Background

Under the condition that the contract state or the performance data of the credit contract file is detected to be changed, the prompt information of the contract state change or the performance data change is synchronized to the contract participant, so that a good prompt effect can be achieved, the contract participant is prompted to participate in the establishing process of the contract, the performance condition and the performance result in time, and the success rate of the contract performance is improved.

One embodiment of the present specification implements displaying a social relationship grouping table related to a contract signing party after the contract signing party signs and generates a corresponding credit contract file based on a credit contract to be signed, sending an invitation page carrying the credit contract file to a target member selected by the contract signing party in the social relationship grouping table to invite the target member to deal with or participate in a credit contract witness, and inviting members in a social relationship network of the contract signing party to witness the credit contract, so that the target member participating in the witness plays a certain role in reminding, supervision, constraint and proof on the performance behavior of a performing party in the credit contract, thereby facilitating improvement of the success rate of performing the credit contract.

The identity processing method based on the credit contract system provided in this specification is further described below with reference to fig. 2, taking an application of the identity processing method based on the credit contract system in a house rental business scenario as an example. Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a processing procedure of an identity processing method based on a credit contract system according to an embodiment of the present specification, where specific steps include step 202 to step 216.

Step 202, receiving signing actions submitted by the renter U1 and the renter U2 based on the house renting contract template to generate corresponding credit contract files.

Specifically, in the case that a participating member clicks a participation witness control of an invitation page, after determining that a contract participation identity of the participating member is a contract participant, in the case that a change of a contract state or performance data of the credit contract is detected, synchronizing prompt information of the contract state change or the performance data change to the contract participant.

Corresponding to the above method embodiment, this specification further provides an embodiment of an identity processing apparatus based on a credit contract system, and fig. 3 shows a schematic structural diagram of an identity processing apparatus based on a credit contract system provided in an embodiment of this specification.
