Abstract

The embodiment of the specification discloses a contract processing method, a contract processing device and contract processing equipment. The contract processing scheme comprises: determining credit data of a target user; determining contract parameters based on the credit data of the target user, wherein the contract parameters comprise a performance duration and a performance interest of the target user for using the target service; and when a request of the target user for requesting to use the target service is received, at least one contract template corresponding to the target service is created according to the contract parameters so as to respond to the request of the target user.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a device for processing contracts.

Background

At present, merchants often provide services for different users based on a unified contract, and although the users can be attracted to use the services by giving certain use rights to the users, the users often do not use the services of the merchants after enjoying or even not enjoying the rights, so that the merchants are difficult to provide proper services for the users, the user experience is not high, and the merchants are reluctant to continue to use the services of the merchants.

For example, large telecom operators (such as china telecom, china unicom, and china mobile) give out various number cards (such as mobile phone numbers) and bind the number cards with some rights and interests, such as call charges, traffic volume, and so on, but even then many users abandon the number cards.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, embodiments of the present specification provide a contract processing method, apparatus, and device, which are capable of constructing different contract parameters for different users based on user credit data, so as to establish a stable contract between a merchant and a user, thereby improving the experience of the user when using the service of the merchant.

The embodiment of the specification adopts the following technical scheme:

determining credit data of a target user;

determining contract parameters based on the credit data of the target user, wherein the contract parameters comprise a performance duration and a performance interest of the target user for using the target service;

and when a request of the target user for requesting to use the target service is received, at least one contract template corresponding to the target service is created according to the contract parameters so as to respond to the request of the target user.

An embodiment of the present specification further provides a contract processing apparatus, including:

Detailed Description

In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the present specification, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, shall fall within the scope of protection of the present application.

At present, a merchant (i.e. a merchant, that is, a provider of a service) usually wants to obtain a new user and retain the user by providing related rights and interests to the user, but since the service is often provided to different users by means of a uniform contract, the user experience is not high, and the user cannot provide a proper service to the user.

Based on this, the embodiments of the present specification provide a contract processing method, apparatus, and device. Wherein the overall idea of the contract processing scheme may be as shown in fig. 1. Determining contract parameters corresponding to different users using services according to user credit data in the big data, wherein the contract parameters can comprise contract performance duration, contract performance rights and the like, the contract performance duration is used for determining the contract performance duration, the contract performance rights and the rights are used for determining the rights and the rights provided by a service provider, namely the rights and the rights provided by the service provider (namely a merchant) which can be enjoyed by the users, and then creating at least one contract template according to the contract parameters so as to establish an electronic contract between the merchant and the users, namely, after the two parties sign the contract, the two parties should be entitled to enjoy the contract rights and the rights (such as the contract performance duration) at the same time.

A contract processing method provided by an embodiment of the present specification may be used in a contract platform to provide a contract template to a user, and as shown in fig. 2, the contract processing method may include the following steps:

The credit data of the user can be determined based on the big data saved in the contract platform, and specifically can be determined according to at least one item of corresponding data of the user in the credit platform, wherein the item of corresponding data comprises: personal information, consumption behavior, performance, preferences, etc.

In a specific implementation, the credit data can be represented by a credit score, and the credit condition of the user can be distinguished conveniently by a score mode, for example, the credit score is more than 600 points and is good.

In specific implementation, whether both the user and the merchant perform normally can be determined through the performance data, and then according to a user contract corresponding to the user in the promise contract platform, the user can enjoy the related rights and interests when the user performs normally, and the user can not enjoy the related rights and interests when the user does not perform the contract.

According to the steps S102-S106, contract parameters of the user when the user uses the service can be determined in a targeted mode according to the credit condition of the user in the big data, and then the service contract is provided for the user based on the contract parameters. In one embodiment, the service requirement of the target user can be known by the merchant, for example, the target user consults and browses the service provided by the merchant, and the merchant sends the requirement of the target user to the contract platform in time, so that the contract platform can make a contract template of the target user in time and provide the contract template to the user when the user needs contract consultation, so that the target user can select a contract of the target service conveniently. In specific implementation, the content of the target service can be provided for the user through an applet or App (application program) provided by a merchant, so that the target user can browse and select the target service conveniently.

In one embodiment, after the contract template is created, the contract template may be provided to the merchant for merchant confirmation, presentation to the user, and the like. Specifically, the contract processing method may further include: and transmitting the at least one contract template to the provider of the target service so that the provider of the target service presents the at least one contract template to the target user.

In one embodiment, at least one contract template between the user and the service can be created in advance, and then when the target user needs the contract template, the contract template can be rapidly provided for the target user to select.

In one embodiment, a pre-created contract template may also be stored in the side of the merchant so that the merchant may quickly provide the target user with the contract template, facilitating the target user's selection and signing.

In one embodiment, steps S102-S106 may be configured as a contract interface, so that the merchant creates a user contract template required by the merchant through the contract interface, and further establishes a user contract corresponding to different services and interests of the services according to the contract template, so that the user contract template may be repeatedly used, so as to conveniently and quickly establish a user contract between the merchant and the target user based on the user contract template when the target user applies for the interest card. For example, when a user applies for a rights card online, the user can contract with a merchant directly based on a user contract template.

For example, when a telecommunication operator provides a tariff package to a target subscriber, after invoking the contract interface, a created contract template may be as shown in fig. 3. Defining conditions required to be met in the transaction condition part, such as more than 600 credit points; it is required to be continuously on the network for 10 months (i.e. according to the time that the target user determines that the target user is willing to be on the network continuously). Therefore, the telecom operator can display the mobile phone card (namely the right card) and the corresponding contract template to the user so as to enable the target user to select the contract package.

In one embodiment, after the merchant presents the at least one contract template to the target user, the target user can conveniently select and sign a contract, such as online selection and even contract signing, through a contract signing mode between the merchant and the user. Specifically, the contract processing method may further include: receiving, by the provider of the target service, a request by the target user to sign the contract template to establish an electronic contract between the provider of the target service and the target user.

Further, after the user has made a contract with the merchant, when the merchant determines that the contract is in effect, for example, the merchant starts providing services to the user according to the contract, the user normally uses the services, and the like, the contract may be set as the contract in effect, so as to facilitate subsequent supervision and fulfillment. Specifically, the contract processing method further includes: receiving effective information of a contract template signed by the target user, which is sent by a provider of the target service; and setting the contract template signed by the target user as an effective contract.

In a specific implementation, still taking the aforementioned mobile phone number card as an example, the mobile phone number card is sent to the user, the user receives the card, and then activates the mobile phone number card, for example, in an operator applet or an operator App, at this time, the operator can know that the user is activated, and then inform the contract platform of activated state information, so that the contract platform sets the contract signed by the target user to be in an effective state.

Further, after the contract signed by the target user takes effect, the performance process of the contract can be supervised. Specifically, the contract processing method may further include: receiving fulfillment data of the target user sent by a provider of the target service; and determining the performance rights and interests provided by the providing party of the target service to the target user according to the performance data of the target user.

In specific implementation, a preset credit policy may be used to restrict the performance of both parties, and the specific credit policy may be preset according to an application scenario between a merchant and a user, for example, when both parties are restricted based on credit scores, the credit score may be required to reach a requirement (for example, more than 600 minutes) before contract services are used, for example, the user is required to continuously use services provided by the merchant within a period of time (for example, 10 months) to enjoy performance rights and interests in the contract, otherwise, the merchant may stop issuing rights and interests, even recover the issued rights and interests, that is, the rights and interests account for a corresponding money amount, and for example, deduct the credit score for a default party.

In one embodiment, in order to facilitate the merchant to stop providing services and interests to the user in time so as to avoid loss, or in order to facilitate the merchant to provide services and interests to the user in time and continuously, the supervision result is sent to the merchant in a notification manner when supervising the contract fulfillment process, so that the merchant can know the performance result of the user in time. Specifically, after the contract template signed by the target user is validated, the contract processing method further includes: and sending notification information to the provider of the target service.

In a specific implementation, the notification message may include information about whether the target user violates, and the user's violation may include a violation that the corresponding obligation is not fulfilled according to the user contract, such as stopping using the service provided by the merchant during the contract period, paying according to the contract during the contract period, removing the contract during the contract period, and the like, which are not listed here.

For example, in the contract period, the user executes the operation of canceling the contract through the contract platform, and at this time, besides determining that the user has a default condition in time, the user also needs to be informed of the canceling action of the merchant user in time, so that the merchant can communicate with the user in time, or stop providing services to the user, and the like.

In one embodiment, on the contract platform side, business logic for notifying the merchant may be integrated into a notification system, for example, business logic for sending a notification to the merchant, receiving the notification by the merchant, and returning a notification processing result by the merchant is integrated.

Specifically, the sending of the notification information by the provider of the target service may include: sending notification information to a provider of the target service through a notification system comprising a system incorporating business logic of the provider of the target service for receiving the notification information.

In specific implementation, a merchant may provide a url (Uniform Resource Locator) address to a contract platform side, and the back of the url address has contents of a plurality of business logics for enabling the merchant to receive a notification, execute the notification, and return a notification processing result, so that the platform side accesses the url through a code to realize the business logic for informing the merchant.

Specifically, the url may be integrated by system integration to form a notification system, such as an m notify (notification system), so that the external merchant may be notified through the notification system, that is, the notification system calls a service link of the external merchant to implement business logic of the merchant.

For ease of understanding, the following description will take a telecommunications carrier as an example of a merchant.

As shown in fig. 4, the telecommunication operator side (i.e., the operator side) includes a business system, a management system, and an accounting system, and the credit management side (i.e., the credit side) includes a commitment contract system and a notification system. Thus, the principle of processing a contract between a telecommunications carrier and a user using the contract processing method is schematically illustrated as follows:

step 1, an operator administrator defines a new number card on a service system, for example, defines a package corresponding to a mobile phone SIM card;

step 2, when defining a new card, a contract interface can be called to create a general contract template, and a specific contract template can be created for a specific user (or a user group), wherein the content of the contract template can include: promises to return M-element telephone charge every month in the network N months.

Step 3, the operator displays the information related to the new card to the user through the service system, so that the user can see the introduction of the card in the operator applet or the operator APP, and the user can apply for the card, such as online application;

and 4, when the user applies online, making an online commitment contract (namely the created contract) with the operator to indicate that the user is willing to commit in the network for N months.

Step 5, after the application is finished, if a new card needs to be sent to the user, the operator sends the new card to the user, and the user receives the card and then activates the card in the operator applet or the operator APP;

and 6, while the contract is activated, the management system can call the service of the promised contract and set the contract to be effective.

And 7, after activation, the user can start to normally use the number card, the charge system of the operator calculates the number card use data of the user in the current month every month, and feeds back whether the user uses the number card use data to a commitment contract system, and if the user is on the network and the contract is not cancelled, corresponding rights and interests, such as M-element call charge, are sent.

Further, after recommending the at least one contract template to the target user, the contract processing method may further include: receiving a request for contract made by the target user to establish an electronic contract between a provider of the target service and the target user.

Further, after the target user signs a contract, the method further comprises: oversee the fulfillment process of the contracts that the target user has signed.

Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the specification also provides a device, a system, an electronic device and a nonvolatile computer storage medium for contract processing.

Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a structure of a contract processing apparatus provided in the present specification, in which a dashed box represents an optional module.

As shown in fig. 5, the contract processing apparatus 10 includes: a first determining module 11, which determines credit data of a target user; a second determining module 12, configured to determine contract parameters based on the credit data of the target user, where the contract parameters include a fulfillment duration and a fulfillment interest of the target user for using a target service; and a creating module 13, configured to, when receiving a request of the target user for requesting to use the target service, create at least one contract template corresponding to the target service according to the contract parameters, so as to respond to the request of the target user.

Optionally, the receiving the target user request to use the target service includes: receiving, by a provider of the target service, a request for the target user to request use of the target service.

Optionally, the contract processing apparatus 10 further includes a sending module 14. Wherein the sending module 14 is configured to send the at least one contract template to the provider of the target service so that the provider of the target service presents the at least one contract template to the target user.

Optionally, the contract processing apparatus 10 further includes a receiving module 15. Wherein the receiving module 15 is configured to receive, by the provider of the target service, a request for the target user to sign the contract template, so as to establish an electronic contract between the provider of the target service and the target user.

Optionally, the receiving module 15 is further configured to receive validation information of the contract template signed by the target user, which is sent by the provider of the target service, and set the contract template signed by the target user as a validation contract.

Optionally, the contract processing apparatus 10 further includes a performance supervision module 16. The receiving module 15 is further configured to receive, after the contract template signed by the target user takes effect, fulfillment data of the target user sent by the provider of the target service; the fulfillment supervision module 16 determines, according to the fulfillment data of the target user, a fulfillment interest provided by the providing party of the target service to the target user.

The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.

Claims

1. A contract processing method comprising:

determining credit data of a target user;

and transmitting the at least one contract template to the provider of the target service so that the provider of the target service presents the at least one contract template to the target user.

4. The method of claim 3, further comprising: receiving, by the provider of the target service, a request by the target user to sign the contract template to establish an electronic contract between the provider of the target service and the target user.

5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:

receiving effective information of a contract template signed by the target user, which is sent by a provider of the target service;

and setting the contract template signed by the target user as an effective contract.

6. The method of claim 5, after the contract template signed by the target user is validated, the method further comprising:

receiving fulfillment data of the target user sent by a provider of the target service;

and determining the performance rights and interests provided by the providing party of the target service to the target user according to the performance data of the target user.

7. The method of claim 5, after the contract template signed by the target user is validated, the method further comprising: and sending notification information to the provider of the target service.

The method of claim 7, the sending notification information to the provider of the target service comprising: sending notification information to a provider of the target service through a notification system comprising a system incorporating business logic of the provider of the target service for receiving the notification information.

9. The method of claim 1, further comprising: recommending the at least one contract template to the target user.

10. The method of claim 9, after recommending the at least one contract template to the target user, the method further comprising:

receiving a request for contract made by the target user to establish an electronic contract between a provider of the target service and the target user.

11. A contract processing apparatus comprising:

16. The apparatus of claim 15, further comprising a performance supervision module;

the receiving module is further configured to receive, after the contract template signed by the target user takes effect, fulfillment data of the target user sent by a provider of the target service;

and the fulfillment supervision module user determines the fulfillment interest provided by the target user from the providing direction of the target service according to the fulfillment data of the target user.

17. The apparatus of claim 15, the apparatus further comprising:

and the notification module is used for sending notification information to the provider of the target service.

The apparatus of claim 17, the sending notification information to the provider of the target service comprising: sending notification information to a provider of the target service through a notification system comprising a system incorporating business logic of the provider of the target service for receiving the notification information.
