acquiring an access request of a merchant, and determining a marketing strategy recommended to the merchant;
determining corresponding guarantee expense information of each target parameter of the marketing strategy in a corresponding guarantee mode;
performing marketing recommendation to the merchant based on the marketing strategy and the guarantee fee information to respond to the access request;
and signing the marketing guarantee agreement according to the target marketing strategy and the target guarantee fee selected by the merchant.
An embodiment of a storage medium provided in this specification is as follows:

The storage medium provided in this embodiment is used to store computer-executable instructions, and when the computer-executable instructions are executed by the processor, the following processes are implemented:
acquiring an access request of a merchant, and determining a marketing strategy recommended to the merchant;
determining corresponding guarantee expense information of each target parameter of the marketing strategy in a corresponding guarantee mode;
performing marketing recommendation to the merchant based on the marketing strategy and the guarantee fee information to respond to the access request;

In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly be distinguished between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: the ARC625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functions of the units may be implemented in the same software and/or hardware or in multiple software and/or hardware when implementing the embodiments of the present description.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.

Claims (14)

1. A marketing processing method, comprising:
acquiring an access request of a merchant, and determining a marketing strategy recommended to the merchant;
determining corresponding guarantee expense information of each target parameter of the marketing strategy in a corresponding guarantee mode;
performing marketing recommendation to the merchant based on the marketing strategy and the guarantee fee information to respond to the access request;
and signing the marketing guarantee agreement according to the target marketing strategy and the target guarantee fee selected by the merchant.
2. The marketing processing method of claim 1, wherein the determining the guarantee fee information corresponding to each target parameter of the marketing strategy in the corresponding guarantee mode comprises:
determining a guarantee mode corresponding to the marketing activity to which the marketing strategy belongs;
and reading the corresponding guarantee participation amount and guarantee detail information of each target click rate of the marketing strategy in the guarantee mode.
3. The marketing processing method of claim 1, the making of marketing recommendations to the merchant based on the marketing strategies and the guaranteed cost information, comprising:
recommending a recommendation list carrying the marketing strategy and the guarantee fee information to the merchant;
and the recommendation list records marketing strategies, target parameters of the marketing strategies and corresponding guarantee expense information of the target parameters in a guarantee mode.
4. The marketing processing method of claim 1, wherein the signing processing of the marketing insurance agreement according to the target marketing strategy and the target insurance cost selected by the merchant comprises the following steps:
generating a marketing security agreement for the target marketing strategy based on the selected target parameters and the target security cost contained in the target marketing strategy;
issuing the marketing guarantee protocol to the merchant, and receiving a protocol signing instruction submitted by the merchant aiming at the marketing guarantee protocol;
and signing the marketing guarantee agreement based on the agreement signing instruction, and validating the marketing guarantee agreement after signing is finished.
5. The marketing treatment method of claim 4, further comprising:
and carrying out marketing fee payment processing according to the marketing amount of the target marketing strategy, and carrying out guarantee fee payment processing based on the target guarantee fee.
6. The marketing processing method of claim 1, the determining a marketing strategy to recommend to the merchant comprising:
according to the access time of the access request, determining a marketing activity corresponding to the time interval to which the access time belongs;
reading a marketing strategy of the marketing campaign;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and determining a marketing strategy of the marketing scene according to the marketing scene triggered by the access request.
7. The marketing processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the execution of the signing processing step of the marketing insurance agreement according to the target marketing strategy and the target insurance cost selected by the merchant:
acquiring a guarantee application submitted by the merchant, and calculating a guarantee amount according to a marketing guarantee protocol corresponding to the guarantee application;
and issuing guarantee funds to the merchant according to the guarantee amount.
8. The marketing processing method of claim 7, wherein calculating the guarantee amount according to a marketing guarantee agreement corresponding to the guarantee application comprises:
calculating the guarantee amount according to the marketing investment amount of the target marketing strategy corresponding to the marketing guarantee agreement and the actual paying proportion of the marketing guarantee agreement;
and calculating and determining the actual paying proportion of the marketing safeguard agreement according to the selected target parameters of the target marketing strategy corresponding to the marketing safeguard agreement and the actual marketing parameters of the target marketing strategy.
9. The marketing processing method according to claim 7, after the step of obtaining the guarantee application submitted by the merchant and calculating the guarantee amount according to the marketing guarantee agreement corresponding to the guarantee application is executed, and before the step of issuing the guarantee fund to the merchant according to the guarantee amount is executed, further comprising:
judging whether the application time of the guarantee application is within the guarantee application period of the marketing activity to which the target marketing strategy belongs;
and if so, executing the step of issuing the guarantee fund to the merchant according to the guarantee amount.
10. The marketing processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the execution of the signing processing step of the marketing insurance agreement according to the target marketing strategy and the target insurance cost selected by the merchant:
acquiring actual marketing parameters of the target marketing strategy, and judging whether the actual marketing parameters trigger guarantee claim conditions of the marketing guarantee agreement or not;
if yes, calculating a guarantee amount based on the actual marketing parameters, the marketing fund amount of the target marketing strategy and the target parameters, and issuing funds to the merchant.
11. The marketing processing method of claim 1, wherein the marketing strategy comprises a marketing fund amount participating in a marketing campaign, and marketing resources issued to users in the marketing campaign after completion of the fund amount;
wherein the marketing resources include at least one of: cross-store coupons, merchant-specific coupons, coupon cards.
12. A marketing processing device comprising:
the marketing strategy determining module is configured to acquire an access request of a merchant and determine a marketing strategy recommended to the merchant;
the guarantee fee information determining module is configured to determine corresponding guarantee fee information of each target parameter of the marketing strategy in a corresponding guarantee mode;
a marketing recommendation module configured to make a marketing recommendation to the merchant in response to the access request based on the marketing strategy and the guaranteed cost information;
and the marketing security agreement signing module is configured to sign the marketing security agreement according to the target marketing strategy and the target security fee selected by the merchant.
13. A marketing processing device comprising:
a processor; and a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
acquiring an access request of a merchant, and determining a marketing strategy recommended to the merchant;
determining corresponding guarantee expense information of each target parameter of the marketing strategy in a corresponding guarantee mode;
performing marketing recommendation to the merchant based on the marketing strategy and the guarantee fee information to respond to the access request;
and signing the marketing guarantee agreement according to the target marketing strategy and the target guarantee fee selected by the merchant.
14. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed by a processor implement the following:
acquiring an access request of a merchant, and determining a marketing strategy recommended to the merchant;
determining corresponding guarantee expense information of each target parameter of the marketing strategy in a corresponding guarantee mode;
performing marketing recommendation to the merchant based on the marketing strategy and the guarantee fee information to respond to the access request;
and signing the marketing guarantee agreement according to the target marketing strategy and the target guarantee fee selected by the merchant.
