sixthly, calculating the used discount amount corresponding to the bus taking items and the subway taking items according to the transaction details of the bus taking items and the subway taking items recorded in the performance record, wherein the used discount amount comprises a used discount amount A1 (used interest quantitative value, assumed to be 3 yuan) for triggering the 7-fold coupon for preferential settlement by 10 times of bus taking and a used discount amount A2 (used interest quantitative value, assumed to be 9 yuan) for triggering the 8-fold coupon for preferential settlement by 15 times of subway taking,
seventhly, deducting the 3-yuan used preferential amount A1 and the 9-yuan used preferential amount A2 from the frozen 120-yuan sub-quota in the credit quota of the user A, then unfreezing the rest 108-yuan frozen quota part, and determining the contract state of the credit travel contract as the performance failure.
In specific implementation, on the basis of creating the application contract, performing the benefit return preprocessing on the credit account of the master user, and performing the benefit issuance processing on the master user and the slave user, the master user and the slave user may perform corresponding service processing using a benefit certificate obtained after the benefit issuance processing, and optionally, the service processing process provided in this embodiment is specifically as follows:
1) acquiring a business processing request which is triggered by the master user and/or the slave user and submitted after the rights and interests voucher is used;

if the family member C submits a corresponding settlement request for taking the subway in the process of taking the subway, the settlement request for taking the subway is correspondingly settled according to the 8-fold discount coupon for the subway, after the settlement is finished, the residual using times of the 8-fold discount coupon for the subway are updated, the residual using times of the 8-fold discount coupon for the subway for the user A, the family member B and the family member D are synchronously updated, and finally, the fulfillment item that the family member C takes the subway and triggers the preferential settlement of the 8-fold discount coupon for the subway is written into the fulfillment record of the credit travel contract.
In order to reduce the situation of a failure in performing a contract on an application contract of a master user and a slave user for a target application, provide a corresponding relief path for the master user and the slave user being unable to perform the contract under a special situation, and improve the user experience of the application contract of the master user and the slave user for the target application, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, a release right for releasing the application contract is opened to the master user, the slave user does not have a release right for releasing the application contract, and a master contract page corresponding to the master user is configured with a contract release control, see fig. 3, a process of performing a release process on the application contract includes steps S302 to S306:
step S302, acquiring a contract release application submitted by the master user through triggering the contract release control;
step S304, based on the contract release application, calculating the used interest quantification value corresponding to the performance item according to the transaction information of the performance item recorded in the performance record of the application contract;
and S306, deducting the credit line according to the used interest quantification value, unfreezing the sub-line, and updating the interest certificates sent to the master user and the slave users into invalid certificates.
In addition, in order to promote a performance behavior that the master user and the slave user can actively participate in the application contract, reduce an occurrence probability of performance failure, and further promote a user experience of the master user and the slave user for an application service of the target application, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, a platform access request of the master user or the slave user for an application platform to which the target application belongs is first obtained, and then based on a performance record of the application contract, it is determined whether a performance frequency of the master user or the slave user is less than a preset performance frequency threshold; and if so, generating a performance reminding and sending the performance reminding to the master user or the slave user so as to respond to the platform access request.
For example, after acquiring an access request of one or more of user a, family member B, family member C, and family member D to a payment platform where an travel application is located, according to a user submitting the access request, according to the number of times of performing and the time of performing in a performance record of a credit travel contract of the travel application, a performance frequency of the user within a current performance term is calculated, and in a case that the performance frequency of the user is less than an average performance frequency of other users or less than a preset performance frequency threshold, a performance prompt is sent to the user.
In order to enable the master user and the slave user to conveniently perform application service processing of the target application after participating in the target application, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, after performing rights and interests returning preprocessing on a credit account of the master user and performing rights and interests issuing processing on the master user and the slave user, whether the master user and/or the slave user receives a service identification code of the application service of the target application is determined; if yes, no treatment is needed; if not, generating a reminding message for getting the service identification code, and pushing the reminding message to a master user and/or a slave user who is not got; and generating a service identification code and issuing the service identification code to a master user and/or a slave user which triggers the reminding message under the condition that the reminding message is detected to be triggered.
Taking a travel application as an example, when a credit travel contract of the travel application is signed, 120 yuan is frozen for a credit line Q in a credit account of a user A, and a 7-fold coupon for a bus which can be used for 60 times and an 8-fold coupon for a subway which can be used for 60 times are issued to the user A and a family member B, the family member C and the family member D, after that, whether the user A and the family member B, the family member C and the family member D receive bus riding codes of cities in which the four people are located on a payment platform in which the travel application is located and subway riding codes of the cities in which the four people are located are further judged, if the user A and the family member B have received the bus riding codes and the subway riding codes, but the family member C and the family member D have not received the bus riding codes, the family member D has not received the subway riding codes, pushing a reminding message of getting the bus taking code to the family member C, and generating and issuing the bus taking code of the family member C if the family member C clicks the reminding message; and a reminding message for receiving the bus taking code and the subway taking code is pushed to the family member D, and if the family member D clicks the reminding message, the bus taking code and the subway taking code of the family member D are generated and issued.
In addition, under the condition that the judgment result of whether the master user and/or the slave user receives the service identification code of the application service of the target application is judged to be negative, the service identification code of the master user and/or the slave user which is not received can be generated, the service identification code is issued to the master user and/or the slave user which is not received in the reminding message mode, and after the issuance, the master user and/or the slave user which are not received in the reminding message can obtain the service identification code by triggering the reminding message.
In specific implementation, from the perspective of the target application, users with different roles may be confronted with access, for example, a user accessing the target application may be a primary user and a secondary user who have participated in signing an application contract of the target application, or may be a user who has not participated in signing an application contract, and in order to improve the experience of the user on the target application, a process of accessing the target application by users with different roles is distinguished and specifically processed, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, an application access processing process of the target application includes steps S402 to S420:
step S402, a second access request submitted by an access user aiming at the target application is obtained, and the identity of the access user is determined based on the second access request; the identity identification refers to a user ID of the access user;
step S404, judging whether a historical application contract participated by the access user exists or not based on the identity; the historical application contract in which the access user participates comprises the application contract of the target application in which the access user participates as a master user or a slave user in the past;

executing step S406, and judging whether the contract state of the historical application contract is a performance state;

if not, displaying an invitation page of the target application to the access user;

The following takes the application of the first contract processing method provided in this embodiment in a trip scenario as an example, and further describes the contract processing method provided in this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the contract processing method applied in the trip scenario specifically includes steps S502 to S528.
Step S502, obtaining an access request submitted by a user for the travel application.
Step S504, a platform user establishing an association relationship between the application platform where the travel application is located and the user is obtained as an associated user.
The travel application is a sub-application which provides travel service for users in the payment platform, a user (user A) is a registered user of the payment platform, the payment platform provides a function of establishing family relationship among the users, and a user B (family member B), a user C (family member C) and a user D (family member D) which establish family relationship with the user A in the payment platform are associated users of the user A.

acquiring a contract release application submitted by the master user through triggering the contract release control;
calculating a used interest quantification value corresponding to the performance item according to the transaction information of the performance item recorded in the performance record of the application contract based on the contract release application;
and deducting the credit line according to the used rights and interests quantification value, performing unfreezing treatment on a sub-line, and updating rights and interests certificates sent to the master user and the slave users into invalid certificates.
Optionally, after performing the benefit return preprocessing on the credit account of the master user according to the contract benefit of the application contract and performing the benefit issuing processing instruction on the master user and the slave user, the following computer-executable instructions are further performed:
acquiring a business processing request which is triggered by the master user and/or the slave user and submitted after the rights and interests voucher is used;
performing service processing on the application service of the target application based on the service processing request, and updating the certificate information of the rights and interests certificate;
and generating a performance item based on the processing procedure of the business processing and recording the performance item into a performance record of the application contract.
Optionally, the access request includes an access request submitted by the user through triggering an application control of the target application; the application control is configured on a user association page establishing an association relationship with the user in an application platform to which the target application belongs.
Optionally, the determining and displaying an associated user having an association relationship with the user includes:
acquiring a platform user establishing an association relation between the application platform and the user as the associated user;
judging whether the associated user meets the application admission condition of the target application;
if so, generating an invitation page of the target application, and displaying the user identification of the associated user based on the invitation page;
if not, generating the invitation page, and displaying the user identification of the associated user and the reminding information that the associated user does not meet the application admission condition on the basis of the invitation page.
Optionally, after performing the benefit return preprocessing on the credit account of the master user according to the contract benefit of the application contract and performing the benefit issuing processing instruction on the master user and the slave user, the following computer-executable instructions are further performed:
judging whether the master user and/or the slave user obtain the service identification code of the application service of the target application;
if not, generating a reminding message for getting the service identification code, and pushing the reminding message to a master user and/or a slave user who is not got;
and generating a service identification code and issuing the service identification code to a master user and/or a slave user which triggers the reminding message under the condition that the reminding message is detected to be triggered.
Optionally, the computer-executable instructions are further for:
acquiring a second access request submitted by an access user aiming at the target application, and determining the identity of the access user based on the second access request;
determining whether a historical application contract in which the access user participates exists based on the identity;
if yes, judging whether the contract state of the historical application contract is a performance state;
if yes, judging whether the access user is a master user of the historical application contract;
if the user is the master user, displaying a master contract page corresponding to the master user of the historical application contract to the access user;
and if the access user is not the master user, displaying a slave contract page corresponding to the slave user of the historical application contract to the access user.
Optionally, if the determination result after determining whether there is the historical contract application instruction that the access user participates in based on the identity is negative, the following computer-executable instructions are further performed:
determining a geographic area to which the visiting user belongs;
judging whether the service coverage of the application service of the target application comprises the geographic area or not;
if yes, judging whether the access user meets the admittance qualification of the target application;
and if so, generating an invitation page of the target application and displaying the invitation page to the access user.
Optionally, after performing the benefit return preprocessing on the credit account of the master user according to the contract benefit of the application contract and performing the benefit issuing processing instruction on the master user and the slave user, the following computer-executable instructions are further performed:
acquiring a platform access request of the master user or the slave user for an application platform to which the target application belongs;
judging whether the performance frequency of the master user or the slave user is smaller than a preset performance frequency threshold value or not based on the performance record of the application contract;
and if so, generating a performance reminding and sending the performance reminding to the master user or the slave user so as to respond to the platform access request.

The storage medium provided in this embodiment is used to store computer-executable instructions, and when executed, the computer-executable instructions implement the following processes:
acquiring an access request submitted by a user aiming at a target application;
determining and displaying an associated user having an association relation with the user so as to respond to the access request;
under the condition that an invitation instruction submitted by a target associated user selected from the associated users is acquired, based on a contract element of the target application, the user is taken as a master user, and the target associated user is taken as a slave user to create an application contract;

reading a fulfillment item recorded in a fulfillment record of the application contract in case that a fulfillment period of the application contract expires;
judging whether the number of times of performing corresponding to the performing items recorded in the performing record meets the performing conditions or not;
if so, unfreezing the sub-limit, and determining that the contract state of the application contract is successful in performing;
and if the master user and the slave user trigger and use the interest voucher in the service processing process of the application service, recording the service processing process as a fulfillment item into the fulfillment record.
Optionally, if the determination result after determining whether the number of times of performing corresponding to the performing item recorded in the performing record satisfies the performing condition process is that the process is not executed, the computer-executable instruction further implements the following process when executed:

and if so, generating a performance reminding and sending the performance reminding to the master user or the slave user so as to respond to the platform access request.
It should be noted that the embodiment related to the storage medium in this specification and the embodiment related to the data processing method in this specification are based on the same inventive concept, and therefore, specific implementation of this embodiment may refer to implementation of the foregoing corresponding method, and repeated details are not described here.
The foregoing description has been directed to specific embodiments of this disclosure. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly be distinguished between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Language Description Language), traffic, pl (core unified Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language), langue, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardsradware (Hardware Description Language), vhjhd (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functions of the units may be implemented in the same software and/or hardware or in multiple software and/or hardware when implementing the embodiments of the present description.

Claims (16)

1. A contract processing method comprising:
acquiring an access request submitted by a user aiming at a target application;
determining and displaying an associated user having an association relation with the user so as to respond to the access request;
under the condition that an invitation instruction submitted by a target associated user selected from the associated users is acquired, based on a contract element of the target application, the user is taken as a master user, and the target associated user is taken as a slave user to create an application contract;
and according to the contract interest of the application contract, carrying out interest return pretreatment on the credit account of the master user, and carrying out interest issuing treatment on the master user and the slave users.
2. A contract processing method according to claim 1, the credit account being a primary contracted account of the application contract, the conducting of the equity return preprocessing on the credit account of the primary user comprising:
determining a right quantized value corresponding to the contract right, and freezing the credit line of the credit account of the master user; the sub-limit value of the sub-limit of which the credit limit is frozen is determined according to the interest quantification value;
correspondingly, the performing of the rights and interests issue processing on the master user and the slave users includes:
and sending the right certificate of the application service provided by the target application to the master user and the slave user.
3. The contract processing method of claim 2, the application contract comprising a performance term, performance conditions, and a performance record;
if the fulfillment condition is met within the fulfillment time limit, unfreezing the sub-limit frozen in the credit account of the main user;
if the performance condition is not satisfied within the performance period, the sub-amount is partially or completely unfrozen according to the used equity quantification value determined by the performance record.
4. A contract processing method according to claim 2, further comprising, after the execution of the right return preprocessing for the credit account of the primary user and the right issue processing steps for the primary user and the secondary users according to the contract right of the application contract:
reading a fulfillment item recorded in a fulfillment record of the application contract in case that a fulfillment period of the application contract expires;
judging whether the number of times of performing corresponding to the performing items recorded in the performing record meets the performing conditions or not;
if so, unfreezing the sub-limit, and determining that the contract state of the application contract is successful in performing;
and if the master user and the slave user trigger and use the interest voucher in the service processing process of the application service, recording the service processing process as a fulfillment item into the fulfillment record.
5. The contract processing method according to claim 4, wherein if the determination result after the step of determining whether the number of performing times corresponding to the performing item recorded in the performing record satisfies the performing condition is no, the following operation is performed:
judging whether the number of times of performing corresponding to the performing items recorded in the performing record is 0;
if yes, unfreezing the sub-limit, and determining that the contract state of the application contract is non-performing;
if not, calculating the used interest quantification value corresponding to the fulfillment item according to the transaction information of the fulfillment item recorded in the fulfillment record;
and deducting the credit line according to the used right and interest quantification value, carrying out unfreezing treatment on the sub-line, and determining that the contract state of the application contract is the performance failure.
6. The contract processing method according to claim 2, the master user having a release authority to release the application contract, the slave user having no release authority to release the application contract, and a master contract page corresponding to the master user being configured with a contract release control;
correspondingly, after the steps of conducting the equity return preprocessing on the credit account of the master user and conducting the equity issue processing on the master user and the slave users are executed according to the contract equity of the application contract, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a contract release application submitted by the master user through triggering the contract release control;
calculating a used interest quantification value corresponding to the performance item according to the transaction information of the performance item recorded in the performance record of the application contract based on the contract release application;
and deducting the credit line according to the used rights and interests quantification value, performing unfreezing treatment on a sub-line, and updating rights and interests certificates sent to the master user and the slave users into invalid certificates.
7. A contract processing method according to claim 2, further comprising, after the execution of the right return preprocessing for the credit account of the primary user and the right issue processing steps for the primary user and the secondary users according to the contract right of the application contract:
acquiring a business processing request which is triggered by the master user and/or the slave user and submitted after the rights and interests voucher is used;
performing service processing on the application service of the target application based on the service processing request, and updating the certificate information of the rights and interests certificate;
and generating a performance item based on the processing procedure of the business processing and recording the performance item into a performance record of the application contract.
8. The contract processing method of claim 1, the access request comprising an access request submitted by the user by triggering an application control of the target application; the application control is configured on a user association page establishing an association relationship with the user in an application platform to which the target application belongs.
9. The contract processing method of claim 8, wherein the determining and presenting associated users having an association relationship with the user comprises:
acquiring a platform user establishing an association relation between the application platform and the user as the associated user;
judging whether the associated user meets the application admission condition of the target application;
if so, generating an invitation page of the target application, and displaying the user identification of the associated user based on the invitation page;
if not, generating the invitation page, and displaying the user identification of the associated user and the reminding information that the associated user does not meet the application admission condition on the basis of the invitation page.
10. A contract processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the execution of the right return preprocessing for the credit account of the primary user and the right issue processing steps for the primary user and the secondary user according to the contract right of the application contract:
judging whether the master user and/or the slave user obtain the service identification code of the application service of the target application;
if not, generating a reminding message for getting the service identification code, and pushing the reminding message to a master user and/or a slave user who is not got;
and generating a service identification code and issuing the service identification code to a master user and/or a slave user which triggers the reminding message under the condition that the reminding message is detected to be triggered.
11. The contract processing method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a second access request submitted by an access user aiming at the target application, and determining the identity of the access user based on the second access request;
determining whether a historical application contract in which the access user participates exists based on the identity;
if yes, judging whether the contract state of the historical application contract is a performance state;
if yes, judging whether the access user is a master user of the historical application contract;
if the user is the master user, displaying a master contract page corresponding to the master user of the historical application contract to the access user;
and if the access user is not the master user, displaying a slave contract page corresponding to the slave user of the historical application contract to the access user.
12. The contract processing method according to claim 11, wherein if the determination result after the determination of whether there is a history of contract application step involving the access user based on the identity is negative, the following operation is performed:
determining a geographic area to which the visiting user belongs;
judging whether the service coverage of the application service of the target application comprises the geographic area or not;
if yes, judging whether the access user meets the admittance qualification of the target application;
and if so, generating an invitation page of the target application and displaying the invitation page to the access user.
13. A contract processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the execution of the right return preprocessing for the credit account of the primary user and the right issue processing steps for the primary user and the secondary user according to the contract right of the application contract:
acquiring a platform access request of the master user or the slave user for an application platform to which the target application belongs;
judging whether the performance frequency of the master user or the slave user is smaller than a preset performance frequency threshold value or not based on the performance record of the application contract;
and if so, generating a performance reminding and sending the performance reminding to the master user or the slave user so as to respond to the platform access request.
14. A contract processing apparatus comprising:
the access request acquisition module is configured to acquire an access request submitted by a user aiming at a target application;
an associated user determining module configured to determine and present an associated user having an association relation with the user in response to the access request;
the application contract creating module is configured to create an application contract by taking the user as a master user and the target associated user as a slave user based on the contract elements of the target application under the condition that an invitation instruction submitted by the target associated user selected from the associated users is acquired;

and according to the contract interest of the application contract, carrying out interest return pretreatment on the credit account of the master user, and carrying out interest issuing treatment on the master user and the slave users.
16. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed implement the following:
acquiring an access request submitted by a user aiming at a target application;
determining and displaying an associated user having an association relation with the user so as to respond to the access request;
under the condition that an invitation instruction submitted by a target associated user selected from the associated users is acquired, based on a contract element of the target application, the user is taken as a master user, and the target associated user is taken as a slave user to create an application contract;
and according to the contract interest of the application contract, carrying out interest return pretreatment on the credit account of the master user, and carrying out interest issuing treatment on the master user and the slave users.
