In the embodiment, after the user terminal acquires the target resource, the second server can feed back consumption information to the first server in real time and provide a payment application to the first server; specifically, in order to facilitate resource allocation and tracing of the first server, the information to be paid may include, but is not limited to, specific resource items, payment amount, payment time, user information, and the like; and after receiving the information to be paid, the first server directly calls the enterprise account to pay the corresponding amount of money.
In the concrete implementation, after the first server receives the information to be paid, a confirmation process can be added to confirm whether the money, time, amount and user information in the information to be paid are consistent with the information in the resource use request which is approved in advance by the approval system, the payment application is received after the correctness is confirmed, and the enterprise account is called for payment.
In the embodiment, the information to be paid fed back by the second server is used for paying the public account, the relevant identification in the information to be paid is verified, and the resource allocation is further confirmed and traced, so that the management of the enterprise on the public payment is facilitated.

In this embodiment, after the first server sends the resource use request to the approval terminal, when the relevant identification information in the resource use request does not conform to the preset approval rule, the approval is different, and the approval system sends a failure message to the first server; and the first server refutes the resource use request sent by the user terminal according to the failure message, sends a specific reason of the refute request to the user terminal, and enables the user terminal to modify the resource use request according to the reason after receiving the refute request and to provide a correct application.
According to the embodiment, the whole application approval process is further perfected, the first server is more convenient to manage resource allocation, and meanwhile, a user can conveniently conduct request approval of related resources.

the execution main body of the method of the embodiment is a user terminal, the user terminal may be a resource management device, and the resource management device is arranged at the user terminal. In this embodiment, a mobile phone is taken as an example, and a resource management systematization is installed on the mobile phone for resource allocation management.
The first server in this embodiment may be a terminal server such as a PC computer, a notebook computer, an enterprise server, etc., and the enterprise server is taken as an example in this embodiment; the user mobile phone can establish communication connection with the enterprise server through the mobile internet, the Bluetooth communication and the wireless WIFI network, and performs signal transmission.
Specifically, the user equipment can edit a corresponding resource demand list according to actual resource demands, send the resource demand list to the enterprise server, and after receiving the resource demand list, the enterprise server analyzes the resource demand list to obtain related resource demand information and user information. in this embodiment, the first server and the second server sign a payment protocol, establish authorization, and send the authorization credential to the first server by the second server, so that the first server sends the authorization credential to the user terminal according to the resource usage request sent by the user terminal.
In specific implementation, the first server is an enterprise server, and the second server is a third-party product platform providing specific resource services, specifically, the third-party product platform can be a travel accommodation platform, a 12306 train ticket platform, a public comment dining service platform, and the like; when the authorization voucher establishes authorization contract with the third-party product platform for the enterprise server, consumption authorization voucher information fed back by the third-party product platform, and the user terminal can call corresponding resources, such as train tickets, room accommodation, restaurant consumption and the like, in the third-party product voucher according to the authorization voucher.
Step S230, sending the authorization credential to a second server to obtain the target resource.
It can be understood that the authorization voucher may include specific authorization affair and authorization amount information, when the user terminal applies for the target resource on the second server, the second server analyzes the authorization voucher, acquires the corresponding authorization affair and authorization amount information, compares the target resource to judge, when the authorization affair and authorization amount information do not conform to the information preset in the authorization voucher, terminates the target resource request affair, and feeds back the relevant termination reason to the user terminal; for example, when the travel accommodation platform is used as the second server, the initial authorization credential is guest room accommodation resource with amount less than 300, and the target resource proposed by the user terminal is meal resource with amount of 500, the travel accommodation platform can reject the resource use request of the user terminal, and prompt the authorization range, so that the user terminal can propose a correct target resource use request according to the prompt, thereby obtaining the target resource.
In this embodiment, the resource management method is applied to a user terminal, and includes sending a resource usage request to a first server, so that the first server sends the resource usage request to an approval terminal; receiving an authorization certificate sent by the first server under the condition that the resource use request is approved by the approval terminal; the authorization credential is obtained by establishing an authorization relationship between the first server and a second server; and sending the authorization certificate to a second server to obtain the target resource. After receiving a resource use request application sent by a user terminal, an enterprise server sends application information to an approval terminal; the approval terminal checks the application information according to a preset approval rule and then feeds back an approval result to the enterprise server; after receiving the approval passing information, the enterprise server sends an authorization certificate to the user terminal; and the user terminal applies the authorization certificate to obtain the target resource in the third-party server. Compared with the prior art, the scheme of the invention optimizes the public payment process, so that the enterprise server and the third-party server directly carry out resource allocation, and the user terminal does not need to pay for the payment and then the payment is carried out on the payment and reimbursement in the enterprise server; the method optimizes the process of the public payment, so that the enterprise is more convenient to manage the public payment and easier to trace the public payment.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, a sixth embodiment of the resource management method of the present invention is provided, where the resource management method specifically includes:
the user terminal sends a resource use request to the first server according to actual requirements; after receiving the resource use request, the first server sends the resource use request to a corresponding approval terminal based on the relevant identification information in the resource use request; the approval terminal feeds back a passed or rejected approval result to the first server based on a preset approval rule; when the first server receives the approved approval result, the authorization certificate is sent to the user terminal; and the user terminal acquires the target resource from the second server according to the authorization certificate.
According to the scheme, the method optimizes the public payment process, so that the enterprise server and the third-party server directly carry out resource allocation, and the user terminal does not need to pay for the payment and then the payment is carried out on the enterprise server; the method optimizes the process of the public payment, so that the enterprise is more convenient to manage the public payment and easier to trace the public payment.
In addition, this embodiment further provides a resource management apparatus applied to a first server, where the resource management apparatus includes:
a receiving module: the system comprises a resource use request used for receiving a resource use request sent by a user terminal;
a first sending module: the resource use request is sent to an approval terminal so that the approval terminal can feed back an approval result;

a receiving module: the authorization certificate is used for receiving the authorization certificate sent by the first server under the condition that the approval terminal approves the resource use request; the authorization credential is obtained by establishing an authorization relationship between the first server and a second server;
a second sending module: the authorization credential is sent to a second server to obtain the target resource.

In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal device, where the terminal device includes a memory, a processor, and a terminal application control program that is stored in the memory and is executable on the processor, and when the terminal application control program is executed by the processor, the steps of the resource management method according to the above embodiment are implemented.
Since the terminal application control program is executed by the processor, all technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments are adopted, so that at least all the beneficial effects brought by all the technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments are achieved, and details are not repeated herein.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a terminal application control program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed by a processor, the terminal application control program implements the steps of the resource management method described above.

receiving a resource use request sent by a user terminal;
sending the resource use request to an approval terminal so that the approval terminal feeds back an approval result;
and if the authorization certificate passes the approval, sending an authorization certificate to the user terminal so that the user terminal applies the authorization certificate to obtain the target resource from a second server.

The resource management method of claim 1, wherein the first server comprises a plurality of quota information and a plurality of approval terminal information, and the plurality of quota information and the plurality of approval terminal information form a mapping relationship; after the step of receiving the resource usage request sent by the user terminal, the method further includes:
analyzing the resource use request to obtain limit information;
the step of sending the resource use request to an approval terminal so that the approval terminal feeds back an approval result specifically includes:
based on the limit information, acquiring corresponding approval terminal information according to the mapping relation;
and sending the resource use request to the approval terminal so that the approval terminal feeds back an approval result.
3. The resource management method of claim 1 wherein the step of receiving a resource usage request sent by a user terminal is preceded by the method further comprising:
establishing authorization with a second server;
and receiving the authorization credentials fed back by the second server.

The resource management method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of sending an authorization credential to the user terminal if the approval is passed, so that the user terminal applies the authorization credential to obtain the target resource from the second server, the method further comprises:
receiving information to be paid of the target resource fed back by the second server, wherein the information to be paid comprises payment amount, payment items and payment time;
and paying by using a preset account according to the information to be paid.
5. The resource management method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of sending the resource usage request to an approval terminal so that the approval terminal feeds back the approval result, the method further comprises:
and if the approval is not passed, terminating the resource use request, and feeding back termination information to the user terminal.
6. A resource management method is applied to a user terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a resource use request to a first server so that the first server sends the resource use request to an approval terminal;
receiving an authorization certificate sent by the first server under the condition that the resource use request is approved by the approval terminal; the authorization credential is obtained by establishing an authorization relationship between the first server and a second server;
and sending the authorization certificate to a second server to obtain the target resource.
7. A resource management apparatus applied to a first server, the resource management apparatus comprising:
