In the present specification, a data processing method is provided, and the present specification relates to a data processing apparatus, a computing device, and a computer-readable storage medium, which are described in detail one by one in the following embodiments.
In practical application, as the number of the supervisors connected with the to-be-auditor is not limited to one, and the types of data audited by different supervisors are different, the to-be-auditor needs to sort and report different types of data aiming at different audit tasks; meanwhile, the data to be audited is reported to the supervisor by the party to be audited, so that whether the data is modified or not and the safety of the data cannot be guaranteed, the normalization of the supervision scene cannot be effectively controlled, and the supervision difficulty of the party to be audited is improved.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present specification, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S102, obtaining the data to be audited submitted by the party to be audited with respect to the audit task, wherein the data to be audited includes business data and process data.
In order to assist a supervisor in completing a compliance detection process and improving the compliance detection efficiency of the supervisor, the data processing method provided by this embodiment determines a first auditing result for auditing the to-be-audited party according to business data in the to-be-audited data after obtaining the to-be-audited party submitting the to-be-audited data for the auditing task, determines a second auditing result for auditing the to-be-audited party according to process data in the to-be-audited data, calculates an auditing score of the to-be-audited party based on the first auditing result and the second auditing result, and finally submits the business data and the auditing score to the supervisor issuing the auditing task, so that in the process of auditing the to-be-audited party, not only the influence of data on the auditing result of the to-be-audited party but also the influence factor of the process dimension of the to-be-audited party are considered, therefore, the safety and the compliance of the management data of the party to be audited are visually mapped through the audit score, the supervision party is further assisted to complete the compliance detection of the party to be audited, and the compliance detection efficiency of the supervision party is effectively improved.
In specific implementation, the party to be audited specifically refers to an enterprise or a shop or the like that needs to report data to the supervisor, and the supervisor completes a task of compliance detection according to the data to be audited submitted by the party to be audited; the supervisor is specifically an organization having a supervision right on the to-be-audited party, and can be an organization which supervises the service range, the management service or the health safety of the to-be-audited party, and the like, wherein different supervision dimensions are completed by different supervisors, for example, the supervision of the service range is completed by a market supervisor, and the sanitation safety supervision is completed by a sanitation supervisor; the audit task is specifically a task which is required to be issued by a monitor aiming at the supervision, for example, a market supervision mechanism can issue a business range audit task, and a sanitation supervision mechanism can issue an environmental sanitation audit task.
Based on this, after the supervisor issues the audit task, the to-be-audited party needs to feed back the to-be-audited data according to the regulations, wherein the to-be-audited data is specifically data fed back by the to-be-audited party for the audit task, and includes business data and process data, the business data is specifically data meeting the requirement of the audit task, and the process data is specifically data related to related processes when the to-be-audited party sorts the business data; if the data to be audited submitted by the party to be audited for the business range audit task contains business data and process data, the business data can be composed of sales data and sales article type data of the party to be audited, and the process data can be data corresponding to an operation process when the sales data and the sales article type data are sorted by the party to be audited.
That is to say, the process data is data corresponding to the operation process when the party to be audited collates the service data; the method comprises the steps of generating report data, checking the report data, examining the report data passing the examination, and finally reporting the report data passing the examination to a supervisor, wherein the four stages are completed.
Further, since the supervisor needs to issue the audit task according to actual requirements after completing the issue of the audit task, when issuing the audit task different from the previous audit task each time, a new audit task needs to be reconfigured, so that in order to save the time for the supervisor to issue the audit task, the sub audit task can be configured in advance, and the supervisor can perform the selection, in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
receiving a selection instruction submitted by the monitoring party for the task control through a task issuing page;
and determining the sub-audit tasks selected by the supervisor according to the selection instruction, and integrating the sub-audit tasks to obtain the audit tasks.
Specifically, the task release page is specifically a supervisor operation page, the task controls are specifically selectable controls distributed in the task release page, each control corresponds to one or more sub-audit tasks, the sub-audit tasks are specifically audit tasks matched with the supervision range of the supervisor, if the market monitoring organization can monitor the service range of the party to be checked, the market monitoring organization at this time can select the sub-checking tasks related to the sales performance, the sub-checking tasks related to the sales range and/or the sub-checking tasks related to the incoming order, and the checking tasks issued by the market monitoring organization aiming at the party to be checked can be formed based on the sub-checking tasks, therefore, the market supervision mechanism can audit the service range of the party to be audited through a plurality of angles, and the auditing accuracy is ensured.
Based on this, when a supervisor needs to issue an audit task for the to-be-audited party, the supervisor can click a task control through the task issuing page, at this time, a server bearing the task issuing page receives a selection instruction submitted by the supervisor for the task control, a sub-audit task selected by the supervisor can be determined by determining the task control touched by the selection instruction, the audit task can be generated based on the sub-audit task, the audit task is issued, that is, the audit task is sent to the to-be-audited party, so as to remind the to-be-audited party of assisting the supervisor to perform audit work on related services, and thus the normalization of the market is ensured.
In this embodiment, the data processing method will be described by taking the monitoring party as a market monitoring organization as an example, and correspondingly, the party to be audited is an enterprise to be audited; based on this, when the market monitoring organization needs to check the business range of the enterprise to be checked, the business range check task is issued through the task issuing page, at this time, a selection instruction submitted by the market monitoring organization for the task control through the task issuing page is received, the market monitoring organization is determined to select the sales performance check control, the sales item type check control and the incoming order check control, at this time, the first sub-check task is determined to be the sales performance check task based on the sales performance check control, the second sub-check task is determined to be the sales range check task based on the sales item type check control, the third sub-check task is determined to be the incoming order check task based on the incoming order check control, then the sales performance check task, the sales range check task and the incoming range check task are integrated, namely, the business range check task issued by the market monitoring organization to the enterprise to be checked can be obtained, therefore, the business range of the enterprise to be audited is audited.
In summary, the task issuing page containing the plurality of task controls is provided for the supervisor, so that the operation process of issuing the audit task by the supervisor is effectively reduced, the time for issuing the audit task by the supervisor is saved, the audit processing of the to-be-audited party is completed in a short time, and the audit efficiency of the supervisor is effectively improved.
And step S104, determining a first auditing result for auditing the party to be audited according to the service data, and determining a second auditing result for auditing the party to be audited according to the process data.
Specifically, on the basis of obtaining the to-be-audited data including the business data and the process data, further, the business dimension of the to-be-audited party is audited according to the business data, and the process dimension of the to-be-audited party is audited according to the process data, so that the first audit result and the second audit result are obtained, feedback of compliance of the to-be-audited party from multiple dimensions is achieved, and audit accuracy is improved.
In practical application, in the process of auditing the party to be audited according to the business data and the process data, the business data and the process data need to be compared with a preset standard, so that the party to be audited is audited, the parties to be audited with different scales have different standards, the auditing requirement and the auditing accuracy are met, and the supervision and management of a supervisor are facilitated.
Further, in the process of auditing the party to be audited according to the service data, in order to enable the auditing accuracy, the preset service range of the pre-stored party to be audited is obtained, and in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
acquiring an identifier of the party to be audited, and reading a preset service range of the party to be audited based on the identifier of the party to be audited;
determining the actual service range of the party to be audited according to the service data;
and comparing the preset service range with the actual service range, and determining the first auditing result for auditing the party to be audited according to the comparison result.
Specifically, the identifier of the party to be audited is a unique identifier that the party to be audited has, and may be a set character string, an organization code, a certificate number, or the like, and the preset service range is specifically a service range registered by the party to be audited, and if the party to be audited registers a hardware store, the preset service range is a sales operation range of the hardware store; and the actual service range is the service range currently operated by the party to be audited and determined according to the service data.
Based on the above, firstly, the identifier of the party to be audited is obtained, the preset service range of the party to be audited is read according to the identifier of the party to be audited, then the actual service range of the party to be audited in the current time period is determined based on the service data, and finally the actual service range is compared with the preset service range, a first auditing result of the auditing of the party to be audited can be determined, and under the condition that the preset service range is consistent with the actual service range, if the to-be-audited party does not exceed the authority to perform the service processing, the first audit result is that the to-be-audited party meets the requirement of the audit task, under the condition that the preset service range is inconsistent with the actual service range, the fact that the party to be audited exceeds the authority limit to perform service processing is indicated, and a first auditing result is that the party to be audited does not meet the requirement of an auditing task; after determining the first examination result, the first examination result is used for assisting the supervision and examination process of the supervisor.
Furthermore, in order to better assist the monitor to complete the auditing process and determine the normalization of the to-be-audited party from the way of sorting the business data by the to-be-audited party, the method may be considered from the process dimension, and if the degree of automation of sorting the data in the process dimension is high enough, it indicates that the normalization of the to-be-audited party is also higher, otherwise, the degree of automation is low, and indicates that the normalization of the to-be-audited party is also lower, so that the to-be-audited party can be used as a standard for auditing one dimension of the to-be-audited party to assist the monitor to complete the auditing process, in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is:
analyzing the process data to obtain a plurality of sub-process data;
determining auditing rules corresponding to the plurality of sub-process data respectively, and auditing the plurality of sub-process data respectively according to the auditing rules to obtain sub-auditing results corresponding to the plurality of sub-process data respectively;
and integrating the sub-audit results to obtain the second audit result.
Specifically, since the process data is related to the operation of the to-be-audited party for processing the service data at each stage, a second audit result of the to-be-audited party can be determined from the sub-process data corresponding to each stage, where the sub-process data specifically refers to the process data corresponding to each stage of the to-be-audited party, the audit rule specifically refers to the audit rule for auditing the sub-process data at each stage, and the audit rule may be a degree of automation of operation at each stage or a degree of manual operation involved in each stage, so that determination of the sub-audit result based on the sub-process data is achieved.
Based on this, the process data is firstly analyzed to obtain the plurality of sub-process data, then the auditing rules corresponding to the plurality of sub-process data are determined, meanwhile, the plurality of sub-process data are respectively audited according to the auditing rules to obtain the sub-auditing results corresponding to the plurality of sub-process data, and finally, the sub-auditing results are integrated to obtain the second auditing result of the process dimension of the party to be audited.
In practical applications, different data processing processes may involve different processing stages, so that the auditing rule of each stage may be set according to a practical application scenario, which is not limited herein, and the present embodiment will be described by taking four stages as an example.
Along the above example, when a market monitoring organization issues a business range auditing task for an enterprise to be audited, acquiring data to be audited submitted by the enterprise to be audited aiming at the task, wherein the data comprises sales performance data, sales range data, purchase order data and four-stage flow data of the enterprise to be audited, reading the registration business range of the enterprise to be audited according to an identification to be audited of the enterprise to be audited to be { retail wine water }, determining that the profit of the wine water of the enterprise to be audited is obviously reduced compared with that of the wine water in other months according to the sales performance data, determining that the sales range of the enterprise to be audited is still wine water and the purchase order data relates to the wine water, determining that the actual business range of the enterprise to be audited is still { retail wine water } at this moment, comparing the actual business range with the registration business range, and determining that the enterprise to be audited does not exceed the sales range, and the auditing result is qualified.
Furthermore, according to the flow data of the four stages, it is determined that the generation of the three kinds of business data by the enterprise to be audited is realized through a system automatic report function, and the verification flow, the approval flow and the reporting flow are all realized manually, at this time, it is indicated that the automation degree of the operation means for processing the business data by the enterprise is low, and the possibility of data tampering exists in the manual report realization operation, so that it can be obtained that the enterprise to be audited is qualified in the report generation flow, the auditing in the verification flow, the approval flow and the reporting flow is not qualified, and finally the flow auditing result of the enterprise to be audited is determined to be unqualified.
In summary, in the process of determining the first audit result and the second audit result, in order to meet the audit accuracy, the audit in the service dimension and the process dimension is realized according to the preset service range and the audit rule, so that the audit accuracy is improved, the audit of the to-be-audited party is realized from multiple dimensions, and the convenience of the monitoring party is further improved.
In specific implementation, in the process of auditing the process dimension, four levels can be divided according to the automation degree of the to-be-audited party for processing the business data, and if the process of processing the business data by the to-be-audited party is report-form-stage automation, and the checking stage, the approval stage and the reporting stage are manually realized, the level is 1; if the process of processing the business data by the party to be audited is that the report stage and the verification stage are automated, and the approval stage and the submission stage are manually realized, the grade is 2; if the process of processing the business data by the party to be audited is that the report stage, the verification stage and the approval stage are automated, and the reporting stage is manually realized, the grade is 3; if the process of processing the service data by the party to be audited is that the four stages are all automatic, the grade is 4; the higher the grade is, the safer the process of processing the business data by the party to be audited is, and the lower the possibility of being tampered is, so that the compliance degree of the party to be audited is reflected.
In addition, in order to improve the security and compliance of the to-be-audited party for processing the service data by itself under the condition that the second audit result for auditing the to-be-audited party is determined according to the process data, a policy can be pushed for the to-be-audited party according to the second audit result, so as to achieve the purpose of reminding the to-be-audited party, in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
determining the process grade of the party to be audited according to the second auditing result;
and generating a target strategy based on the process grade and the second auditing result, and sending the target strategy to the party to be audited.
Specifically, the process level specifically refers to a level at which the to-be-audited party processes the service data currently, where a higher process level indicates a higher security of processing the service data by the to-be-audited party, and a lower possibility of tampering the service data, and conversely, a lower process level indicates a lower security of processing the service data by the to-be-audited party, and a higher possibility of tampering the service data; correspondingly, the target policy specifically refers to a policy for guiding the to-be-audited party to promote the process level, such as a policy for reducing manual processes, a policy for improving automated processing, and the like.
Based on this, because the different to-be-audited parties are in different process levels, the target policy needs to be generated according to the process level and the second audit result, so that the to-be-audited parties can be effectively assisted to promote the process level, and the intention of the to-be-audited parties to promote the process level is improved.
According to the above example, the second audit result of the enterprise to be audited is qualified as a report, and the other three stages are not qualified, so that the process level of the enterprise to be audited can be determined to be 1, which indicates that the enterprise to be audited needs to be promoted in each stage, and if the promotion of the enterprise to be audited to the highest level is directly required or suggested, the enterprise to be audited may be repulsed, so that the second audit result and the process level can be suggested to determine a target strategy, the target strategy is that the enterprise to be audited is suggested to complete the automatic processing of the audit process, and thus, the safety of data can be ensured, and the monitoring processing by a market monitoring organization can be facilitated.
In summary, after the auditing of the party to be audited is completed, in order to improve the compliance awareness of the party to be audited and to effectively remind the party to be audited, a target policy may be generated according to the process level of the party to be audited and the second auditing result, so as to assist the party to be audited in performing the process dimension perfection, thereby ensuring the normativity of a business scenario.
And step S106, calculating the auditing score of the to-be-audited party based on the first auditing result and the second auditing result.
Specifically, on the basis of obtaining a first audit result and a second audit result by auditing the to-be-audited party, further, if the audit result and the business data are directly sent to the supervisor at this time, the supervisor needs to arrange according to the needs of the supervisor, in order to save the arrangement time of the supervisor and facilitate the supervisor to know the compliance of the to-be-audited party more intuitively, the audit score of the to-be-audited party can be calculated based on the first audit result and the second audit result, so that the supervisor can determine the compliance degree of the to-be-audited party through the audit score, wherein the higher the audit score is, the higher the compliance degree of the to-be-audited party is, and the lower the audit score is, the lower the compliance degree of the to-be-audited party is.
It should be noted that the audit score is a numerical value for assisting the administrator in auditing the party to be audited, and the compliance degree of the party to be audited cannot be directly determined, and further the auditing process is determined by the party to be audited according to the service data.
Further, in the process of calculating the review score, since the main dimension is still controlled by the business dimension, and the process dimension plays an auxiliary role, the calculation can be performed according to the weight corresponding to each dimension, and in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
determining the service score of the party to be checked in the service dimension according to the first checking result, and determining the process score of the party to be checked in the process dimension according to the second checking result;
and calculating the service score and the service weight of the service dimension, and the weighted sum of the process score and the process weight of the process dimension to serve as the auditing score.
According to the above example, when the audit result of the enterprise to be audited in the business dimension is determined to be qualified, the business score of the enterprise to be audited in the business dimension is determined to be 80 according to the audit result, correspondingly, the audit result of the enterprise to be audited in the process dimension is determined to be unqualified, the process score of the enterprise to be audited in the process dimension is determined to be 20 according to the audit result, meanwhile, the weight of the business dimension is determined to be 0.9, the weight of the process dimension is determined to be 0.1, and the audit score of the enterprise to be audited is determined to be 74 through weighting and calculating 80.9 +20 + 0.1 to 74, so that the method is used for assisting the market regulatory agency in the compliance detection process of the enterprise to be audited.
In conclusion, the auditing score of the party to be audited is calculated in a weighted sum calculation mode, and the configuration of the side gravity can be performed according to the actual requirement, so that a fairer auditing score can be obtained, the supervising party is assisted to complete the auditing detection process in a score mode, the time for the supervising party to browse the auditing result is saved to a great extent, and the auditing efficiency is further improved.
And step S108, submitting the service data and the audit score to a supervisor issuing the audit task.
Specifically, on the basis of determining the review score of the to-be-reviewed party according to the first review result and the second review result, the service data and the review score are submitted to the supervisor issuing the review task, so that the supervisor can conveniently review the to-be-reviewed party based on the service data, refer to the review score, and further guarantee the fairness and fairness of the review.
Further, before feeding back the service data and the audit score for the supervisor, in order to ensure the security of the data and avoid the occurrence of an event of service data extraction by the impersonating supervisor, the identity of the supervisor may be audited, in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
determining the supervisor who issues the audit task, and acquiring a supervision identifier of the supervisor;
sending a certification request to the supervisor according to the supervision identification, and receiving certification materials uploaded by the supervisor for the certification request;
and submitting the business data and the audit score to the supervisor under the condition that the certification material meets the preset detection condition.
Specifically, the supervision identifier is a unique identifier that the supervisor has, and the authority from which the supervisor comes can be determined through the supervision identifier, so that the supervisor can perform a subsequent auditing process; the certification material is specifically a material for certifying the identity of the supervisor, and may be a relevant procedure file for data extraction by the supervisor, or a official seal of the supervisor, or the like.
Based on this, before sending the service data to the supervisor, the supervisor who issues the audit task is determined, and meanwhile, the supervision identifier of the supervisor is obtained, then, a certification request is sent to the supervisor according to the supervision identifier, the supervisor is requested to certify the identity of the supervisor, and when receiving the condition that the supervisor uploads a certification material aiming at the certification request, the certification material is detected according to a preset detection condition, wherein the preset detection condition can be official seal detection, procedure detection and the like, and when the certification material does not meet the preset detection condition, the supervisor can possibly adopt an imposition means to illegally extract the service data of the party to be audited, and then the service data and the audit value are not sent to the supervisor; and under the condition that the certification material meets the preset detection condition, if the identity of the supervisor is correct, submitting the service data and the audit score to the supervisor.
According to the above example, under the condition that the monitoring party is determined to be the market monitoring mechanism, the monitoring identification of the market monitoring mechanism is determined, the market monitoring mechanism is requested to upload corresponding certification materials according to the monitoring identification, the procedure materials and official seal pictures uploaded by the market monitoring mechanism are received, at the moment, under the condition that the certification materials are determined to meet the preset detection conditions, the market monitoring mechanism is indicated to meet the condition of data extraction, and then the service data and the audit value of the enterprise to be audited are sent to the market monitoring mechanism.
In summary, before the service data and the audit score are sent to the supervisor, the supervisor is authenticated, so that the condition that an illegal user pretends to be the supervisor to extract data is avoided, and the security of the data of the server is further ensured.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the watching and auditing of the service data by the supervisor, the service data may be visually processed according to the display request of the supervisor, so as to generate visual data that is convenient for the supervisor to watch, in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
receiving a display request submitted by the supervisor;
performing visualization processing on the service data according to the display request to obtain visualization data corresponding to the display request;
and adding the visual data to a supervision page, and displaying the visual data to the supervisor.
Specifically, the visual data is data that is converted from the business data according to the display request and meets the requirements of the administrator, and the visual data may be graph structure data, table structure data, graph-text structure data, or chart structure data, that is, the business data may be converted into a graph structure expression, a table structure expression, a graph-text structure expression, or the like.
Based on this, after receiving the display request submitted by the supervisor, the service data is visually processed according to the display request to obtain the visual data corresponding to the display request, meanwhile, in order to facilitate the watching and longitudinal analysis of the supervisor, the visual data can be added to a supervision page, and finally, the supervision page added with the visual data is displayed to the supervisor, so that the supervisor can conveniently check the visual data.
Referring to fig. 2, when the display request received from the monitoring party is a bar graph request, the service data of the party to be checked is subjected to visualization processing conforming to the bar graph request, so as to generate a bar graph corresponding to the service data, and then the bar graph is added to the monitoring page convenient for the monitoring party to check, so as to generate a page convenient for the monitoring party to view and check, and finally the page displayed to the monitoring party is as shown in fig. 2.
In summary, in order to facilitate the watching of the supervisor, the service data can be visually processed according to the display request of the supervisor, so as to generate the visual data meeting the display request, and further improve the auditing convenience of the supervisor.
In addition, after the supervisor obtains the service data, the service scope of the to-be-audited party may be further required to be audited according to the service data, so as to determine the compliance of the to-be-audited party more deeply, in this embodiment, a specific implementation manner is as follows:
receiving a checking instruction submitted by the monitoring party aiming at the business data and the checking score;
generating auditing information for auditing the service range of the party to be audited according to the auditing instruction, and sending the auditing information to a target user matched with the party to be audited;
and under the condition that the target user returns response information aiming at the audit information, determining a service range audit result according to the response information, and sending the service range audit result to the supervisor.
The target user matched with the party to be audited is determined by the following method:
determining the position information of the party to be audited, creating a distribution area according to the position information, and determining the target user in the distribution area; or determining the historical order data of the party to be audited, and determining the target user according to the historical order data.
Specifically, the target user is a user capable of performing service range audit on the party to be audited; the auditing information specifically refers to information for auditing the service range of the party to be audited; the response information specifically refers to information fed back by the target user for the auditing information, and the service range auditing result is an auditing result of the service range of the party to be audited.
On the basis, under the condition that an audit instruction submitted by a supervisor for the service data and the audit score is received, the fact that the supervisor needs to audit a service range of a party to be audited is indicated, at the moment, audit information which aims at auditing the service range of the party to be audited is generated according to the audit instruction, the audit information is sent to a target user matched with the party to be audited, and the target user can be specified by a server or determined according to the position information of the party to be audited; and finally, under the condition that the target user returns response information aiming at the audit information, determining the business range audit result according to the response information and sending the business range audit result to the supervisor.
For example, when a market regulatory organization performs deep audit on an enterprise to be audited, audit information for auditing a service range of the enterprise to be audited is generated according to an audit instruction submitted by the market regulatory organization, the audit information is ' asking for how to sell hardware of the enterprise ', meanwhile, an allocation region is created according to position information of the enterprise, a user in the region is selected as a target user, audit information ' asking for how to sell hardware of the enterprise ' is sent to the target user ', the operation range of the enterprise is compliant when response information returned by the target user is received and is ' unsold ', and finally, an audit result is fed back to the market regulatory organization.
In conclusion, the target user is selected to assist in auditing the service range in a position positioning mode, so that manpower and material resources can be saved, auditing information can be distributed for nearby users, the accuracy of response information can be effectively guaranteed, and the fairness of auditing the service range of the party to be audited is further improved.
In the data processing method provided by this embodiment, when obtaining that the to-be-audited party submits the to-be-audited data for the audit task, a first audit result of auditing the to-be-audited party is determined according to the business data in the to-be-audited data, a second audit result of auditing the to-be-audited party is determined according to the process data in the to-be-audited data, then the audit score of the to-be-audited party is calculated based on the first audit result and the second audit result, and finally the business data and the audit score are submitted to the supervisor issuing the audit task, so that not only the influence of the data on the audit result of the to-be-audited party is considered in the process of auditing the to-be-audited party, but also the influence factors of the to-be-audited party on the process dimension are considered, thereby realizing the intuitive mapping of the security and compliance of the to-be-audited party management data through the audit score, the supervision party is further assisted to complete the compliance detection of the party to be audited, and the compliance detection efficiency of the supervision party is effectively improved.
The following describes the data processing method further by taking an application of the data processing method provided in this specification in a compliance detection scenario as an example, with reference to fig. 3.
