Specifically, the execution credential uploaded by the executed party is sent to the decision mechanism, and meanwhile, a credential certification uploaded by the decision mechanism for the execution credential is received, where the credential certification specifically refers to a certification file established by the decision mechanism for the execution credential so as to prove that the executed party can obtain the support provided by the third party mechanism, and based on this, an execution reminder carrying the credential certification is sent to the third party mechanism associated with the execution incentive policy, so that the execution reminder is sent to the third party mechanism, and the third party mechanism is reminded to provide the support service related to the execution incentive policy for the executed party.
According to the above example, the execution voucher (transfer record) of the first enterprise is sent to the third court, and meanwhile, the voucher certificate uploaded by the third court for the execution voucher is received, and at the moment, the execution reminder can be sent to the mechanism for providing fund support for the first enterprise based on the voucher certificate, namely, the fund support mechanism is reminded to provide fund support service for the first enterprise.

In one or more embodiments of this embodiment, after the step of calling a push interface to push, to the executing party, push information carrying an execution voucher according to an execution voucher uploaded by the executed party to the execution contract by scanning the image identification code is executed, the method further includes:
performing execution evaluation on the executed party based on the execution voucher and the execution contract to obtain an execution evaluation result;
and determining the public information aiming at the executed party according to the execution evaluation result and the judgment information, and calling a public interface to disclose the public information.
Step 208: and determining a fund incentive strategy issued to the executed party on the condition of receiving a confirmation instruction submitted by the executing party for the push information through the push interface.
In one or more implementations of this embodiment, the determining a fund incentive policy to be issued to the executed party includes:
determining the execution completion degree of the executed policy on the case to be executed based on the execution contract and the execution certificate;
and inquiring the completion degree interval to which the execution completion degree belongs, and taking an excitation strategy corresponding to the completion degree interval to which the execution completion degree belongs as the fund excitation strategy.
In one or more embodiments of this embodiment, after the step of determining that the fund incentive policy issued to the executed party is executed when receiving a confirmation instruction that the executing party submits the push information through the push interface, the method further includes:
sending the execution credentials to the decision mechanism;
receiving credential attestation uploaded by the decision mechanism for the execution credential;
and sending an execution reminder carrying the certificate to a third party organization associated with the fund incentive policy.
Referring to fig. 3, in the case execution processing method, the executing party is an original notice in the case to be executed, and the executed party is an announced notice in the case to be executed, which specifically includes:
step 1: acquiring judgment information determined by a judgment mechanism aiming at cases to be executed before an executing party and an executed party;
step 2: establishing an execution contract between an executing party and an executed party;
and step 3: sending an execution reminding aiming at the execution contract to the executed party;
and 4, step 4: the executed party uploads an execution certificate to the judgment information and reminds the executing party to confirm the execution certificate;
and 5: the executive party determines an execution certificate;
step 6: the execution information of the case to be executed is disclosed by the executed policy;
and 7: a funding incentive policy for release to an executed party is determined.
The case execution processing method provided by the embodiment can positively encourage the executed policy to actively execute the case to be executed, and can improve the execution efficiency of the executed policy without causing the loss of the executing policy, thereby effectively improving the success rate of executing the decision information issued by the decision mechanism for the case to be executed, and after the executed policy completes the execution of the case to be executed, the executed policy can be exposed, so as to improve the known degree of executing the case by the executed policy, so that a reference can be provided for other enterprises or users, and the experience effect of the enterprises or users is further improved.

Claims (24)

1. A contract execution processing method comprising:
acquiring the execution details of the event to be executed determined by the decision mechanism aiming at the decision items between the executing party and the executed party;
establishing an execution contract for the event to be executed based on the execution details;
calling a pushing interface to push pushing information carrying the execution certificate to the executing party according to the execution certificate uploaded by the executed party aiming at the execution contract through an uploading interface;
and determining an execution incentive strategy issued to the executed party in the case of receiving a confirmation instruction submitted by the executing party for the push information through the push interface.
2. The contract execution processing method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the execution details of the event to be executed determined by the decision mechanism for the decision item between the executing party and the executed party includes:
receiving an application request submitted by the executing party through an application interface, wherein the application request carries a matter number corresponding to decision matters between the executing party and the executed party;
sending an inquiry request for inquiring the execution details of the event to be executed corresponding to the decision-making item to the decision-making mechanism according to the item number;
receiving the execution details of the event to be executed returned by the decision structure for the query request.
3. The contract execution processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the execution of the step of establishing the execution contract for the event to be executed based on the execution details and before the step of calling a push interface to push the push information carrying the execution certificate to the executing party according to the execution certificate uploaded by the executed party for the execution contract through an upload interface is executed:
generating an image identification code corresponding to the execution contract, and respectively sending the image identification code to the execution terminals of the executing party and the executed party;
according to a viewing instruction submitted by the executed party through the image identification code scanned by the execution terminal, performing identity verification on the executed party;
and sending a display request for displaying the execution contract to the execution terminal of the executed party under the condition that the executed party passes the identity verification.

performing execution evaluation on the executed party based on the execution voucher and the execution contract to obtain an execution evaluation result;
and determining the public information aiming at the executed party according to the execution evaluation result and the execution details, and calling a public interface to disclose the public information.

The contract execution processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, after determining that the execution incentive policy step issued to the executed party is executed in a case where an instruction for confirming that the executing party submits confirmation for the push information through the push interface is received, the execution incentive policy step issued to the executed party:
sending the execution credentials to the decision-making mechanism;
receiving credential attestation uploaded by the decision-making mechanism for the execution credential;
and sending an execution reminder carrying the certificate to a third party organization associated with the execution incentive strategy.

The contract execution processing method according to claim 1, after the step of calling a push interface to push information carrying the execution credential to the executor according to the execution credential uploaded by the executed party for the execution contract through the upload interface is executed, the method further comprising:
detecting whether the execution voucher meets the execution condition of the execution contract or not under the condition that a condition that the executing party submits a denial instruction for the push information through the push interface is received;
if yes, first reminding information of the execution certificate meeting the execution condition is pushed to the execution party by calling the pushing interface, and the first reminding information carries warning information aiming at the execution party;
if not, pushing second reminding information of which the execution certificate does not accord with the execution condition to the executed party by calling the pushing interface, wherein the second reminding information carries the execution deadline of the execution contract.
7. The contract execution processing method of claim 1, the determining an execution incentive policy issued to the executed party, comprising:
determining, based on the execution contract and the execution credentials, an execution completion of the executed policy for the event to be executed;
and inquiring the completion degree interval to which the execution completion degree belongs, and taking an excitation strategy corresponding to the completion degree interval to which the execution completion degree belongs as the execution excitation strategy.
8. The contract execution processing method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the execution details of the event to be executed determined by the decision mechanism for the decision item between the executing party and the executed party includes:
receiving decision information which is uploaded by the decision mechanism and aims at the decision items;
determining the execution information related to the decision-making items of the executed party and the active executing party respectively according to the decision-making information;
determining the execution details of the event to be executed based on the execution information.

The contract execution processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the execution of the step of establishing the execution contract for the event to be executed based on the execution details and before the step of calling a push interface to push the push information carrying the execution certificate to the executing party according to the execution certificate uploaded by the executed party for the execution contract through an upload interface is executed:
pushing reminding information to the executing party and the executed party according to the execution time of the execution contract, wherein the reminding information carries the execution contract;
correspondingly, the invoking a pushing interface to push the pushing information carrying the execution voucher to the executing party according to the execution voucher uploaded by the executed party to the execution contract through an uploading interface includes:
and calling the push interface to push the push information carrying the execution certificate to the executing party according to the execution certificate uploaded by the executed party in the execution time aiming at the execution contract through the uploading interface.
10. The contract execution processing method of claim 1, the determining an execution incentive policy issued to the executed party, comprising:
determining the execution incentive strategy issued to the executed party for the event to be executed;

11. The contract execution processing method according to claim 1, wherein the determining of the execution incentive policy issued to the executed party includes, in a case where the executed party is an executed enterprise:

and selecting an increase securiter and increasing the fund support limit based on the fund support business of the fund support mechanism to determine as the execution incentive strategy.
12. The contract execution processing method according to claim 1, wherein the determining of the execution incentive policy issued to the executed party if the executed party is an executed user includes:
and determining a fund incentive strategy for increasing the consumption amount of the fund account of the executed user as the execution incentive strategy according to the execution voucher and the event to be executed.
13. A contract execution processing method according to claim 1, the execution details including at least one of:
event information of the decision-making event, event information of the event to be executed, time information of the event to be executed, first attribute information of the executing party, and second attribute information of the executed party;
correspondingly, the establishing of the execution contract for the event to be executed based on the execution details includes:
and establishing the execution contract based on the event information, the time information, the first attribute information and the second attribute information.
14. A case execution processing method, comprising:
acquiring judgment information determined by a judgment mechanism aiming at a case to be executed between an executing party and an executed party;
establishing an execution contract of the case to be executed based on the judgment information, generating an image identification code according to the execution contract and sending the image identification code to the executed party;
according to the execution certificate uploaded by the executed party aiming at the execution contract by scanning the image identification code, calling a pushing interface to push pushing information carrying the execution certificate to the executing party;
and determining a fund incentive strategy issued to the executed party on the condition of receiving a confirmation instruction submitted by the executing party for the push information through the push interface.
15. The case execution processing method as claimed in claim 14, wherein said obtaining decision information of decision mechanism for case determination to be executed between executing party and executed party comprises:
receiving an application request submitted by the executing party through an application interface, wherein the application request carries a case number corresponding to a case to be executed between the executing party and the executed party;
sending an inquiry request for inquiring the judgment information to the judgment mechanism according to the case number;
and receiving the judgment information returned by the judgment mechanism aiming at the query request.

The case execution processing method according to claim 15, after the step of calling a push interface to push the push information carrying the execution voucher to the executing party according to the execution voucher uploaded by the executed party for the execution contract by scanning the image identification code is executed, further comprising:
performing execution evaluation on the executed party based on the execution voucher and the execution contract to obtain an execution evaluation result;
and determining the public information aiming at the executed party according to the execution evaluation result and the judgment information, and calling a public interface to disclose the public information.
17. The case execution processing method of claim 16, the determining a funding incentive policy to be issued to the executed party, comprising:
determining the execution completion degree of the executed policy on the case to be executed based on the execution contract and the execution certificate;
and inquiring the completion degree interval to which the execution completion degree belongs, and taking an excitation strategy corresponding to the completion degree interval to which the execution completion degree belongs as the fund excitation strategy.

The case execution processing method of claim 17, further comprising, after the step of determining that the fund incentive policy issued to the executed party is executed in case of receiving a confirmation instruction submitted by the executing party for the push information through the push interface, the step of determining that the fund incentive policy issued to the executed party is executed:
sending the execution credentials to the decision mechanism;
receiving credential attestation uploaded by the decision mechanism for the execution credential;
and sending an execution reminder carrying the certificate to a third party organization associated with the fund incentive policy.

the execution detail acquisition module is configured to acquire the execution details of the event to be executed determined by the decision mechanism aiming at the decision item between the executing party and the executed party;
an execution contract establishing module configured to establish an execution contract for the event to be executed based on the execution details;
the pushing module is configured to call a pushing interface to push pushing information carrying the execution certificate to the executing party according to the execution certificate uploaded by the executed party aiming at the execution contract through an uploading interface;
and the execution incentive policy determining module is configured to determine an execution incentive policy issued to the executed party in the case of receiving a confirmation instruction submitted by the executing party for the push information through the push interface.

calling a pushing interface to push pushing information carrying the execution certificate to the executing party according to the execution certificate uploaded by the executed party aiming at the execution contract through an uploading interface;
and determining an execution incentive strategy issued to the executed party in the case of receiving a confirmation instruction submitted by the executing party for the push information through the push interface.

a memory and a processor;
