According to the payment processing method provided by the embodiment, the data service offer of the data service package of the target equipment is signed to provide partial fund financing for the payment of the target equipment, so that a user can enjoy a preferential benefit in advance in a financing mode in the settlement process of the target equipment, the payment fund of the user on the target equipment is reduced, the opening condition of the data service package of the target equipment is detected after the payment of the target equipment is completed, namely the execution condition of the user on the data service offer is detected, and on the basis that the user opens the data service package of the target equipment according to the data service offer, the payment processing is carried out on a payment mechanism in a separate payment process of the data service package, so that the payment cost is saved for the user from the perspective of the user; from the perspective of a merchant providing target equipment and a data service package, the user service satisfaction of the merchant is enhanced, and the method is more beneficial to guiding and developing customers of the merchant.
The target device of the embodiment includes a transaction device or a rental device; the data service package refers to a data service which needs to be opened by a user in a process of using a target device, and the data service is provided in a package form, for example, after the user purchases the smart television, a video member of the smart television is opened in a seasonal package or an annual package.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, by making an agreement that the user needs to open the data service package of the target device after the payment of the target device is completed, and signing the data service offer, the user can enjoy a certain preferential payment in the payment of the target device, and the preferential payment is specifically a certain financing fund provided to the user in a financing manner in the user payment process, and the financing fund can be used in the user payment process for the target device; meanwhile, in the data service offer, it is also agreed that the user needs to open the data service package of the target device, and corresponding installments and financing return needs to be performed to the financing institution in the installments and payment process of the data service package.
In this embodiment, the data service offer records at least one of the following items: device information of the target device, installment information of the data service package, financing amount and user information of the user; wherein the data service package is selected by the user during submission of the equipment order. The equipment order comprises at least one of the following items: the system comprises merchant information of a merchant, date information of a data service package, financing amount, identification information of target equipment and an identity certificate of a user.
Step S304, financing is carried out according to the financing amount opened to the user, and financing funds are obtained.
In a specific implementation, in order to improve the approval degree of the data service offer by the user, the merchant, and the financing institution, and to restrict the user from being able to effectively execute the data service offer after signing the data service offer, and reduce the fund loss of the financing institution due to the fact that the user does not execute the data service offer, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, financing processing is performed according to the financing amount open to the user, so as to obtain financing funds, specifically, a bill due to the data service package recorded in the data service offer is taken as a guarantee, a financing application is submitted to the financing institution according to the data service package, and the financing funds transferred from a fund account of the financing institution are obtained in a case that the financing application is passed.
In addition, in the process of financing, financing can be carried out according to a service reservation order of the data service package determined based on the data service offer, specifically, financing is applied to the financing institution by taking the service reservation order as guarantee, and financing funds transferred from a fund account of the financing institution to the merchant are obtained.
In this embodiment, the financing amount is calculated by inputting the device amount of the target device and/or the credit data of the user into a financing calculation algorithm. In addition, the financing amount may also be determined according to the package installment, the installment service amount and/or the payment period of the package installment of the data service package recorded in the data service offer; or the payment amount of the target equipment, the package period of the data service package, the installment service amount and/or the payment period of the package period are input into the financing calculation algorithm for calculation.
Step S306, performing payment processing of the equipment order based on the financing fund and the payment account of the user.
In an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, in the process of performing payment processing on the device order based on the financing fund and the payment account of the user, an amount corresponding to a user payment amount is deducted from the payment account of the user, and the deducted amount and the financing fund are transferred to a merchant account of the merchant; the user payment amount is equal to the difference value between the total payment amount of the target equipment and the financing amount, payment from the user to a merchant for the target equipment is achieved, payment is preferential to the user in the payment process of the target equipment, the fund payment cost of the user is reduced, the transaction or lease intention of the user on the target equipment is improved, and the promotion of the passenger flow of the merchant is facilitated.
Step S308, if the user opens the data service package, carrying out the stage payment processing of the data service package and the stage return processing of the financing fund.
After the payment is carried out on the merchant, the user needs to open the data service package of the target equipment according to the data service offer, and after the data service package is opened, the staged return processing of the financing fund is carried out on the financing organization in the staged payment processing process of the data service package. However, various factors influence the user in the actual execution process, and the user may not necessarily open the data service package of the target device on time under the influence, in this embodiment, if the user wants to open the data service package of the target device based on the data service, the data service package is subjected to the installment payment processing and the installment returning processing of the financing fund; and if the user does not open the data service package recorded in the data service offer, deducting funds corresponding to the financing amount from the payment account and transferring the funds into a fund account of a financing institution.
In a specific implementation, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, in the course of performing the installment payment processing of the data service package and the installment returning processing of the financing fund, specifically, for the installment service amount of the data service package, the installment service fee corresponding to the installment service amount is deducted from the payment account; and performing financing return processing based on financing return funds corresponding to the staging return amount in the staging service fee according to the staging return amount recorded in the data service offer, and transferring the remaining funds in the staging service fee into a merchant account of the merchant.
On this basis, in order to further guarantee the rights and interests of the merchants and ensure that the financing funds provided by the financing institution can be returned in full, this embodiment provides an optional implementation manner: judging whether the data service package finishes the staging payment processing and the staging return processing;
if so, destroying the data service protocol or updating the data service protocol to a finished state;
if not, after the payment time limit of the non-settlement package time is expired, calculating the remaining financing return amount corresponding to the non-settlement package time;
and deducting the fund corresponding to the residual financing return amount from the payment account and transferring the fund into a fund return account of the financing institution.
In addition, in the process of performing the installment payment processing of the data service package and the installment returning processing of the financing fund, in order to improve the execution effectiveness and the detection accuracy of the data service offer after the user signs the data service offer and further reduce the fund loss caused by the financing organization due to the fact that the user does not execute the data service offer, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, it is detected whether the second device identifier of the device which opens the data service package is consistent with the device identifier according to the device identifier of the target device recorded in the device order;
if so, transferring the funds corresponding to the staged financing returning amount for staged returning processing from the payment account to a fund account of a financing institution, and transferring the staged settlement amount for staged payment processing from the payment account to a merchant account of the merchant;
and if not, deducting the fund corresponding to the financing amount from the payment account and transferring the fund into a fund account of a financing institution.
In this embodiment, after the financing organization provides financing for the merchant, from the perspective of the merchant, the customer acquisition rate of the merchant is improved, and the risk of financing loss of the merchant is reduced; and from the financing institution's perspective, financing interest is obtained from the merchant, optionally the merchant pays financing interest to the financing institution providing the financing funds; the financing interest is determined according to the financing algorithm recorded in the data service offer and the financing amount, so that the financing organization is helped to expand the service range and the service scale while the profit of the financing organization is improved. Meanwhile, in the process of the processing of returning the financing fund by stages, part of the financing fund is deducted from the fund of the data service package for payment by stages for the processing of returning the financing fund by stages, so that the user can be ensured to carry out the processing of returning the financing fund by stages in the process of opening the data service package and carrying out payment by stages, and the processing efficiency and the success rate of returning the financing fund are improved.
The following takes an application of the payment processing method provided in this embodiment to a transaction scenario of a mobile terminal as an example, and further describes the payment processing method provided in this embodiment, and the payment processing method applied to the transaction scenario of the mobile terminal specifically includes the following steps.
1) Acquiring a data flow contract signed after a user submits a transaction order of a mobile terminal; a data flow package of the mobile terminal is recorded in the data flow contract;
2) financing treatment is carried out according to the financing amount opened to the user, and financing funds are obtained;
specifically, the receivable bill of the data flow package recorded in the data flow contract is taken as a guarantee, a financing application is submitted to a financing institution according to the financing amount, and financing funds transferred from a fund account of the financing institution are obtained under the condition that the financing application is passed;
3) performing payment processing of the transaction order based on the financing funds and the payment account of the user;
deducting the amount corresponding to the payment amount of the user from the payment account of the user, and transferring the deducted amount and financing funds into a fund account of an operator; the payment amount of the user is equal to the difference value between the total payment amount and the financing amount of the mobile terminal;
4) and if the user opens the data flow package, carrying out the stage payment processing of the data flow package and the stage return processing of financing funds.
Specifically, aiming at the staging amount of the data flow package, the staging data flow fee corresponding to the staging amount is deducted from the payment account;
and performing financing return processing based on financing return funds corresponding to the installments return amount in the installments data flow fee according to the installments return amount recorded in the data flow contract, and transferring the residual funds in the installments data flow fee into a fund account of the operator.

deducting financing return resources from the service settlement resources transferred from the resource account and used for carrying out resource settlement on the object service, carrying out financing return processing on the resource provider, and transferring the rest settlement resources in the service settlement resources into the resource account of the service provider.
Optionally, if the user does not open the object service recorded in the service agreement, deducting the resource corresponding to the financing amount from the resource account of the user, and transferring the deducted resource to the financing account of the resource provider providing the financing resource.
Optionally, the performing resource settlement of the object service and financing return processing of the financing resource includes:
deducting installment settlement resources corresponding to the installment settlement amount from a resource account of the user aiming at the installment settlement amount of each service installment of the object service;
and performing financing returning processing based on the financing returning resources corresponding to the single-term financing returning amount in the term settlement resources according to the single-term financing returning amount recorded in the service agreement, and transferring the remaining settlement resources in the term settlement resources into a resource account of the service party.
Optionally, the computer executable instructions, when executed, further comprise:
judging whether the service period recorded in the service agreement completely completes period resource settlement and financing return processing;
if not, after the settlement period of the unsettled service period is expired, calculating the remaining financing refund amount corresponding to the unsettled service period;
and deducting the resources corresponding to the residual financing return amount from the resource account of the user, and transferring the deducted resources to the financing account of the resource provider providing the financing resources.
Optionally, the financing return processing returns the financing return resource to the resource provider, and deducts the financing return resource from the service settlement resource for resource settlement of the object service; the resource provider which provides the financing resources by the service party settles the financing value-added resources; and the financing value-added resource is determined according to the financing algorithm recorded in the service agreement and the financing amount.

if so, transferring the funds corresponding to the staged financing returning amount for staged returning processing from the payment account to a fund account of a financing institution, and transferring the staged settlement amount for staged payment processing from the payment account to a merchant account of the merchant;

Optionally, the merchant pays financing interest to a financing institution providing the financing funds; wherein the financing interest is determined according to a financing algorithm recorded in the data service offer and the financing amount.

In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly be distinguished between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functions of the units may be implemented in the same software and/or hardware or in multiple software and/or hardware when implementing the embodiments of the present description.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.

Claims (27)
1. A resource settlement processing method includes:
acquiring a service agreement signed after a user submits a settlement order of a target object;
performing resource financing processing according to the financing amount opened to the user to obtain financing resources;
performing resource settlement on a service party to which the target object belongs based on the financing resources and the resource account of the user;
and if the user opens the object service of the target object based on the service agreement, performing resource settlement of the object service and financing return processing of the financing resources.
2. The resource settlement processing method according to claim 1, wherein the performing of the resource settlement of the subject service and the financing return processing of the financing resource includes:
transferring financing return resources for financing return processing from the resource account to a resource provider, and transferring service settlement resources for resource settlement of the target service from the resource account to the service provider;
or,
deducting financing return resources from the service settlement resources transferred from the resource account and used for carrying out resource settlement on the object service, carrying out financing return processing on the resource provider, and transferring the rest settlement resources in the service settlement resources into the resource account of the service provider.
3. The resource settlement processing method according to claim 1, wherein if the user does not open the object service recorded in the service agreement, resources corresponding to the financing amount are deducted from a resource account of the user, and the deducted resources are transferred to a financing account of a resource provider that provides the financing resources.
4. The resource settlement processing method according to claim 1, wherein the performing of the resource settlement of the subject service and the financing return processing of the financing resource includes:
deducting installment settlement resources corresponding to the installment settlement amount from a resource account of the user aiming at the installment settlement amount of each service installment of the object service;
and performing financing returning processing based on the financing returning resources corresponding to the single-term financing returning amount in the term settlement resources according to the single-term financing returning amount recorded in the service agreement, and transferring the remaining settlement resources in the term settlement resources into a resource account of the service party.
5. The resource settlement processing method according to claim 4, further comprising:
judging whether the service period recorded in the service agreement completely completes period resource settlement and financing return processing;
if not, after the settlement period of the unsettled service period is expired, calculating the remaining financing refund amount corresponding to the unsettled service period;
and deducting the resources corresponding to the residual financing return amount from the resource account of the user, and transferring the deducted resources to the financing account of the resource provider providing the financing resources.
6. The resource settlement processing method according to claim 1, wherein the financing return processing deducts financing return resources returned to the resource provider from service settlement resources for resource settlement of the subject service;
the resource provider which provides the financing resources by the service party settles the financing value-added resources; and the financing value-added resource is determined according to the financing algorithm recorded in the service agreement and the financing amount.
7. The resource settlement processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
detecting whether the terminal equipment which opens the object service is the terminal equipment corresponding to the equipment identification or not according to the equipment identification of the terminal equipment recorded in the settlement order;
if not, deducting the resources corresponding to the financing amount from the resource account of the user, and transferring the deducted resources to the financing account of the resource provider providing the financing resources.
8. The resource settlement processing method according to claim 1, wherein the financing amount is determined as follows:
calculating and obtaining the amount of the target object and/or the credit data of the user by inputting the amount of the target object into a financing calculation algorithm;
or,
determining according to the service period, the single-period settlement amount and/or the settlement period of the service period of the object service recorded in the service agreement;
or,
the target amount of the target object, the service period of the object service, the single-period settlement amount and/or the settlement period of the service period are/is input into the financing calculation algorithm for calculation.
9. The resource settlement processing method according to claim 1, wherein the resource financing processing is performed according to a financing amount opened to the user to obtain financing resources, and includes:
and taking the receivable resource voucher of the object service recorded in the service agreement as a guarantee, submitting a financing application to a resource provider according to the financing amount, and acquiring the financing resource transferred from a financing account of the resource provider under the condition that the financing application is passed.
10. The resource settlement processing method according to claim 1, wherein the performing of resource settlement to a service party to which the target object belongs based on the financing resource and the resource account of the user comprises:
deducting resources corresponding to the object settlement amount from the resource account of the user, and transferring the deducted resources and the financing resources to the resource account of the service party; wherein the object settlement amount is equal to a difference between a total settled resource amount of the target object and the financing amount.
11. The resource settlement processing method according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the following is recorded in the service agreement:
object information of the target object, installment information of the object service, financing amount and user information of the user;
wherein the object service is selected by the user during submission of the settlement order.
12. The resource settlement processing method according to claim 1, wherein the trade order includes at least one of:
the service information of the service party of the target object, the installment information of the object service, the financing amount, the identification information of the target object and the identity voucher of the user are provided.
13. A payment processing method, comprising:
acquiring a data service offer signed after a user submits an equipment order of target equipment; the data service offer records a data service package of the target device;
financing treatment is carried out according to the financing amount opened to the user, and financing funds are obtained;
performing payment processing of the equipment order based on the financing funds and the user's payment account;
and if the user opens the data service package, carrying out the stage payment processing of the data service package and the stage return processing of the financing fund.
14. The payment processing method of claim 13, the performing an installment payment process for the data service package and an installment return process for the financed funds, comprising:
deducting the staging service fee corresponding to the staging service amount from the payment account aiming at the staging service amount of the data service package;
and performing financing return processing based on financing return funds corresponding to the staging return amount in the staging service fee according to the staging return amount recorded in the data service offer, and transferring the remaining funds in the staging service fee into a merchant account of the merchant.
15. The payment processing method of claim 14, further comprising:
judging whether the data service package finishes the staging payment processing and the staging return processing;
if not, after the payment time limit of the non-settlement package time is expired, calculating the remaining financing return amount corresponding to the non-settlement package time;
and deducting the fund corresponding to the residual financing return amount from the payment account and transferring the fund into a fund return account of the financing institution.
16. The payment processing method of claim 13, the performing an installment payment process for the data service package and an installment return process for the financed funds, comprising:
detecting whether a second equipment identifier of the equipment for opening the data service package is consistent with the equipment identifier according to the equipment identifier of the target equipment recorded in the equipment order;
if so, transferring the funds corresponding to the staged financing returning amount for staged returning processing from the payment account to a fund account of a financing institution, and transferring the staged settlement amount for staged payment processing from the payment account to a merchant account of a merchant;
and if not, deducting the fund corresponding to the financing amount from the payment account and transferring the fund into a fund account of a financing institution.
17. The payment processing method of claim 13, wherein if the user does not open the data service package, funds corresponding to the financing amount are deducted from the payment account and transferred to a fund account of a financing institution.
18. The payment processing method of claim 13, a merchant paying financing information to a financing institution providing the financing funds; wherein the financing interest is determined according to a financing algorithm recorded in the data service offer and the financing amount.
19. The payment processing method of claim 13, the financing amount determined as follows:
calculating by inputting the device amount of the target device and/or the credit data of the user into a financing calculation algorithm;
or,
determining according to the package installment, the installment amount and/or the payment period of the package installment of the data service package recorded in the data service offer;
or,
and the payment amount is calculated and obtained by inputting the equipment amount of the target equipment, the package installment time of the data service package, the service amount in installments and/or the payment period of the package installment time into the financing calculation algorithm.
20. The payment processing method of claim 13, the financing process for obtaining financed funds in accordance with the financing amount open to the user, comprising:
and taking the bill due to the data service package recorded in the data service offer as a guarantee, submitting a financing application to a financing institution according to the data service package, and acquiring the financing fund transferred from a fund account of the financing institution under the condition that the financing application is passed.
21. The payment processing method of claim 13, the processing of the payment for the equipment order based on the financing funds and the user's payment account comprising:
deducting the amount corresponding to the payment amount of the user from the payment account of the user, and transferring the deducted amount and the financing funds into a merchant account of a merchant; wherein the user payment amount is equal to a difference between a total payment amount of the target device and the financing amount.
22. A resource settlement processing apparatus comprising:
the service agreement acquisition module is configured to acquire a service agreement signed after a user submits a settlement order of the target object;
the resource financing processing module is configured to perform resource financing processing according to the financing amount opened to the user to obtain financing resources;
the resource settlement module is configured to perform resource settlement to a service party to which the target object belongs on the basis of the financing resources and the resource account of the user;
and the financing return processing module is configured to perform resource settlement of the object service and financing return processing of the financing resources if the user opens the object service of the target object based on the service agreement.
23. A payment processing apparatus comprising:
the data service offer signing module is configured to acquire a data service offer signed after a user submits an equipment order of a target equipment; the data service offer records a data service package of the target device;
the financing processing module is configured to perform financing processing according to the financing amount opened to the user to obtain financing funds;
an order payment processing module configured to perform payment processing of the device order based on the financing funds and the payment account of the user;
and the installments payment processing module is configured to perform installments payment processing of the data service package and installments return processing of the financing fund if the user opens the data service package.
24. A resource settlement processing device comprising:
a processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
acquiring a service agreement signed after a user submits a settlement order of a target object;
performing resource financing processing according to the financing amount opened to the user to obtain financing resources;
performing resource settlement on a service party to which the target object belongs based on the financing resources and the resource account of the user;
and if the user opens the object service of the target object based on the service agreement, performing resource settlement of the object service and financing return processing of the financing resources.
25. A payment processing apparatus comprising:
a processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
acquiring a data service offer signed after a user submits an equipment order of target equipment; the data service offer records a data service package of the target device;
financing treatment is carried out according to the financing amount opened to the user, and financing funds are obtained;
performing payment processing of the equipment order based on the financing funds and the user's payment account;
and if the user opens the data service package, carrying out the stage payment processing of the data service package and the stage return processing of the financing fund.
26. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed implement the following:
acquiring a service agreement signed after a user submits a settlement order of a target object;
performing resource financing processing according to the financing amount opened to the user to obtain financing resources;
performing resource settlement on a service party to which the target object belongs based on the financing resources and the resource account of the user;
and if the user opens the object service of the target object based on the service agreement, performing resource settlement of the object service and financing return processing of the financing resources.
27. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed implement the following:
acquiring a data service offer signed after a user submits an equipment order of target equipment; the data service offer records a data service package of the target device;
financing treatment is carried out according to the financing amount opened to the user, and financing funds are obtained;
performing payment processing of the equipment order based on the financing funds and the user's payment account;
and if the user opens the data service package, carrying out the stage payment processing of the data service package and the stage return processing of the financing fund.
