Abstract
The invention provides a method, a device and a system for processing maintenance quotation, wherein the method is applied to a customer relationship management system and comprises the following steps: receiving a maintenance quotation sent by a user mobile terminal; analyzing the maintenance quotation to obtain the factory number of the product to be maintained; determining a target approver corresponding to the overhaul quotation according to a mapping relation between a factory number and the approver, which is prestored by the customer relation management system; generating a to-be-examined and approved quotation request sheet comprising the relevant information of the target approver at the background of the target approver; after the target approver approves the to-be-approved maintenance quotation request sheet, generating an approved maintenance quotation sheet; and sending the approved overhaul quotation to the user mobile terminal. 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
authenticating the user mobile terminal;
and under the condition that the user mobile terminal is determined to have the authority of sending the maintenance quotation to the customer relationship management system, executing the maintenance quotation sent by the receiving user mobile terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the service quotation sent by the user mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
synchronously storing the overhaul quotation in an intermediate library of the customer relationship management system, and setting the state of the overhaul quotation to be an approval state;
after the generating an approved service quotation, the method further comprises:
and synchronously storing the examined and approved overhaul quotation in an intermediate library of the customer relationship management system, and setting the state of the overhaul quotation in the intermediate library of the customer relationship management system as an examined and approved state.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining a target approver corresponding to the service quotation according to a mapping relationship between a factory number and the approver pre-stored in the customer relationship management system comprises:
determining the product model of the product to be overhauled according to a mapping relation between a factory number and the product model, which is pre-stored by the customer relation management system;
and determining a target approver corresponding to the product model of the product to be overhauled, namely the target approver corresponding to the overhaul quotation, according to a mapping relation between the product model and the approver prestored by the customer relation management system.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein when the target approver is one or more and the one or more target approvers approve the repair quotation in sequence, the generating a pending repair quotation request including information about the target approver in the target approver background comprises:
and calling a workflow engine, and sequentially generating the to-be-inspected and approved quotation request sheet comprising the relevant information of the corresponding target approver in each target approver background according to the sequence of the pre-configured approval nodes in the workflow engine.
6. The method of claim 1 or 5, wherein when the target approver is the target approver of the financial department, the generating a pending approval quotation request sheet including relevant information of the target approver in the target approver background comprises:
determining the product model of the product to be overhauled according to a mapping relation between a factory number and the product model, which is pre-stored by the customer relation management system;
determining quotation information corresponding to the product model of the product to be overhauled according to a mapping relation between the product model and the quotation information prestored by the customer relation management system;
and generating the to-be-inspected and approved quotation request sheet according to quotation information corresponding to the product model of the to-be-inspected product, the relevant information of the target approver of the financial department and the overhauling quotation sheet.
7. An overhaul quote processing apparatus applied to a customer relationship management system, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a pending quotation receiving unit, a checking quotation receiving unit and a checking and approving quotation receiving unit, wherein the pending quotation receiving unit is used for receiving a checking quotation sent by a user mobile terminal;
the quotation analysis unit is used for analyzing the maintenance quotation to obtain the factory number of the product to be maintained;
the approver determining unit is used for determining a target approver corresponding to the overhaul quotation according to a mapping relation between a factory number and the approver, which is prestored by the customer relation management system;
the quotation request sheet generating unit is used for generating a to-be-examined and approved quotation request sheet comprising the relevant information of the target approver in the background of the target approver;
the approved quotation generation unit is used for generating an approved quotation after the target approver approves the to-be-approved quotation request sheet for overhaul;
and the approved quotation transmitting unit is used for transmitting the approved overhaul quotation to the user mobile terminal.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the authentication unit is used for authenticating the user mobile terminal; and under the condition that the user mobile terminal is determined to have the authority of sending the maintenance quotation to the customer relationship management system, triggering the receiving unit of the quotation to be examined and approved.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the synchronous storage unit is used for synchronously storing the maintenance quotation in an intermediate library of the customer relationship management system after receiving the maintenance quotation sent by the user mobile terminal, and setting the state of the maintenance quotation to be in an approval state; after the examined and approved repair quotation is generated, the examined and approved repair quotation is synchronously stored in an intermediate library of the customer relationship management system, and the state of the repair quotation in the intermediate library of the customer relationship management system is set to be an examined and approved state.
10. A service quote processing system, comprising: a customer relationship management system and at least one user mobile terminal;
the user mobile terminal is used for generating a maintenance quotation and sending the maintenance quotation to the customer relationship management system;
the customer relationship management system is used for executing the maintenance quotation processing method according to any one of claims 1-6.
