module 4025 calculates equity of related labor main bodies (subcontracting, labor workers) according to equity calculation rules preset by the rule management module 4028 and equity of the related labor main bodies through various information of construction projects, contracts, users and project progress acquired by the project information management module 4021, the contract information management module 4022, the user information management module 4023 and the project progress management module 4024, and invokes a block chain interface to send equity of the labor main bodies (subcontracting, labor workers) to a block chain verification node for consensus concurrent evidence, so as to finish equity registration processing. Likewise, the rights management module provides rights management inquiry and maintenance functions for related personnel through the processing terminal.
The risk management module 4026 is configured to provide a query interface for the processing terminal, parse a project risk information query request input by the input interface of the supervision mechanism, send a query instruction to the blockchain verification node, obtain a project number, a risk category, and risk description information, and display a query result through the query interface. Likewise, the risk management module provides a risk information processing function for related personnel through the processing terminal.
The statistical analysis module 4027 is configured to provide a query interface for the processing terminal, analyze a statistical analysis query request input by the input interface of the supervision mechanism, and display a statistical result interface according to a set statistical analysis rule.
The rule management module 4028 is configured to provide an interface for the processing terminal, and parse a rule query and a maintenance request input by the input interface of the supervision organization, and is used for querying and setting rights calculation rules and statistical analysis rules.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the verification node includes an item information management module, a rights management module, a risk assessment module, and a transaction consensus module; the project information management module is used for receiving the project associated information and consensus the project associated information to other verification nodes in the blockchain network through the transaction consensus module; the rights management module is used for receiving the personnel information and consensus the personnel information to other verification nodes in the blockchain network through the transaction consensus module; the risk assessment module is used for analyzing and obtaining risk assessment data of a building project through a preset risk assessment rule according to the field data, the project association information and the personnel information, and consensus the risk assessment data to other verification nodes in the blockchain network through the transaction consensus module; or, receiving and storing the risk assessment data which are commonly recognized by other verification nodes; the transaction consensus module is used for enabling the uplink information of each verification node in the block chain network to be consistent according to a preset consensus algorithm. The system comprises a project information management module, a benefit verification module, a benefit freezing module, a benefit thawing module and a benefit query module, wherein the project information management module can comprise a project associated information registration module and a project associated information query module; specifically, referring to fig. 8, the blockchain verification node 302 includes an item association information registration module 3011, an item association information query module 3012, a equity registration module 3013, an equity verification module 3014, an equity freezing module 3015, an equity thawing module 3016, an equity query module 3017, a risk assessment module 3018, a transaction consensus module 3019, and a file storage module 3020.
The project association information registration module 3011 is configured to receive a project association information registration request transmitted by a partner institution application server and an internet of things system node application server, call the transaction consensus module 3019 to complete corresponding consensus, then execute an intelligent contract, and register the project association information into each verification node through a contract rule, so as to ensure that the project association information on all verification nodes is consistent. For file information in the item association information, the file is stored in the blockchain file storage device by calling the file storage module 3020. In one embodiment of the present invention, the project related information may be project information, contract information, project progress information, user information, and collection information of the internet of things system described in the present invention. The project related information related file information can be project construction license, project construction drawing, starting order, pouring order, month progress approval list and the like described in the invention.
The project association information query module 3012 is configured to receive a project association information query request transmitted by the collaboration mechanism application server, obtain project association information according to a query condition, and return the project association information.
The rights registering module 3013 is configured to receive a rights registering request transmitted by the rights management system application server, invoke the transaction consensus module 3019 to complete corresponding consensus, then execute an intelligent contract, register the rights information into each verification node through a contract rule, and ensure that the rights information on all verification nodes is consistent.
The rights and interests verifying module 3014 is configured to receive rights and interests registering requests transmitted by the rights and interests management system application server, call the transaction consensus module 3019 to complete corresponding consensus, then execute intelligent contracts, register the rights and interests information into each verifying node through contract rules, and ensure that the rights and interests information on all the verifying nodes are consistent.
The rights and interests verifying module 3014, the rights and interests freezing module 3015, and the rights and interests thawing module 3016 are configured to accept rights and interests adjustment requests transmitted by downstream data users (such as governments, financial institutions, etc.) during business processes, then execute intelligent contracts, update rights and interests information according to contract rules, and register the rights and interests information in each verification node, so as to ensure that the rights and interests information in all verification nodes are consistent.
The rights inquiry module 3017 is configured to receive a rights information inquiry request sent by the rights management system application server, obtain rights information according to an inquiry condition, and return the rights information.
The risk assessment module 3018 acquires item association information transmitted by a partner organization application server and an internet of things system node application server according to the item association information registration module 3011, acquires information by an internet of things terminal device, executes an intelligent contract according to a preset risk assessment contract rule, registers an item risk assessment result to each verification node through the contract rule, and ensures that risk assessment information on all verification nodes is consistent. In addition, the risk assessment module 3018 supports receiving rights management system application server risk information query requests, obtaining risk information according to query conditions, and returning.
The transaction consensus module 3019 is configured to ensure that the uplink information on all verification nodes is consistent. When the transaction consensus module of a certain verification node receives the in-chain transaction information, the in-chain transaction information is broadcasted to all verification nodes, the transaction consensus module of all verification nodes checks whether the request transaction is repeated, if so, the request transaction is abandoned, otherwise, the request is stored in a memory, the request is packaged into a consensus block, a hash value (assumed to be H0) of the block is generated, each verification node needs to receive information of at least 2 other verification nodes, the hash value H0 is verified to be consistent with a digest of the received request verification in each information, and the in-chain information transaction consensus is completed.
In the present invention, the in-link information may include project information, contract information, project progress information, user information, device acquisition information of the internet of things system, and project-related file information, rights management information described in the present invention. The file storage module 3020 is configured to store, through the module, project information, contract information, project progress information, user information, and information related to a device acquisition information of the internet of things system described in the project present invention.
Referring to fig. 9 again, in an embodiment of the present invention, the risk assessment module 3018 includes a risk assessment contract rule setting sub-module 30181, a risk assessment result generating sub-module 30182, and a risk assessment result querying sub-module 30183. The risk assessment contract rule setting submodule 30181 is configured to accept a risk assessment contract rule, execute an intelligent contract after completing corresponding consensus, and register the risk assessment contract rule into each verification node to ensure that the risk assessment contract rules on all verification nodes are consistent. The risk assessment result generation submodule 30182 is configured to check changes of project information, contract information, project progress information, user information, and acquisition information of the internet of things system, match data with a risk assessment contract rule when the changes occur, perform data multidimensional verification comparison, generate assessment results according to the rule, and register the risk assessment results in each verification node to ensure that the risk assessment results on all verification nodes are consistent. The risk assessment result query sub-module 30183 is configured to receive a risk assessment result query request transmitted by the rights management system application server, obtain a risk assessment result according to a query condition, and return the risk assessment result.
The invention also provides a building rights management method based on the block chain, which comprises the following steps: constructing a blockchain network through a plurality of verification nodes; acquiring project related information and personnel information by using a cooperative mechanism system connected with the verification node, acquiring field data of a project by using an Internet of things system, and commonly identifying the field data, the project related information and the personnel information to other verification nodes in a blockchain network; acquiring the project associated information, the personnel information and the field data which are commonly recognized in the blockchain network according to the received management instruction; and analyzing the field data, the project association information and the personnel information to obtain project management states, and commonly identifying the project management states to other verification nodes in the blockchain network. Referring specifically to fig. 10, in actual operation, the above embodiment may be implemented according to the following procedure, and those skilled in the art will recognize that this example is only for facilitating understanding of the blockchain-based architecture benefit management method provided by the present invention, and is not limited in any way:
s101: project information, contract information, user information, project progress information and associated files are input by building project management personnel and building site related personnel through a terminal of the collaborative machine mechanism system.
S102: the partnership system initiates a chaining request to the blockchain verifying node 1, and the chaining information includes project information, contract information, user information, project progress information and associated files and file hash values thereof.
S103: the application server of the Internet of things system collects relevant data of the construction site of the data item through equipment such as a video detector, an equipment sensor, an RFID tag, a GPS terminal and the like.
S104: the internet of things system initiates a link entering request to the blockchain verification node 2, and the link entering information comprises information collected by a video detector, a device sensor, an RFID tag and a GPS terminal.
S105: each verification node of the blockchain receives request information of a cooperative mechanism and an Internet of things system and performs consensus.

In an embodiment of the present invention, analyzing the presence data, the project association information, and the personnel information to obtain a project management state further includes: the on-site data, the project associated information and the personnel information are subjected to multidimensional verification comparison through a risk assessment model and a preset threshold value which are arranged at each verification node in the blockchain network, so that a risk assessment result is obtained; and consensus the risk assessment result to other verification nodes in the blockchain network. In this embodiment, mainly related to risk assessment links, as shown in fig. 11, the actual working application may be implemented by the following flow:
s201: and setting the risk assessment contract rule abstracted by the risk assessment model to each node through preset parameters.
S202: the intelligent contract identifies the project information, contract information, project progress information and user information provided by the cooperative mechanism system in real time, acquires the change of the acquired information of the Internet of things system, and acquires the latest data.
S203: and carrying out multidimensional checking comparison on the data according to the data matching risk assessment contract rule, generating a risk assessment result, and registering on each node of the blockchain.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the analyzing the field data, the project related information and the personnel information to obtain a project management status may further include: comparing the field data with the project association information to obtain a building project completion proportion value; acquiring identity authentication information according to the comparison result of the field data and the personnel information; obtaining rights and interests information according to the project association information, the building project completion proportion value and the identity authentication information; and consensus the rights information to other verification nodes in the blockchain network. The project related information comprises project information, contract information and project construction information. Specifically, referring to fig. 12, the acquisition method of the rights information may include the following steps:
s301: and calculating rights and interests of the related labor main body (subcontracting and labor workers) according to preset rights and interests calculation rules. Before this step is performed, the equity management system has acquired project information, contract information, user information, project progress information, and associated file information that the partner machine mechanism system has entered from the blockchain verification node 3.
S302: the equity management system initiates a chaining request to the blockchain verification node 3, the chaining information including the equity of the labor main body (subcontracting, labor worker).
S303: each verification node of the block chain receives the request information of the rights management system and performs consensus.

The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows: based on block chain construction, the legal and effective labor equity benefit is ensured, and the block chain construction is not tamperable; the method has the advantages that real-time project information and project engineering progress condition monitoring are provided for the supervision department, the problem nodes can be positioned in time, and the supervision cost is reduced; meanwhile, the method can evaluate, monitor and cross-check the yield value of the construction project engineering according to the intelligent contract, and ensure that the whole-stage information of the construction project is real and effective.
The invention also provides a computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the above method when executing the computer program.
The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program for executing the above method.
As shown in fig. 13, the electronic device 600 may further include: a communication module 110, an input unit 120, an audio processing unit 130, a display 160, a power supply 170. It is noted that the electronic device 600 need not include all of the components shown in fig. 13; in addition, the electronic device 600 may further include components not shown in fig. 13, to which reference is made to the related art.
As shown in fig. 13, the central processor 1001, sometimes also referred to as a controller or operational control, may include a microprocessor or other processor device and/or logic device, and the central processor 1001 receives inputs and controls the operation of the various components of the electronic device 600.
The memory 140 may be, for example, one or more of a buffer, a flash memory, a hard drive, a removable media, a volatile memory, a non-volatile memory, or other suitable device. The information about failure may be stored, and a program for executing the information may be stored. And the central processor 1001 may execute the program stored in the memory 140 to realize information storage or processing, etc.
The input unit 120 provides input to the central processor 1001. The input unit 120 is, for example, a key or a touch input device. The memory 140 may be a solid state memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM), random Access Memory (RAM), SIM card, or the like. But also a memory which holds information even when powered down, can be selectively erased and provided with further data, an example of which is sometimes referred to as EPROM or the like. Memory 140 may also be some other type of device. Memory 140 includes a buffer memory 141 (sometimes referred to as a buffer). The memory 140 may include an application/function storage 142, the application/function storage 142 for storing application programs and function programs or a flow for executing operations of the electronic device 600 by the central processor 1001.
The memory 140 may also include a data store 143, the data store 143 for storing data, such as contacts, digital data, pictures, sounds, and/or any other data used by the electronic device. The driver storage 144 of the memory 140 may include various drivers of the electronic device for communication functions and/or for performing other functions of the electronic device (e.g., messaging applications, address book applications, etc.).
The communication module 110 is a transmitter/receiver 110 that transmits and receives signals via an antenna 111. The communication module (transmitter/receiver) 110 is coupled to the central processor 1001 to provide an input signal and receive an output signal, which may be the same as in the case of a conventional mobile communication terminal.
Based on different communication technologies, a plurality of communication modules 110, such as a cellular network module, a bluetooth module, and/or a wireless local area network module, etc., may be provided in the same electronic device. The communication module (transmitter/receiver) 110 is also coupled to a speaker 131 and a microphone 132 via an audio processor 130 to provide audio output via the speaker 131 and to receive audio input from the microphone 132 to implement usual telecommunication functions. The audio processor 130 may include any suitable buffers, decoders, amplifiers and so forth. In addition, the audio processor 130 is also coupled to the central processor 1001 so that sound can be recorded locally through the microphone 132 and so that sound stored locally can be played through the speaker 131.

The collaboration mechanism system is used for acquiring project association information and personnel information, and linking the project association information and the personnel information to a verification node on the blockchain network;
the Internet of things system is used for collecting field data of projects and linking the field data to verification nodes on the blockchain network;
the verification node is used for consensus the received project association information, personnel information and/or the field data to other verification nodes in the blockchain network;
the rights management system is used for acquiring the field data, the project association information and the personnel information which are commonly recognized in the blockchain network according to the received management instruction; and analyzing the field data, the project association information and the personnel information to obtain a project management state, and commonly identifying the project management state to other verification nodes in the blockchain network through the connected verification nodes.
2. The blockchain-based building equity management system of claim 1, wherein the partnership system includes a partnership terminal, a partnership server, and a partnership storage device;
the cooperation mechanism terminal acquires project association information and personnel information and provides the project association information and the personnel information to the cooperation mechanism server;
The collaboration mechanism server is used for formatting the project association information and the personnel information into a data input format corresponding to the blockchain network, then entering a chain to a preset verification node on the blockchain network, and backing up the project association information and the personnel information to the collaboration mechanism storage device;
the cooperation mechanism storage device is used for storing the project association information and the personnel information.
3. The blockchain-based building equity management system of claim 2, wherein the partnership server includes a project information management module, a contract information management module, a user information management module, a project progress management module, and an equity query module;
the project association information comprises project information, contract information and project construction information;
the project information management module is used for analyzing project associated information to obtain project information and project construction information, calling the blockchain network to carry out hash operation on the project information and the project construction information, and linking hash values obtained by the hash operation to a preset verification node on the blockchain network;
the contract information management module is used for analyzing project association information to obtain contract information, calling the blockchain network to carry out hash operation on the contract information, and linking a hash value obtained by the hash operation to a preset verification node on the blockchain network;
The user information management module is used for analyzing personnel information, calling the blockchain network to carry out hash operation on the personnel information, and linking a hash value obtained by the hash operation to a preset verification node on the blockchain network;
